President Anderson: alright your new body has been grown and is currently waiting for your transference. I'll meet you in the physical world.
President Anderson then stepped into the reconstructor and disappeared in a flash of light

Ghoh'n looked down with his three triangularly arranged bioluminescent blue eyes and saw he actually had a body again. In his excitement, he wiggled his tentacles and released some air and began floating upwards before unceremoniously hitting the metal ceiling
Ghoh'n: oof, that hurt.
President Anderson: are you alright? Is your body faulty?
Ghoh'n: no no everything is fine, we Daranni have a tendency to involuntarily release weak upwards control currents and wiggle our tentacles when we are excited. Not to mention our physical architecture was extremely open due to evolving as a species that constantly floated in the air unlike your species
President Anderson: excellent, did you think about your uploading technology?
Ghoh'n: I have given it some thought and I can see its advantages so I suppose yes we will still continue to use it

It is a hive queen however so we should probably make a lot of room for the drones it spawns on whatever physical Martian research facility we're bringing it to.

Anti Indoctrination implants: grants a high resistance to invasive reaper indoctrination and an immunity to posthumans as its design was implemented at its most basic level
Indoctrination Scanner: created by the Protheans this technology is capable of detecting individuals tainted by indoctrination so they may be cured or eliminated
Indoctrination Reversal: a process created by the Protheans that temporarily stops the subject's heart to "kill" them and instantly restart their heart to free the subject from indoctrination. Unfortunately, those it's used on tend to be some degree of suicidal depending on what and the number of atrocities they were forced to commit against their will
FTL Telescope: created by the Geth, this complex system was created by the fusion of three mass relays to track dark energy signatures such as ships and eezo deposits but now acts as the early warning and tracking system for the reapers but unfortunately space is vast and the Geth are still attempting to locate the Reapers
The Geth have finally gotten a lock on the reapers and an in-person war council was called at the capital of the Coalition

Sparatus: I suppose so. As it stands the Protheans themselves are their only true rival at this point and even then they greatly surpass them too in many ways

President Anderson: I am a posthuman of the new Posthuman race and an envoy to Leadership, the leader of the new Posthuman Unity based on the completed Sol shell which has replaced the old UEG based on Mars. I have updated our information on the Extranet right… now.
Everyone looked through the new information on their Omnitools and were in varying degrees of shock and awe. Nobody could even begin to fathom how post-humanity did this
President Anderson: you once said Valren that humanity was heading towards becoming a biomechanical species, well today is that day 99.4 of all humans have ascended

President Anderson: our updated species aside I have called you here for a specific and important reason regarding the imminent Reaper threat, Envoy?
Envoy: We of the Geth have created an FTL capable telescope that detects dark energy signatures such as element zero even when in mass effect FTL transit. We originally created it as a means to find element zero deposits, track ships through mass effect FTL, and locate stealth ships hiding their heat signature. Space is vast and only today have we finally located the Reapers. This is now our early warning and tracking system for the Reapers. Projecting results
A cloud of moving, reaper-shaped, dark purple blips appeared with the exact numbers and sizes under the live video feed and a galactic map showing the Reapers' progression towards the milky way galaxy.
Emperor Jarvik: this cannot be right, how have they already regained their numbers? And these 25km long ships, we have never faced them before
President Anderson: while that is indeed concerning we have speculated the answer, we believe based on the Protheans data on the cycle, that the reapers used to be a lot stronger before building the mass relays and the Citadel and they are mobilizing at full strength
Valren: this unfortunate yet is most likely our answer
Emperor Jarvik: somebody made the reapers, the cosmic imperative could not bring about such beings. This must be their full strength they used against their unknown creators they have held in reserve
Sparatus: Well, we have 1 year, 11 months, and 29 days galactic standard before they arrive in Batarian territory. So what is our plan?
Councilor Igarn: we must fortify the edges of our space against the coming onslaught
Sparatus: I agree with Igarn, we must fortify the edge of Batarian territory to prepare it for the invasion
President Anderson: well the Unity's plan involves building over 50 move shells around the closest 50 stars to our home system

Everyone was just lost in the moment being reminded again of how much more advanced humanity was than them
President Anderson: we also have contingency we call the Andromeda Initiative onboard this FTL capable synth moon we call the Hyperion that includes everything a large population of dextro and levo, ascended, and upload based life needs to live as well as three complete star seeds, the technology we are sending to those 50 systems to create shells and a complete copy of the human Internet and the Extranet. I propose we each send a viable population to rebuild or respective species if we are to fall
Valren: I agree but why just a copy of the extranet?
President Anderson: because we can't have the reapers know of this we do however we can contact them again if we beat the reapers. Therefore we will have them be under comm silence for an undetermined, possibly indefinite, and hopefully not but a possibly infinite amount of time with the milky way.
Emperor Jarvik: in our cycle, before I and the other survivors went into stasis beneath New Prothea, formerly Essar, it had been over five thousand years of war and I am unsure when Prothea alongside our empire's first iteration was completely destroyed. In my time the enemy had not yet breached the Prothea system.
President Anderson: additionally we would like to coordinate with your governments to use our industrial capabilities to boost your navies. Before you ask we have not figured out how to create element zero as we haven't exactly been using it outside of creating some PMACs based on ours and extranet data but we have harvested it from planets we disassembled
Emperor Jarvik: we might have an answer to that, before our empire's fall we were working on using the power output of a star to create a massive burst of dark energy to turn solid iron into eezo, but it was experimental at best and nonoperable at worst. We named it project crucible
President Anderson: then we will help complete project crucible, such technology would eliminate or mitigate many weaknesses of element zero
Sparatus: agreed. Additionally, we of the Hierarchy have taken and reverse engineered reaper magnetohydrodynamic weapons in both ship and personnel-sized versions. We call it the thanix series
Emperor Jarvik: have you taken the proper procedures in regards to indoctrination?
