Chapter 7
Bulbasaur and the Hidden Village
After having Shiny Charmander as his Next Pokémon Ash, Pikachu, Ami, Makoto, Minako, Rei and Usagi make their way to Route 24 and on to Route 25 and Since it's Minako's turn to lead she must rely purely on her instincts and that can mean trouble. Ash is wondering that Minako is going to lead the gang somewhere, and he asks Minako a question
"Minako, not to question your sense of direction or anything, but are you sure about going to Route 25 to Bill's place before going to Route 5?" Ash asked
"Pika Pika?"
"I'm sure of it." Minako smiled "and we might find some wild Pokémon we never seen before, who knows?"
"How about we find some trainers that we would battle?" Asked Rei "we'll take on one at a time."
Then they saw an Oddish which catches Makoto's attention. "Hey, Guys an Oddish!" She said "It's so cute."
Then Ash analyzed it with his PokeDex and it said "Oddish. This Pokémon is typically found roaming the forest scattering pollen as it walks around"
Rei turned to Ash "Ash I want to catch it, I haven't had a Oddish on my team and it's my chance to catch one." She said and she got out a PokéBall "Go Vulpix!" Then Vulpix came out of the PokéBall and into battle with an Oddish.
"So you got a Vulpix, huh Rei?" Ash asked the he analyzed Vulpix with his PokéDex and it said "Vulpix, a fox Pokémon it's six tails are extremely beautiful as it evolves it grows even more tails."
"Ok, Grass is weak to fire." Said Rei with a smile "so this would be a peace of cake, Vulpix ember!" Vulpix used ember which was Super effective on Oddish, The attack sends it to the air and lands on the ground almost out which Rei gets out her empty PokéBall and prepares to throw it "Ok, it's time to catch it! Go PokéBall!" She throws the PokéBall but before it can land on Oddish but the Pokéball is reflected up of the air by another Pokémon. Rei was shocked as well as the others.
"What the hell was that?!" Asked Rei and Makoto The Pokémon that protected the Oddish is one of the Kanto Starters, Bulbasaur it knocked the PokéBall up to the air using vine whip Ash was amazed.
"Oh my god!" Ash awed "It's a Bulbasaur!" He got out his PokéDex Once more and Analyzed the Bulbasaur and it said "Bulbasaur. It bares the seed of a plant on its back from birth. The seed slowly develops. Researchers are unsure whether to classify Bulbasaur as a plant or animal. Bulbasur are extremely tough and are very difficult to capture in the wild."
"Hey, Ash." Minako said "I think you should catch it."
"Ok, Minako" said Ash "Even though Pokémon trainers are allowed to carry 6 Pokémon at a time."
The Ash gets out Shiny Charmander's PokéBall out "Charmander, I choose you!" He sends Shiny Charmander to Battle which it sparkles "Charmander, use scratch!" Which Charmander used scratch which did a little bit a damage on the Bulbasaur, Bulbasuar then tackles Charmander and sends it up in the air, but Charmander landed on his feet then Oddish and Bulbasaur retreat into the forest abandoning the battle.
"Pika!"
"Damn, I almost had it." Ash said "Charmander Return." Then Charmander was recalled back to his PokéBall
"What was that all about?" Makoto asked with a Sweatdrop "He really ditched the battle like that?"
"Everyone, I think we should go on and battle these trainers," Ami said "after that I bet that Bulbasaur would come back to battle Ash agian."
"Thanks, Lovely Bookworm." Ash thanked which Ami blushed
Ash, Ami, Makoto, Minako, Rei and Usagi then battle the trainers of Route 25 which combines as a maze of bushes then after that they carried on to the rest of Route 25, Minako and Usagi feel down a hole that someone dug up which the gang dumbfoundingly saw, even Pikachu.
"Minako, Usagi, why didn't you two nodiced the hole?" Rei asked
"I felt it by my feet!" Minako yelled
"Please get us out of here!" Usagi said
"I have a couple guesses," Ash said while throwing down a rope which Minako and Usagi climbed "and none of them are good."
"Did Team Rocket planned this?" Makoto asked
"If so they must've done a bad job." Usagi said jokingly "they are a bunch of Nut cases!"
"Alright, nice and easy." Ash said while helping the two blondes up the gang continues on to the path and Ami senses another trap
"Ash, wait!" Ami called Which catches his attention "There's another trap. Stand your guard."
Ash then took a step backward and gets a stick and throws it nearby to reveal a foot snare trap which caught the stick
"Oh, it is a trap." Said Ash then Luna and Artemis came in and the two moon cats, Usagi and Minako get caught in a net
"Crap!" Artemis cursed "a net!"
"Not Agian!" Minako whined
"Wah!" Usagi cried
"Guys get us out, Help!" Luna cried
"Don't worry!" Ash said "we'll get you down!"
"Pikachu."
Everyone soon hears a familiar sound, the sound of a Bulbasaur, the same one from earlier Minako angrily shouts that it abandoned the battle earlier and demanded a rematch to face Ash once more and Usagi shouts at it to get her, Minako, Luna and Artemis down but it just smiles and walks away
"Why you little!" Artemis and Usagi shouted then they wiggled the net
"You're not wiggling hard enough- Eek!" Minako shreked "Artemis stop wiggling down my skirt, you pervert!"
"It wasn't on purpose!" Artemis squeaked
"Bulbasaur!" Ash shouted "Can't you at least help us?!"
"Patience, Ash." Ami said while putting her hand on his shoulder to calm him down "Let's focus on getting our friends out of that net, shall we?"
Meanwhile, Team Rocket is seen wandering around, looking for something "The village we're looking for should be on this Route." Jessie said
"Let's just hope the rumors are true." James said
"Hee hee hee!" Meowth giggled "Just wait and see what Team Rocket's got planned for you, you delicious little village."
Just then they fell in a hole that they didn't dig up meaning some else dug up the hole and made some traps not Team Rocket
"Damnit!" Jessie cursed "Who dug up this hole?! How come nobody ever falls into our traps? We always fall into theirs!"
"Not me!" James said "somebody else did! Well, this one was cleverly hidden, well made."
"Well whoever it is," Meowth said "He must've suck at doing it."
Back with the others Ash and the others were busy getting Minako, Usagi, Luna and Artemis out from the next and Rei undoes the net which causes the 4 to fall, Makoto catches Usagi, Ami caught Luna, Usagi caught Artemis and Ash caught Minako and Held her bridal style which Minako looked up to Ash with her adorable dreamy eyes, blushed and Smiled at him.
"T-Thank you Ashy." Minako dreamily thanked which Ash sets her down Gently
"No problem, Minako." Ash said
"Is everyone ok?" Ami asked which everyone. Responded yes
Then suddenly someone from the bushes came out a girl appeared and It caught Ash and the others by suprise
"Hold it right there!" The mysterious girl said
"We're not poachers!" Ash cried
"We've come in peace!" Usagi shouted
"Pika!"
The girl then realized that they are not here to steal the Pokémon she apologized for her behavior and they lead Ash and the others to a small village and the girl introduced herself
"My name is Melanie" Melanie said "I'm really sorry that I scared you all and Bulbasaur giving you all trouble."
"It's ok, Melanie." Ash said "I'm Ash."
"Pikachu."
"I'm Usagi Tsukino." Usagi introduced
"I'm Ami Mizuno." Ami said while blushing
"I'm Rei Hino." Rei introduced
"I'm Makoto Kino." Makoto said.
"I'm Minako Aino." Minako introduced
"It's very nice to meet you all." Melanie said happily
"Do all these Pokémon belong to you?" Rei asked while looking around
"Oh, no." Melanie said "This is a place where Pokémon can rest and relax."
"You mean like summer camp?" Minako asked
"You see, all year long. You see, when Pokémon get abandoned or injured, they can come here." Ami explained "Melanie takes care of them until they feel better, then they leave."
"However I'm unqualified to be a Pokémon doctor." Melanie said
"This is more like a Pokémon health spa." Ami said
"I get it!" Ash said "It's a place where an injured wild Pokémon can heal up, and its a place where an abandoned Pokémon can rest until it can get back on its feet as a wild Pokémon."
"Here, the Pokémon don't battle with one another. They relax and try to enjoy themselves until they've recovered." Melanie said "I collect plants to use for medicine. And I also know all about which plants can help a Pokémon feel better or grow stronger when its too weak.
"That's so cool!" Ash said happily "and I was wondering Melanie, who put those nets and that snare trap up in the trees?"
"I'm so sorry," Melanie apologized "I was the one who set those traps. I wanted to catch Pokémon trainers before they reach the village. Since you got caught, I guess they really work."
"But why?" Makoto asked
"There are so many injured Pokémon here, I have to protect them." Melanie said
Usagi sended out her Clefairy to Play with some of the wild Pokémon, Pikachu, Luna and Artemis and Ami, Rei, Makoto and Minako sent out Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon and Eevee so the Pokemon can play while Ash pours the water from the lake onto Staryu and Oddish nuzzles on Rei
"Oh, hi, Oddsish," said Rei "I shouldn't have surprised you like that. You must've been scared." Which Oddish nodded meaning that it was
"Melanie told me your old trainer got rid of you. Was it really because he thought you were too weak?" Rei Asked and Oddish nodded yes.
"You know, some trainers can be insensitive. But not all of us are mean like that." Rei giggles and pets Oddish "You just need to find a trainer that understands you. Anyway, I'm sorry for what I did and I hope we can become friends." Rei then starts shedding tears which Oddish wipes away Rei's tears
"You're sweet, Oddish. I am really sorry." Rei said while her voice is breaking "Sometimes i think about winning. I hope I'm not becoming heartless."
Then Ash put his hand on Rei's shoulder while she's crying a little and she turned to him "Rei, You're not heartless at all, and nobody's perfect. You're amazing just the way you are." Ash said comforting Rei
Rei then smiled very brightly at Ash and she looked at him with her adorable eyes she cannot believe that Ash said some very sweet things to her and she happily glomped Ash pulling him for a hug
"Oh, Ash you're so sweet!" Rei cried while still hugging Ash which hugged the long haired raven Shrine Madien back as she whipped her tears suddenly Bulbasaur comes in pushing Ash's legs and Rei and Ash sees this
"Bulbasaur, what are you doing?" Ash and Rei asked
"Maybe it wants to play shove of war!" Minako laughed
"Minako!" Everyone shouted
"Bad timing?" Minako asked which everyone nodded
"Bulbasaur is only trying to protect Oddish." Melanie said "Bulbasaur volunteered to guard our whole village, It protects all the injured Pokémon whenever enemies try to attack them."
"That explains its rapid response to Oddish when it was in trouble." Ami said
"Bulbasaur is the bravest and most loyal Pokémon I know." Melanie smiled
"Bulbasaur was worried about the other Pokémon, so it decided to be the village bodyguard." Ash said "Now that's what I call bravery. It would be great to have a Pokémon like that."
"Bulbasaur, we're here to help you." Ami smiled at Bulbasaur which it wondered if they're sure which the gang as well as Pikachu, Clefairy, Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon and the 2 moon cats nodded yet
Suddenly up above the village, Team Rocket floats in on a floating stadium making everyone turn to the floating stadium Jessie, James and Meowth did the usual motto, which Annoys Ash, Ami, Rei, Makoto, Usagi, Minako as well as Pikachu
"To protect the world from devastation!" Jessie said
"To unite all peoples within our nation!" James said
"To denounce the evils of truth and love!"
"To extend our reach to the stars above!"
"Jessie!" "James!"
"Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!"
"Surrender now, or prepare to fight!"
"Meowth, That's right!" Meowth finished
Rei looked at team rocket in annoyance "Do you 3 losers get tired of saying the same thing over and over?" She mocked
"It never gets old, don't ever forget it!" James shouted "You village idiots thought their measly traps would stop us, they thought they had the home team advantage!"
"No such luck, we're the home team now." Jessie
"Don't forget, I suggested tying balloons on the stadium roof." Meowth said as he sees Rei Hino mocks them
"To protect the world from Rocket morons!" Rei singed "To unite Rockets of Humiliation!"
"How dare you mock our motto?!" Jessie screamed "Come on let's suck them all up!"
Our heroes watch as Team Rocket lands their balloon lifted stadium and Meowth activated A giant vacuum hose extends from the stadium and starts attempting to suck up the Pokémon in the village
"Stop!" Usagi shouted "You're trying to suck up the Pokémon in a stadium!
"Step right up, and make us!" James mocked
"All Pokémon are invited to enter the stadium." Jessie announced "We're not hosing you! Well, maybe we are."
Oddish began to lift up, but is stopped by Rei, grabbing it in time and Luna get lifted up as well only to get saved by Ami Everyone was holding on to Pokémon and the two moon cats that were gaining altitude for dear life, including Makoto, who was holding firmly onto Eevee. Ash grabs and holds on to Staryu and Pikachu before they get pulled in. Then he sees Bulbasaur saves Rei and Oddish at the last minute with its Vine Whip. And everyone is safe inside Melanie's cabin.
Jessie was Furious "That rotten little pest! He's always ruining our flawless plans!" She shouted
"Not this time. He's gathered them all in one place for us." James said
Back inside all the Pokémon are safe then Usagi has an Idea "Ash, Melanie make sure all the Pokémon are safe me and the girls are gonna go to the other room."
"Ok." Ash and Melanie responded as Usagi and the girls and the moon cats went to the other room and closed the door
"Everyone, Transform now!" Luna said
Usagi held up her broach and Ami, Rei, Makoto and Minako held up their transformation pens and called out:
"Moon Cosmic Power!"
"Mercury star Power!"
"Venus Star Power!"
"Jupiter Star Power!"
"Mars Star Power!"
"Make Up!"
Transformation Sequence: Usagi
Usagi's Cosmic Heart Compact opens, revealing the pink heart-shaped crystal inside, waving her hand over it. It flashes twice and erupts in pink light. Usagi is now standing in the middle of a light blue heart that's spinning to the right. She stands one leg while holding up her arms and begins pirouetting in the opposite direction, going faster until, in a burst of light, pink ribbons envelop her torso and midsection, transforming into her leotard. She elegantly stretches out her arms, and pink ribbons cover them, forming into her gloves. She then raised her right foot high with incredible flexibility, and pink ribbons cloak it changing into her boots. The heart made of blue light then turns into a circle of sparkles swirling around her waist, forming her skirt and bow. Now no longer in light, Usagi spins around a couple of times like a ballerina, and takes a small bow. As she comes out from her bow, a crescent moon mark glows in the middle of her forehead. Then, a tiara appears bearing a gold symbol of the Moon, along with her earrings, choker, and her ordango covers. Usagi opens her eyes, her transformation now complete, and strikes her signature pose.
Transformation Sequence: Ami
Ami held up her hand as blue sparkles swirled around it, alighting her fingernails, turning them into a shade of bright blue. Her transformation stick appears spinning, and she takes hold of it, the star on end as well as the symbol glowing. The logo on it begins to turn, enveloping Ami in blue light. Then she sweeps the pen over her head as a stream of sparkling blue water begins to emit from it, forming her leotard, boots, and gloves. A sparkling ripple, as well as a flurry of bubbles, expands over her body, creating a small mist of water that formed the rest of her uniform the same as Sailor Moon's but the center bow, boots, and rims on the gloves were blue and bright blue. She turns around and then strikes her signature pose.
Transformation Sequence: Rei
Rei's hand is held up as red sparkles swirl around it, alighting her fingernails, turning them into a shade of bright red. Her transformation stick appears spinning, and she takes hold of it, the star on end as well as the symbol glowing. The logo on the stick begins to turn as Rei is enveloped in red light. As she held up her pen while spinning around, long bright tongues of flame erupt from her pen, forming several rings around her body. The rings of fire tighten around her body, and in a brilliant flash of light, her outfit forms looking just like Sailor Moon's, but she is wearing red pumps along with a pair of red star-shaped earrings, the center bow is purple, and the rims of her gloves, her skirt, her choker, and collar are red. After that, Mars finishes with her signature pose.
Transformation Seuence: Makoto
The planet Jupiter appears, and Makoto puts her hand up, her fingernails begin to sparkle in bright green, and her transformation wand comes to her hand spinning, now having a different design. Her body now becomes silhouetted in green, as blue lightning erupted from her wand, while holding it up. As she spins around a few times, until stopping with her back turned, the lightning swirls around her, forming rings like an atom. The lightning explodes, revealing Makoto in her green Sailor Uniform wearing green boots, a pair of rose earrings, a pink bow and ribbon, gloves with green trims, and a green skirt, choker, and collar. Makoto then turns around, and in the middle of her forehead, her symbol appears, and her tiara materializes. Her transformation now complete; she assumes her final pose, her symbol and planet appearing in the background against a starry sky.
Transformation sequence: Minako.
Minako holds up her hand as golden stars swirl around it, alighting her fingernails, turning them into a shade of bright orange. Her transformation stick appears spinning, and she takes hold of it, the star on end as well as the symbol glowing. It begins to turn as Minako is enveloped in yellow light. Then she sweeps the pen over her head as banners of golden stars emit from it. Minako then holds up the pen above her head as the banners of stars form a spiral around her body. They disappear into the ground, forming a circle of stars, and burst into more stars going upwards, enveloping Minako's body. Then Minako emerges wearing the same outfit as Sailor Moon's, the center bow, boots, and rims on the gloves colored orange, her back bow, yellow, and her center bow, blue. She then opens her eyes as she struck her signature pose.
Back with Team Rocket they were about to take the vacuum hose closer and to attempt to suck it and everything and everyone inside it up while they did the cheer
"Let's go team! To steal em is our dream! Let's go rocket! Put Pokémon in our pocket!" Team Rocket cheered
Suddenly a Moon Tiara Action launched at Jessie's hand making by it bleed and making Jessie whine and tear up.
"Ow! My hand" Jessie whined "who's the Bastard who threw that?!"
"I did!" Sailor Moon shouted "and That's you guys get for trying to Suck everyone and their Pokémon to the Stadium which they didn't get their tickets for!"
"It's the 5 super girls." Meowth said
"We are the Pretty Guardians!" Sailor Moon said
"Who fight for love and Justice!" Sailor Mercury said
"I am Sailor Moon!"
"I am Sailor Mercury!"
"I'm Sailor Mars!"
"I am Sailor Jupiter!"
"I am Sailor Venus!"
Ash Ketchum and Pikachu comes in evening on the roof with Bulbasaur
"Don't forget about Ash Ketchum!" Ash called
"In the name of the moon..." Sailor Moon said
"We'll punish you!" The Sailor Guardians and Ash shouted
"Pi Pikachu!"
"You pests are very predictable every time." Jessie said while rolling her eyes "Prepared to get sucked for making my hand bleed!"
The vacuum hose gets closer to the cabin and attempts to suck it and everything and everyone inside it up but Venus called out her attack
"Venus love me chain!" She shouted while launched her Venus love me chain and Knock the vacuum away and so did Bulbasaur's vine whip
Then Ash send Pidgeotto out to battle "Pidgeotto, I choose you!" He called
"Smart call, Ash!" Sailor Mercury and Venus said happily
"Thanks, Girls." Ash thanked "Hey, Sailor Mercury wanna help me out?"
"Why sure Ash." Sailor Mercury smiled and she sent out Pidgey "Pidgey, I choose you!" Which both Bird Pokémon are ready to fight Team Rocket
"Now let's get to work!" Sailor Mercury said
"Pidgeotto, Gust attack!" Ash commanded
"Pidgey, help Pidgeotto and use your strongest Gust!" Sailor Mercury Commanded
Both bird Pokémon use their Gust attacks in unison then suddenly Sailor Mercury's Pidgey's Gust suddenly got stronger, then it happened, Pidgey's body began to glow white while using its strongest Gust
"What's going on?!" Sailor Jupiter asked
"What the hell?!" Sailor Mars said
"Pidgey, you're evolving!" Sailor Mercury shouted
The light fades to reveal that Sailor Mercury's Pidgey had evolved into a Pidgeotto causing Her's and Ash's Pidgeotto's gust to become very strong
"Yay Sailor Mercury! Your Pidgey evolved into a Pidgeotto!" Sailor Moon and Venus cheered "Now get those Team Rocket losers out of here!"
The Gusts of wind and the Air being sucked in is being merged and turned into a tornado, which was heading towards Team Rocket
"And the tornado's winding up!" James said "But will it strike us out?"
"There goes the whole ball game!" Jessie said
Team Rocket screams as they get blown away by the tornado along with their stadium round and round they go and they ended up blasting off as Team Rocket shouted "Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!"
"Aaaand it's a home run!" Sailor Mars and Jupiter said joikingly
"We did it!" Sailor Mercury and Ash said happily as they hug one another which Cases The two to blush but smile
Melanie and the other Pokémon, Luna and Artemis came out of the cabin "Is everyone feeling okay?"
"We're all ok, Melanie." Sailor Mercury said "My Pidgey evolved into Pidgeotto so now me and Ash have one."
"I just had the wind knocked out of me." Sailor Moon said dizzily
"Same for me" Sailor Venus While her head is spinning
"This village is well protected with Bulbasaur here." Ash said
"Ash, don't you think that Bulbasaur would make an excellent addition to your team?" Melanie asked "I think Bulbasaur should go with you."
"But, what about the safety of the village?" Asked Sailor Mercury
"Bulbasaur stayed here to protect the weaker Pokémon, but this village is too small, the bulb on its back can't grow," Melanie explained "it needs to go out into the world now. And I know you'll take good care of it. Please do me this favor. Take Bulbasaur with you on your journey, he'll be a good companion."
"But what will happen to the village without Bulbasaur?" Sailor Mars asked
"Yeah. He's the village bodyguard. What will happen without him around? Sailor Jupiter asked "Who's going to protect you?"
"It's true that Bulbasaur has done a great job, maybe too great a job." Melanie said "You see, these Pokémon shouldn't remain in this village forever and ever. After they recover, the Pokémon are supposed to leave, but it's too safe here, so none of them wants to go away. They don't want to return to the outside world."
"That's so amazing" awed Sailor Mercury
"But I think its important that all of them return to the wild, that's where Pokémon belong. And maybe, someday, they'll find good trainers like all of you." Melanie said
"That's really nice of you to say that about us." Sailor Moon Said tearing up a little
"Of course, taking care of sick Pokémon will always be my mission, but I know that my job isn't finished until they return where they came from. So its the day a Pokémon leaves that is the most rewarding to me." Melanie went on "So, you see, its time for Bulbasaur to leave here. Please take it with you. It won't be a burden, I promise. Bulbasaur still has a lot of growing to do. I want it to be in a place where I can be sure it can grow strong and happy. I'm sure that place is with you, Ash."
"Well, if you really want me to." Ash said then he looked at Bulbasaur him wanting to not only battle with Ash but to go with the Gang to his Adventure however a Trainer is allowed to have 6 Pokémon at a time "Well, Bulbasaur, if you want me to battle with you then be my guest. But a trainer is allowed to carry 6 Pokémon at a time" He giggled
"Yes Ash, you transfer over one existing Pokémon you have in your party to the PC so you can save the Pokémon you transferred to the PC for later." Sailor Mercury said giving Ash advice "So you can have Bulbasaur in your party
Soon the girls when somewhere and else to turn back to their normal selves and they came back not wanting to miss the battle with Pikachu vs Bulbasaur and Ami stand by Ash's side and the battle begins.
"Pikachu, go!" Ash commanded "Use Quick attack!"
"Pika!"
Pikachu charges, while Bulbasaur uses its Vine Whip to attack, only for it to be avoided by Pikachu's speed. Bulbasaur charges in for a tackle and sends Pikachu flying but but Pikachu straightens out, lands on its feet safely, and charges at Bulbasaur with a quick attack
"Wow, Pikachu must be really strong than any other Pikachu." Ami said
Bulbasaur then a slaps Pikachu with a vine whip but he's not down
"Damn." Makoto cursed "Vine Whip is Bulbasaur's special move."
"But Ash has got to this." Rei said
"Ok, Pikachu use Iron Tail!" Ash commanded
"Pika! Chuuu...Pika!" Pikachu's tail then turned into steel and it slapped Bulbasaur on his face sending it flying and on the ground being knocked out in the process Ash gets his Pokéball ready
"Wow, Nice move!" Makoto shouted
"Alright! Pokéball, go!" Ash said then The Pokéball hit, Bulbasaur goes inside it, it wiggles for a few seconds, but soon pings, indicating that Bulbasaur was caught and Everyone jumped in Victory
"Yeah! I got Bulbasaur!" Ash said while holding the PokéBall high
"It's amazing!" Ami cheered
"Pi Pikachu!"
"Yay!" Shouted Usagi and Minako
"It's a Keeper!" Makoto and Rei cheered
Suddenly The Pokéball soon starts to glow and before Everyone can react the Bulbasaur disappears into the PC and Usagi and Minako begin to panic
"Ahh! Ash, where did your new Bulbasaur go!?" Usagi shouted "Oh No!!"
"Where'd it go?!" Minako screamed "Get it back!!
"Girls, Relax it's in The PC so I can switch one of my Pokémon so we can have Bulbasaur on my party." Ash said trying to calm the 2 Blondes down "Just like I organized my party before my battle with Brock. And my Geodude, Nidoran both male and female, Bellsprout, Ekans and Beedrill. "
"Ohh..." Usagi and Minako said "Just like when we first met you."
Ash asked Melanie if she has a PC which she does so they both used it switched Ash's Shiny Onix for his new Bulbasaur and just like that Bulbasaur is on Ash's party. And Melanie pets Bulbasaur
"Bulbasaur, I'll miss you." Melanie said sadly "Have a safe trip. Bulbasaur, thank you for watching over us."
"I promise I'll take very good care of Bulbasaur." Ash promised
The Oddish walked to Rei and looked at her, Melanie realized that Oddish may have found its new trainer
"Oddish, What's up?" Rei asked
"I think Oddish wants to travel with you, Rei." Melanie said
"With me?" Rei blushed "Sure! I'll let Oddish travel with me."
"You got yourself a new friend, Rei" Makoto said
"Welcome to the team, Oddish." Rei said getting her empty PokéBall which Oddish got in
"Goodbye, Oddish I'll miss you and Bulbasaur very much." Melanie said shedding a tear which she wiped away
Ash, Pikachu, Luna and Artemis and the Girls head off waving goodbye to Melanie "Goodbye everyone! Please take good care of eachother!"
"Goodbye, Melanie!" Ash waved and Bulbasaur waved goodbye as well"Take care."
"Pikachu!"
"Don't worry Bulbasaur, you'll see your friends again. As soon as the Pokémon feel better, they'll leave this village, too." Ash said to Bulbasaur
"Ash, I promise I'll think before I lead." Said Minako Which Ash nodded to her
"I guess we all learned something." Artemis said
"Ami, I'm really glad that You're Pidgey evolved now we have two Pidgeottos." He said to Ami making her blush and smile "and I'm happy that Rei got a Oddish."
Ami and Rei smiled at Ash and "You're so sweet, Ashy." They both said while blushing
With Bulbasaur and Shiny Charmander at his side, it looks like Ash is building his own dream team. Now its on to the rest of Route 25, then Route 5 and then to Vermilion City. Let's just hope our heroes don't take anymore shortcuts, and only follow the path down to their destination. and find out if they reach to there as the Journey Continues!
