Ben is the first to wake up. He looks down and is shocked to see Rey still sleeping soundly in his arms. This is the longest their bond has lasted without cutting off. Rey breathes deeply and Ben smiles. He pulls her closer to his chest, savoring every second he has with her. It feels so right holding her in his arms. Ben leans just a touch forward and presses a gentle kiss to her forehead. She stirs slightly in his arms and he coos to her, rubbing her back gently with his hand.
Rey yawns as her eyes flutter open. A smile spreads across her lips as she sees Ben is still with her. He is only wearing a thin black sweater and black lounge pants. Seeing him dress down so comfortably makes Rey blush.
"What?" Ben asks with a soft chuckle.
Hearing him chuckle makes Rey blush even more. She has never heard a more wonderful sound.
"It's just...I've never seen you look so...relaxed?" Rey whispers.
Ben chuckles again and presses a gentle kiss to her forehead. Rey sighs as her body trembles from his touch. It feels electric.
"Being with you relaxes me," he whispers.
Rey raises a hand and gently strokes his cheek. Ben closes his eyes at her touch and sighs deeply. It has been so long since someone has touched him like this and his heart swells with emotion. He turns his head gently and places a tender kiss on the inside of her palm. Rey's breath catches and she shudders. His smile makes her melt. She looks into his eyes and relishes the way he looks at her.
"What are you thinking about, Rey?" Ben asks gently.
"You aren't trying to read my thoughts?" Rey questions with a raised eyebrow.
"Oh, I learned my lesson the last time I tried looking into your mind," he teases.
Rey blush turns a deep red at his words.
"So, what are you thinking about?" he asks again.
"Well...I found out you're a prince," Rey reveals with an even deeper blush.
"Oh, you did, did you?" Ben replies with a smile.
"It makes sense. You are very regal in how you present yourself. And you enjoy capes…" she continues.
"Capes, huh? Well, I can see how this would make me appear royal," Ben teases.
Rey giggles slightly and Ben feels his skin tingle at the sound. He swears he has never heard such a wonderful sound before. Ben nuzzles his nose against Rey's and she giggles. It tickles her so much as his nose then nuzzles her neck playfully. Rey swats at his shoulder playfully and gasps suddenly when she feels his lips brush against the sensitive skin on her neck. Ben immediately pulls back and looks at Rey with concern.
"I'm sorry, Rey. I didn't mean -" Ben begins before he is silenced by Rey's fingers on his lips.
She looks into his eyes. Ben blushes as he looks back at Rey and waits for her. Rey smiles and shakes her head softly.
"It's ok, Ben. It felt nice. It was just...I wasn't expecting it," she replies gently.
Cautiously, Ben leans forward and presses his lips on her exposed neck. He moves his lips slowly to kiss up her neck one kiss at a time. A soft moan tumbles out of Rey's mouth and Ben fights to hold back a growl of pleasure. He continues kissing up Rey's neck until he kisses her behind her ear. Then he travels down her chin, hoping to hear another delicious moan from her again.
"Oh Ben…" Rey whimpers.
After kissing her chin, he pulls back to look at her. His brown eyes swallow Rey up as she gazes deeply into them.
"Rey…" Ben purrs softly.
With a smile on her lips, Rey strokes his cheek tenderly. Then she carefully pulls his face closer to hers. Their lips brush together and a pure spark of electricity seems to pass through them. They sigh into the kiss as Rey moves her hand from Ben's cheek into his hair. Ben wraps his arms around Rey and pulls her as close to his chest as possible. They pull apart for air and exhale in unison. Ben leans his forehead against Rey's before brushing his lips against her own again.
"That was…" Rey begins breathlessly.
"...worth the wait," Ben breathes back.
Rey smiles and kisses Ben again. A knock on Ben's door makes him jolt and turn his head away from Rey. He still holds her as he calls out asking who is there.
"Is everything ok Ben?" Rey asks.
Ben turns to face her and pulls her into a deeper kiss. Rey kisses him back and wraps her arms around his neck.
"I'm going to figure out a way to leave. I don't want to be here anymore. I want to run away with you, Rey...if you'll have me," Ben breathes heavily in between kissing her.
"Of course I want to be with you. But, where will we go?" Rey asks.
"I know a place. I will share the coordinates with you and we can meet there together," he explains.
"What if the First Order tracks you? What if they..." Rey questions with concern in her voice.
Ben pulls back and looks at her intensely. A tingle rushes down her spine with how he looks at her protectively.
"I won't let anything happen to you or to myself. Rey…" he says as he brushes her hair out of her face and cups her cheek.
"You are everything to me. I will find a way to you. I promise," Ben continues with a firm but tender voice.
Rey nods and is pulled into another kiss again before the connection ends. She whimpers as she feels the warmth from Ben leave her. However, she is thankful the connection lasted as long as it did. She sits up and gets ready for the day, her body tingling from Ben's lingering kisses.
