a day has passed since Fugaku killed Sasuke everything turn back to normal in the Uchiha compound later he and his wife Mikoto Uchiha went to their first honeymoon however they were unaware that a shadow has been following them it was waiting for the right moment.

Leaf village port

Sarutobi was looking for Fugaku to congratulate the man for defeating the evil Sasuke Uchiha. he was having trouble finding him. he accidentally collided with some leaf village ninja.

"hey watch it you asshat"

"yeah like my bro said watch where-" the youngest one stopped when he saw it their hokage .he was so nervous the he could barely form a sentence "o...oh...shit...hokage. ..."

Sarutobi would have scold them but he had much more important things to do "it's fine just make sure it doesn't happen again " he couldn't help but look at the strange coffin the two leaf ninja were carrying. it color gray but it was throwing golden particles but the worst part was the eerie feeling it was giving Sarutobi could have sworn he felt this presence before but he did not know where . shrugging "get going now" he shooed them away.

"yes sir" they both replied and resume taking the coffin inside the boat.

Sarutobi saw Fugaku and Mikoto waving at everyone as the ship began sailing the man became a legend among shinobi for doing the leaf a great service it was time for them to have their honeymoon.

both Uchiha began enjoying the music that began playing .they could see their was ninja of every village it was a rare sight .

"once we reach the far lands that's where our honeymoon begins" Fugaku said as he raised his wine .

"yes" Mikoto replied and she raised her wine as well.

Fugaku felt something was off ever since entering this boat the feeling as if someone was watching them grew more intense . Mikoto notice this and began to get worry.

"dear are you alright. you have been kinda weird since we got into this boat"Mikoto asked. Fugako smile at her.

"it's nothing"

a lone sand village ninja . he fell face first accidentally dropping his necklace .standing up he saw where it fell "oh kami dammit today is not my day"he muttered.

the sand village ninja reach the place "what the" he said in shock . in front of him was a coffin with gold particles walking foward he saw his necklace but what was more shocking was the lock of coffin was open . curiosity taking the better of him he tried to open it "what the fuck is not even moving an inch. than it must be locked from the inside" giving up the sand ninja turn around but was cut in half by an sword .

after drinking 29 wine the Uchiha couple are drunk. but Fugaku could not get drunk the eerie feeling was not allowing him. sensing his worries Mikoto .

"something is wrong dear you have been doing that alot"

Fugaku sigh "...Mikoto haven't you felt the odd feeling".

"...yes...I have" she answered

both Uchiha dodge as they saw a rain of shuriken the table was completely destroy.

"so you dodge that surprise am not" said Orochimaru. Fugaku glare at him

"you!" Fugaku shouted

"I thought Sarutobi dealt with you ages ago" said Mikoto. the snake sanning chuckle

"master awaits Fugaku" Orochimaru turn around and jumped

"Mikoto stay here I gotta finish this" Fugaku said. Mikoto was gonna protest but she saw him smiling she turn around.

"good bye my loved" she whispered and she began running to get out of the boat.

Fugaku give chase to find Orochimaru.

"see you came Fugaku" the snake sanning said. Fugaku notice a coffin behind Orochimaru.

"Orochimaru are you still after the sharingan " he questioned. Orochimaru laugh.

"not after sharingan no more . following master order do. he said and began opening the coffin. with one hand was holding a canister.

"it's been a long time father " said a voice inside the canister. Fugaku widen his eyes in disbelief as the light turn up the Fugaku could see the inside of the canister.

it was Sasuke's head and he was smirking.

"Sasuke your still alive?" Fugaku said. the young Uchiha laugh at him.

"oh you must be wondering how I survive well that's easy".

Flash back

after Fugaku buried Sasuke . Orochimaru deactivated his camouflage jutsu he walked where his master was .

"shovel jutsu" in a puff of smoke a shovel appeard in his hand he began digging . once he finished he saw the burn corpse of Sasuke Uchiha .

"knife jutsu" with careful he began cutting the neck . once done he made yet another hand sigh.

"container jutsu" he place the head inside the container and left a clone to buried the body .

"after that I began a slow recovery of one day and so here we are" Sasuke said proudly.

"what is it do you want" Fugaku asked.

"I want your body...the power you used to destroy me...I want it now!" Sasuke said with venom in his voice. he activated his sharingan and shot a laser Fugaku could not dodge and was sent crashing on the wall.

Fugaku was in panic he could not use his sharingan the technique he used on his son wasted his Uchiha chakra and now was defenceless against him. Orochimaru tried to cut off his head but Fugaku dodge and kicked the sanning . Sasuke broke the container and use his hair to hang on the ceiling and begun shooting laser at Fugaku. the older Uchiha blocked it with his arm .

Orochimaru took this chance and bit Fugaku legs with paralysis.

"aaaggggghh...Kami dammit." he cursed. he could no longer move his body the paralysis took effect .

"poor legend of fallen to this way hohohoho...and now you die" Orochimaru said as he lunged foward to the now defenseless Fugaku.

"stop Orochimaru you will give my father the respect he deserves." Sasuke said. the sanin tried to argued .

"bu-" before he could say anything his head was blown off .

"i already knew you were going to betray me Orochimaru" Sasuke said. he them looked at Fugaku and smile.

"your body is mine father"

"you fucking brat"

"this was fate father the moment i was born to be hated i knew was meant to rise not to greatness but perfection is what I seek" Sasuke said

"you mad man!"

"call me what you want . but today ill have the body!".from his neck tentacles began popping out. once again he lunged himself .

Fugako grabbed Sasuke with his arm pinning down the fallen Uchiha. closing his eyes he began doing his final jutsu . Sasuke eye widened.

"this jutsu...oh no"

"..."Fugaku did not say anything as he was pouring everything in this last jutsu

"please re consider I could give immortality "

"..."

"you even live with Mikoto eternally"

"...Sasuke their is one last thing I wanted to say to you"

"what is it"

"you will...be...always...be. ...disappointing son...always"

"fuck you Fugaku!" Sasuke roar. as Fugaku chakra began glowing deep blue.

"Uchiha style sacrifice of raven". 'Mikoto im sorry this will be the last time...Itachi...my son...grow into a fine Uchiha and make me proud.

"nooooooo" Sasuke scream as he was engulfed by the explosion along with the boat.
