Heather finally made it back to the bar, glad to put her walls back up. She never realized how exhausting it could be to have her emotions out in the open. She tore the wig off, letting her pale blue hair loose.

" So, how'd it go?" Shigaraki questioned.

" It was eventful, I guess. Why didn't you tell me Shoto was in Aizawa's class?" Arctic questioned.

" Because I didn't know, why? You have a problem with it?"

" Bullshit, you clearly put a lot of thought into this. And of course not, I could barely remember what he looked like before today. He's a perfect mix of both of them, I almost feel sorry for him,"

Heather felt frost running up her arm, letting her anger get the best of her. She still couldn't think of her father without losing control, the memories of his abuse burned in her head.

" Don't let personal issues ruin the plan, this is too important," Shigaraki growled.

" I know that! I've been ignoring my issues for years now, it won't be an issue," Arctic spat back.

She walked into her room, turning in for the night.

Heather was surprised to find the morning classes were reserved for normal school subjects. All she really did was sit there, every once in a while a teacher had papers that needed to be handed out. She had to admit, it was weird to see the pro heroes doing normal citizen things.

Lunch came by quicker than she expected, not that she was complaining. School was never her main priority, not when she had hours of training to get through every day. Heather started to walk out of the class before Midoryia grabbed her wrist. She turned around to face him.

" Hey Midoriya, what's up?" Heather greeted.

" U-Uh, we were just wondering if you wanted to sit with us at lunch? It's completely fine if you don't want to I-" Midoryia rambled.

Heather noticed Ochako and Ida standing behind Midoryia.

" I think I'm supposed to eat in the staff room, but it should be fine," Heather said.

Midoriya's smile got wider at her response. He was so happy, he didn't realize he was pulling Heather.

" Uh Midoriya, I can walk fine by myself," Heather spoke.

" O-Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't realize I was pulling you," Midoriya apologized.

" It's okay, let's go find a place to sit,"

Shoto's POV-

Shoto noticed Heather walking in with Midoriya, sitting with him and his friends. She had a smile on her face, but it never reached her eyes.

He didn't know why, but he got a bad feeling from his sister. Her eyes managed to be colder than his, which confused him. In all the photos he had seen she was always smiling kindly, even as she grew up and endured their father's abuse.

Now it seemed like she was paranoid, always panicked when she caught him looking at her. Heather seemed distant now, never really relaxing while she was here.

Shoto could've sworn he saw blue peeking out from her pale hair. Did she wear a wig? Was it because of what Enji would do if he found out?

He snapped out of his thoughts when her eyes stared right into his. Her familiar gaze was filled with pain and anxiety. He watched as she quickly got out of her seat, ignoring Midoriya's calls as she left the cafeteria.

Why would she do that? Was she really that terrified of her family?

Heather's POV-

Heather sat down with Midoriya and his friends, trying to pay attention. She didn't grab much, not feeling very hungry.

" Oh Heather, I meant to ask you earlier, why are your hands so cold? Are you okay?" Midoriya questioned.

" Yeah, I'm fine. My quirk makes my body temperature lower than normal. My mom struggles with her quirk, I guess we inherited that," Heather replied, forcing her smile.

" We?"

" O-oh, my family. As my father kept having children, they got accustomed to their quirk. I'm the oldest, so I have the least control,"

Heather looked up, only to find Shoto staring at her. Her eyes widened, suddenly feeling uncomfortable.

She quickly got up, leaving the room. She heard Midoriya calling for her, but she ignored it. She pushed through the entrance doors, making it outside. She found a tree nearby, leaning against it.

She thought she had gotten rid of her panic attacks, but seeing Shoto brought them back. He reminded her of the past, of the family she wanted to leave behind. She thought she had stopped being afraid of her father, but she still trembled at the thought of him.

Heather had only told Touya about her panic attacks, trusting him more than anyone. Now he was gone, and she had no one to help her.

Heather collapsed on the floor, feeling herself start to panic. She had been training, her father being extra brutal on her.

She could still feel the blood dripping down her forehead from where he father hit her. Her arms were covered in ice but she couldn't feel it.

She could feel her heart hammering in her chest, her breathing becoming heavy. She couldn't make her body move, she was frozen in fear.

" Heather, what's wrong?" Touya questioned.

She couldn't say anything, but Touya had already figured out what was going on. He pulled her into a hug, telling her to breathe.

She gripped his shirt, sobbing into his chest. He was always warm, something she wished she could be.

Aizawa's POV-

Aizawa always took his lunch to nap. What he didn't expect was Midoriya to come running into the teacher's lounge, a worried look on his face.

" Mr. Aizawa. Heather's outside! I think she's having a panic attack!" he hollered.

Aizawa shot up out of his sleeping bag, hurrying outside. He found Heather leaning against a tree, an unresponsive look on her face. Her body was almost completely frozen, as well as the tree.

He erased her quirk, making sure she couldn't hurt herself anymore. He set his hand on her shoulder, trying to bring her back to reality. Slowly, her eyes filled with awareness and she started sobbing.

" I-I'm sorry, I m-made a h-huge mistake. I n-need help," Heather sobbed.
