The Keepers met up with Howard and Decker soon after they escaped the park.
Needless to say, they were as scared as the Keepers were.
"I knew this wasn't some random glitch or small problem," said Howard. "Villains I have brought to life are plotting to take over the world!"
"This is bad," said Decker. "If the public finds out about this we are D-O-N-E fucked! They'll shut down the park!"
"Really?" asked Charlene. "That's what you are worried about?"
"Hey, getting fired from Disney almost destroyed us," said Decker. "We just barely managed to make this place a reality."
"Also, they mentioned a name," said Willa. "Skull I think it was."
"Skull?" asked Decker.
"Whoever this Skull is must be the true mastermind," said Philby. "There are no video game villains named Skull."
"So, you're saying some punk or criminal is actually behind this?" asked Howard. "Someone has hacked my park and has made video game villains self-aware and are plotting world domination!?"
"It would seem that way," said Jess.
"What does the leader of the KKs have to say?" asked Spencer.
Everyone turned towards Finn. He was sitting on a chair while Amanda was massaging his shoulders. He was still in pain from both Foxy and Mangle almost tearing off his arms.
"Damn..." he groaned. "I hate how the pain travels back with you."
"My leg still hurts don't forget," Amanda said.
"Don't worry baby," Finn said rubbing Amanda's hand. "I'll take care of you later tonight."
"Hey you two turtledoves!" Maybeck yelled. "Lead us and then get a room!"
Finn snapped back to reality.
"Uh...sorry guys," he said. "But yes, this is worse than we thought. These guys mean business, and they may be more of a threat than our old Overtakers. They have powers that are far more dangerous than Maleficent, Chernabog, Jafar, and all those others."
"And also they said that for the next nights one of them will be attacking a park in order to steal those cores," said Philby.
"I know of these cores," said Howard. "They are what drives the park and its virtual reality."
"And if the villains steal their data, they apparently will be able to use to escape the park into the real world with powers and everything," said Decker. "This is bad."
"And what's worse is that because of that Gladys robot, we won't be able to see who is attacking what, and which park is being attacked," said Maybeck.
"First off it's GLaDOS," said Finn. "And second, I know of some old friends who can help us."
"Friends?" asked Spencer.
"Ten parks," said Finn. "And right now, there are eight of us. I know of two more friends who could help us until we've narrowed it down to eight parks."
"What do you mean?" asked Willa.
"I mean starting tomorrow, we each go alone into a park and see if it is the one being attacked," said Finn. "For whoever it's not, they attempt to track down the person who did find the one and help them. And then the next night when there is nine we can have two people go into a park and so on and so on."
"Is splitting up really a good idea?" asked Jess.
"Only option right now," said Finn. "And yes it may be dangerous but i do fear it's the only way."
"These friends," said Charlene. "Is one of them Dillard Cole?"
Finn nodded.
"Even after being resurrected, he's told me he's willing to help us if we ever need it again," he said. "As for the other, Amanda my dear, do you think Mattie Weaver is up for one more adventure?"
Amanda smiled.
"Jess could you text Mattie?" she asked.
Jess nodded and already pulled out her phone.
"I will arrange transportation for them immediately," said Howard. "They will be here by tomorrow."
"For now, you should all return to the hotel," said Decker. "Let us know your plan tomorrow, because obviously as we know the villains are not coming out during the day."
The Keepers nodded and headed out to the limo already waiting for them.
Back at everyone's hotel, Finn had just gotten dressed into his sleep clothes, which was nothing more than just boxers and a tank top.
Amanda was in the bathroom brushing her teeth and changing into pajamas.
Finn's shoulders still hurt like hell.
"Damn I need a chiropractor," he said getting into bed.
"Are you sure you don't need this instead?" Amanda asked.
Finn looked up and his jaw dropped.
Amanda was wearing a pink lace nightie that he bought for her birthday. He could literally see her bra and panties.
"Oh my god I'm so happy you brought that," he said.
Amanda smiled and climbed into the bed with Finn, and they immediately began making out.
"I really do hope this is the last threat to the world we have to deal with," Amanda said. "After what happened tonight and seeing all these villains with powers worse than the Overtakers, I don't think I can handle any more after this. I mean we may be going up against zombies and monsters and even gods."
"I know dear," Finn said running his hand through Amanda's chocolate hair. "But no matter what, we will make it through it. I promise you, once this is over, we will finish college, get the jobs we've always wanted, and maybe even before that, get married."
"You know what Finn," Amanda said. "I don't think I'd even mind if we got married while we were still in college. I just want you to be with me forever and always. So, promise me you will not die on this adventure like you did the last time."
Finn shuddered at the thought of that. He could still remember the moment when he and Amery Hollingsworth were shoved between two enchanted tables and crushed to death. He remembered the pain and the feeling of his body and bones flattening and crushing before his death, and he could still remember Amanda's screams.
"I can only promise that if you promise as well not to die either," Finn said.
"Oh, come here you," Amanda laughed as she pulled Finn on top of her and then began kissing again.
"You know I caught Jess and Spencer eyeing each other," said Finn. "You think he may be the one for her?"
"Too soon to tell my love," Amanda said. "Now just keep kissing me until I or you fall asleep."
And that's exactly what Finn did. Amanda fell asleep first while making out with him, and he soon after fell asleep too, hugging her tightly in his arms.
Aw that's cute. I gave the story a little Famanda moment. BTW I really hope all of you read the final KK book Disney at last, otherwise I gave away two spoilers. But anyway we're going to see Dillard and Mattie again next up. Gosh remember when I put those two together? LOL.
Also, a quick update. I deleted my story, Descendants the Reign of Ultron because I fear I may be losing my interest in writing Fanfictions. If that is the case, this may be my last fanfiction. I don't want that to happen, but I'm 24 now and I guess I'm slowly losing interest from when I started doing these at age 17 I believe, or 18. But until I confirm it, I have saved the chapters I already wrote for the story on my computer.
