THE FALL OF INTERGANG

Churches Arrested, Joey Bermuda known as the Handyman Confesses

By Lois Lane and Clark Kent

Two photos one of Bill Church Sr. along with his new wife Mindy and his son Bill Church Jr. while the other one with Joey Bermuda known as Handyman accompanied the full-length article.

Dressed in her robe, Lois looked happily at the headline in front of her as she sat on the chaise lounge on Clark's, correction, hers and Clark's backyard. It didn't matter how many times she saw her byline, correction again, hers and Clark's byline, on the front page because it never grew old.

"Admiring your work?" A familiar voice whispered as two familiar hands rested on her shoulders.

Lois let the paper down in her lap and shut her eyes, bending her head backwards. "Our work." she corrected with a smile as she reached forward with her hands Clark's face, pulling it downward towards her lips. She whimpered into his mouth as their lips started to move against each other.

Clark broke off the kiss when the air became obviously was needed to Lois. "If you hadn't nailed Clemmons, nothing of these would have happened." he admitted and took a seat next to her.

"Did I ever tell you how good our byline would look on a Pulitzer?" Lois said with excitement as she took the paper into her hands again and stared at the Daily Planet front page once more.

"A couple of millions times." Clark teased as he took the paper from Lois' hands and leaned back in the chaise lounge. "But I have to admit we have good chances this year." he looked at the front page. "We have already worked on many exclusives this year, three within a week."

"Yea." Lois nodded. "But 'The Fall of Intergang.'?" she looked close to Clark and then back at the headline. "I'm not so sure about that one." she commented. "Can you believe that there was a third level lead lined basement at the main office of Costmart?"

"When it comes to Bill Church and his family nothing is impossible." Clark pointed out as he flipped through the newspaper, looking for something remotely interesting or useful to read.

"You are right." Lois agreed. "You are right. I mean hiring Joey Bermuda to create the virus from crystallized microbes from the spaceship you had come to Earth in, was…"

"Fiendish?" Clark offered as he turned and looked at Lois intensely.

"I'd have said enterprising." Lois replied instead. "Fiendish enterprising." she added with a smirk. "I still can't understand how the Churches came up with this." she wondered. "Any word from Dr. Klein on the virus?" she turned to Clark and asked concerned.

"Dr. Klein managed to isolate the virus and he has already started to work on a therapy, in case someone tries to use it against Superman again."

"And the spaceship?"

"The spaceship is safely locked in a barn in Smallvile." Clark informed. "But let's forget about work and Church for now." Clark folded the newspaper and placed it on the table. "Let's enjoy our day off." he went on with a smirk and leaned to kiss Lois, pulling her to him in an incredible kiss.

Lois locked her arms around Clark's neck. The kiss was stunning. Magical. Electrifying. She kissed him back with her own hunger and could not get enough of the taste of him. Lois broke away, breathing heavily. There was no word in the World that could describe The way his kisses and caresses made her feel; the way he made her feel; The way his touch set her on fire. "I enjoy the way we enjoy our day off." she responded playfully. "Even if you broke your promise and used super-speed on moving my stuff." she teased. It had been a week since the night that she and Clark were a couple again and decided to move in together. Even though Lois's own lease had a couple of months left to run, they'd moved together in over the weekend. Perry had given them, after Franklin's Stern orders, a few days off after they had nailed the three stories within a week and, despite Lois' objections, Clark with his Super abilities made quick and effortless work of the process,.

"Yes, but we can spend the rest of our time off more productively." Clark pulled Lois to himself.

"Yes, but we also have to create some rules." Lois stated firmly as she pulled slightly from Clark.

Clark looked at Lois confused. "Rules?" he raised an eyebrow. "What kinds of rules?" he asked her, frowning. "You already have Rules."

"Rules for us, for our relationship." Lois clarified. "For example no super-powers unless is necessary." she offered. She loved getting to know the real Clark; the man who was a combination of Super-powered hero and ordinary farmer's son. However, it still shocked her when she watched the mild-mannered reporter from Kansas to clean up in mere seconds or the Superhero to eat pizza watching a basketball game on TV.

"I thought you loved my superpowers." Clark pouted feigning hurt.

"I do love your superpowers, you know that." Lois ran a hand gently across his cheek. "But sometimes I want a normal relationship." she explained.

"I see." Clark concluded. "No super-powers unless is necessary." he echoed. "Consider it done." Clark promised with a grin and gave Lois a soft and chaste kiss on the lips. "What about the second rule?"

"The second rule is 'Never mix work with personal life.'" Lois said. "I don't want our relationship to work affect our personal life and vice versa." she explained. Although Lois knew that she and Clark they really were suited to the task of handling a professional life along with a personal one, she couldn't help but think Norcross and Judd. It was the first time Lois had heard Perry tell a story that didn't involve Elvis; Norcross and Judd, the two of the best reporters that the Daily Planet had ever had. They were partners, like she and Clark were, and started dating but when that went down the drain, they were never able to work together again. Just like that, the Planet's best reporting team at that time was destroyed. Norcross and Judd along with her experience with Claude were the reason that Lois hesitated to accept Clark's proposal to go on a date with him. It was the reason she denied her feelings for Clark for so long.

"Let me guess. Norcross and Judd?" Clark wondered with a smirk. Perry had told him the story about the two Daily Planet Ace reporters who were partners, friends and fell in love, like him and Lois, and how they had ended up when it didn't work out between them. He had to admit that this story, Lois' experience with Claude and her rejection one year ago made Clark hesitant to ask her out on a date. However, Clark knew that he and Lois would make it work. They weren't another Norcross and Judd situation. They were destined to be together, to walk through life as one. Clark knew that.

"Yes." Lois nodded. "And Claude, of course." she added. "And because I want us to focus on other things than work when we are at home." she continued.

"Which is?" Clark asked with raised eyebrow.

"Rule number three." Lois announced. "Make love as many times as we can." she told seductively and moved her hand under Clark's open shirt to stroke over his strong chest.

"Okay." Clark agreed out of breath. "But it might need to break rule number one sometimes because of rule number three." he informed with a chuckle.

"I don't mind." Lois assured and pushed Clark's shirt off his shoulders.

"Good." Clark responded and quickly rose up out of the chaise lounge and took Lois inhis arms and lifting her up. "Anybody watching?"

Lois looked around to make sure that the prying eyes of their nosy neighbors couldn't see what they were. "No." she answered. "Why?"

Clark leaned and kissed Lois before he blurred them inside with the garden door slamming shut behind them.

"Tell me a fantasy, Lois." Clark challenged. He was lying flat on his back, fully awake while Lois was resting her head on his chest. Naked and tangled in the luxurious sheets of their king-sized bed, after their lovemaking was completed, they were silent in the shadows enjoying the familiarity of each other's company.

Craning her neck, Lois looked up as best she could. "A fantasy of what nature, Flyboy?"

"A fantasy that does not involve work, Kryptonite, rich villains, natural disasters, crimes, Dan Scardino, or anything else to be considered a nuisance." Clark answered.

"I'm afraid that leaves only us." Lois pondered.

"Precisely."

Lois smiled at her boyfriend's suggested items involved in the process of elimination; she had to admit she enjoyed it. "I told you what I want." she answered. "I want naughty games as Private Lane and Captain Kent."

"Besides that." Clark pointed out.

"Well, it may sound silly, but…" Lois hesitated, wondering if she really wanted to reveal such a devious thought.

"Yes?" Clark's curiosity was more than piqued.

"I wouldn't mind if we were on a deserted island making love in a sandy beach." Lois began. "And if we were lying in each other's arms in front of a campfire at night after one more round of love making." she told further feeling her cheeks begin to burn.

Clark chuckled at Lois' ability to imagine. "Interesting." he responded. "But it was not what I expected."

"And what did you expect?" Lois asked intrigued.

"I expected a fantasy that included a particular local superhero dressed in blue tights and red cape." Clark responded as ran his fingers through Lois' hair.

"What kind of fantasy? Having sex in the clouds while flying?" Lois joked.

"Sort of." Clark told hesitant.

"Well to be honest, I had never had sexual fantasy with Superman." Lois revealed. "For a strange reason, I dreamt of spending the night in his arms, kissing him maybe, but sex no." she answered with honesty. "Maybe because deep down I knew Superman wasn't real. That he was simply a fantasy." she explained. "Unlike Clark." she added with a smile.

Clark readjusted his position on the bed, sitting up a little higher to look at Lois. "Really?" he asked in disbelief.

"Well, yea." Lois began hesitantly. "I dreamt of spending the night in your arms and kissing you but I also could picture us in other ways."

Clark rolled onto his right side, so he could look at Lois closer and nervously cleared his throat. "Other ways?" he asked.

Lois climbed on top Clark and straddled him with her strong, slender legs. "Oh Clark I will never forget that morning at the Apollo Hotel where I found you wearing nothing but a towel." she smiled, feeling suddenly and inexplicably shy while a graceful blush stained her cheeks, as she remembered how she had reacted back then. How her heart was sped up back then as she was wandering down a dangerous path with such thoughts. "I couldn't keep my eyes off your body. I mean…" she trailed for a moment. "I wanted to rip that towel from your waist to see what it was hiding." she admitted. "I was kissed by Lex the next night, yet all I could think about was you." she confessed. "And all I could do was to dream about that morning at your hotel every night for the next week...and whoever said only guys can have wet dreams was absolutely dead wrong." she told. "It made want to jump straight in the sack with you." she whispered close to his ear seductively.

Clark eyes bugged and his mouth fell wide open, loosely to flap. Had Lois really had sex fantasies with him back then? This was the last thing he ever expected to hear, yet it was interesting. Her honesty humbled him. Every day, she opened up a little bit more to him. "Well, why didn't you? I would've let you." he couldn't help but ask. He assumed that she was indifferent to him back then.

"I barely knew you, for one thing." Lois started explain. "All I could see was a greenhorn reporter from Kansas who was as talented as me and that I was threatened professionally. And the fact that you were the first man to really get under my skin so quickly, it scared the living hell out of me.", she said. "And for another, Claude." Memories of her breakup with Claude rushed to the forefront of her mind and she mentally winced, trying to focus on anything but those painful moments of her life.

'Cold frigid bitch…'

Although Paul's and Linda's betrayal had devastated her, Claude's had shattered her heart completely. She had been emotionally castrated by him until she admitted her feelings about Clark.

Clark managed not to show that moment to Lois his anger about Claude and what he did to her. However, he was furious how Claude had treated Lois. Linda's and Paul's disloyal had hurt her but not as much as that French guy. Yea, he was Superman and he couldn't use violence against him but he would cheerfully do to that man what he didn't do to Dan Scardino few days ago. He wanted to push Claude off the Eifel Towel in Paris catching him before hitting the ground. Sure, it wasn't as high as The LexCorp Building but still the fright would be the same and it could teach Claude a lesson anywise.

"And then I was dazzled by Superman's brilliance that I'd overlooked the wonderful man that you were". Lois admitted ashamed.

Clark put his arms around Lois and she relaxed against him. Her warmth and softness made him instantly hard. Judging by Lois sharp intake of breath, she could feel it too. He heard a whimper escape her throat as he massaged her breasts. "You love this," he whispered, leaning into her ear.

"Clark we need to stop. We need to..." Lois groaned, knowing she was falling on her own sword.

Tightening the arm around Lois' waist, Clark flipped them so he hovered above her. "Tell me what else you like," he muttered in a low tone.

Lois searched her boyfriend's eyes, knowing this would be her undoing. "You know what I like," she quipped helplessly. "I know you were thinking about everything just now."

"I love hearing it from you all the same." Clark was stroking the insides of her thighs now, watching for her reactions.

The truth was Lois loved it whenever Clark touched her body, and wherever. But she knew the game he was playing with her. He wouldn't let her cover their tracks until he'd pried out of her mouth what he wanted to hear.

"I…" Lois faltered, trying to combat the blushes assaulting her cheeks. It was one thing to do, and quite another thing to say. "I like it when you…when you kiss the hollow of my neck, my breasts, the insides of my thighs…"

"Is that all?" Clark taunted, looking up as he finished trailing light kisses along Lois's firm legs, causing them to quiver and twitch at his touch. He worked his way up her body to her neck, where he suckled the soft, warm flesh.

"No, it isn't," Lois gasped in a whisper. "I love when you make me climax by just touching me."

"Anything else?"

Lois was sure she couldn't blush a deeper shade of scarlet. "When you're inside me, and you, well…" she stumbled, "I can feel…I told you what two weeks ago at the supermarket while we went shopping."

"And you love that very much, Lois?"

Closing her eyes, Lois nodded, wishing she were a child able to crawl into a hole to hide. "I feel so close to you. And there's one more thing. I love the way you say my name when we make love."

"Lois." Clark whispered huskily.

Taking a breath, Lois opened her eyes, determined to meet her boyfriend's gaze. "Yes." she answered again. "Say it again."

"Lois." Clark repeated, reached out to stroke Lois' face, and then took her once more, stating firmly, "I love you," as she propelled herself into his embrace. Clark let a strained whimper escape his throat as Lois nibbled playfully on his earlobe, before nuzzled him underneath his chin, planting tiny kisses along his neck, starting over.

"I love you too." Lois said back and then she simply let herself marvel at the closeness they shared, moving within each other as one soul, as partners, as lovers.

"It's beautiful." Clark said enchanted as he stared at the tiny mark on Lois' lower back. "Can I touch it? Can I kiss it?" he asked eagerly.

Lois who was lying in the prone position nodded. "Yes. But you have to be careful." she warned. "It's still sore."

"Okay." Clark assured still in daze. It wasn't just any mark on Lois' body. It was a tattoo. But not just any tattoo. It was a tattoo of his family crest. The crest of the House of El. Clark brushed his finger lightly over Lois' tattoo which wasn't much bigger than his thumb and a jolt went through him, pulsing swiftly to catch and hold low in his pelvis. "When did you get that tattoo?" he asked as ran his hands across her back to the tattoo with red and yellow vivid colors. This tattoo would haunt his dreams and fantasies from this day forward.

"Two weeks ago." Lois answered. "The next day, after you returned back to Metropolis" she informed. "You know after what happened with Scardino." she clarified. "I wanted to do something that could represent you, all of you, that I thought I had just lost and the only thing I could think of was this." she explained.

"So I have been living with you in the same place for the last week and I didn't notice that you had a tattoo of my family crest?" Clark wondered incredulously.

"Well what can I say? Probably the positions we had when we made love didn't help." Lois shrugged.

Clark laughed at Lois' comment.

"Anyway, Allegra told me that it will be very sore for a month." Lois told once more. "So..."

"Wait a minute." Clark interjected. "Are you talking about Allegra Vennum?" he asked in disbelief. He would never forget that eccentric tattoo artist who sized him up like a piece of meat and tried to persuade him to get a tattoo during Lois' effort to find William Wallace Webster Waldecker.

"She is a person I could trust." Lois shrugged. "I mean think about it. What people would say if they found out that Lois Lane got a tattoo of Superman's 'S' while she's dating her partner, Clark Kent?" she pointed. "It would be the new front page of National Inquisitor and Dirt Digger. However, I know that Allegra is very strict person." she reasoned. "By the way she still wants me to try to talk you into letting her tattoo the Battle of Midway on your chest."

Clark laughed at Lois' mention as he ran his hand across Lois' back down to the tattoo. His member began pulsing blood through it and as it hardened between his legs at the constant view of his family crest on Lois' lower back.

"Clark?"

"Hmm?"

"Are you angry?" Lois asked nervously.

"Angry?" Clark raised an eyebrow. "About what?"

"The tattoo." Lois clarified carefully.

"Are you kidding?" Clark told Lois incredulously. "I think that's the sexiest thing I've ever seen." he stated excited. He pulled her back to him as he held her and the round shape of her bottom rubbed against his deflated member. "Did I ever tell you how much I love your hair?" he asked and pushed the hair from her neck his lips sizzling a hot trail in its wake. He loved Lois' long hair. The last couple of months he wondered why all those years she preferred her hair shorter.

Lois sighed soundlessly and tilted her head to one side, allowing Clark better access to the curve of her neck where it met her shoulder. Her heart started thudding in her chest, so loud she was sure he could hear it without super hearing. Lois craned her neck to look up at him, her back still against his chest. She sighed and murmured in her throat, as he kissed her and she returned the kiss nearly desperately.

Clark fell to voraciously, nipping and suckling the slope of Lois' ivory skin. He could feel her pulse increase beneath his tongue and lips, the heaving of her breath against her chest. Her back was gleaming with sweat. He saw the vertebrae under her skin, the ribs, her shoulder blades. Clark felt Lois press her back against his hard frame, spreading her legs just enough for him to slip inside her. "Oh, God…" he moaned in her ear, as he entered her, moving slowly, easing further and further with each gentle thrust. He ran his hands up and down her body until he found a resting place on her flesh mounds and gently tweaked them as he bucked his hips against her backside. To his surprise, he filled her more deeply from this angle than he had before.

"Oh, God…" Lois moaned in pleasure as Clark entered her with excruciating slowness, filling her and holding her still. She bit her lip as he kissed the nape of her neck, her shoulder blades. She closed her eyes, sinking into nervous excitement when his right hand traced a path from her breasts to her waist to clasp her tightly. Lois leaned back against Clark for support as she arched her back against him and felt his teeth scrape her shoulder as he began to move within her. She could not help the moans that escaped her throat as he increased his rhythm and she moved against him, matching him thrust for thrust.

Clark moved in and out of Lois slow, in broad daylight, professing his love for her again and again. "I love you so much, Lois."

His voice was low and deep and his words made Lois' heart clench. She felt her body changing; it grew weak and burnt from the constant exaggerated thrusts. She felt unbearably warm and soft and wet around him even while she contracted in near-ecstasy around his length. Lois' murmured and whispered entreaties became louder, more frequent, as she moved frantically, reaching behind her to bring him closer for another kiss.

Clark continued to sheath himself inside Lois in a fast paced rhythm, teasing her nub with each stroke. He continued entering her slowly, then pulling out quick, only to enter her all over again. Clark repeated this pattern so many times he lost count and his hands moved to her hips, guiding her rhythm as he helped her reach completion.

Cl..." she couldn't even finish mouthing his name. She was overtaken by a powerful orgasm, arching her back as shudders ran through her, and cried out in rushing pleasure before she fell back against him in exhaustion. She felt Clark holding back as her orgasm washed over her and felt his throbbing member begin to spasm inside her as he clung to her, speeding up their pace.

Clark kissed Lois once more for all he was worth; to drown out her cries of pleasure and seemingly drink in everything she had to give before his own release. His thrusts suddenly quickened more and he buried his face into the side of her neck, holding onto her breasts for support until his final release inside of her was achieved.

A mixture of their sounds collided into the air and neither of them moved for quite some time. Clark pressed his body against hers, his hands still gripping her breasts until both their breathing returned back to normal.

When he finally pulled out for good and they collapsed against the bed sheets Clark wrapped his arms around Lois's small body. They were both still unable to speak and Clark once again buried his head against the crook of her neck. Lois had gotten a tattoo of his family crest but she had marked him years ago. Branded her name in his heart and his soul and although it was not visible, it was deep and permanent.

Clark landed quickly in the fenced and tree-lined back yard of his brownstone house. That oil fire in Houston that had broken out was not something he would be able to fight easily. It had spread throughout almost all of the oil and gas facility trapping dozens workers with the firefighters struggling through the smoke to help, find and rescue them that were trapped amidst explosion and the raging fire. Clark spun back into his work clothes before he entered the house from the backdoor of the kitchen and headed towards the stairs. As soon as he stepped into the bedroom, he heard the water running in the bathroom. He placed his cell and keys on his nightstand and began to unbutton his shirt slowly with the thought of a naked and soaking-wet Lois crossing his mind. After he undid his pants and his boxers, which he left them fall to the floor, he pushed the door of the bathroom open and came up against the clouds of steam that were covering the whole room. Few moments later, he saw Lois through the mist. She had her back to the door, under the stream of hot water. She was soaking wet, like Aphrodite just risen from the sea. He stared at her body from head to toe just like a predatory animal stared at its potential quarry. Lois sensed his stare and met his gaze after she had turned her head over her right shoulder.

"Hello, Farmboy." she said seductively and a grin plastered on Clark's face. Turning her body so he could have full a view of hers, she looked at him full of lust and bit her finger in a seductive way, waiting for his next move. It was all the encouragement that Clark needed. Making a few steps towards her, he got in the tub and wrapped his arms around her body.

Lois slid her hand down his left muscled shoulder, pulling him close to her.

Clark bit her earlobe, an action which was enough for Lois heart to beat faster and fill her stomach butterflies.

"Clark." Lois moaned as Clark pressed her against the cold wall of the shower.

"I love you." Clark whispered without stopping to plant kisses all over her body. Clark loved her body. Every time he caressed it, every time he kissed it, every time he made love to it, he felt like he had discovered the meaning of life. Like he had conquered the world. And he kinda had done so, because Lois was his entire world. He wanted make love to her every single moment, everywhere he could.

"Clark." Lois whispered as she started shaking in his arms. She was reaching her breaking point. She couldn't stand the sensations that he was offering. Clark sensed it, too, because the same thing was happening to him.

"Open your eyes, Lois." he demanded and Lois obliged, locking her eyes on his. It was the only thing they needed to reach the edge. To become one with each other. For one more time. Clark gave her a quick kiss and rested his forehead on hers. "I…" it was the only thing that he could manage to whisper with a shaking voice, gasping for breath.

"I know." Lois said softly, her voice shaking just as much and stroked his cheek, her eyes still locked on his. "I know." she repeated and returned the quick kiss he was giving her before she nestled her head in the crook of his neck.

Clark buried his face in her wet hair, smelling the scent of the jasmine and vanilla shampoo. Standing there, with the hot water still raining down on their heads like a waterfall, they stayed hugging each other, feeling the heat radiating from their bodies. "I wish I could stay like this forever." he murmured into her hair, tightening his grip around her body.

"Me too, Clark." Lois replied and kissed his collarbone. "Me too."

"Hey." Clark greeted the moment he entered the kitchen. "Lois, what are you doing?" he asked as he watched Lois with a heavy cooking pan in her hand. He bit back a groan of arousal as he saw her wearing an apron over his Midwestern jersey and nothing else. She was bending over the kitchen counter in the middle of the kitchen, over the stove when his self-control disappeared completely.

Lois set the pan down on the counter. "Oh, hi." she greeted and turned to look at Clark.

"Hi." Clark said back with a smile and gave her a quick on the lips.

"Mmmm." Lois moaned into the kiss.

"So what are you doing here?" Clark asked once more.

"I was cooking breakfast." Lois answered and looked at the stove. "Actually I have already made breakfast and now I'm trying to cook lunch." she turned to look back at Clark. "Don't make that face!" she warned when she saw Clark staring at the plate of eggs suspiciously.

"What face?" Clark told innocently with a big grin on his face.

"The one that says, 'Oh, my God, Lois has cooked something and I have to eat it.'" Lois replied.

"It can't be that bad." Clark shrugged and took a fork, sticking it in a piece of egg. He rose it tentatively to his lips and stuck it into his mouth to test it.

"Is it so bad?" Lois asked in terror. "Too much salt? Too much pepper?"

"No." Clark shook his head. "It's amazing!" he said impressed and took two more bites as he realized the instant it hit his stomach how incredibly hungry he was. He looked at Lois and then down at the plate next to his. A toasted bagel with cream cheese and two piece of Canadian bacon sat perfect as a picture on it.

"Really?" Lois asked with a smile, sounding half excited and half relieved. "You know, I did some cleaning in the attic and I found Kate's Banks notebook with various recipes, you know the woman who was murdered here few years ago." she clarified. "She was making great stuff." she went on as she flipped through the pages of the notebook.

"Lois." Clark took the notebook from Lois' hands, throwing it on the table. "Lois, I didn't fall in love with you because of your cooking." The last couple of days, Lois was trying to please him as much as she could. She always made sure to prepare him breakfast every morning, even if she had to buy from the nearest cafeteria while morning sex was into their daily schedule. She had even asked Martha me to teach her how to sew his Superman suits. She was obsessed over his daily care.

"Stop the presses." Lois commented rolling her eyes and turned her attention back to the stove.

"Lois you are obsessing." Clark warned as he rested his hands on her shoulders from behind. "I don't love you for your cooking or the way you clean the house." he began. "I love you for being you, Lois Lane the Daily Planet Ace reporter that nothing can stop her from getting to the bottom of the problem." he added.

"I know but all I want is-"

"To be yourself." Clark cut her off. "I fell in love with you because of…you." he told further. "Put another way... I bought the whole house, not just the kitchen. And there are other rooms where you rate five stars." he said as he turned the stove off and pushed Lois against the counter.

"Oh!" Lois gasped in surprise as Clark gripped her hips and began to kiss just below her ear. "Hello, Superman." she greeted him on a sigh as he pressed himself against her backside.

Breakfast can wait." Clark mumbled against her neck and untied the apron around Lois letting it fall to the floor at her feet. "I want us skip right to a very special sweet."

Lois nodded along mutely as one of Clark's hands moved under the fabric of her jersey. She arched against him, causing them both to moan when his fingers found one of her nipples. "Mmmm. Clark." she mumbled and began to turn towards Clark but his hands tightened on her hip.

"Uh uh." Clark grunted as his teeth grazed her neck.

"Oh!" Lois breathed out as Clark's other hand trailed down towards her center. Her legs spread for him as his fingers moved along her wet slit. "Clark."

Clark removed Lois' jersey tossing it aside and began to press hot kisses down her back as he continued to tease her with his fingers.

"God damn it Clark!" Lois growled impatiently finally grabbing his hand and shoving one of his fingers inside of her.

"You're so hot." Clark muttered pinching her nipple while the finger of his other hand moved slowly in and out of her at a steady motion.

"Mmmm more, Clark." Lois demanded.

"So bossy." Clark chuckled before adding another finger. "So Mad Dog Lane mode." he added and slid one more finger into her.

"Uh! Like that." Lois panted as Clark bit down on her bare shoulder. She tried to control her breath and her body as his fingers kept moving in and out of her. She could feel him pinching her clit, feeling the familiar haze settling over her as she prepared herself for her release.

Clark moved his fingers and kissed every inch of Lois that he could reach as she panted and sighed. Pushing in another finger, her grunt turned into a scream when his thumb pressed down on her clit and his fingers curled, making her insides explode as her orgasm hit her.

"Godddd Claaaarkkkk. Ahhhhhh. Damnn." Lois came around his fingers with shuddering cries unable control the spasms, riding out the blissful feeling.

Clark pushed his sweatpants and boxers down and pulled Lois back against him sliding into her from behind as she came down from her high.

"Clark." Lois yelped as Clark filled her.

"God, you're tight." Clark panted.

Lois hummed in response as his arm snaked around Lois' waist, pushing her hips back against him.

"Oh my God. Oh my God." Lois shrieked at the sensations her movements caused.

Clark picked up the pace as he bent Lois over the counter. He grabbed her hair and pulled it gently, her head arcing back towards him. He could hear her chant his name as he pounded into her, hitting her spot just right. Lois' hips snapped back to meet his and he felt himself getting close. "I love you." Clark breathed out, his tongue probing her mouth as Lois began to lose her rhythm. His fingers moved once again to her clit as her chanting got louder. He rubbed her gently as he slammed into her mercilessly, while his other hand found her tattoo on Lois' lower back. It seemed so unreal to him somehow the fact she had gotten a tattoo of his family crest; as perfectly unreal as the love she had for him.

The difference in sensations was too much for Lois. She threw her head back against his shoulder and screamed in pleasure as she rode out her orgasm. "Clark."

Clark stopped moving completely as Lois' inner walls continued to clench around him. When her breathing had slowed down and he was back in control, Clark slammed back and pumped into her erratically for a few moments before they came together.

"See, Lois." Clark turned Lois, lifting her afterwards up to the counter. "You have just rated five stars in the kitchen." he told her with a grin as he reached out and brushed the sweaty hair out of her face after a slow return to reality.

Lois' eyes twinkled as she pulled him into a sweet, very gentle kiss. The two of them stood there kissing lazily in her kitchen. Clark was right; Breakfast and cooking generally was overrated when it came to them.

"I don't want you to do it." Lois blurred out of nowhere, keeping her eyes downcast to her plate.

It had been two days since Dr. Klein had announced to Clark as Superman that he had probably developed a solution, instead of a radiation therapy, which eventually rendered Kryptonite harmless against him. However, despite Clark's excitement and will to test the vaccine, Lois had some reservations about it, which quickly turned into fears as the day of the clinic trial approached.

Clark, who sat down across the table from her, swallowed his bite of eggs and placed his fork down beside his plate. "Lois, I think we have already discussed that." When he had first told Lois that Dr. Klein was working on a therapy for Kryptonite's effects, he understood her doubts and fears. However, now that Dr. Klein's experimental vaccine showed encouraging results he seemed surprised by her exaggerated reaction to the news. He knew she tried for his sake to be supportive, but the expression of her face, the look of her eyes and the tone of her voice had betrayed her real feelings.

Lois dropped the fork down and folded her lips together tightly "Yes we did." she confirmed. "But I don't know if we should do this."

Clark let out a long sigh of despair as he dabbed his mouth clean with the napkin setting it afterwards on the table. "Lois, in two hours I have an appointment at Star Labs with Dr. Klein to eject me the solution."

"A solution that has to be injected into your blood stream and we don't know how your body will react to it." Lois pointed out in a choked voice.

Clark stood from his seat and made his way around the table kneeling down in front of Lois at her eyelevel, meeting her eyes and seeing the desperation within them. "Dr. Klein said that there is no reason for us to worry." he tried to reassure her, brushing a strand of hair from her face as he stroked her cheek. "Besides, there is possibility the vaccine might not work at all." he offered.

"Dr. Klein has only been able to test the solution in controlled environments and never on a live subject." Lois burst out, unable to keep the fear from her tone. "And if there is possibility that the cure might not work, why would you do it in a first place?"

"Lois…"

"I can't…I won't…" Lois' voice broke as her tears began to flow in earnest at the thought of what Clark was about to do. "Please, no." she begged and wrapped her arms around Clark's neck, burying her face against his chest. "There has to be another way. There has to be something…" she sobbed, her voice muffled into his shirt.

Clark could feel the front of his shirt become wet from her tears. "Lois." he cupped her face making her to look at him. His thumbs feathered gentle and attentive along the papery thin skin beneath her eyes, catching the salty liquid that finally tumbled free. "There is no other way, you know that. That rock is still out there and we have to do something about that." he offered.

A rough whimper clawed its way out, and then another, until Lois was crying again, gasping for breath as her fingers hooked in the powder blue fabric of his dress shirt. "I don't know how to do this," she croaked, her breath hot and stuttering against his neck.

Clark cradled Lois' body as it shook with the shudders of her choked sobs and smoothed a hand through her hair, kept his palm at her nape. "Everything's gonna be alright." He tried to refrain from whispering inane words of comfort in her ear because he knew she didn't want them, but he failed. He had never seen her so vulnerable.

Lois' head lifted from his shoulder and Clark wiped delicately her tears. She swallowed thickly, as she lifted her trembling fingers to rest at his cheek and slowly searched his face with heavy eyes until she finally nodded. "I hope so, Clark."

Clark didn't deny her when she tilted her head upwards, parted her lips and waited for his to meet them. It was surprisingly one of the sweetest kisses he had ever received from her, soft and slow instead of fast and desperate as he had expected. He just hoped that kiss wouldn't be one of the lasts ones.

"How are you feeling?" Lois asked as she placed her hands on Clark's shoulders from behind.

It had been 24 hours since Clark had been injected with the solution that Dr. Klein had developed. Unfortunately though, during the procedure, Lois' worst fears were confirmed. The small fragment of Kryptonite that Dr. Klein had used to render Clark's flesh completely vulnerable along with the vaccine that it was injected into his bloodstream reacted badly to Clark's blood and caused him to slip into unconsciousness for half an hour. Lois had been terrified to see Clark like that; so helpless, so weak, so vulnerable. He was Superman and Superman wasn't supposed to be anything of these.

Clark, who was sitting on the chaise lounge shirtless, bent his head backwards. "I have been worse." he said with a grin and reached forward with his hands Lois' face, pulling it downward towards his lips. He couldn't help but smile when he remembered the similar kiss they exchanged one week ago at the same place. "But I'm under the impression I had already answered that question 30 minutes ago." he teased after they off the kiss.

"I'm sorry." Lois apologized as she took a seat next to Clark. "You know, yesterday you really scared me." she began cautiously. "I kept thinking what would happen if I lost you...really have lost you." she frowned, recalling the anguish she'd been through over the last twenty hours, unable to turn to anyone and how she had to act that she was just his friend and medical proxy, and not the woman who loved him. All she could was watch and wait. She felt helpless and Lois Lane was not comfortable with helplessness. She was even less comfortable with waiting. Clark was unconscious for thirty minutes yet they seemed like hours to her. She had never been so scared of Clark's life not even, during the incident with Trask in Smallville. She was so petrified by the whole situation that took place at Star Labs the previous day during Clark's clinic trial that her entire body winced in pain, as if Kryptonite was affecting her too.

"Lois, I just passed out." Clark tried to calm her down. He had never seen Lois so terrified about him in his life. Before he told her about his double life, as Superman, he had his close calls a number of times; more than anyone had a right to and then he survived but Lois had never worried so much about his alter-ego, as she had worried the previous day for him. He had to admit that they were times he thought Lois was with him because he was Superman but they were some moments like this that she would prove him wrong.

"Clark, you were unconscious for a half an hour." Lois whisper shouted.

"I know." Clark nodded. "But I'm here now."

"Clark I'm so sorry that the vaccine failed." Lois breathed with sadness.

"It's okay." Clark smiled at her. "Dr Klein will continue to work on the treatment. Don't worry."

Lois sighed. "What about your powers?" she asked concerned, running down a mental list of checks that might give her a clue about how close to being fully healed he might be.

"Still not back yet." Clark replied. "Probably will take a little more than usual because of the solution, but they will return at some point." he went on casually. Since the moment they had returned from Star Labs, he was spending as much as he could at the backyard under the daylight. However, that day the sunlight was thick as a blanket, cloaking him more heavily than the weight of his cape at his back. It was bright and vivid and he could feel it to soak inside him, to settle into each of his cells and wrap them in warmth and power, so it would restore him eventually. "Are you worried about my powers not coming back?" he asked in a soft tone. "Does it bother you, if…" he trailed off, almost as if he was ashamed to be discussing the subject at all.

"No." Lois replied without hesitation. "I'm really worried about you and how much it would bother you, in case your powers don't restore." She knew very well how lost Clark felt without the familiar comfort of his powers. She had seen him as Superman struggling not to use his powers when he was to blame for the heat wave and when he was sued by that bum Calvin Dregg more recently. She knew that without his powers Clark felt as he had missed a part of himself, tearing him apart his inability to help. "

"I'm attached to Clark Kent. I fell in love with him, I admire him, I depend on him. Not Superman."

Clark smiled at Lois' words. "Don't worry." he assured. "I will be alright." he added slowly and leaned to kiss her when the door bell rang.

"That's probably, Molly." Lois informed, rolling her eyes at the interruption. Since the lunch they had months ago, the two women spent a lot of time together when Lois wasn't busy with a story or her relationship with Clark. She felt nice to have her best friend from college back in her life.

"I'm glad that you are hanging around with Molly again." Clark revealed. It was nice for him to know that Lois had a good person like Molly as a friend and that she could count on her, despite their argument years ago because of Ryan Willey.

"Me too." Lois replied with smile when she heard the door bell ring for one more time and rose up out of the chaise lounge, groaning inwardly as she stepped into house to open the door.

"Molly!" Lois greeted excitedly the moment she faced her friend and pulled her into a warm hug.

"Lois, it's good to see you again." Molly returned Lois' embrace, holding her tight. "Wow!" she exclaimed looking around the room as shut Lois the door. "The house is amazing."

"Lois was the one who chose the wallpapers and decorated the house." Clark interjected as he emerged from the dining room.

"Hi Clark." Molly greeted, her jaw dropping open when she turned and saw Clark to approach them with no shirt.

"Hi Molly." Clark greeted back adjusting his glasses, then grabbed the dress shirt from the couch.

Lois who gazed at Clark hungrily couldn't help but grin happily to herself at Molly's admiration for Clark's physique. She felt a sense of pride when her friend turned and mouthed 'oh my God' to her inaudibly while Clark was putting on his dress shirt. She felt the luckiest woman in the World, knowing every inch of Clark Kent was all hers.

"I'll go for a walk." Clark announced as he buttoned his dress shirt and kissed Lois on the lips. "Enjoy the breakfast, girls." he wished. "Bye, Molly."

"Bye Clark." Molly waved slightly. "Oh my God! What was that?" she turned to Lois and smacked her on the shoulder with a whisper when the door closed behind Clark.

"I know…" Lois smiled back at her friend.

"I can't believe you had ignored that man for two years, because of Superman." Molly pointed out incredulously.

"Guilty as charged." Lois admitted, biting her tongue at Molly's comment about Clark's alter-ego. "But I gotta tell you, Molly, you should have seen Clark when I first met him." she said as they walked toward the kitchen. "I barely knew him 48 hours and I saw him after he got out of the shower, wearing nothing, but a towel around his waist."

"OH. MY. GOD." Molly mouthed shocked. "And you didn't jump his bones right there?" she wondered in disbelief. "Okay that's it, Lois. Sit down and tell me everything in detail." she demanded and grabbed Lois by the arm dragging her toward the kitchen table. "This will be a very interesting conversation while we are having breakfast."

"I'm glad that you powers are back even if they are not in full." Lois said and pressed a kiss to Clark's chest right above his heart as she and Clark lay in the bed. She was more than excited, more than happy when Clark returned from his walk and announced her that his powers were back. He explained to her that they had not restored completely for now but it was better than nothing.

"I told you they would be back." Clark looked at Lois as he spoke and brushed a strand of hair from her face, then kissing her lightly on the lips. "The vaccine along with Kryptonite set me back, but my powers will return fully soon." he dropped his head back to the pillow, closing his eyes.

Lois lay her head upon Clark's chest over his heart. "I meant it, you know." she said quietly.

"What?" Clark replied drowsily, his eyes still shut.

"That night at my apartment." Lois clarified as she opened her eyes and raised her head to look at Clark. "When I told Superman that I'd love him, even if he was an ordinary man living an ordinary life." she reminded him. She had seen the doubt in his eyes many times. It broke her heart to think that part of him still felt insecure and believed that she was with him because he was Superman. Why was it so hard for him to believe that she loved him for who he really was and not for what he could do, when in the end she had chosen the man and not the suit? Lois met Clark's eyes boldly, refusing to back down from her convictions. She wanted Clark Kent. She wanted him more than she'd ever wanted anybody in her entire life. But she wasn't about to settle for anything less than all of him and she needed him to know that.

Clark opened his eyes and looked at Lois. "I remember." he replied with a heavy sigh.

"I really meant it." Lois repeated with emphasis as she crawled on top of him and tilted upward so that she could get a better look at his facial features. "I just…I just I didn't know who really were." she confessed. "And I don't mean your real name. I mean the real you." she pointed out. "If I had known you as well as I claimed, I would have realized that you were Superman." she added. "And you were right. Superman is what you can do. Clark is who you really are." she admitted. "And…and I want you to know that powers or not, you are the most amazing, loving, perfect man that I know."

"And I, when I'm with you, I feel so many things." Clark confessed, as he brushed a strand of hair from Lois' face and tucked it behind her ear, stroking her cheek afterwards. "And all at once. This thing between us, whatever it is...it's stronger than me." he revealed, "Being with you is stronger than me alone. That's new to me."

Lois stared at Clark overwhelmed. "For a space man, you are the most romantic person I've ever known." she told him with slight smile. "Earth guys don't have a chance against you."

Clark laughed at Lois' comment. "I love you." he murmured close to Lois' lips.

"I love you more." Lois replied and leaned forward to plant a feather light kiss on Clark's lips.

Lois snuggled against his chest as Clark's arms hugged her tightly. For a long while, she lay there just listening to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat and the deep, even breaths that filled his lungs. Lulled by the comforting sounds, she too drifted off, all of her fears slipping from her and leaving exhaustion in their wake.

"I think you should think about it once again." Clark suggested as he shut the door of his and Lois' brownstone house behind them.

That day, things had been pretty hectic at work. Franklin Stern had visited the Planet to congratulate them on their job that year. The paper had the most of the exclusives this year because of them, cementing the Planet's place as one of the number one sources for news in the World. However, what caught them completely unprepared was Stern's and Perry's suggestion to Lois to become Assistant Editor in Chief.

Lois put her keys on the key holder by the door, setting her purse and briefcase on the table. "Clark, we have already discussed it." she said with a sigh as she took her suit jacket off.

"I know but-"

"Clark!" Lois interrupted him. "Rule number two."

"Look I know we have agreed not to talk about work here." Clark offered as he followed Lois in the kitchen. "But you have just declined a promotion." he went on. "Why?" he asked, desperation in his voice. He really couldn't understand Lois' attitude. Anyone in the newsroom would have killed to be in Lois' shoes, but she refused it immediately, without a second thought.

"I've already told you." Lois said as she opened the fridge, pulling out a bottle of orange juice. "This isn't me."

"Still why?" Clark pushed further.

Lois placed the bottle of orange on the counter and turned to look at Clark. "Because I don't want one day to go at the office and kill a story of yours or someone else's because of what editor's work is." Lois replied intensely.

"No, you wouldn't." Clark tried to assure her.

"Yes I would." Lois replied back. "I can't say to a reporter to follow facts and not their instincts, so they would break the story." she explained. "I'm Lois Lane for God's sake. The reporter that every time her Editor pulled her off of a story, she stayed off." Of course she was talented and ambitious reporter but the editorial was not her dream. All she wanted was to win a Pulitzer Award one day. "And I can't make decisions at work that could affect our relationship there and inevitably us and our relationship."

Clark approached Lois. "Are you sure about this?" he asked stroking his cheek.

"I know where I belong, Clark." Lois answered decisively, wrapping her arms around Clark's neck. "Where the action is."

"And that's...?" Clark trailed off.

"Usually, with you."

Lois responded as she began to circle Clark, ogling at him and grabbed his shoulders, jumping onto his back. . She couldn't imagine her life at work without Clark's partnership. She couldn't imagine her days without him across her desk smiling at her or correcting her spelling. She couldn't imagine her days without their stakeouts. They were so good together. The best.

Almost automatically, Clark grabbed Lois' thighs to support her and with a burst of super speed, he dashed them up to their bedroom, the sound of their laughter echoing into the Hyperion's Avenue brownstone house.

SUPERMAN STOPS A NAZI COUP

Senator Truman Black Member Of A Nazi Organization

By Lois Lane and Clark Kent

"This is one of the few front page stories that made me feel uncomfortable." Lois commented taking a sip of her coffee as she stared the front page the Daily's Planet morning edition with a photo of the Senator Truman outside the City Hall of Metropolis to accompany the article. "Probably the only one." she told further as she put her coffee cup down on the table. "I haven't felt so uncomfortable not even with the front page of Lex's resurrection." she folded the paper and threw it across the table disgusted.

"I know what you mean." Clark told her as he took a seat next to her. "But if we feel like that, think how Perry does."

It had been three days since high ranking government officials, politicians and celebrities who were part of a Nazi organization along with the members they had recruited around the country, tried to seize power in the USA and afterwards in the rest of the World. Clark as Superman had considered the obstacle to their plans and they tried to eliminate him through a phony story about a coalmine disaster. Thankfully, Clark was cautious and smart enough to x-ray underneath the surface and detect the dirty bomb they had intended to detonate the moment he arrived there, avoiding the trap they had set up for him.

"I know." Lois said sadly. "I called Alice earlier this morning." she informed. "He's still nursing his mental bruises."

"Well, one of his best friends turned out to be a high ranking Nazi." Clark pointed out and picked up his coffee cup and took a sip. His mind replayed the events of the previous morning and tried to keep his discomfort at bay. He would never forget the way Perry left his office after he announced him, Lois and Jimmy Black's arrest because he was a Nazi. It hurt Clark to see Perryto keep his dignity and hide the deep pain of a friend's betrayal. "And on top of that we didn't manage to celebrate your birthday." He had already organized everything for her surprise birthday party the previous night. Aside his parents, Lana, Rachel and Pete, he had arranged as Superman to fly Lois' parents Ellen and Sam along her sister Lucy to Metropolis. He wanted this year Lois' birthday to be special, memorable, but due to Black's attempt to stage a coup along with the Nazis, his plans did not work out. "I'm sorry, Lois, I really tried to pull off a party for you." he apologized.

Lois turned and looked at Clark. "Are you kidding?" she asked incredulously. "Clark." she stood from her chair and sat on Clark's lap. "Two nights ago you saved the World from the Nazis." she said with pride. "I'm thankful for that, but I'm more thankful that you are alright." she told further. "Only God knows what would have happened, if you hadn't figured out that the coal mine disaster was a trap to eliminate you." she thought aloud. "Clark" she turned on his lap. "There is no better birthday present for me than you being okay after what happened two nights ago."

Clark grinned at Lois, leaning in to brush his nose against her cheek. "What about this then?" he whispered against her skin as he reached in the right pocket of his sweatpants and pulled out a wrapped box, holding it to her. "Come on open it." he encouraged.

"Oh my-" Lois exclaimed when she unwrapped and opened the box. It was a golden heart shaped pendant with a red swan on it.

"Happy birthday, my love." Clark exclaimed and gave Lois a chased kiss on the lips.

"Clark it's-" she couldn't find the words to describe the beauty of that particular jewelry. The only thing she could do that moment was to admire it running her fingertips over the engraved water bird.

"Do you know about the legend of the red swan? Clark questioned. "About its meaning?"

Lois shook her head not taking her eyes from the jewelry, completely enchanted by it.

"I heard that Myth in England from an old man during my trip over there" Clark informed. "Well," he cleared his throat. "Once, during the middle Ages, there was a Prince who fell in love very very much a simple farm girl." he began the story and Lois raised her head to look at him. "However, the farm girl didn't believe him. As much as the Prince had tried to persuade her about his feelings the girl didn't believe him." he continued while Lois had started to find the story intruding. "So the Prince decided to go and find a witch so she would help him. The witch made a copper swam, gave it to the Prince and told him to seep some of his blood to a bucket and then sink the swan in it. If the swan became red and indelible, it meant that he really loved that girl. After that, the Prince had to give the swan to girl, so she would believe him, so she would believe that his love was indeed real. The girl did believe the Price and his love for her and she also fell in love with him." Clark met Lois' eyes. "Since then, the red swan's symbolizing the everlasting love." he smiled at Lois and she smiled back at Clark. "Look at it from the other side." he urged.

Forever

Lois silently read the dedication with a smile

"It was the date we had first met." Clark said. "The day I met the woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with." he whispered into Lois' ear then kissed the nape of her neck.

"It's beautiful." Lois it was the only thing she could tell with admiration, not taking her eyes from the pendant. "Thank you Clark." she went on as she looked at him.

"Don't. You deserve it. And much more." Clark reassured.

Lois stared at him with pure love. "I love you Clark." she whispered.

Clark took the jewelry box from Lois's hands and placed it on the table. "I love you." he said back and with a quick move he lifted Lois on the table.

"Clark really?" Lois questioned in disbelief when Clark moved between her legs chuckling. "Come here!" she told with a smirk and grabbed Clark's collar placing a hard kiss on his lips.

Lois woke up to the sound of the cheerful chirping of the birds outside the beach house where she and Clark had spent the night, and began to open her eyes slowly as the sunlight streamed through the curtains. She momentarily screwed her eyes against the light as she stretched out and yawned, the silk sheets feeling good soft as a caress, as they slid against her bare skin. She could have sworn she still felt the stinging in her shoulders the usual post-coitus mess she always had after she and Clark made love. A small smirk formed on Lois's face when she thought about the events of the previous day. It had been incredible. It was hard to believe that just 24 hours ago she'd left from Metropolis with Clark and a few hours after she was vacationing in uninhabited island for a week. After the exclusive about the Nazi Coup they both needed some time of relaxation, especially Clark, who had saved the World for one more time. However, she didn't expect him to fly them in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. The past few months had taken a toll on both of them. It was hard to believe it had been only three months ago that he'd reveal her that he was Superman yet it felt like a lifetime ago. Everything had changed between them that night. They were in committed relationship and they lived together. She felt closer to him than she had with anyone.

"Good morning, beautiful." Clark whispered into Lois' ear and kissed the nape of her neck,The previous night was spectacular. They were spending their vacation to a small isolated cove in an uninhabited island where he had built a cabin whenever he wanted to relax or just had the need to recharge.

"Good morning." Lois barely managed to greet back as Clark's hot breath sent shivers of intense eroticism through her body. She gave a low, needy moan as he slip his lips to her lower back and circled his tongue around her tattoo the way he'd wanted to, ever since he laid eyes on it for the first time. "I can feel you move." she teased, blushing as she felt Clark pressed against her entrance from behind.

Clark couldn't help but smile at Lois's comment as he moved his lips from Lois' shoulder to the back of her neck. "Has your stomach settled since yesterday?" he asked concerned as he rolled away from her.

Lois turned onto her right side to face Clark. "I'm fine, Clark. "I will be fine, unless I eat a birthday cake and Chinese food in unlimited quantities like I did the last three days." she joked.

"Still, the way you got sick yesterday morning and night scared me." Clark began to rub Lois' stomach with worry. "Are you sure you hadn't caught a stomach bug?"

"Nope." Lois replied simply and touched his cheek. "Now." she added as she rolled over on top of him, pulling the covers over them. "Are you sure this place uninhabited?" she asked.

"Lois, no one is on this island expect you and me." Clark assured her.

"Good." Lois nodded and leaned forward, placing a chaste kiss on Clark's lips. "Because I want to go swimming." she announced. "Without bathing suit." she got out of the bed and dashed out of the cabin. "Race you into the water." she challenged, yelling as she ran to the sandy beach and toward the water. "No cheating! No superpowers!" she warned.

With a burst of super speed, Clark followed Lois out of the cabin to the beach, their laughter echoing in and under the waves as they swam in the warm water of the beautiful ocean and under the hot sun.

The fire was flickering low before Lois and Clark as they lay contentedly and silent, watching it fade with nothing but the crackling logs of the fire and the roar of the waves crashing on the shore as their music. Lois couldn't remember the last time she'd felt so peaceful, so content, before she admitted to herself that she loved Clark. Cuddled close against him on warm, tropical island in the middle of nowhere, she sketched idly on Clark's hand as it lay across her stomach.

"Penny for your thoughts?" Clark asked, intertwining his fingers with hers.

"Just...thinking." Lois just shrugged, still staring at the flame intensely.

"That much is obvious." Clark teased. "What about?"

"I can't imagine how I slept all those nights alone before you." Lois confessed quietly and raised Clark's hand, kissing the palm.

"Me either." Clark admitted as quietly as Lois, and leaned upwards to press a kiss on the crown of her head.

"You know, all those days we were apart, every night I had the same dream." Lois began to say as she continued to stare at the flame intensely. "In that dream I never made it on time to stop you from leaving." she revealed. "I had gone to your apartment and found it empty." she swallowed a lump in her throat as described her dream. "I was trying to find you for weeks afterwards, but no one knew where you'd gone, not even your parents." Every night she had that dream she'd wake up in a cold sweat, her breathing heavy and terrified. And she'd long to call Clark, to hear his voice on the other end and to know that he was all right. She even picked up the phone once or twice, intending to do just that, but stopped herself before she did so, not wanting to show how much she was depending on him. "Truth be told, I'm still having those dreams some nights." she admitted. "I would wake up in the middle of the night and…"

Clark pulled Lois a bit tighter to him reaching down so he would cup the back of her head and meet her stare. He was stunned. He hadn't seen this coming. "Lois I…I don't know what to say."

"Say you love me." Lois asked as she stared intensely at Clark's eyes. "Say you will never leave me that you will always be by my side." she requested firmly.

Clark studied Lois' yearling face in the firelight but he didn't say anything. Instead of that, he pulled Lois toward him and kissed her softly at first, and then with a swift gradation of intensity, that made her cling to him as the only solid thing in a dizzy swaying world.

Clark's insistent mouth was parting her shaking lips, sending wild tremors along her nerves, evoking from her sensations she had never known she was capable of feeling with a man. And before a swimming giddiness spun her round and round, she knew that she was kissing him back.

Clark breathed against Lois' lips when her hands moved to his torso and slipped them inside his open shirt where she felt his chiseled abs. He couldn't stop the deep-throated groan that escaped his mouth as Lois slid his shirt off his shoulders and then moved her hands down to his navel where she found him waiting for her with much anticipation. Clark's fingers found the hem of Lois' shirt and pulled it upward, baring the skin that he always found glorious and wondrous.

Lois pulled away from Clark, lifting her arms so that he could completely take the shirt off. She closed her eyes as he tugged her shorts off. She could feel the tropical breeze brush against her skin and her core, electrifying her. Slowly, she pushed Clark down on the ground and pulled his sweatpants down, letting his member flop out onto his stomach.

Clark stared at Lois stunned. His breath caught at the sight of her naked body coloredby the dim light of the camp fire, giving also the hallucination that it was swaying under the flickering flame which danced around close to them. God. How much he wanted to capture that image of hers, so would stare at her like that forever. He watched her crawl on top of him, naked and warm and soft, smelling like a miracle that had saved him from a lifetime of aloneness.

Lois placed her hands on Clark's chest and carefully she ascended on his growing member, taking inch after inch inside her, her eyes locked on his. "Oh Clark." she moaned and wrapped her hands behind his neck, using him for leverage, as she began to ride him slowly, enjoying his thickness moving inside her. The muted moans and growls Clark made continued to fuel her aroused state, his lips moving down her face. She could feel his breath coming out in pants against her skin. He planted open mouthed kisses to her neck and her collarbones.

"Lois." Clark growled, his hands gripping her hips to aid in her movements. She started grinding into him again, this time with more force and speed. His dark eyes grew even darker as his jaw worked with sexual tension. She was driving him crazy. One of his hands left her hips, his arm pressing along her spine as he gripped a handful of her hair behind her head. He held her head in place as she rode him, staring into her eyes and taking in every detail.

Lois whimpered, taking hold of his hair and pulling Clark's face back to meet her gaze as she moved up and down over his long, thick length. She couldn't help but shudder under his heated gaze .His eyes weren't dark anymore but they were glowing bright with a fire, the flames licking against her skin and wherever he looked at her, her core beginning to throb with more need. Lois leaned forward and melded their mouths together.

Clark stroked his fingertips along Lois' spine as she pulled back from their kiss to gaze at her bountiful breasts in awe. His hands moved to them instantly and palmed them in his hands, sighing at the familiar weight in his palms. He smiled at the way they pebbled instantly for him as his thumbs brushed against the nipples.

Clark lowered his head to close his lips around a stiff peak, humming happily as he swirled his tongue around Lois' bud. "Ticklish?" he whispered, lifting his head to looked at her when he felt her shudder in his arms.

"Sensitive." Lois shook her head in reply and moaned as Clark sucked on her nipple, her hand coming up to rest in his hair to hold him to her chest. She felt the warmth pool in her core at his ministrations, his teeth nibbling her making her even wetter, as if he had a direct line to her core, every lick and suck making her throb even more.

The silent beach of the uninhabited tropical island was filled with moans and groans of passion.

Lois bounced up and down on Clark as she chased her release, her fingers gripping into his shoulders. She clutched at him as her core started to flutter and felt herself to fly. She tilted her head into him and kissed him amorously, moaning against his lips, jerking against him as she fell apart in his arms.

Clark held her tight and kissed her through her orgasm, his fingers stroking along her skin as he helped her come down. He was still painfully hard inside of her, every little flutter and shudder from her orgasm pulsed around his length making him twitch.

Clark groaned into her neck at the way she tightened around him. He couldn't hold it back any longer; she just felt too good. Her perfect body drawing out his release with the way she shuddered over him. Clark slammed his hips up to her hard, suckling a few more mouthfuls from her neck before he pulled back down, groaning as he gave her a few more thrusts before he snapped his hips up and shuddered as he spilled his seed in her. He held tight to her hand as he felt like he was being pulled away from his body, the feelings too intense to handle. Lois was so perfect beneath him that he was lost.

Lois cupped his cheek, bringing him to her lips as he kissed her tenderly through his release. She whispered her love to him between kisses, soothing him from his high, until he collapsed breathless beneath her. She smiled, tracing her fingertips along his shoulder blades, drawing little hearts and I love you's into his skin.

Clark kissed Lois' shoulder as he began to catch his breath. Her writing into his skin made his heart skip a beat in his chest. He pulled her close to him, so that she was laid against his chest. Clark finally released her hand from his, bringing it down to stroke against her cheek and smiled down at the blissful expression on her face. They were the perfect fit. "You know how much I love you, right?" he said bending to place a gentle kiss to the crown of her head.

Lois grinned up at Clark, her heart fluttering happily in her chest at the bliss written plainly across his face. She tenderly stroked his chest, looking deep into those brown eyes she adored. "Yes. And I love you, too. So much."
