Elena comes out of shower only to find Elijah waiting for her in her window seat. "Elena, we need to talk" he says.
Elena is in a pink robe and has a towel wrapped on her hair, she looks around and closes the door so that no one can see Elijah is in her room because if he is here to talk about how he caught her in bed with Klaus she definitely doesn't want eyes and ears around her, although ears would be difficult if a vampire were to visit her. But she still shuts the door behind and turns to Elijah.
"Yes" she says.
"Elena, this sham of a marriage, do you know this marriage fixes a sort of locator spell on you, Klaus can find you whenever he wants, he can sense you, the only reason he married you through that ritual is because he wanted to keep tabs on you."
"Wait, you know about this ritual" Elena interrupts him.
"Yes Elena I do know, I know it because I was in love with a witch a few centuries ago and she told me how this ritual works."
"Did you marry her?" she asks him again.
"No Elena I didn't marry her the Conjunction was a century before she was even born."
"Oh" Elena says, "Can you tell me how does this ritual actually works."
"Yes, if you marry through this ritual, it kind of gives male dominance because the man can always find the woman he has married and he can marry up to three women if he is able to deny the lust in the first twenty four hours of wedding."
"Oh" Elena says open mouthed.
"Elena I don't care what has happened between the two of you up to now but please don't allow him to use your body any further. Only if you two would have consummated the marriage in the first twenty four hours the nature would have snatched this privilege from him and you'd be the only woman left for him in this planet till you're alive."
"Elena, I care about you and I don't want that Niklaus uses you as one of the many women he had had over the years, he'd treat you like a whore so please stay away from him."
Elena is at a loss of words because she quite enjoys having sex with him and yes they consummated the marriage in the first twenty four hours and oh when Klaus kissed her, it was like millions of stars were exploding in her head, she wanted more, she wanted to do more so she initiated it further and oh the sex, she has never had such an amazing sex before.
Her trail of thoughts is broken when Elijah tells her, "He can feel what you feel, when you're in danger he can sense it, but the problem is he is the only one who puts you into danger, so take my suggestion Elena and flee, flee town and I will make sure your friends and family are safe."
"Wonderful brother, preaching my wife to leave town already." Both Elijah and Elena look at the hybrid that has magically appeared in the room through the window in vampire speed.
Klaus walks to Elena and says, "You know I entered your Lake house without the invite, I tried another home but it was not possible, then I tried the home of the Flemmings and I could enter their properties as well without the invite."
Elena stops him mid-way and says, "Who are the Flemmings?"
Klaus laughs and says, "Oh your birth mother, Isobel Flemming, remember her."
"Yes, Klaus I do remember her, I remember how you compelled her to kill herself."
"That's a misconception sweetheart, I only compelled her to hand Katerina to me and to take you to safety." Elena folds her arms and looks at him in a way that tells him she is not accepting that.
Klaus laughs and says, "Okay, okay, listen to me, Isobel came to make a deal with me on Katerina's behalf, you in exchange for Katerina's freedom."
"That's a lie Klaus, Isobel killed all the tomb vampires so that…."
"So that they may not give a word to me" Klaus completes, "Elena, Isobel was working with Katerina since the beginning I compelled her to tell me the whole truth, I also compelled her to hand Katerina to me not Elena, clearly you remember the last phone call she had with Katerina she said I wanted her not you."
Elena says, "Then why did she kill herself after that, that's definitely your fault Klaus."
"Oh Elena, I believe after giving you to me to slaughter, I think somewhere inside her humanity turned on, maybe she was ashamed that when she came to me to give you to kill, I asked for your safety while she being the mother brought you for the kill."
Elena is in tears, it is the first time since the marriage that she has actually cried, "Stop crying sweetheart, at least you have Miranda, you never would have known that you were adopted if not for Stefan telling you the truth, for you Isobel would have been just any random vampire. Don't be hurt, I can feel what you feel."
"You're telling me that her humanity was on and she couldn't face what she did to me and that's why she killed herself."
"That's exactly what I am telling you love, now come on, we have to meet a witch." He turns to Elijah and says, "Leave Elijah, I don't want you staring at her with those eyes of yours, I won't share her with anyone, she is just mine." Elijah leaves through the window and Klaus smiles now that he is alone with her again.
Elena is said and crying while Klaus comes and sits behind her. He carefully removes the towel from her head making sure she doesn't get hurt, her hair fall down covering her back, she knows he has no witch to talk t because Drizella already told him she knows nothing of it, he just wants to stay here and spend some time alone with her.
"Klaus please, I am not in the mood" she says
"Shut up Elena, I want you dressed, I am taking you to the hospital for some blood donation and then you're going to join me in making hybrids, I know you don't want to romance me but I want you dressed, fast."
She turns to him and moves his hands away from her, "Yes Mr Mikaelson please wait outside while I dress." She says with sarcasm in her voice.
"Don't show attitude to me love, I have seen you naked before."
"How insensitive are you? I want to be alone, leave." And Klaus leaves after telling her he'll be waiting for her in the car.
She comes down in a red Henley and blue jeans, and a black jacket, and sits in the car next to him, the drive to the hospital is silent and Klaus knows that she is hurt so he doesn't initiate any further talk to her. There she donates a bag of blood and then Klaus takes her with him to a fancy coffee shop.
There Elena says, "I thought you were taking me on a wolf hunt."
"That I am, but I don't want you to be sick, I want you healthy, you lost a lot of blood and I am providing you what your body needs." A waiter arrives with cold coffee and pastries. Elena likes sweets but it is something she hasn't shared with either of the Salvatores and it's because she stopped eating sweets after she lost her parents and now that they are back she takes in the smell of the pastry and eats it. She enjoys her breakfast with Klaus.
Soon her phone rings and it's her mother's call, "Elena, where are you? You left early, you didn't have breakfast with us and you are not in school, are you bunking classes for a boy?"
Elena looks at Klaus who looks to a side and then looks back at her and smirks. Elena has lost her voice, she doesn't know what to say.
