Disclaimers: I don't own many reasons to be happy, but you guys are doing a valiant effort in sending me some.

Fuutarou wasn't sure why, but it felt like five people were pressing him to ask Ichika for help.

While there were some nudges towards Yotsuba who would definitely be the type to help out given her personality, it wasn't as strong as Ichika.

Looking over at Miku, he could probably try to take her away from this as she seemed like she was trying to hide, but overall, she probably would prefer it if he didn't bother her at all.

"Hey, Ichika, would you mind helping? I'd feel more comfortable knowing the sister who's older than Nino to help me in the kitchen." Fuutarou asked, getting a strange look from Ichika who merely shrugged with a smile.

"Sure. You did so graciously invite my sisters and I here." She said, getting up to follow him to the kitchen as Itsuki gave a shocked look before looking disheartened.

On the way there, Fuutarou had to concoct a plan in terms of how he was supposed to interact with Ichika. This was a problem as while he had been to many meetings with his father to try and get a feel for how it would be when he inherited the company, he found that talking during a scheduled meeting was much easier than trying to initiate a conversation with someone he had just met.

Well, his dad did tell him how to start a conversation.

Flashback

"The best way to start a conversation isn't too hard actually. You can start off with the easiest starter." Isanari explained after having been asked the question when Fuutarou was much younger and trying to make friends in elementary school.

"What's that?" He asked, to which his old man responded.

"How much does a polar bear weigh?" Isanari asked, getting a confused look from the boy as he blinked.

"What? I don't know." Fuutarou looked confused from the seemingly nonsensical question.

"Enough to break the ice. Just ask someone that and whatever they answer, you can find out yourself from there!" He laughed, patting his son on the back who laughed along with him.

Present

That's it! That'll be a starter.

As they reached the counter where Nino had set out a bunch of trays with full entrees on them along with some drinks that he didn't feel too confident in terms of balancing, Fuutarou decided to give it a shot.

"Hey, do you know how much a polar bear weighs?" Fuutarou asked, getting a confused look from Ichika.

"Is that supposed to be the start of a pick up line or something?" Ichika tilted her head.

Well… How the heck was he supposed to build up from there? He now realized that his plan revolved around him needing to know what to say after the initial line.

This was why he never really listened to his dad when it came to people. Isanari was a natural at talking to people while he himself had seemingly adopted his mothers ability to talk to people.

"No, it was just supposed to be an icebreaker." Fuutarou admitted, as she got the trays ready.

"Uhuh… So tell me. If you weren't trying to flirt with me, what are you actually trying to do, Mr. Uesugi?" Ichika questioned him with a suspicious tone in her voice.

"Hah? What makes you think i'm trying to do something?" Fuutarou feigned ignorance, but Ichika wasn't having it.

"Fuutarou, this isn't some piece of fiction. You meet Itsuki, teach her for free, then within one week you invite all her sisters to come to your home to meet your friends the day after you hired one of them as your personal chef." The eldest sister said in a level voice with no hint of accusation or anything that seemed negative.

"You make it seem like I have ulterior motives." The boy spoke like a kid who was being framed for something he didn't do.

"No, I can tell pretty easily that if you did, you'd have done it, even if you were the type to plan for something in the long term with how you've been doing things." Ichika sighed, setting the tray back onto the counter, being able to tell this will be a conversation that'll be a bit longer.

Fuutarou wasn't too sure how to react. It wasn't like he had been found out for murder, but Ichika seemed more apprehensive than he'd have thought.

"I've worked a lot of jobs, Uesugi-san. I've met a lot of people and I can sort of tell some people's intentions." Ichika began, before she crossed her arms, leaning back against the counter to meet his eyes with her own.

"The way I see this is that you're either pitying us or trying to make yourself feel better so you can pat yourself on the back." Her words came out icey, but there was no hint of malice.

"You make it seem like that last one is a bad thing." Fuutarou commented to which she shook her head and gave a slight chuckle.

"No, it isn't really now is it? I take it that this was your attempt to get me alone to ask me more personally what I want in life so you can try and play as a hero and save me, no?" Ichika asked, giving a smile but it held no warmth.

"Well, yknow, if you're offering…" The boy sarcastically said, having lost control of the conversation the moment he had decided his currently single dad who pays people to meet his business partners would be a good source for advice on how to talk to people his age in the modern day.

"You seem nice, Uesugi-san. I'm sure you really will be able to help us, but right now it's best you forget about me. If you want to know what I really want, it's to see my sisters be the happiest they can be as their older sister." Ichika gave him a warm smile. "You'd understand as an older sibling yourself no?"

Fuutarou steadied his gaze onto her. He had been with his father to countless meetings in the background to just watch how his interactions with some of the higher class people in society would be. He had seen deals made, arguments unfold and sly underhanded techniques. While this didn't help him become able to easily talk to people, it did help him read people.

Ichika's smile was warm and genuine. She truly wanted what she said, but it was one that was familiar to him.

He had seen it once before when a business owner gave up what he had built from the ground up to his father to pay for his daughter to go to school and make something of herself. He was a good man and while there was no mistaking the love he had for his daughter, it was plainly obvious that he was making a sacrifice for it.

Fuutarou sighed, sagging his shoulders before he looked her back in the eyes.

"You'll tell me what you truly want for yourself one day. I was going to help your sisters regardless and you were included." Fuutarou promised, getting the girl to smile brighter, before her face fell into curiosity.

"Well, that's sweet, but be honest with me. What made you decide now to be like this to people you've just met?" Ichika asked, returning to gather the trays of food they had originally set out for.

A flash of red came across Fuutarou's mind from a memory that had long since faded, but still cropped up every once in a while in the back of his mind.

"Just fulfilling a promise that was mostly to myself. I guess you can say it was thanks to someone i've met before, but she was more of a catalyst than a driving force." Fuutarou answered, following suit as he got the entrees.

This stopped Ichika momentarily as she stood in front of him, ready to head back to the others.

"When do you think you'll be able to fulfil that promise? What will you do after?" Ichika asked curiously.

Fuutaoru looked down at the rice platter with grilled pork chop, tofu stuffed with shrimp paste, shrimp, fried egg, shredded pork, and shrimp rolls.

His first thought… well his first thought was that Nino went all out on a simple get together dish, but then he thought about how to answer.

"Whenever I feel like I've done enough. Whenever it feels like i've done whatever I can." Fuutarou answered.

"What happens if you never reach that point?" She asked.

It took a while for Fuutarou to think about her question. He hadn't really thought far. The only thing he had ever thought of was to build himself up to be able to help people, but there was never a forethought of when to stop or what happens when he felt like he had done enough.

"I guess just help myself then." Fuutarou shrugged. "It's not like I should have any problems with that with how things are so far."

Ichika didn't give him a response immediately, taking a while to stare at him before she spoke.

"When the time comes where you have to sacrifice your own happiness for someone else's, I think you should take it. So far it seems like you're just starting to invest yourself in others and it seems rather easy for you to help people with how well off you are, but when given the chance to make someone else happy at the cost of your own, I hope you genuinely think that through." Ichika advised, getting a scoff from Fuutarou as he rolled his eyes.

"Hey, practice what you preach." He snarked at her hypocrisy, earning a giggle from the eldest of five sisters.

"Do as I say, not as I do~" She held a finger to her lips, while giving a wink.

They'd likely have gone back and forth with each other if not for the ringing of the door bell.

"That must be Eba, you head on back with that tray, I'll be back in a bit." Fuutarou sighed, mentally preparing himself for what was to come.

With that, the two split up with Fuutarou arriving at the door.

Bracing himself, he opened it to see a tired Eba politely bowing with her hands clasped together.

"Hi! Sorry, i'm late! I got caught up with helping dad with some things!" Eba pleaded, before noticing it was Fuutarou.

"Oh, Fuu! I forgot that this is your house! You came personally to greet me? Aw, you shouldn't have!" Eba laughed as she patted his back, getting a sigh from him.

"Hello, Eba-san. Welcome, everyone's inside waiting for you. The appetizers are gone, but you're just in time for Nino-san's main dish, before dessert." Fuutarou spoke robotically, getting a glare and pout from her.

"As tactful as ever, I see. How would Takebayashi react?" Eba rolled her eyes while crossing her arms with the air of a disappointed mother.

"Shut up or I won't let you in." Fuutarou growled, getting a laugh from her as she entered, having an arm around over his neck as she brought him along.

"Well, cmon then! Show me where everyone else is unless you're planning on getting me alone~" Eba grinned.

"I'd call the cops if I was alone with you." He growled, earning a cackle from her as he had her follow him to the kitchen first to get the food, which she helped with, before guiding her to the common area where everyone else is.

"There she is!" Takeda spread his arm out as Yamada waved excitedly.

"Ah! Eba! Hello!" Yotsuba waved her arms in a wide arc fast.

"Yotsuba! Takeda!" Eba waved back as she left Fuutarou's side to greet them.

Everyone greeted Eba while the sisters who hadn't met her yet, introduced themselves while Eba herself followed in suit.

"Hello~! I'm Eba and i'm Takeda's childhood friend!" She gave a big smile before it fell into a smirk as she returned to Fuutarou's side, grabbing his arm to hold against her.

"I'm also the first and last girlfriend Fuu ever had~" She said, giving a wink with one hand in a peace sign.

"What?!" Itsuki blurted out before covering her mouth.

"Hahaha! Didn't Takeda tell you the story about the time Fuutarou was almost sold at a slave auction?" Eba asked, to which the sisters all "oohhh" before nodding their heads.

"You told them that story?" Fuutarou glared at Takeda who laughed.

"Well, it was too good of a story to pass up!" Takeda explained, before whispering on a down low. "And do you think any other story would make them lose track of time while you were all along with the oldest sister?"

Fuutarou relented as Eba recounted her side of things.

"And after Takeda gave me the money to beat the highest bidder, I was able to get Fuu over here for a whole day! Of course, we weren't actually going out, but the fact still stands that for one full day, I basically had the untouchable Fuutarou Uesugi for myself!" Eba practically cackled as she remembered that day.

"Ugh. Slave auction. I'm glad Takeda and I were already dating or he'd have been forced to participate in that too." Yamada sighed.

"W-w-wait. There's a slave auction at the school?" Ichika asked with no attempt to hide the worry in her voice.

"Relax, Ichika. Every year around Spring, the school has everyone do whatever they can to make money for the school to fund extra curriculars. Everyone has to participate unlike festivals. Fuutarou over here didn't have a booth or any specific talent that he could use to make money and when you're a boy like that, you get to go to what we call "The Slave Auction" where girls bid for boys so that they can be their slave for the entire day." Eba explained.

"Wait, what did you do for that day then, Takeda?" Itsuki asked, to which he gave a nervous chuckle.

"I was in the dunk tank…" Takeda weakly said.

"It was one of the most popular attractions. It seemed a lot of boys had harbored ill feelings about him being so popular while the girls were taking out their frustration at him rejecting their confessions.

"Oh no. I have no idea what i'm going to do. Maybe I can fake a doctor's appointment…" Itsuki thought to herself as Nino shrug.

"We can just make a food stand. It shouldn't be too bad." She suggested, getting Itsuki's eyes to shine as she held her hand.

"Sis!" She nearly cried as Nino took a hand back to pat her on the head.

"Yeah yeah… I know. I'm the best." She said.

"I'm pretty sure I'll have work and I can use that as an excuse~" Ichika calmly said.

"Ohhh! What are you doing, Eba-san?" Yotsuba asked.

"Well, I usually work in security, i'm pretty sure you can help me out this year if you want. Yotsuba." Eba offered.

"Of course! Do we get cool uniforms or walkie talkies? I wanna look super cool when we catch bad guys!" Yotsuba pumped her fists together.

Fuutarou watched the scene with mild amusement before he noticed Miku was still distancing herself, having put up a perfect "Don't mess with me" shield up.

"Hey, Otori, you still do music, right? Why don't you have Miku assist you with that when the time comes?" Fuutarou suggested, getting a shocked look from Miku.

"Hm? Sure. Would you like for me to explain to you what we do, Nakano-san?" Otori asked.

Miku looked like she was on a stage performing for the first time with stage fright.

"A-ah! Y-yes. I'd like that." Miku meekly said, causing her to come over to sit nearby her as they discussed things.

"Well, that seems about good... " Fuutaoru thought as he made eye contact with Takeda who gave him a thumbs up.

"Wait!" Eba yelled, getting everyone's attention.

"We're at Fuu's house and i'm pretty sure he hasn't even shown you guys around yet. Who knows when he'll invite us like this again." Eba reasoned.

Yamada nodded as Otori gave her a look of approval.

Itsuki realized that in the week she had been here, she had been to less than half of the house.

Takeda didn't pay it any mind as he had already explored the house along with Nino.

The remaining two sisters didn't seem too invested, but were mildly curious to explore a big house.

"Hah? You want a house tour? There's only like five spots worth mentioning here." The heir waved his hands dismissively.

"Oh? What are our options then?" Eba asked, tilting her head.

"Your options are: the door." He deadpanned, to which she pouted.

"Cmon, Fuu! You've gotta show us around! Don't you think it's fair as the host?" Eba reasoned.

Fuutarou looked around at everyone. A bunch of pleading looks with some looks of amusement about the situation.

"Fine! Whatever, but none of you are allowed in either of my family members rooms. Also I don't have the keys to where dad keeps his storage for whatever he's collected." Fuutarou said, laying down the rules.

"Woohoo! Lead the way then, Fuu!" Eba cheered.

"Hurray! We get to see what's inside a big house!" Yotsuba raised her arms in the air.

"Yeah, yeah, now stay behind and i'm not repeating myself." Fuutarou grumbled as he walked ahead of everyone.

He led them through all the relevant areas as he'd put it where there was anything interesting to talk about.

While his house was basically just a normal house but bigger in scale, there were a few key points of interest that everyone focused on.

"Ohh, is that a real gun?" Itsuki asked, pointing towards the mounted weapon.

"Yep. Dad bought that one some time ago. Even though he hasn't had it for longer than ten years, he's decided to consider it as a family heirloom." Fuutarou recounted the event of his father buying it.

"Oh? Why'd he decide for this to be an heirloom?" Ichika asked.

"Well, this is apparently a gun that was owned by Anton Chekhov. I'm not too familiar with his work, but this makes the gun pretty valuable." Fuutarou explained as Yotsuba looked into the barrel.

"Wow, has it ever been used?" Miku's eyes widened at the ancient piece.

"As far as I know it hasn't, but it is fully loaded right now." Fuutarou warned.

BANG!

"Hey! Don't mess with those drums! Dad gets real overprotective of those!" Fuutarou yelled at Eba and Takeda.

"Anyways, last stop and then you all can get dessert then get out." The boy sighed, as Eba had already dashed into his room and had immediately started going through his things from his closet to between his mattress.

"What the-(Itsuki: HEY!) are you doing?" Fuutarou glowered over her as she gave him a friendly smile.

"I'm looking for where you keep your dirty mags!" Eba nonchalantly said, looking him in the eyes.

"This isn't how you behave in someone else's home." He said, picking Eba up by the back of her shirt like she was a misbehaving child.

"Wha? Hey! You can't just pick up a lady like she's some thug!" Eba flailed from his grasp.

"Yeah, you're better off not bothering. Fuu's smart like me and keeps everything on a flashdrive." Takeda said offhandishly, getting everyone to turn to him.

"I found it a while ago." Takeda answered the unasked question.

Nope, that's it. This was all a mistake, which is fine. Mistakes are chances for people to learn from, but now was the time to stop things before he can regret his life decisions.

Now he knows not to have everyone together at his house or at least not in his room.

"Alright, that's enough. Time to go, it was nice seeing you all, but I think we should get Nino's beignets before they get cold and then we can head on home and get ready for school tomorrow." Fuutarou clapped his hands together before ushering everyone out.

While there were some protests, it was rather easy to group everyone up one by one if they weren't already compliant. In doing so, it allowed him to notice that Miku was staring at his PC.

Thinking back, he did recall her recent addiction to the gameboy he lent Itsuki.

"Hey, if you want, you can come back again tomorrow and I can show you some more things, if you're interested." Fuutarou offered her, causing her to snap her attention to him.

"Oh! S-sure!" She replied.

That was the full extent of the conversation really as the two just stood there awkwardly, not too sure how to continue the conversation before the awkwardness was palpable, causing Fuutarou to try and move things along for the sake of this story getting onto the next part already using his knowledge on how to talk to other people.

"So, do you know how much a polar bear weighs?" Fuutarou asked before cursing himself.

"Huh?" Miku blinked at such a nonsensical question.

"Ah. Ahem. So have you been enjoying Pokemon?" Fuutarou coughed to the side.

"Yes, I have! I have a full team of six pokemons and I love it so far! I'm still using Itsuki's name but I love being able to name my Pokemons too! It's like having a pet again!" Miku's personality did a 180 on him. The sudden shift in mood was so fast that it gave him whiplash.

Miku began going through everything she had done in the span of almost twenty four hours, recounting every battle and every NPC she talked to.

This girl's memory was absolutely amazing and it was then that he realized that she did hang out in the library for breaks at school.

"Hey! Was your plan to get you alone with my sister in your room!" He heard Nino's voice angrily growl at the doorway.

"What? No! I was just offering her a chance to come back tomorrow if she was interested." Fuutarou denied that claim.

"Why would she do that? Getting a little bit ahead of yourself there, Jack Nicholson." She stomped over, grabbing Miku's arm to begin dragging her away.

"Wait, how do you even know… Nevermind. Whatever." Fuutarou began before giving up.

"Ah! I'll see you tomorrow though, Fuutarou-kun!" Miku waved.

"Fuutarou-kun? What happened in the span of five minutes!?" Nino asked, incredibly shocked.

It seemed like Miku had decided that she had found a kindred spirit in him for letting her talk for five minutes without any interruption.

As the two exited, Takeda came in after them with a smile.

"So how's it going, playboy?" He asked, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Shut up. Is everyone leaving now?" The heir asked as he got up to go check for himself regardless.

"Yeah, I managed to convince everyone that as an introvert, it's probably best to not push too much or you'll relapse and shut yourself in further. Though Itsuki is stocking up on leftovers." Takeda gave a thumbs up as a sparkle appeared in his smile.

"Hey, Kai, question." Fuutarou began, causing the blonde to look up with a raised eyebrow.

It was rare for him to call him by his own nickname, so he had to take this seriously.

"Do you think those sisters are cute?" Fuutarou asked with a serious expression.

There was a long pause and Takeda had to make sure he didn't mishear him. After making sure that his hearing was indeed working fine, he repeated Fuutarou's question.

"You're asking me, a taken guy, whether or not the five redheaded quintuplet sisters are cute?" Takeda asked slowly, making sure he didn't miss anything.

"Yeah?" Was the simple response he got.

"Which one did you fall in love with? Or did you fall in love with all five? I was only joking about the redhead fetish, man." Takeda interrogated.

"What? No. Nothing like that, hear me out on this one, because it's a plan to help at least one of the sisters potentially." Fuutarou said before he motioned for Takeda to sit down so he can go over his idea.

The Next Day

Fuutarou gnawed on the end of his pen, going over his plans as he thought about each sister and what they may want.

He wasn't going to be a miracle worker and he wasn't going to just drop money on them, but he had to facilitate a way for them to be able to build themselves up.

Itsuki simply wanted to do better in school. He was aiding in that, but for some reason while she was having an easy time with soaking in knowledge from him, she was still struggling to learn anything new while in class.

Yotsuba seemed athletic and it's possible that Eba would help her with whatever it is she may want or need as his advancements in physical sports was strictly what was necessary.

Miku was a unique case that he was sure he could easily help and he'll put that plan in motion later today.

Nino simply wanted to be a chef and he had already judged that her sense for food was superb. He had reached out to some of his fathers business partners to allow her to either learn or work temporarily for experience, but they were busy and would take a while to have an open spot for a friend.

Then there was Ichika who he had an idea as to what she may want to do, but wouldn't accept help before her sisters were happy, forcing him to have to worry about her last.

These five sisters were a good test to see if he'd be able to solve their issues since it was better to get experience now rather than later.

He looked back at Itsuki who had her eyes glued to the teacher. She seemed to be struggling as she seemed to practically glare at the board as if it was her enemy.

Wait.

It would be painfully easy for anyone else to notice him turning around to blatantly stare at the new transfer student, but it seemed that Itsuki herself was unable to tell.

Either she was incredibly focused or…

Well, that was for later, he guessed.

"And so we will now tell you all your roles!" Their teacher explained, pointing at the board.

"This was voted by your fellow classmates, so don't complain. Find your name and make sure to ask Takeda any questions." Their teacher explained.

Fuutarou's eyes glanced over the board to find his name, only to raise an eyebrow at him being placed in Security.

Now that was an odd pick, but then he remembered that Takeda probably had that picked for him.

Thinking it over, that was probably a favor as security was unlikely to have to do much for a festival, but in the event that something happened, he'd be more than capable of handling it save for a gun showing up.

Break time

"Hey." Fuutarou waved hello as Miku was seated in her usual spot in the library. "Is your class closer to here?"

"Yeah. It's only two rooms over." She responded as he took a seat in front of her.

"You still want to come over after school?" Fuutarou asked her, seeing her on the gameboy.

"Of course! I have so many questions and I want to see what other things there are to play." She said as if it was a stupid question.

"Haha… Well how far are you right now anyways?" Fuutarou asked, motioning towards her game.

"I'm on the twin gym leaders and they're pretty hard for me right now…" She sighed, getting him to hold his hand out.

"Hey, let me see your team. I can see how well you're doing." He offered.

Miku handed over the gameboy and well.

Fuutarou realized a lot of issues with her team. Her heart was in the right place, but while he was no Pokemon expert, he could tell that she was not aware of many mechanics in the game.

After all, her Aggron knew surf which was already a bad sign in on itself since she already had a Sealeo.

Well, it'll be like the time he had to teach Raiha not to teach everything Earthquake just because they could learn it.

After school

And now after the pointlessness that was school was over, Fuutarou got the three sisters together with Takeda following behind them.

There were definitely a lot of rumors floating around as it didn't help that all three sisters had waited for him at the entrance of the school, but that was neither here nor there.

"Wait a minute, I think we should make a stop. I've called my chauffeur to pick us up real fast." The boy stated.

"Hah? Where are we going? Are you going to try to take all three of us out on a date?" Nino asked with half lidded eyes.

"Hey, what am I? Chopped liver?" Takeda asked in an amused manner.

"Honestly, ever since the sisters came, you haven't had much of a presence, man." Fuutarou commented, getting a laugh from Takeda as he brushed it off.

"That's just because in this sort of situation, the best friend character starts to lose screen time because everyone wants to focus on the much cuter girls." Takeda explained.

"What are you talking about?" Fuutarou deadpanned. "I thought your chuuni phase ended a long time ago."

There was a beep as the Uesugi family's personal driver drifted into the area in front of them, causing no shortage of heart attacks from the other drivers around him along with some students.

"There he is." Fuutarou walked forward as Miku and Nino stared in horror.

"Wait! Can we really trust someone who drives like that?" Nino asked hesitantly as Itsuki nodded with a big smile.

"Of course! Fujimura-san is an amazing driver! He's extremely trustworthy." She exclaimed before getting into the car to greet the person at the wheel.

"Yeah, he used to be a race car driver and is waiting to go back again." Takeda added as the three went into the car with Fuutarou motioning them to hurry up.

Miku and Nino had their doubts.

A half hour drive later.

"A glasses store? Why are we at a glasses store? Do you wear glasses?" Nino looked annoyed at the rather boring stop they reached.

"No, actually, but if i'm right, we really do need to be here." Fuutarou sighed as the car ride had just been her complaining.

"And why's that... ? Takeda? Do you wear glasses?" Nino turned to face the blonde who shook his head.

"No and I have no idea why we're here either." Takeda admitted.

"Alright, how many fingers am I holding." Fuutarou asked, having walked a bit further away from the group.

"Three." They all answered except for Itsuki.

"Ummm… Can you come a bit closer?" She asked timidly.

"What? Itsuki, can you really not see?"Nino asked shocked that she never noticed.

"U-um. I mean. I can see if it's close enough. I always thought that was just how far someone could see." Itsuki squeaked.

"Exactly. I'd hazard to guess that you don't have too many things that need you to see things too far at home while at your last school, the teachers didn't even bother to try and find out why you were struggling." He spat.

If there was one thing that annoyed him, it was the negligence and apathy of people when they were in charge of teaching someone.

"Ah, i'm so sorry, Itsuki. I never knew! I just thought you were slower than us which is why I always tried to talk more simplified around you!" Nino hugged her youngest sister tightly.

"Yeah… I just thought you had trouble processing what was in front of you. I never thought you just couldn't see…" Miku spoke in a guilty tone.

"Hey… She's blind, not stupid…" Fuutarou reminded them, getting them to cough awkwardly as Nino separated herself from the now embarrassed Itsuki.

"Cmon now, let's get you an eye exam done. Then we can get you some glasses and go back to my house. You all can go get something to eat or look around. I'm sure Takeda can help you." Fuutarou placed his hand on Itsuki's shoulders to guide her in.

This left Takeda with two teenage girls who were just told that Takeda was probably really easy to convince them to get what they wanted as Fuutarou got to go spend alone time with one of their sisters.

"Wait, what just happened?" Takeda blinked before seeing the gleaming eyes of Nino and Miku.

"Wait. YOU BASTARD!" Takeda yelled as he was dragged away.

"Serves you right for telling them that story yesterday…" Fuutarou muttered as he brought Itsuki along.

Well, hopefully the exam can go by fast. He needed to work with Miku next after all.

After Yotsuba, then he can help Ichika.

He wondered how she was right now?

With Ichika

"Ugh, those sisters are annoying. Look at those three, waiting for Takeda and Fuutarou like that when they've only been here for a week. I don't get what those two see in them." A girl spoke with disgust as she looked out the window.

"The only explanation is that they're sleeping with them. Yamada seems like a floozy, so Takeda's probably just getting back at her." A friend of the first girl suggested.

"Hah and he settled for them? Maybe he just feels bad. I heard they're poor." The first girl suggested.

"Hey, that's not too nice to talk about…" The second girl murmured.

"Who cares? They show up and in a week they're hanging out with the most popular guys in the school. If they're poor there's no other reason that they would hang out with them if it wasn't for their bodies!" The first one seethed.

"You have a point. Fuutarou doesn't even hang out with Eba. It's weird for him to suddenly be interested." The second nodded.

"Yeah, it pisses me off! We should do something about it to let them know their place. Get them away from Takeda and Fuutarou." The first girl suggested.

"That seems really cliche, but you are right that it does seem fishy. We aren't obligated to care though or are you still jealous that Takeda rejected you?" The second girl asked.

"NO! I'm just… Look. Are you going to help me or not?" The first girl blurted before glaring at her friend.

"Would it make any difference if I do? I honestly don't care. I'm your friend but i'm not obligated to do anything." The second girl spoke without a trace of regret.

"Fine! Whatever. I can ask other girls. You're lucky we've known each other for so long. You piss me off too, but I can't imagine what it'd be without you at this point." The first girl sighed, as the second girl shrugged.

"Mmm. Isn't that interesting. You're just a stereotypical bully now aren't you? Jealous that someone much nicer and prettier than you is hanging out with boys that aren't shallow and blind.

"What? Who are you?!" The first girl asked.

"I'm the older sister of those three who you just suggested was whoring out their bodies and I can say its rich coming from someone dressing like how you are." Ichika raised her head from her napping position, checking her phone to see how much time she had left before she had to get to work.

"The fuck did you just say to me, bitch?" The girl was standing over her now, glaring down as the other girls that were getting ready to go home watched.

"Did I stutter? You should listen to your friend, because so far it doesn't even seem like you can hear yourself. You sound like a generic girl jealous of something she was never going to have. Frankly, your personality is disgusting and I can see why Fuutarou-kun and Takeda-kun haven't paid you any mind." Ichika stood up to meet her at eye level.

Everyone noticed the honorific she used for the boys, as the girl standing in front of her seethed.

"You think you're smart aren't you? You've only been here for a week and now you think you're some hotshot? You're the oldest sister, right? Well instead of messing with them, why don't we just mess with you since you're such a good sister?" She asked.

Before Ichika could even answer, the girl had taken her drink and flipped it upside down spill over Ichika's head.

"Woops." She mocked.

Ichika to her credit, kept a calm smile as she wiped the droplets from her face before brushing the water from her hair.

"Go ahead and try it. As an eldest sister, it's only right to be able to handle the childishness of kids." Ichika shot back, before she got her bag and began to walk away.

"I've got work to do now since we're so poor, but I guess someone who can spend so much to dress like they can't afford a shirt to cover up wouldn't know, so i'll be seeing you." Ichika waved her hand over her back as she departed.

The first girl glared hard at Ichika's retreating figure.

"Sagami, come on. We've got things to do too." Her friend said.

"No. Give me a bit." Sagami said, uncapping a marker and going to Ichika's desk.

"Really? You're just proving her point." Her friend sighed.

"Yeah? Well we'll see how far she can keep up that act for her sisters before she breaks. I hate people who act like they're doing something righteous, but when it comes down to it, they'll easily give up who they're defending to make things stop." Sagami grinned maliciously.

"Uwaaa… You do what you want to, just don't involve me." Her friend said, getting her bag to get ready to leave too. "I'll be seeing you later then, Sagami."

"Hey! I'll be right on out! Don't leave without me, Tsubaki! Tsubaki? Tsubaki?! Do you hear me?" Sagami yelled at her friend.

Tsubaki simply went on forward, tying her long hair up into a sidetail as she too had a job she needed to get to.

Hm.

That was a lot of things to go through.

Regardless of which, I hope you all enjoyed because i'm still in preparation mode. Also, Ichika won the vote, but that doesn't mean she was going to just accept things easily.

Also I guess I should make some mentions of AM. I'm putting it on hold on purpose out of laziness, focus for this fic, writers block and letting Lance catch up to beat it.

Otherwise, I hope you all understand. I may even decide to do a pseudo rewrite on that.

For those who are focused on this fiction, be aware that I am not some super master of literature and I do probably have some rather weak writing here and there if not everywhere.

That doesn't mean you can't tell me what you liked or didn't like as I am focusing on this fic to be well built as an amateur Fanfiction Writer.

If you do want quality writing, i'd direct you to the rest of the community, as i've already been made aware that they are much better than I with much more dedication. I'm just a casual who started off here with many other talented writers, but unlike them I came into this half seriously.

I'm now a relic and I suggest you sink your teeth into the other ones where people are pouring their hearts into.

But for those of you who still stay with me, I'm truly grateful. I thank you for your support and I hope I can make this fiction great while one day making AM as good as everyone says it is.

Yours truly.

Ryker Reverend.
