The Slayer was in his room, playing some acoustic tunes while Daisy slept on the workbench. Suddenly, his trained hearing picked up Sam freaking out about something.

"NO...Not you...Stay away! STAY AWAY!"

The Slayer took out his Heavy Cannon Rifle and rushed downstairs, his footsteps thundering through the house as he came to see Sam in a headlock with an older-looking man that looked to be a relative of his.

"Whoa! Who's this, Sam? A house guest? That Doom Cosplay looks so realistic!"

Sam had a sheepish grin on his face as he was released from the headlock. "He's not a cosplayer, Michael. He's pretty much the real deal."

"Wow, really? Man, what an interesting world that we live in huh? Well anyway as Sam just said, I'm Micheal his older brother. Nice to meet ya." Said Michael with a grin as he shook hands with The Slayer. He noticed that the other man had a strong grip.

Emiko soon came after hearing the commotion with Erma in tow and smiled when she saw Michael.

"Is today the day already?"

Michael laughed which confirmed that yes it was the day and greeted both her and Erma. Soon approaching them was Regan Williams, Michael's wife.

"There she is!" The human woman said with a smile as she approached Emiko to give her a hug.

"Regan! So, what are we doing while the boys are out?"

"Oh you know, Nail Salon, the mall. I would say Hair Salon as well, but I know how you and Erma's hair works."

The Slayer looked confused, having not been informed of the outing as Sam rubbed the back of his head.

"Sorry, we kinda forgot to tell you, Slayer. If you want, you can sit things out."

"No, it's quite alright. I'd...actually like to join Emiko and Erma."

It was then Regan noticed the Slayer and smiled.

"So, you must be the infamous Doom Slayer. Emiko's told me a lot about you."

"All in good name, I hope..."

"So where's Emily? Didn't bring her with you this time?" Emiko asked.

"Oh no, she's just getting out of the van."

Erma looked nervous at the mere mention of her younger cousin as Emiko bent down and patted her on the shoulder reassuringly.

"Go on Erma. Say hello to your cousin Emily."

The Slayer just looked confused but noticed that Erma had a disturbed look in her eyes as soon as she stepped out the front door and wondered what was so bad about Emily. Suddenly, a small figure opened the door of Michael's van and bolted towards the half-ghost girl like a human cannonball.

"ERWMA!"

Panicking, Erma ducked into the shadows, causing the tiny bullet to fly over her head and into Slayer who caught her with his arms causing him to skid back a few feet, much to his surprise.

After shaking off his shock, the Doom Slayer gave the young girl in his hands a look over. He noticed that she had messy blonde-looking hair that ended with several ponytails. Despite the seemingly boundless energy, Emily seemed like a normal-looking and harmless little girl.

Emily stared up at Slayer with eyes wide and full of curiosity as he chuckled and set her down, petting her on the head.

Regan saw all of this and giggled as she turned to Emiko.

"He seems great with kids, doesn't he?"

"You have no idea. I mean, what happened during the Super Bowl was quite interesting."

*FLASHBACK*

"With the teams being neck to neck, the Quarterback's gonna have to perform a mighty pass if his team has any chance of winning this Super Bowl!" The announcer said on the TV as Sam, Emiko, Erma and a group of their friends watched on with anticipation. The Slayer was also there, but he didn't have much interest in sports, he preferred ripping and tearing.

"Come on...Com on...THROW THE BALL!" Roared Sam, which ended up scaring Erma accidentally as she huddled up with her mother.

"Don't worry, Erma. Your dad's just worked up over a game."

"And it looks like the ref has called a penalty on the Quarterback!"

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" Emiko roared, scaring Erma ever further as she huddled up to Slayer, who became pissed off and took out his Super Shotgun, blowing up the TV with a single blast. He then took out a wallet from his bottomless pack and slapped it into Sam's hands.

"This is my money. Use it to buy a new TV. I'm taking Erma the fuck out of here."

With that, the Slayer stomped out of the house with Erma in his arms, Daisy and Siris following behind them.

*END FLASHBACK*

"Wow, guess he's not much of a fan huh?"

Emiko sighed. "Yeah, he's more into Ripping and Tearing than sports like Football. I don't blame him, the Super Bowl can bring out the worst in people at times."

Meanwhile, Erma was sitting on the floor with her arms crossed as Emily ran circles around her, flapping her arms like she was a chicken. If she wasn't doing that she was hugging Daisy who had no idea what was going on but didn't mind all that much.

"So, are we ready to go?" Regan asked.

"Oh! Just a second!" Emiko turned to Erma. "Erma, would you please be a dear and get my purse? It's up in the bedroom."

Erma just sighed but got up before feeling something pull her hair back. Turning around, she saw it was Emily who was nibbling on her hair.

"I'm a wabbit!"

Getting fed up, Erma roared at her younger cousin furiously, who just giggled in response. Not wanting to put up with her any longer, the half-ghost girl jumped up to the wall behind her and began to spider climb upstairs.

Emily tried to mimic the same technique, but due to being fully human, she simply slid down.

"I can't geh up da wall…"

Feeling somewhat guilty, Erma groaned internally but climbed back down to offer Emily a piggyback ride. The small human jumped onto her older cousin's shoulders as The Slayer chuckled while holding Daisy in his hand.

"Guess Emily likes being around Erma huh?"

Regan just smiled. "You know it. I guess ever since she was born, Emily just seemed to be rather close to Erma."

Soon Erma came back down with Emiko's purse...along with Emily in her hair being squeezed like a squeaky toy.

"Erma! Put her down this instant or you can about coming with us today!" Emiko said sternly as Erma dropped her younger cousin, who almost immediately held out her arms for a hug. Erma just walked away from her, only for Emily to follow blankly after her, arms still held out.

The Slayer chuckled as he was helping Sam and Michael load their things into Michael's car. Michael was a little disappointed that Slayer wouldn't be joining him and Sam for hunting while Siris was being taken since Michael figured he'd be a good hunting dog.

After driving to the mall, Regan, Emiko, Erma, and Emily went to the Nail Salon while the Slayer decided to check out a Bath & Body Works Store. Getting a few essential candles, some foaming hand soaps, and skincare cream, he soon headed back to see Emily and Erma walking out of the salon with their mothers, the two kids covered in red paint.

"I take it they must have had a fun time."

"You don't know the half of it..." Regan sighed as Slayer had a good-natured chuckle.

"I'll take the little demons off your hands. You two spend some time together."

Emiko gave a grateful smile. "Thanks, Slayer. You're a lifesaver."

The Slayer took Erma and Emily to the nearby arcade. As Erma was showing off her moves on a Dance Dance Revolution machine, Emily was giggling while riding on one of the racing game bikes, even though she hadn't put any quarters in.

As for the Slayer, he was absolutely dominating a Time Crisis machine, not taking any damage at all while progressing through the levels at a fast pace. Goes to show what happens with centuries of combat training.

Soon, the three decided to get something to eat at the food court. The Slayer paid for the expenses, of course, getting himself a chocolate milkshake and some fries, he wasn't exactly feeling extremely hungry at the moment.

Soon, the three regrouped with Emiko and Regan and drove back home. Sam and Michael seemed nervous about something, which got the wives suspicious before the Slayer turned to see Siris walking in front of a car and letting it go over his back, comically flattening it and leaving tire lines on it. Erma and Emily certainly looked surprised as Daisy hopped over and nuzzled Siris worriedly, wanting to know if he was okay.

After giving Siris some food, he slowly began healing, returning to his regular shape.

"Well, he seems to be healing. It's slow, but they should just be fine. Honestly, I don't know how we didn't notice him being Undead, to begin with." Said Emiko as she looked at the dog before looking back at the Slayer with a look that meant he had some explaining to do. "I'm guessing with your level of experience, you knew he was Undead to begin with huh?"

"His name is similar to Osiris, the Egyptian God of the Dead. I had a suspicion and besides, you really think that Gypsy lady was selling normal free puppies?" The Slayer said in a joking manner.

Suddenly, Siris vomited something into Erma's hands. Curiously, the ghost girl scratched her head as she saw that they were bullets from a hunting rifle. Emiko, Regan, and The Slayer then looked at Sam and Michael, who had uncomfortable looks on their faces.

"It seems you two have some explaining to do..."

*Omake*

The Slayer was walking with Daisy through the forest, just enjoying the silence and ambiance of the woodland creatures. He then spotted Erma napping against one of the trees. That in itself wasn't unusual as she would sometimes take a nap in the forest until it was time for her to come home.

What was unusual, however, was Terry lurking about between the trees and holding something in his hands that looked to be a water balloon. As he got closer, he began grinning at Erma and was clearly planning to throw the water balloon down on her.

Suddenly, Terry noticed something and the Slayer turned in the direction he was looking at to see the Grim Reaper himself standing there, his scythe in one hand and a list in the other.

Terry and the Reaper stared at each other with Terry looking at Erma for a bit before looking back at the figure and setting the water balloon down on the ground. He then stomped off in defeat as Death disappeared and the Slayer resumed his walk with Daisy.

"Better luck next time, kiddo."

Next Time: Fundraiser!

I didn't have as much fun with this one as the others...
