Chapter 7

Logan is slowly figuring out what is going on. He could hear bits and pieces of the conversation in the next room. He knows he has been kidnapped, he knows it has something to do with Rory, but he can not make out who kidnapped him. He did not recognize the driver of the Uber, but he is sure he is involved. He hears a door slam, so he moves close to the door to listen. He found a hockey stick and a bat in the sports equipment in the corner of the room. His kidnappers are not very smart, he thinks shacking his head. He had both of them with him at the door. He is ready to attack.

Que, Mitcham's "friend" is at Logan's and Rory's apartment. Honor interduces him to Rory. Collin and Finn know Que. Que has been with Mitchum since Logan was a teenager. After Que is interduce, he set up his laptop and other equipment on the pool table. He starts asking questions. Most of them are answered by Collin. Finn tries but he is too worried, and Rory doesn't know a lot.

Que gets to work making phone calls. After talking to a contact in New York, he received traffic camera video from in front of Tiffany's. He takes a still of the Uber driving and gets the tag number. He shows the gang the picture and runs the tag.

Finn: "Surely I don't know anyone that drives a Honda."

Collin: "Doesn't look like anyone I know. Maybe it is someone Logan went to boarding school with. A few of the boarding schools Logan got there first before me and Finn."

Honor: "No I don't know him and Finn stop being a snob."

Finn: "Well Love, I don't know anyone that drives a Honda or an Uber."

Rory: "He looks familiar, but I'm not sure where I know him from. Let me see that again."

Honor hands Rory the picture. Que has run the tag, but it came back to a rental. Que is still tracking traffic video. He has someone on the phone trying to see if that model Honda has a tracking device. Honor is on the phone with the clerk at Tiffany's to see if maybe Logan said he had another stop or not. Her yelling got Rory's attention. Rory tried to calm her down, she took the phone from her and told her that Logan has gone missing, and they needed to know what was said when he picked up the ring. The clerk informed her that the only conversation at she had with Logan was about his beautiful girl friend. Rory thanked him and asked him to call if he thinks of anything that might help.

Collin and Finn are still calling Hospitals, car companies and Law Enforcement Agencies. Finn had been watching "Flash Point" he is sure that Logan is being held hostage and they will need Jules and Sam to rescue him.

Que asked the gang did they know a Dean Foster? Honor, Collin and Finn said No. Rory just stood there.

Que: "Rory, do you know him."

Rory just staring: "Yeah."

They all turned to her and looked.

Rory: "Dean is my ex-boyfriend. Guys you met him. He is the one that broke up with me at my Grandparents "Male Yale" party.

Collin: "yeah, I remember him, I think. That was not him in that picture."

Rory: "Let me see that again." Rory looks at the picture and tells them that she thinks that could be Dean's cousin Adam. Then she corrected herself and told them that his name is Alec, and he is from Chicago. Rory asked did Que think that Dean and Alec had something to do with Logan being missing.

Finn answered before Que could. "Yes, I told you he was kidnapped. We need to call Jules. How do we get in touch with Jules?"

Que: "Finn, I'll handle this. You and Collin stay here and protect these lovely ladies." He winked at Honor whispering so that only she could hear, I'll have someone guarding the door in case someone tries to get Rory. Keep everyone here please. Honor nodded her head and told him to call as soon as he knew what was going on.

Mean while Logan is in the warehouse, with his bat and hockey stick. He is sitting with his back to the door. He heard the door slam awhile ago. He didn't know if one or both of them left. He didn't want to draw attention to the fact that he is awake. He is not sure how to proceed. He knows that the Uber driver has a gun, but if he could catch him asleep maybe could escape, but how was he going to get the door open. He goes back to the sports equipment looking for something to loosen the hinges on the door.

Que is on a plane on the way to New York, when Mitchum arrives at Logan and Rory's apartment. Honor and Rory were laying on the bed asleep. Honor had finally got Rory to lay down. When Mitchum enter the apartment his first site was Collin and Finn cuddled up on the pool table. He could help but to laugh. His laughing woke up Honor and Rory, seeing what he was laughing at caused them to bust out laughing. This woke up Finn and Collin.

After everyone got a good laugh, Mitchum started telling them what he knew. He had spoken to Que. He told them that Que had tracked the Uber to a warehouse in New York. He explained that the rental company that the car belonged to had Gps trackers put in all cars. He also had contacted Uber and they informed them they did not have a car with that VIN number. He told them to get everything together he was taking them to New York. They would wait at the New York apartment for Que to contact them. Rory was revealed. She wanted to get to New York and find Logan.

When Que landed in New York, he was picked up by an associate. The associate explained that they have been watching the Warehouse. Two white males had been seen coming and going, one at a time. Que discussed the plan. His associate told him they had not seen anyone else; he is sure that it is only the two of them.

Mean while back and the warehouse Logan found a Philips head screwdriver and a 3/8 in wrench. He was not sure how he was going to use them, but he started trying to loosen the hinges on the door.

Que is on the phone with they guys that are watching the warehouse. He is told that one of the guys just drove off in the Honda. Que told one of the guys to follow the Honda, that they would be at the warehouse in less than an hour.
