"AHAHAHAHA!" Weiss have never before in her life seen an grown woman rolling around laughing, let alone an infamous bandit leader.

'Than again, my answer does sound kinda stupid'

"Perhaps you should have worded it better?""Quiet you!" She than looked down again to see that Raven were finally calming down, still laughing a bit though. "You done?" 'This is getting irritating!

Raven softly laughed for a moment as she got back up again, still smiling "Oh gods, I needed that. Never laughed like that since my days at Beacon" She than straighten and dusted her clothes off "Hehe, okay and the real reason now?"

Weiss sighed and got surrounded in blue flames, startling Raven to take a step back in shock. That shock turned into confusion when the fire disappeared and out of it was Weiss in a different outfit. "Wait so all that for a change of clothes?"

Weiss raised her hands "One more thing" and she grabbed the edge of her mask and ripped it off "Boudicca!"

The sudden appearance of a giant ethereal looking warrior being, caused Raven to fall flat on her ass and staring up in awe at what she is witnessing. "The hell is that?!"

"I am the rebellious spirit within Weiss, that she can call out to in her time of need!"

"Who apparently can also talk outside of my head, which would have been nice to know before!" She glared up at the spirit.

Raven got over her initial shock and were more intrigued at the being in front of her. She got back up and approached it slowly "How did you came to be?"

"That is for Weiss to tell you, I am merely not privy to let out such personal experience" Raven turned towards the girl, sending her a curious look.

But she just crossed her arms in front of her and leaned her shoulder on one side of the cage "Yeah I'm not telling you. It's to personal" She quickly said, not bothering looking Raven in the eyes.

"Even if it could mean your freedom?"

"Oh I know I will get out of here, without telling you a thing about how I awaken Boudicca!" She took a small pause "Besides I think we might have a bigger problem at hand"

That caught Raven's interest "And that is?"

"I think a White fang member have a similar spirit as I have. But it felt different, like all it wanted to do was cause suffering and despair. She manage to shoot me and the physical part of it did not hurt, but it had a different effect" She started to shake at the memory of that feeling that night. She looked up and saw Raven gesturing her to continue. "I felt, like nothing mattered. Like all I ever done and what I am doing is leading to nowhere, that fighting is useless"

"I'm going to guess you got over it?"

Weiss did not nod but looked back at Raven "Fortunately the effect wore off, but it did leave me a bit drain mentally. Anyway if her powers are similar to mine, than it be best if I got back on the road again as soon as possible"

Raven just shook her head "There is no need for that"

"But she shot me down! The White fang must be looking for me, I know where their base is!"

"Well they can try but we aren't exactly anywhere near their base" Raven seemed a little to calm for Weiss' liking.

"But they must have sent search parties nearby, I did not fly that far!"

"That does not change the likelihood of them finding this camp most unlikely, since their base is east of Wind Path, while we are in between Shion and Higanbana" Raven calmly explained

Weiss knew of those locations and let out a sigh of relief, knowing that there were some comfortable distance between them. How she quickly looked suspicious at Raven. "Wait how did you get there and back so quick than?"

Raven smirked "Getting there took some time, the way back however was a breeze. Now would you mind telling me more of this power you seem to possess? Sure that it ain't just another variation of your semblance?" The only response she got was a bored glare and silence. Raven than shot an irritated look at the spirit. "Sure there most be something you can tell me about your kind. She mention someone else like her got this power, so it must be possible for others to get it too!"

"One must suffer greatly and still stand strong in their conviction, no matter who stand in your way. That much I can tell you"

Now she was just more confused "And what the hell did a Schnee suffer to get you?!"

"As I said. It is personal!" Weiss than stood straight and looked Raven in the eyes "Now are you going to free me, or do I have to humiliate you?"

Raven just had a tired look on her face and sighed "Of course you were going to be difficult" She turned around and walked toward the exit of her tent. She turned around and said "You thing is impressive, but so far it seems to settle with just floating around. Makes it look more like a parlor trick rather than something useful" And she walked out.

Weiss looked up at Boudicca "Well seems like we have to do it our self"

She giggled "So it seems"

Boudicca than phased into Weiss "Bufu" She said as the bars in front of her got frozen solid "Vicious strike!" She cried as the frozen bars shattered. She walked over to the table and picked up Myrtenaster in her left hand with her gun sword in her right. She also noticed in the corner was her backpack and everything seemed to be there.

Outside

"Any luck with the Schnee?"

"She is being difficult, should have expected that considering where she is from" Raven looked over the camp as her subordinates were in the middle of training. "How are they coming along?"

"The fresh meat you brought in shows some promise. One of them mention a farm in the area so I thought that could be their initiation" Vernal suggested as she looked up to her leader.

Raven nodded "Best way to see if they got the stomach for it" She than heard a strange noise coming from her tent. She turned around only to witness her tent get destroyed as a giant white blue knight with a two-handed sword, emerged out with Weiss standing in front of it while wielding two swords, and a annoying smirk at that.

"I did warn you" Raven let out a cry and charged Weiss with Omen, attacking with a downward swing as Weiss blocked it by crossing her two swords "Let me go! And I won't reduce your camp to rubble!"

The response was a head butt from Raven, making her stumble back a bit as Raven's minion took aim at Weiss. When she fired the giants sword was blocking the bullets while Weiss switched to white dust on Myrtenaster. When the arma gigas removed it's sword, Weiss fired out a gust of wind that knocked both Raven and Vernal away and into the middle of the camp as everyone around stood armed and ready for orders.

Weiss than made a gestured towards the tribe to come at her, though most of them could barely move with the giant armored knight standing at the ready within slashing distance. Vernal ran forward causing Weiss to smirk "Bufu!" She cried out as a Vernal suddenly stopped in her track as she shivered at the sudden cold that passed through her. Weiss than activated her time dilation on herself and ran towards Vernal while surrounding the freezing opponent in white glyphs as she charged in with both swords and starting to bounce from seemingly all angles as she flew and strike all around Vernal.

When she was done, Vernal's aura broke and she collapsed on the groundface first, while Weiss did not look impressed "Any others?"

Despite the anger that was boiling within her, Raven could not stop but admire the power and tenacity of the supposed spoiled brat. 'Could use my maiden powers to subdue her, but the less outsiders who knows the better. Although if I told her, she might be willing to share. Seems like I have to play this smart'

"It seems I underestimated you" She admitted as she sheathed Omen and signalling to the rest to do the same.

"I'm used to it"

"In this tribe, we respect strength and power over everything else! And you have showed yours most certainly, it would be a shame if it were to go to waste"

'ech' "Just tell me what you are trying to sell me already?!" Weiss did not care for speeches lately.

"To the point, I like it. You said another have the same power like you, and by the sounds of it you seemed a little frighten when you mention them, so here is my offer. Stay and train under me and you won't need to feel frighten ever again by anyone!"

"Well you could use some training. Going up against a spirit user requires a good amount of training and preparation"

"And how can you train me? You don't know anything of what I can do!" She took a defensive stance.

Raven chuckled "I know an amateur when I see one when it comes to fighting stances. Wielding two weapons seems to be new for you, and I noticed your right arm twitch a bit when we locked weapons. Accept the training that I offer, and I can send you to anywhere you want to go in an instant"

That caught her attention "Anywhere?"

"My semblance. I can open a portal and go where ever I want, when I want. And you can enjoy that benefit if you accept my offer. Of course you can reject my offer and go solo, though even if you summoned a nevermore to fly I doubt you know what direction to go" 'And let the bluff sink in'

'Am I really considering this?'

"Going in overconfident and unprepared was the downfall of my rebellion. You be wise to learn, if she has anything of value to teach"

'Remind me to ask you about yourself later' "It does sound tempting but I am looking for those who destroyed Beacon, and the more time I waste the bigger the chance that they strike again!"

'Well well ain't that perfect' "Well if it's the mastermind behind that attack you seek than I can throw in a little extra for you. I know who did it, or more importantly who they work for" Overconfidence was in Raven's court, while Weiss just looked dumbfounded.

"Your kidding, how could you know?!"

"Being the best team at Beacon did have it's perks. One of them is being let in on what dear old Ozpin's plans, and a few secrets. Accept my offer, who knows we might see eye to eye on some things" She walked towards Weiss and stopped when she was within arms reach and offered her hand. "You stand more to gain in power and knowledge if you accept"

"Comes off a little to strong. However she does offer you a lot"

'That she does, almost too tempting to reject'

Weiss hesitated a bit, but sheathed her swords and shook her hand. "I'm still not telling you how I got Boudicca"

Raven just smiled "For now i can live with that. Now was it necessary to ruin my tent?"

Argus: Atlas military base

If there was one thing that Winter despised the most about the military, it is the overly patriotic officers who were more likely to talk your ear off than doing their job. And of course the head of the Argus base was the one that properly sings the Atlas national anthem before going to bed.

"Specialist Schnee! I humbly welcome you here to Argus!" 'speak of the devil' She thought as she stepped off the bullhead and headed inside the base, with Cordovin following.

"Specialist Cordovin, I trust you have something relevant to report?" 'Better make sure I wanna get straight to business'

The little woman quickly kept pace with Winter till they walked side by side "Of course specialist. We had engineers and mechanics investigate the transport, and judging from their reports and the contents of the flight recorder they came under fire mid flight"

"That much I gathered. Anything new?" 'You did not need to check the crash to reach that conclusion!' Frustration slowly build up in Winter as they reach the command room and went to the holomap. Cordovin snapped her fingers and an assistant came and gave her a baton.

"Well the tech heads reported that the damage sustained mid flight, suggest that the culprits attacked while on boats rather than on land" She pointed a circle around where the estimated position of the transport were before crashing.

"But all it's cargo was taken. That alone should slow them down enough for a patrol ship to spot them!"

Cordovin nodded "That is why I believe that after they shot it down and confirmed the contents, they called in an airship to pick it up. Tracks on the beach supports this theory as there were signs of crates being drag along the ground that just ended a couple of meters away from the crash site" She made a circle a bit away from the highlighted crash site.

Winter sighed "Than they could have transported Weiss with that ship too. Which means they could have taken her anywhere by now!" She than took a deep breath to calm herself down. "Do we have a place to start?"

"We do" She than pointed east of the crash site's location. "Since we did not find any boats, they most likely sailed away after securing the cargo. West and north is out of the question since we would have picked up on it"

"So that leaves east. Anything of worth there?"

"I sent scouting drones before your arrival, we should get images up soon" She seemed rather proud of that statement.

'Well I guess she did do her job right somewhat' "Have there been any other attacks like this?"

For the first time since Winter arrived, she saw Cordovin's face started to show a glimpse of shame "Unfortunately yes. With the global CCT network down, our military have been less than coordinated. Several outpost and bases came under coordinated attack from White fang and bandits alike, mostly those that stored our dust supply. Whenever we send a convoy to resupply them, one out of four times the delivery gets intercepted"

"Ma'am, the drones are ready!"

"Good, show it" Both specialist turned around to the holoscreen in front of them, and what they saw was a seemingly abandon fishing village. "Enhance the image" They got a closer look on the shore, looking for any traces.

"Ma'am, shore looks like it have been populated recently" Reported one of the drone pilots.

"Then that is where I start" Winter turned to face Cordovin and saluted "Thank you specialist"

Cordovin returned the gesture "It is a pleasure to be of service. Be sure to mention this in your report to the general"

'Figures' "Your contribution will be noted specialist. Now I need a scouting ship stocked with enough supplies for a week. I will search the village and it's surrounding areas and report any findings back to you. And I suggest you have a drone shadowing me just in case" She than walked out rather hasty. Not even waiting for a response from the base's CO

White fang HQ: courtyard

Ever since she woke up, LT Bethany Blau have been trying to get her spirit under control. Needless to say, even with Sienna mentoring her it proved to be quite a struggle.

"You know, it was fun the first minute you tried. The last three hours however have been such a drag for me"

"Oh would you shut up already?!" She cried out as she tried to cast that attack she did that night. "Eiha!" And nothing happen. "Ugh! Why won't it work?!"

Meanwhile Alia and Clyde just sent worried looks her way, not that she noticed as she was seething with anger. "You know, if we did not see it for ourself of what happen, we would have thought she lost her mind"

Clyde just nodded. "Hows Marlowe?"

Alia twitched a bit in mix of sadness and anger "Same as before. He just sits and doesn't do anything. It's like he turned into a empty husk or something" She clenched her hands and stomped the ground "Fucking Schnee! If Blau does not get her, I will!"

He just smirked "Get in line"

"Sgt Burnside, Pvt Bell!" Sienna waved at them to come over. They both approached her and Bethany and saluted. "As you can see, our LT here have been trying to tap into that strange power she acquired. But nothing happens. Since we were there when it happen, I hoped if you could come with some suggestions for how we can help her"

Both of them looked unsure at what to do, which did not surprise Sienna one bit but she was desperate at this point. "Well, Bethany have you tried to feel what you felt when it happen?" suggested Bell.

"Of course a dumbass like you wouldn't have thought of that. To much on the skill and not on the hows" She giggled

"Oh shut up!" She cried as she turned towards where the voice of Junko seemingly came from, but it was Bell's scared face that she saw and quickly looked away in shame with tears forming in her eyes.

"Oh Bell, I am so sorry! This bitch in my head just won't shut up!"

"Hey it is not a barrel of fun for me too you slut. I could hold your hand through this but where is the joy in that?"

Burnside just got an idea "Have you tried to imagine that voice as the Schnee?"

Almost instantly Bethany got surrounded by the familiar blue flames and came out in the same outfit she wore when she fought Weiss.

"Heh! That is one of a hateful boner you got for her!"

"ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRH EIGA!" She shot out her hands at the training dummy that not only got destroyed but left a dark residual energy from the spot. Bethany stared in shock as she looked at her hand, but it quickly turned into satisfied smile "Eiga!" She called out and a second dummy got hit

Sienna looked impressed "Seems we found her trigger. Any other tricks you can conjure up"

Bethany just turned to her high leader with the same smile from before "Got any live targets?" Sienna nodded and motion for them to follow her.

"With the Atlas military crippled by the CCT network, anti faunus militia have been targeting us more and more. Fortunately they are disorganized and we manage to capture a cell a few nights ago by Adam Taurus. He should be here with them soon" She frowned a bit.

"Something wrong high leader?" Asked Alia.

Sienna sighed "Adam is one of the best the White fang have to offer. Brave, bold, inspiring and utterly ruthless. Unfortunately he tends to overstep his authority!"

"Well his action in Vale alone did help cripple the CCT network, it has only made our raids easier"

"That is true Sgt, but it has also flared up more hatred towards our own kind! Militias only got the nerve to attack us cause of what happen in Vale. Raid a train full of dust and AK-200 is one thing, but killing civilians makes it easier for the humans to justify their hatred towards us!" She paused a bit as she tried to calm down "Understand brother and sisters, I intend to fight for our equality and rights for all of us. But a war with all of the humans from all kingdoms will doom us"

"Hmmm now that sounds like a guy for my taste"

"Excuse me high leader, but with what have happen to our kind at the cruelty of humans while the rest just ignore it, war might be our only way!" Bethany suggested as she looked at her hands, still radiating with power.

Sienna stopped and so did they and she turned and looked at Bethany, not out of anger or frustration, but of sympathy "I know it seems like the only way. But getting us all killed will only help the humans who benefit from our suffering" She took Bethany's hands into hers "We must exercise control in what we can do and use it right, otherwise we end up like Adam and lash out at everything and everyone with no care to those around us!"

Speak of the devil and he shall appear. Adam came riding shotgun in a truck ahead of a convoy of prisoners. As they parked, he jumped out and made his way towards Sienna and bowed "High leader Kahn"

"Section commander Taurus" She looks behind him and spots the row of human prisoners in chains. "Surprised so many of them still live, given your preference"

He straighten up "Trust me, this is but a fraction of them" He than looked at the subordinates behind her and spotted Bethany. He pointed at her "Is she something special in that outfit?"

Sienna smirked which unnerved him a bit "That she is. Have a couple of prisoners lined up and we can show you a demonstration"

That piqued his curiosity as signaled to his squad to bring over three prisoners "Have them up against the wall!" The three of them did not look intimidated at all, but defiant with their heads held high, something that royally pissed off Adam

One of them spit on the ground in front of Sienna as they passed by, which earned him a back handed slap to the temple from the tiger faunus. "Filthy animals!" Said one of them as they were roughly shoved up against a wall, facing Bethany and the rest.

Sienne gestured to with a smile Bethany "Do your thing LT"

She just grinned, almost madly and shot out her right arm and said "Abysmal surge!" and black tentacle like shrouds shot out of her hand as they flew right into the lined up prisoners.

The once defiant proud looking humans were in seconds reduced despair induced drooling vegetables with dead looks in their eyes. Adam was shocked at their turn of attitude and went over to poke one of them with Wilt and got no response from them. "What the hell did you do?"

"I-i think I filled them with despair"

"And ain't that a beautiful thing! The once steeled hearted racists reduced to nothing in minutes is just one of the wonders of the world!" She said overdramatically.

Suddenly the three humans gain their senses and looked horrified "What the hell did you just do to us?!"

Bethany just looked back at them and they flinched at the almost manic look she sent them "Marin Karin!" She shot out towards the one in the middle who than turned right and started to overpower and strangle his friend. The other one looked horrified at tried to pull them apart "Eiga!" but was blasted away by Bethany and collapsed on the ground with a look of horror stuck on his face.

As the middle one just killed his friend, he manage to gain control and look at what he had done and started to tear up. He heard steps coming towards him as he looked up and saw a bat carrying faunus in a different uniform stand above him with a smirk on her face.

He was about to say something but She did not give him a chance as she started to bash his skull in.

"Hehe. Well ain't this a step in the right direction"

Bell looked at Clyde with worry "Um why did she say that?"
