Week 1: day 4
Rito was up and prepared to make himself smarter as he left his room to find Gid, though Gid had already started walking to where Rito was. "Hmph, it seems you're starting to get used to this. Maybe you can do this in a shorter amount of time than expected." Rito raised his eyebrow in question. " whatever for now you're going into the library to study." Gid and Rito entered a massive room filled with books, though Rito couldn't understand most of them. "Man, what do these say?" "They are just books with the Devilukean language, along with other languages as well." Rito wondered how he was going to manage this. "Come over here." There was a special looking book that seemed to have glowed a bit, Rito for some reason felt a little excited. "This book will let you understand all languages, though you're still going to need to learn about everything yourself." Rito said yes and started reaching for the book, and blacked out after he touched it.
On some some unknown planet
It was raining and not happy looking. Rito saw some dead bodies scattered around, and two kids that were girls along with two adults. They seemed to be a family, but they were all in a sad mood. (both girls say at the same time) "Papa (sniff), papa(sniff), we were so scared! (One girl) are the bad guys gone (sniff)? (The other one) Are all of us safe now papa(sniff)? (The father rubbing the two girls heads) Yes you two, but I'm very sorry you all had to see that." (The mother) " It's fine, right you two? Papa had to do that to the bad people, or we would've been goners." (Both of the girls) "Mama's right papa, we wouldn't be able to see you anymore if you hadn't come." (the father sounding very teary) You guys..." The father then gave the mother and two girls a big hug along with several cries out loud. "I'm so sorry!" Then everyone started crying out loud.
Rito then woke up crying a lot and couldn't stop. "Hey, why the hell are you crying?!" "Huh? oh this is nothing. I just had a dream about something." "Whatever, come on, you need to read these books, here." Gid then slammed the books on the table, though Rito didn't have as big of a reaction he normally would. "Read all of these, oh and here." Gid then tossed a black ring at Rito and he caught it. Rito then started putting the ring on his left index finger. "Hmph, it seems you're a bit smarter already" Rito sighed and then started reading the books. "Whoa, what the heck?" the ring let Rito process information a whole lot faster then before, to the point where he could be called a genius. Rito then kept on reading and didn't stop since the books were actually interesting. "You can keep the ring chump" Rito looked quite happy even though a few days ago he just wanted to go back home.
A couple of hours later
Rito had gained a lot of knowledge from reading those books. "Wow, I had no idea that some of these things were real." "Now it's time for you to read these other books." Gid once again slammed the books on the table, but Rito barely had a reaction. (Rito with an interested look) "Ok then, I guess it's time for me to read these as well." Rito was reading books about the tech of Deviluke and other planets of the universe. "Wow, I could read these all day!" "Good, because that's what you were going to do" "Yes sir!"
Near nighttime
"Alright kid, that's enough, go rest up for tomorrow." "Will do!" Rito then started walking towards the room he was staying in when, "Hey sir?" "Hmm?" "Is it really ok for me to do this? I had school, and I don't know if Mikan and the others know where I am." "Don't worry about that stuff. We told your sister that you you were going to be away for about a year to study somewhere else. Also your school has been contacted by us, and they know that you are studying elsewhere, so you can go back there no problem when you're done here." Rito now had some of his questions answered as he felt relieved since he knew that he wouldn't have any problems when he went back to Earth...right? Rito then nodded and went back to the room, he was really getting used to this.
Week 1: day 5, outside
"It's time for you to practice with your left arm now." Gid tossed an odd looking ball at Rito and he caught it. "You're going to practice throwing this." "So, how do I throw with my left arm? (Gid with a vain popping out) "LEARN YOUR GOD DAMN SELF!" Rito flinched a little, but started to throw the ball with his left arm. It barely went in front of him. Gid just shook his head. "Yeah that's right! Keep on trying to throw it!" Rito threw the ball for about two hours.
Rito had used the Diamond all three time already, and his throwing power with his left arm improve quite a bit, along with his aim. Rito looked a little confused. "If you're wondering why your aim and power has improved, it's because that ball is a bit special. You should be able to guess what it does." Rito thought Gid wasn't as bad of a guy as he thought he was. Gid actually seemed kind hearted deep down, though he just didn't seem like he wanted to admit it.
Week 1: day 6
"All right, this is the last day I'm going to train you myself for a while." "What do you mean?" "I'm going back to Deviluke since it would be a problem if I stayed here. Zastin is going to be keeping on eye on you for about six months so you don't slack off. Got that!" 'Uhh, yes!" "Good. Now for today you're going to learn how to jump higher and eventually fly." "?!" Rito thought this was the craziest thing anyone has said , and will ever say to him "Put this ring on your right arm." It was a gold wristband that had silver in the middle. The wristband was pretty big for Rito's wrist, but when he put it on his wrist, it shrunk down to fit on his arm. "Alright boy, jump as high as you can" When Rito tried to jump, he went way higher than expected. "Whoa! I didn't expect this." "Yes, yes, just keep on jumping until I say to stop." They went at it for a couple of hours since Rito had the diamond.
Nighttime
"Hey sir?" "(Sigh) Just call me Gid. "Gid? Why do you want to train me so badly? Not that I'm complaining(laughs)." "What do you mean why? My youngest daughter is pregnant with two of your children." ("...") "HUUUUH! WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!" "I mean that my youngest daughter, Momo is pregnant your two children, and they're both girls. Now stop yelling before I get even more pissed at you!" Rito couldn't believe what he was hearing, Momo was pregnant with two of his kids?! What!? When did that happen?! He was going to be a father already?! Not to mention, Momo was going to have two girls, which reminded him of the two in his dream... "AHH!" Rito was holding his head with his hands because it hurt like no other. "What the hell...?" (thud!) Rito went unconscious at that very moment.
