"SSSSSSHHHHH!"
"I'm being quiet!"
"You're moving too loud!"
"Am not!"
"Are too!"
"Am not!"
"Are too!"
"Am-"
"Shut it twerps, or you'll ruin it."
The children immediately became quiet as Bakugou looked through a peek in the door. Camie seemed to still be asleep and her breathing was calm, from what he could tell. This would be easy.
"Uncle Kaachan?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you hate Aunty Camie?"
Bakugou stopped in his thoughts. He didn't know how to answer that. Sure he was still slightly pissed, but at the same time, he wanted to let bygones be bygones. Shrugging he answered the only way he could think of.
"Nah, but she's gonna hate me after we do this."
Yuki's eyes began to light up as she remembered the task set before her. Bakugou grinned, his distraction had worked perfectly.
"Then do you like Aunty Camie?"
Bakugou winced as Takara spoke, as he had forgotten the child was harder to distract. He was more focused than he usually let on, a byproduct of being the son of Mina. She always had been the type to get into things that had nothing to do with her. This had unfortunately passed down into her son.
"It's... Complicated." He hissed, as he opened the door as silently as possible. "Now go do what you wanted."
The kids quietly walked over to the body sleeping peacefully on the bed under the covers. They climbed on, careful not to alert the body.
"Three..." Takara started.
"Two..." Yuki continued. Then both looked at Bakugou standing at the door. He rolled his eyes as he whispered.
"One..."
After another second, Yuki and Takara jumped onto the body, alerting the person beneath it who screamed in surprise. The 2 children continued to bounce on the bed.
"Good morning Aunty Camie!"
Camie came out from under the covers, shocked and hair in a complete mess. She was in a white tank-top and it was quite loose. Bakugou noticed it was actually his. He recognised his own clothes at least. In fact, it was so big on her that her chest was threatening to spill out...
He huffed in a way that grabbed the attention of the kids and they knew it was time to stop and get out. Giggling from their childish awakening to Camie, they raced out of the room and could be heard thundering down the stairs. He rolled his eyes at their antics then looked back at Camie. She was stretching and her breasts were about to-
No.
He shielded his eyes to stop himself from entertaining his mind... As well as his blood flow. It's not like he could simply explain growing a boner as sudden morning wood. As he began to close the door he finally spoke to her.
"Get up Camie, we're going to work... And don't wear my shit."
"I'll wear it if I want toooooo!"
He closed the door and left her to herself. Camie had seen every emotion on Bakugou's face from when she got up. She purposefully chose to wear his top just to tease him, but she didn't expect him to be so shy about it. She giggled as she rose from the bed. She had something to use against him.
"Guess it's time for me to go job-hunting already, huh?"
She got up and stretched again, feeling the fatigue leave her body. Then she walked out to meet everyone else downstairs. Bakugou seemed to be racing the kids in making food fast enough for them to continue eating. Camie sat down and a plate appeared in front of her. She didn't question it but started immediately. After all, bakugou was the best cook ever.
"Didn't I say you should stop wearing my clothes?"
"You really thought I would take it off?"
"Woman, it's way too big on you."
"Don't care."
The kids laughed at her behaviour even as Bakugou glared at them.
"Uncle Kaachan, going to work?" Takara asked, his mouth still full. Bakugou glared, making him quickly chew and gulp down the food in his mouth.
"Yes, we're all going."
"Even Aunty Camie?"
"Yeah. She's not gonna stay for free."
"Eh? Why not?"
Camie decided to answer this herself:
"Because I can't do that. It's not fair to your Uncle Kaachan."
"Eh? But you and Uncle Kaachan are friends now right?"
Camie and Bakugou looked towards each other, before looking back to Yuki. Bakugou answered the question:
"Well yes, I guess. So?"
"So Aunty Camie can stay forever!"
Bakugou sighed as he went over and pat Yuki on the head lightly.
"Never change, Yuki, never change."
"Huh? What?"
"Don't worry, you'll understand one day."
"Haaaaaah?!"
"Now eat. Or no snacks for you later."
"Ah! I'll eat!"
Yuki began munching the food on her late with excessive speed. Bakugou pat her head once more before he began washing up the dishes that were now piling up.
"Now, when you're done, go watch some TV until I've finished so I can give you two a bath. You stink."
"Na-nana-na-naaaaah! Stinky, stinky!" Takara giggled, running around with his hand covering his nose. Yuki laughed and joined him once more.
"Get out!"
They raced off giggling once more into the living room.
"Damn brats..." Bakugou grumbled, all the while smiling. Having finished her own breakfast, she walked over to Bakugou who was quickly washing up the plates in his sink. As she came closer, he turned to take her plate away from her, grabbing it from her hands. Yet she held it firmly from him until he turned his head to her in confusion.
"Those brats need a bath," She began, sliding him across the counter with a shove of her hips. "And you said it yourself, I can't stay for free..."
With a small growl, he wiped his hands dry and left the kitchen, heading over to the living room where the kids were watching TV. Just before he left, he shouted back at her:
"Break anything and you're paying for it! With interest!"
She giggled before shouting back at him.
"You're not getting a dime from me!"
She heard him and the children laugh at her before she turned to the dishes before her. There was more than one reason that she chose to do the washing up. After all, it gave her a chance to think. To think about what was going to happen next in her life. She could go back into Showbiz, but she hated it. Lights, camera and action was really not her style no matter how much it suited her. At best, she herself thought she was mediocre. So that was out of the question. What she really wanted to back into was Hero Work. She had a valid license and a quirk. But there was still a problem.
If she went out to work, who would take her? She hadn't been back in Japan for years. She would be starting from scratch all over again. Sure, any employer would know that she worked in the US for a while and that America had pretty good relations with Japan due to Captain Celebrity and his escapades in Japan from many earlier years, but that didn't mean she was well-known. Flaunting around that she went to America would more like turn heads away from her instead of towards her.
The only other problem was that she would be exposing herself to her friends that she had left behind. Todoroki, Kirishima, Mina, Kaminari, Deku... All the people she had left behind would realise that she was back and she didn't even have the decency to tell them? That's not what she wanted. She wanted to go and ring up all her friends. Tell them she was back and back for good. But from just seeing the reaction that Bakugou had given, and only being saved from being kicked to the curb by his goddaughter who so happened to be there, she was sure she would have gotten the reaction from anybody else that she went to. It had made her skin crawl the way he looked at her with such raw anger and hurt. Would the others look at her like that too? Would they even want to talk to her?
"You still haven't finished those dishes yet?"
Camie jumped in surprise, one of the plates slipping from her hand back into the sink filled with soapy water. Bakugou burst out laughing while she gave him a dry look.
"I'll take that as a yes then. What's taking you so long?"
As he noticed she didn't respond, he walked to her side, putting an arm on her shoulder.
"You okay?"
"Yeah, just thinking about-"
"The others?"
She looked at him with an eyebrow raised. He shrugged as he turned from her and sat at the table behind.
"You're pretty easy to read when you're nervous, Camie."
"Coming from you, that feels like an insult."
"We both know it's not. Look, I said I would help you get back on your feet so relax. I got this."
"I know, but what about if they don't want to talk to me anymore? What if they don't even wanna look me in the face? What if they get mad and scream or shout at me? What if-"
"That's a lot of questions, you want me to answer them or not?"
Camie glared back at him which caused him to give his signature smirk.
"Camie, if you dared to show up on my doorstep after how long, knowing my temper and all, I'm surprised you're afraid of trying to meet the other fuckers from our class."
"Your class. Not mine."
"Tch, trying to separate yourself from us now isn't helping this situation nor does it make my sentence any less true."
"But it's not-"
"You fucking lived in our dorms, Camie. It's a bit too late to try and tell me you weren't as much a part of UA as anybody else was."
"... But I was registered as-"
"A transfer student. Or did you forget that too?"
Camie didn't have any other argument left to give, nor did she have any plates left to wash. She placed the last in the rack and dried her hands.
"Bakubro, why don't you have a dishwasher?"
He paused, then smirked again. Camie gave him a look that showed her confusion.
"Well Camie, I guess it's because I'm good with my hands."
He walked out of the kitchen and towards the stairs. Just as he was about to go up, he winked at her burning red face and laughed. Camie wanted to throw the dishes she just washed at him.
"You're a massive pervert!"
"I didn't interpret it that way, you did!"

After another hour of getting ready, with Camie taking up most of the time with needing to do her hair and other 'girly stuff' as Bakugou called it, they finally hopped into Bakugou's car. Camie was sitting at the front with Bakugou while Yuki and Takara sat in the back on their booster seats. Both were stuffing their mouth with cookies that Bakugou had baked a few days ago in preparation for them coming over.
"I swear, all you guys do is eat..." He snickered, watching them fill their mouths. "Don't rush it!"
"I'm surprised your car is so... Clean. I always took you as the guy whose car has random stuff in it from previous people."
"What?! I got kids in the car half the time, Camie! I can't let them be breathing in dust and germs from who knows where!"
"Awww, that's so sweet Bakubro!"
Bakugou didn't respond, instead, starting the engine and beginning to drive angrily. He revved loudly as he sped down the streets trying to hurry to work.
"It's too late Bakubro! I'm already in this car and now you have to enduuuuure."
"Fine, how about I crash this damn thing into a building?!"
"But what about the kids? Think of the children!"
"No crash! No crash!" Takara squealed from the back, his bag of cookies finished and crumbs everywhere on his seat.
"Fine, but only because you said so, Taka," Bakugou grumbled in response, turning a corner.
As they joined the main road, Katsuki drove slower for Camie's sake, even going on a slight detour as they took in the sights and atmosphere of the city around them. He would never admit it, but he was genuinely glad to see Camie get excited at whatever it was there was around; especially concerning the many shopping centres and fashion stores as they passed. The kids were interested more in the massive billboards of adverts. Their eyes shined brightly at the moving images and animations all around them. Bakugou couldn't help but grin and smile warmly as they squealed in excitement. He loved the little twerps and making them smile always cheered him up no matter what. His glee made him fail to see Camie bring up her phone. The flash of light alerted him to the giggling woman beside him.
"Never stop smiling please, Bakubro."
Instantly a scowl covered his face instead and he sped up to reach his destination, Camie laughing all the while. The children groaned in disappointment that made Bakugou's heart waver slightly but looking at the time made him drive even more aggressively. He was already an hour late, he didn't wanna make it 2 or a certain hot and cold prick would start trying to lecture him again. Meanwhile, Camie looked pressed against her seat as she tried not to die from Bakugou's absolutely terrifying driving. The children were already giggling again.
"Uncle Kaachan! Faster! Faster!"
"You really want me to go faster, Yuki?"
"Yes! Yes!"
"Bakugou, I swear, you better not go any fast-"
Bakugou smirked.
The engine roared.
30 minutes later, Bakugou and his companions came into a large building, with many people buzzing around. Takara and Yuki both ran ahead while giggling, already knowing their way around the area, leaving Bakugou and Camie at the entrance. Bakugou breathed in deeply and with a sigh and grin, began striding to the large receptionist desk. Camie followed, feeling quite shy and anxious. As Bakugou continued, greeting all those who waved at him with a small nod in their direction, people began to notice Camie by his side. Of course, they began their small whispers, not to either Camie or Bakugou's surprise; he was appearing with a female by his side? A hot as fuck one too. Of course, rumours were probably gonna be circulating by tomorrow. More likely this afternoon.
Did Bakugou care? Of course not. Every week rumours were circulating about him, whether they're comparing him to Deku, commenting on his no holds barred attitude towards Villains or trying to make him look like shit compared to All Might, who had christened him and Deku as his Successors. Bakugou took the name to heart and didn't take anything from what people said about the name. He was chosen and he was going to prove himself the only way he knew; putting Villains behind bars.
They reached the reception to see a slender man typing away on his keyboard while listening to Takara and Yuki who sitting at the table chatting to him about all the things they had done since meeting him. Camie noticed Bakugou's grin grow into a toothy smirk as the man finally turned to him. Camie noticed that his face was devoid of emotion completely, almost like a -
"Morning poker-face. How's life treating you?"
"It was elating to hear of the children's stories until you arrived, Mr Katsuki. I trust you have had an abominable day-off?"
Camie guessed the man either had giant balls of steel to say that to his face, or Katsuki knew him well enough to not be bothered by it.
"Brilliant, actually. Kids kept me company."
"And with a beautiful angel by your side no less. I'm surprised she can stand as close as she is to you. If I had it my way, I wouldn't want to be anywhere near you at all. Especially, after you start sweating."
Camie's face flushed at being called an angel. This man seemed to have some class at least.
"You say it as if I'd even look in your direction if you were a woman, poker. If I had my way, you wouldn't be working here."
"Good thing we can't meddle in each other's affairs."
"Yeah, a pretty good thing."
The two continued to glare daggers at each other until Yuki finally stood up on the table to scold them.
"Uncle Ace, Uncle Kaachan! No more fighting!"
Both the adults grimaced while Camie giggled lightly at the pouting child telling them off. It was quite a sight to see. But from the way they both played it off, Camie guessed that this was a usual thing for them.
"Your name Ma'am?"
"Camie. Camie Utsushimi."
The man stopped typing for a second, as if recognising something, then his hands continued flowing across the keyboard. Then he looked towards her, with a small visitors pass in his hand and a slight smile.
"Good morning to you too, Ms Illusion. I've heard about you from Mr Katsuki himself-"
"Bullshit." Bakugou immediately interrupted, snatching the visitor's pass and handing it to Camie so she could wear it.
"Oh dear Mr Katsuki, you really shouldn't use such foul language in front of a woman such as herself. She's a lot more famous as you think,"
"I am?" Camie interjected, surprised herself. "How did you even-"
"Ah, it's probably better you ask that to Mr Todoroki. He would explain it much better than me."
"You little shi-"
"Uncle KAACHAAAN!"
Bakugou's hands crackled lightly but he stood his ground, having been kept back by his godchildren. He gave up on the idea of attacking his colleague, deciding to pick up the 2 kids and setting them down on the floor next to him. With a final glare to match the receptionist's smirk, he strode towards the elevator, Camie keeping up with him.
"So... Work always this crazy, huh?"
Bakugou merely looked at her then huffed. He knew that she wanted a response to what had just happened but he wasn't in the mood for explaining misunderstandings. However, Camie wasn't going to take that as an answer. She gave him a stern glare in retaliation. The kids giggled as the adults above them seemed to bicker.
"Guess I'll just ask Todo then-"
"Okay, fine, so I talked about you sometimes, happy now?"
Camie raised an eyebrow, her silence asking him to continue explaining.
"Fine, so I got a little intoxicated a few times and may have gone on a rant about how you were doing better than me in the US... And some other stuff."
Came was shocked, to say the least. Bakugou wasn't the type to admit that at all, but he was doing so for her, which meant that it was probably a pretty big thing to him.
"Other stuff? Wanna explain that too?"
"No."
"Damn, thought I had you."
The elevator finally made a loud ding as they reached the right floor. Bakugou smirked as the door opened to the Heroes and workers all around. The kids ran out to play around the office and everyone turned to see Bakugou and the woman hiding behind him slightly. All the talking quietened to whispers and finally silence as people looked with shock.
"Damn Bakugou, who's the hottie with you-"
"Kaminari is the first thing to do when you meet someone else from the opposite gender to hit on them?"
"Todoroki, you already have a fiancee, you don't understand the bachelor life anymore bro."
A human Pikachu and a 2-coloured haired Hero were talking to each other as Bakugou came towards them.
"'Sup half-and-half bastard, 'sup Sparky. How are you extras doing today? I brought you a spare hand to help around today."
Todoroki sighed as he heard his nickname before answering.
"Morning to you too, Bakugou. Now would you explain to us who-"
They noticed the hair. The eyes. The nervous lip bite. Her eyelashes.
"Ummm, hi guys, I know it's been forever-"
"Camie? Is that really you?"
Kaminari was barely whispering in disbelief. Todoroki was still completely in shock, he had never expected such a situation to ever happen. This was completely beyond any expectations he had. Bakugou's grin got wider and he made another comment:
"Both of you look like you've seen a ghost. Kaminari, aren't people saying that you're seeing someone? And aren't you about to be married Half-Bastard?"
The 2 Heroes snapped out of their dazed state and glared daggers at Bakugou. He continued to grin in reply.
"I'll have you know, news reporters are fucking liars-"
"I would NEVER think of another woman, not after Momo-"
"Guys, I'm still here."
Kaminari and Todoroki turned back to see a pouting Camie and immediately began sweating at seeing her quite annoyed.
"Can I at least introduce myself again or something-"
"Camie!"
"Camie it's really you!"
She was also interrupted by a squealing Momo and Jirou who raced over and hugged her tightly. Camie, not expecting the additional weight of 2 people, fell over into Bakugou. He continued to hold her up.
"Momo?! Jirou too?! Bakugou, I'm so sorry-"
"Shut up, I don't care."
Todoroki and Kaminari looked at each other, laughed, then joined the massive bearhug. Camie even pulled Bakugou in further, just as he protested against it. She didn't care though and continued. All the other workers around seemed to be cheering and laughing but had gotten back to work.
"Oh my god Camie, I missed you so much!"
"I missed you guys too, you had no idea!"
The group hug broke up as everyone sent a barrage of questions to Camie, who was easily overwhelmed. Bakugou once again cut into them with ease.
"Let her settle down first, you hyenas, you all need to go and do your jobs." He ordered, heading towards another door. Yuki and Takara waved him goodbye before going over to Kaminari. "Momo you can show her around, I gotta go do some training."
Momo's eyes sparkled in glee and grabbing Camie's hand, they began a tour of the entire building. Camie could do nothing but laugh as the woman whisked her along.
She was glad to be back.
