Part 7 - Emily and Sam's Pack Meeting
Paul and Bella had left their daugther to his parents' to baby-sit their daugther, Jasmine, while they were needed for the pack-meeting and they wanted her be gone from it, as they knew since Jacob and Leah who both been on probabation and grounded to their own homes for the time being, as both were cruel and foul-mouthed, especially around Bella, Paul, Sam and Emily, but today they would learn to shut their mouths and be on alert aswell quiet for once, as none of them had any patient anymore to be kind or try to be kind around them, they had enough, same with the rest of the pack. Collin and Brady were also the newest to join them, and Collin was Paul's 13 year old cousin and Brady was cousin to both Sam and Jacob, but more closely to Sam's bloodline, it was more distant on Jacob's side. So they both were there to join in on their first pack-meeting and getting to meet Jacob and Leah for first time too. Paul and Bella sat next to Collin, while Sam and Emily nearby to Brady, who sat on Bella's other side, and neither boy had anything against them at all, and they also had gotten to meet Jasmine a few days earlier and they both fell in love with the cooing, cute daugther of Paul and Bella, and neither had imprinted on her, so it was all good for now.
But how long would that peace be kept around them, when the two struggling, stragglers were to join them on a pack meeting? Well here it goes.
Soon the two came throught door, not looking around either, Jacob sat next to his belief his best friends, who just tensed up abit, but calm for now. While Leah tried to get her seat next to Sam, but found her to be seated near the end and nearby of Jacob, and both sat with frowns and pouts on their faces, but Sam just shook his head and ignored them for now. Jacob's Alpha bloodline had been stripped from him in his absent, so he didnt feel it being different, but he saw Bella there sitting next to Paul and just frowned for now. But didnt say anything for now. He also saw his little cousin there, and this cousin's best friend and frowned on why and what they were doing there.
Sam then said
"Alright now that everyone is here, we can begin our meeting for the day. So first is the treaty with the Cullens will be changed abit later today at the meeting with them, at the treaty line, due to some factors that has been brought up to light, we need to change it around for abit, so it is more modernised and timed for this time around. Secondly, Emily and I are expecting our first child and it will be born in June."
Many gasps, while Leah glared hatefully at the two, as Jacob sat silently fuming.
"Thirdly, the christening of Bella and Paul's daugther earlier this week, went without hitches,but the threat was high when we learned that the parents of the Cullen Pack, was going to kidnap Bella and Jasmine for some selfish reasons, we got them away with help of Rose and Em, which we all are grateful. Now that is still standing for them, to help us out, as they have become friends to our tribe, and helped out when necessary, including baby-sitting children, including little Jasmine."
Paul was holding Bella in his arms, while she sat on his lap, Jacob stared at them longingly and glaring aswell every now and then, and scowled of what was being said. Quil and Embry kept a watchful eye on Jacob, while Leah glared at everyone and had her arms across her chest with a pout, for Sam didnt look at her at any moments of his speech, and she glared over Emily who seemed not to take notice, but Bella did, and was keeping an eye on the girl. Collin and Brady on the other hand, was cheering for their Alpha and his true mate's happiness, making Sam and Emily grin at the two happily.
Bella and Paul thought this would be a playmate for their daugther in few months then. Which meant alot for the two and for their daugther, who was now 2 months old and growing like weed each day, as she just begun to be able lift her head and roll over, she also smiled her happy smile at anyone who was smiling back at her. Leah nor Jacob had seen her since the day of christening, that was for she didnt smile or anything towards, she even cried when she would look at Jacob, making him uncomfortable and stressed about her crying.
So later that day, the pack and the Cullen Family was going to meet up at the treaty line for anewed version of the treaty. And see how they would take it too.
