Uraraka awkwardly careessed her face which is now turning into a light shade of purple. Both cheeks stung with fresh tears simply from the pain. She shouldn't have pressed like that, especially to royalty. It was completely out of place, she was only a doctor, she shouldn't speak up like that..
Midoriya walked, it had been all he's done for what seemed like eternity. In the back of his mind he wished he kept the tribal cloth so he could wrap his wounds but if he were to be spotted, his other foot would be in the damn grave. It's just that the wounds out in the open was very uncomfortable, it's like he has no protection.. Thankfully as he swam as he clutched to Iida's sword, so he has a form of protection. Plus, Midoriya was smart. He used leaves on the trees to cover his wounds as best as he could, they didn't like to stick but he figured out that crushing some I to paste, plastering it on and then placing the leaves worked a little.
He simply prayed his wounds won't fester as they did before, he would be a dead man.
The snap of a twig made him whip his head at the direction and froze in place. His heart thumped wildly, had they caught up already? He wasn't going to take the chance and broke into a sprint. Dodging the trees and bushes, he makes his way through the forest. Thankfully no thudding came in pursuit, false alarm, he hoped.
He slowed his pace and felt blood trickle down his arm. He sighed but was relieved that none of the others had broke as well. It was a small stream so no worries of it dripping off his hand and leaving a trail.
Days passed by of just walking, healing, hunting, just simply surviving. He thanked his late mother for making him train alone in the forest so he could become strong. He fears if his mother did not make such a decision he would be dead and strung by his old people.
He's could smell that he was in Bakugou's territory. It's frightening, really. Bakugou wished to dominant the omega, a fallen leader would look good on his belt. Breaking a false leader is a quick way to gain respect after all.
He shivered at the thought of Bakugou claiming him it would simply further his defeat.. It would shame him and his family more, they had already given birth to an omega. Plus, he did not like the chances of him getting pregnant with that bastard.
Night came quick, as it always did, soon a village came in view. He does need some clothes, he'll probably freeze to death on an unlucky night. He sighed at the thought of degrading himself by being a petty thief. But it's not like he could risk asking someone, what if the kingdom has been alerted?
He looked around and spotted laundry hanging, perfect. He grumbled and dashed for the clothes. Grabbing long awaited pants and a blanket. He mentally apologised to the poor family he has taken from and begged his gods for forgiveness.
Quickly he pulled the pants over himself and wrapped the comfortable blanket around himself. He found some string-thin rope. Midoriya tore two little holes at the sides of the blanket and tied the ropes, connecting the side and making a makeshift cloak. He got out of the village with haste, not wishing to be caught.
Bakugou growled with frustration. That fucking lying ass omega was good at hiding his tracks. There was no sightings, his feet are too light to even leave tracks, they couldn't even attempt with scent because there was none. There wasn't even any indications of fires, does he even make them? Bakugou silently hoped he does because he could die from the cold, then he wouldn't be able to have him..
He figured out a long time ago that he abandoned his old territory and most likely was going to the Todoroki's, his only chance of protection. He sent a raven to his mother to inform her of everything. He told her he wanted to take over the fallen kingdom before it can regain it's strength.
Shit's gone down in the Todoroki's anyways. Shoto Todoroki killed his father, Enji Todoroki. Everything was fucking chaos with the two kingdoms.
Midoriya's old kingdom is was to pieces due to improper throne placement. They stuck to traditions so closely that now they've lost the only true bloodline, all hell's loose. They're actually hunting for Midoriya as well, they're going to force him to make a proper vessel.
Back in the Todoroki's, their king brought wealth and honor to the kingdom. They never knew what happened behind closed doors though.. Their king was corrupt. Yes his did his job flawlessly but at the cost of his 'family'. Prince Todoroki is currently in a 'power grab' with his brother. He's the youngest therefore 'unfit' but the older brother doesn't even want the throne. Enji Todoroki wanted Shoto Todoroki to take the throne in the first place so naturally when he passed people wanted to respect his wishes but, he did murder his father- that was a point no one can ignore.
Politics, am I right? Well either way, Midoriya was trapped, not even knowing it either. He's got an angry blond alpha who wants to claim him, breathing down his neck- his kingdom was in pure chaos- and his only chance of freedom was so fucking screwed right now.
Midoriya grabbed the squirrel carcass and skinned it with the sword. He thought of how he should make spears and daggers from rock, it would make hunting easier. After he skinned it, he roasted it with a little fire, it took longer because of how small the fire was. He had to make it this way, so- One; not that much smoke and Two; it's easier to cover up. After roasting it thoroughly he covered the fire marks with leaves and decent sized rock.
He happily ate the squirrel, rubbing his stomach with satisfaction. He sighed when the thoughts popped up, he needs to hurry up before his heat started. On the positive side his wounds were healing nicely. The smaller ones has either healed completely or are nearly healed and the bigger ones are doing great.
Midoriya decided he's going to run more often at daylight so he can get there before his heat, hopefully. He's got to hand it to the Bakugou's, they have a vast territory. He reckoned that it'll take two weeks if he runs all day. Three weeks if he runs partially. Honestly he simply can't wait until he's at Todoroki's, his father may not like it, at all, but Todoroki Shoto is one to be trusted. He's a quiet but strong prince, he'll make an excellent king one day, flawless perhaps.
