The Tau'ri's Growing Galactic Presence II

As word of battle of the Gamma site with the Tau'ri and Lucian Alliance Galactic forces resulting in the Tau'ri Galactic force victorious; The Galactic communities of the galaxy have began to turn more and more to the Tau'ri both in Political and economical support; Instead of turning to the Lucian alliance as their main Political and economical support; The Tau'ri have in response to some of Galactic community planets that have been requesting more Political and economical support from them have began to form stronger economical ties with them by offering them more support; Their support came in providing the planets that have asked for Political and economical support to help with their rapidly growing population in their planets with sending some of their planet's: agricultural scientists to teach the planets in advance agriculture methods to further increase the yield of their crop production; As well some of their planets doctors and other medical staff to help them treat illnesses and diseases on their planets with their advance medicines and techniques.
In return for their assistance the Tau'ri had 3 requests to the planetary leaders of the planets requesting Political and Economical support from them. They 3 requests where that they wanted small military research facilities on their planets to provide their planets with the necessary knowledge and to protect their Galactic interests on their planets from any enemy attack; As well for a place for them to learn advance agriculture methods to further increase the yield of their crop productions; As well some of their planets doctors and other medical staff to help them treat illnesses and diseases on their planets with their advance medicines and techniques. As well on some of them to have on what they call a Galactic bank on their planet for to them to store and trade Naquadah with more and more of the Galaxy's merchants and traders coming their planets to do businesses. They have as well told the planetary leaders of the planets that beyond those 3 requests they told them that won't interfere with their Planetary political affairs unless they where a threat to their Galactic interests and security. Fortunately thanks to their skillful galactic diplomats they where able to get the planets that have asked for Political and economical support to agree to their terms.
Recently the Lucian Alliance have turned to their attention the planets under the Protection Planets treaty to see if the Asgard would respond to them beginning to put their influence within planets under the treaty. Within a few days with them beginning to put their influence on the planets in the treaty they found that the Asgard(Do to them being existence.) haven't responded to them influence on the planets in the treaty. Now knowing that Asgard won't respond to them beginning to their influence on the planets in the treaty they began to form Political and economical ties with them. They began to introduce the highly additive crop Kassa to supply them food to maintain their supply of food; As well to have other supplies laced with highly additive substances to make them become more and more depend on their to heavily supply with Kassa and other supplies laced with highly additive substances. This caused an increasingly of Political corruption and crime with most of them becoming drug addicts and criminals.
In Late January of 2011 Tau'ri spies have learned that the Lucian Alliance has turned their attention to the planets under the Protection Planets treaty formerly under Asgard Protection to increase their Political and Economical influence within the galaxy. Recently The Tau'ri scientists and engineers have discovered a recorded message from an Asgard leader named: Odin inside the Asgard computer data core. Some of the message told the Tau'ri that now that they have proven that there are instead the 5th race and that their are ready to carry on the legacy of the Alliance of the 4 Great races. That means that their have been give the task in carrying on their duties as the guardians of the galaxy; This includes the Tau'ri people maintaining the Protection Planets treaty to protect them from any other Galactic foreign influence. With information from their spies that the Lucian Alliance has turned their attention to the planets under the Protection Planets treaty in increase their influence in the galaxy; As well the message from the Asgard computer data core the Tau'ri decided to change their 1st Strike force fleet objective from doing hit and run tactics to attack Lucian alliance supply fleets and supply lines that supplied Kassa and other Highly additive substance laced into supplies or to targets to weaken Lucian alliance leaders within the Lucian Alliance Galactic Territory or Galactic Communities under their Political corruption and Crime Lord Political and Economical Influence; Into beginning a military campaign to kick out the Lucian alliance military forces defending their supply lines from their enemies in the galaxy within the Protection Planets treaty Galactic territories. While their spies and politicians began a Political campaign to kick out Lucian alliance drug lords and Political leaders to stop the spread of their drug trafficking and Political corruption further in the galaxy.
As of Early 2011 the Tau'ri have able to Produce 3 More BC-304's: The Newcastle given to the Oceania Coalition Member: Commonwealth of Australia*; The Henry Crerar given North American coalition Member: Canada*; The Helmut Schmidt given to the European Coalition Member: Germany*; As of Late-2010 the Tau'ri Galactic fleet has a total of 18 BC-304 Battle-cruisers* to fight the Lucian Alliance and to defend their Galactic Interests in the Galaxy. The Tau'ri Fleet command decided to have the Newcastle, Henry Crerar and the Helmut Schmidt to join their 1st Strike force fleet* in helping them in their military campaign to kick out the Lucian alliance military forces defending their supply lines from their enemies in the galaxy within the Protection Planets treaty Galactic territories; As well to possible see the wonders of the galaxy.
As the Tau'ri continue to grow their Galactic Influence their alliances they have formed with Planets* they have setup during the Tau'ri-Goa'uld War have over the years have after the war to depend on the Tau'ri for Protection and economical aid to help their planets prosper into a brighter future. 1 of these Planets: Arkhan's World that has interacted with the Tau'ri over the years as enjoyed a massive amount of economic growth. Their planets population has as well exploded in growth thanks to their King introducing irrigation and crop rotation into their society improving their logical management of their agriculture products; However recently do to their population exploding King Arkhan I and his advisors have been seeing a massive amount of illnesses and diseases(Like dysentery, malaria, diphtheria, flu, typhoid, smallpox and leprosy.) spreading among their populous; In respond King Arkhan ordered a massive quarantine to try to contain the massive amount of illnesses and diseases spreading among their populous; This Resulted in a large amount of social and economical unrest with some of the populous of their planet rebellion in respond to this; However after King Arkhan made a few travels to the rebellion with some of his guards where able to negotiate with the rebel leaders in tell them why he put in place the massive quarantine.
After the Rebellion was subdue King Arkhan I has been trying to send diplomats to get in contact with the Tau'ri for possibly getting them to send a medical team of experts to help them in treating or possibly cure the illnesses and diseases that has spread among their planets populous; Finally after a few days of sending ambassador diplomats to get in contact with the Tau'ri 1 of his ambassador diplomats: Dalia Hanan by her going to another planet has on January 15, 2011 has come in contact with a Tau'ri SG Team: SG-9 team to setup a meeting between her King and the Tau'ri ambassador diplomats; After spending an hour of discussion between Dalia Hanan and SG-9 team sent a message to the SGC and after explaining what is going on General Landry decided to send their Galactic Ambassadors Daniel Jackson and Richard Woolsey with SG teams: SG-10 and SG-12 team to escort them with containment suits and equipment to Dalia's Planet while SG-9 Team returning to Earth; General Landry and the I.O.A. council was hoping that Daniel Jackson and Richard Woolsey would try to negotiate with her King and central Government to possibly renew their Political and Economical alliance with them; As well to setup a small military research facilities on their planet to provide their planet with the necessary medical knowledge to treat illnesses and diseases spread among their populous; They arrived through the stargate at Dalia's Home-world on January 21.
Date: January 21, 2011, Time: 9:45 A.M., Location: Arkhan's World
As they came through the stargate to Dalia Hanan's home-world Daniel Jackson and Richard Woolsey along with their SGC escort they have that since Daniel Jackson and SG-1 team last visited her planet that the Village that was near their planets stargate has grown dramatically where it is now a town; As they headed to where King Arkhan I royal Palace is located they saw that no one where doing outside activities; As they came up to King Arkhan I royal Palace they saw that there are 5 Guards guarding the front entrance of King Arkhan the 1st Royal Palace with face masks covering their faces.
1 of the guards that where standing near the Palace's doorway in a commanding calm and curious tone, Guard "Ambassador Dalia welcome home who are these visitors in those strange cloths to our planet you know by order of King Arkhan I have restricted travel through the Chappa'ai to not spread the illnesses and diseases that is running rampant?"
Dalia Hanan in a calm tone, Dalia "it's good to be home(she turned her attention to the Tau'ri visitors.) and these visitors in these strange cloths are from the Tau'ri that visited our Planet years ago. They have come to our planet prior request of King Arkhan I to possible help us in treating the widespread illnesses and diseases that are running rampant in our populous; I'm requesting an audience with King Arkhan I to tell him that I have returning home with help from the Tau'ri."
The Guard "Very well Ambassador Dalia please wait here while we inform the king of your return and of the arrival of Tau'ri."
With that the guard open the royal Palace door to inform King Arkhan I that Ambassador Dalia Hanan has returned home and have brought the Tau'ri prior his request. After 15 minutes the guard returned to the front entrance and turned his attention to ambassador Dalia Hanan and in calm tone, The Guard "King Arkhan I as being informed of your return and has granted your request for an audience with him and his government officials."
With that the Royal Palace doors where opened, Dalia to the Guard "Thank you(she turned her attention to the Tau'ri.), Come the King is waiting to see us."
They all entered the Royal Palace and traveled throughout the Royal Palace until they come to the main throne room doorway with other 2 royal guards standing guard with face masks over their faces and opened the throne room doors. As Ambassador Dalia Hanan and Tau'ri diplomatic ambassadors and their escort guards come into the main throne room they saw 3 Royal throne chairs with 3 people sitting in them. Daniel Jackson assumed that it was King Arkhan I with some other importance royal figures sitting to his right and left. As Richard Woolsey came in with Daniel Jackson he shocked to see that King Arkhan I was former NID agent Harold Maybourne.
Richard Woolsey in a shocked and curious tone, Richard Woolsey "Harold Maybourne I though you where died!?"
Before King Arkhan 1 could answer 1 of the Royal Palace Guards came up to Richard Woolsey and was just going to hit him for him being him disrespectful to King Arkhan 1 of the SG-10 team members defend Richard Woolsey by subduing the Royal Palace Guard. As the Royal Palace guard hell to the floor the another 4 Royal Palace Guards were approaching them; However before they came closer King Arkhan 1 in a commanding and calm tone, King Arkhan 1 "That's enough guards withdraw for the moment. As to answer your question Mr. Woolsey SG-1 reported me died since I have started a new live here on this planet and decided to report that I have been killed by the Goa'uld Ares. Mr. Woolsey I'm an afraid that if you or any of your SGC teams try to arrest me and return me to Earth to face charges of the crimes I formerly did on Earth you will be facing a diplomatic crisis between our 2 peoples. Now Mr. Woolsey I would be glad if you address me as Arkhan I since I'm the rule of this Planet and that is my title and Political Position."
Richard Woolsey "I see you point Mr. Maybourne very well I shall go along with SG-1's previous report of you being killed by the Goa'uld Ares; From now on I will address you as Arkhan I."
King Arkhan I "Thank you Ambassador Woolsey."
Daniel Jackson in a calm tone, Daniel Jackson "Now that you know the true Mr. Woolsey King Arkhan from what your Ambassador Dalia Hanan has told us you would like us to possible use our advance medical technology by most civilizations in the galaxy to help treat the rampant spread of Illnesses and diseases spread among your planet's populous."
King Arkhan I "That is correct Dr. Jackson(King Arkhan tone shifted to that of a sad and depressing.). I hope you and your People can help my people in treating these rampant illnesses and diseases that have cost my people a great deal of suffering; They have as well hit myself and my family with lost 2 of 5 my children to them."
Daniel Jackson "I'm sorry for your losses your Highness. We will do what we can to help your people with a fair exchange in return for us using our advance medical technology to help treated your populous."
King Arkhan I "As the way of cooperation with other Planets and Races with the universe this always a price to pay for each side to give."
With that both King Arkhan I and his central government officials along with the Tau'ri diplomatic ambassadors began diplomatic negotiations between them that lasted for roughly a week with them ironing out a Political and economical aid alliance treaty which was signed by both parties on January 28, 2011. In the negotiations in forming the economical aid alliance treaty between them King Arkhan I was pleased to hear that the Tau'ri SGC and I.O.A. council has agreed with his request to send a medical team of experts to his planet to help him and his people in treating or possibly cure the illnesses and diseases that has spread among their planets populous; They would as well send a few agriculture experts and economists to help them in increasing their agriculture production to give their farmers and other agriculture workers in different areas of the Agriculture economy sector with the ability to increase the yield of their crops or animals to have their populous access to more food; As well to help them manage their growing planetary economy more efficiently and faster; However in Return for all this help from the Tau'ri the Tau'ri wanted to setup a small research base with the necessary medical and research facilities on their planet to provide their planet with the necessary medical knowledge to treat illnesses and diseases spread among their populous; As well for them to learn for themselves from them on how to use advance agriculture methods to increasing their agriculture production to give their farmers the ability to increase the yield of their crops or animals to have their populous access to more food; As well to teach them in better uses of economics to help them manage their growing planetary economy more efficiently and faster.
