A few hours later
Olivia stays at the hospital with Riley, while Kat, Amanda, and Fin work on the case.
Olivia had just gotten off the phone with Amanda when she saw Chelsea walked up to her.
"How is she?" Chelsea asked
"While she is still unconscious. Doctor says that she has a few broken ribs. The raped kit was Bruising, tearing, stretching. Add to that her scrapes, bruises, cuts." Olivia said
"Poor girl. But I do have some good news. Judge Chambers is now the new judge of Riley case and im Riley new social worker. Judge Chambers was wondering if you would like to foster Riley?" Chelsea asked
Olivia thought for a minute before she answered.
"I would love to foster Riley but i would love to adopt her.." Olivia said as she looked over at Riley.
"Are you sure because Riley had been through a lot." Chelsea said
"I know it isn't easy getting her trust but I want to adopt her. I won't let her get tossed back into the system and be forgotten." Olivia said
"Okay, I'll recommend that this adoption starts processing immediately. And I will send the Judge Chamber. Then you can take her home once she is discharge from the hospital." Chelsea said
"Thank you." Olivia said
"No, problem. Riley has been to hell and back. I just want her to be happy and live her childhood." Chelsea said as she looked at Riley.
A few seconds later Riley started to move.
"Hey sweetie how are you feeling?" Chelsea asked
"When can i leave?" Riley asked quietly.
"In a few hours." Olivia said
"Great." Riley mumbled to herself.
"Why are you here?" Riley asked Chelsea.
"Well Diane was pulled from your case and now im your new social worker and a new judge too." Chelsea said
"So what's going to happen now?" Riley said
"Well i have found you a new foster home for a while." Chelsea said
"With who?" Riley asked
"With Captain Benson." Chelsea said
Riley did not say anything.
A few seconds later Chelsea's phone rang.
"I have to go." Chelsea said as she walked out of the room.
Olivia walked over to the bed and sat in the chair next to the bed.
"Hey, I was wondering if you could tell me what happens." Olivia said
"I don't want to talk about it." Riley said quietly.
"Okay, you don't have to talk about it now but you will have to make a statement." Olivia said
A few seconds later the nurse knocked on the door. When Olivia granted her entry, she came in pushing a tray with food on it.
"Before you can leave you would have to eat this," She said, sliding the tray in front of Riley and raising it.
Riley ate half of it and 30 minutes later the nurse came back in and handed Olivia the discharge paper. And with that Olivia and Riley left the hospital.

Olivia and Riley had just walked into Olivia's apartment.
"You will be staying in the same room as last night." Olivia said as Riley walked into the room and dropped her bag on the bed then walked back into the living room.
"Do you want to watch a movie?" Olivia asked cautiously.
"Sure." Riley said quietly.
So they sat down and watched a movie.
A few hours later
Riley had fallen asleep during the movie and now she is asleep on the couch.
A few seconds later Lucy and Noah walked in.
"Hey mom." Noah said
"Shhhh. Riley is asleep." Olivia said.
Olivia could see Noah face lit up when she said Riley name.
She walked over to Noah.
"Thank Lucy for picking him up." Olivia said
"No problem. I see y'all later. I really have to go." Lucy said
"By Lucy." Noah and Olivia said at the same time.
"I thought Riley went to a different foster home?" Noah said
"She did but it did not work out. So she is going to stay here." Olivia said
"Oh okay. Can we go to the park later today?" Noah asked
"I think about it." Olivia said
"Okay. I'm going to start on my homework." Noah said as he walked into his room.
A few hours later
Olivia, Riley, and Noah just finished eating dinner.
"Can we go to the park now?"Noah asked
"Sure. You want to go to the park Riley?" Olivia asked
"Sure." Riley said
"Then let go." Noah said as she walked to the door.
They walked a few blocks to the park. Also, they got there Noah saw a few kids dancing so he decided to join in.
"Well, well look who it is Riley Williams." Someone behind Riley and Olivia said.
Riley turned around.
"Nate." Riley said
"Where were your little group of friends?" Nate asked
"I don't know." Riley said
"You know we missed you the other night. Where were you and your group of friends?" Nate asked
"Wait, they did not go?" Riley asked
"Nope, I thought that you knew that." Nate said
"No, I was not with them, I had things to do that day. So that means y'all won?" Riley asked
"Yes we did. Next time show up." Nate said
"Oh shut up. I'm going to go." Riley said as she walked over to Olivia and Noah.
"Who are they?" Olivia asked
"Just a group of kids." Riley said
They spent about an hour at the park before they went home and went to bed.
