Burt used a digital I.D. card to manipulate the scanner. He nonchalantly walks into the building and sees all of the weapons and soldiers all in one place. He quickly looks around the place until he finds an elevator.
After that, William was talking to Burt through a telepathic machine How are you feeling Burt?
I'm feeling quick queasy, actually. This is my first rescue mission solo!
Relax. Just take deep breaths and listen to me.

Now, after you get off the elevator, take two lefts, and then a right. And the door should be on your right.

He starts digging into the pockets and grabs a circular gadget I found it!
Good, now activate it! It'll cause him wander out of the building to get away from the noise.
Burt starts pressing it, which created a very high pitched sound. The guard left his post to get away from the noise like what William said.
That solves one problem, but what about the code?
Ok, check your regular pockets, and you should see a decoder ringer. It'll manipulate the code on the door and short circuited, causing it to open regardless.

He opens the door, finding the creature all tied up and strapped to the table. Burt couldn't believe what he was seeing. He cut the straps off of the Wrolia and tosses them.

A group of soldiers came to the room with guns and aimed it at both Burt and the Wrolia. The general came in laughing about the whole situation.
