A new goods engine came to Sodor to help with the new loop line service with Merlin, he had brown paint with red stripes and ten driving wheels, he puffed over the bridge connecting the island to the mainland. He arrived at the big station where The Fat Controller was waiting. "Ah." He greeted the new engine, "You have finally arrived. What is your name?" "Holden." Said the engine, "But I am usually like to be called 'Hurricane'. Some gave me that nickname because I'm fast like the winds of one." "Hurricane it is." The Fat Controller said, "Now, there are some trucks that need to be taken to one of the new stations in the loop line at Killaban. These trucks are heavy, are you sure you can take them?" "Will do sir." Hurricane replied as he set off to couple up to his goods train.

The trucks were surprised when Hurricane coupled up to them, they were expecting Henry to pull them because they were heavy. Then with a huff and a puff, Hurricane pulled the trucks out the station yard. The trucks were bumped, but were more shocked by how a tank engine could haul such a weighty load. Henry came up to the station as he saw Hurricane pulling the heavy goods to Killaban, he was shocked, "Who is that engine? I've never seen one pull that many trucks before." At the new station, Hurricane uncoupled from his goods train, he soon met up with Merlin. Merlin told him that this new service will open in two months and that the Killaban construction is the final phase of the plan.

That night, Henry was talking to Gordon and James about Hurricane. "Rubbish." James said, "A tank engine would never haul a train that only you can pull." "James is right." Butted in Gordon, "A tank engine would only struggle and move at a slow pace, the goods may've been late from that. I'm certain that another engine had to come and help." "But I'm telling the truth." Henry replied, "I saw a brown tank engine puffing out of the big station hauling that train with ease." Gordon and James just laughed and soon went to sleep.

The next morning, Henry puffed into the yard to collect his goods train when he saw Hurricane resting in a siding. The brown engine was resting after his hard work yesterday. Henry tooted his whistle and that woke Hurricane up. "What's that?" Hurricane spluttered, he then noticed Henry beside him, "Oh, hello there. You must be this islands original heavy goods engine, am I right." "Yes." Henry answered, "I saw you pulling a long line of heavy trucks and I must say, that was impressive." Hurricane was flattered, "Why thank you." "But," The big green engine continued, "I told Gordon and James about you and they said it was rubbish and impossible." This made Hurricane slightly cross, "Who says what I do is impossible? I'm a special decapod engine with ten driving wheels, they help me pull heavy loads."

Henry soon had an idea slip into his funnel, "I know a way to show those two what for." Henry told Hurricane his plan, the two will switch jobs, Henry will take Hurricanes goods to Killaban, while Hurricane will takes Henry's goods to Crovan's Gate. The brown engine liked the idea and they asked The Fat Controller for his permission, he allowed it so Hurricane can get used to the rest of the island. With that the brown engine headed off. James was pulling a slow goods train, he was not liking it at all, he was at Crosby when he heard an unfamiliar whistle, "That's odd. Henry is supposed to pass by here." Then before he knew it, James saw a brown tank engine pulling Henry's heavy goods train. "Oh hello there." Hurricane said, "Don't mind me, I'm doing something that might be seen as 'impossible'." James was flabbergasted by seeing a tank engine pulling such a heavy load.

Hours later and Hurricane was nearing Crovan's Gate, he was approaching the station yard when Gordon's whistle came from the distance. The big engine raced past the station with the express when he saw the brown engine. "Ho ho ho." Gordon chuckled, "A tank engine, pulling a heavy goods train with ease, what an impossible…" Before Gordon could finish, we couldn't see an engine at the back helping the brown engine. Hurricane whistled, "You call that impossible. Ha! That'll show you for not believing in that green engine."

That night Gordon and James returned to the shed, they noticed Henry talking to Hurricane like they were old friends. The two tender engines puffed in beside the green engine, they apologised for not believing in Henry, he accepted it. The two engines then talked about how Hurricane was able to pull such heavy loads, and he explained that before going to Sodor, he worked in a steelworks. The four shared a good laugh and went to sleep.
