I don't own any of this Loud House belongs to Nickelodeon.

Fear can make you do terrible things if kept unchecked, especially when it comes to your own survival. Through the fear of the oncoming cataclysm, and anger for governments not doing anything to stop the asteroid from hitting the planet.

People took to the streets in full force, they smash through stores or other buildings where they looted anything inside them. SWAT teams were deployed to stop the riots, but they were overwhelmed from the amount of people and were beaten very badly or worse killed in very violent ways, like one who was set a blaze after having a gallon of gasoline dumped on him.

Crimes were unleashed throughout these riots, the worse ones were rape and murders that either happened in alleys of towns or inside the safety of the victims very own homes. Fires were also spawned from arsonist or by accident; one fire was accidentally set in a sushi restaurant, the resulting explosion of flames severely burned the people who were inside.

The riots were worse in urban areas and large cities; in London the queen's guards were defending the palace at any means necessary against the rioters who were trying to breach through the fences.

It's the same story in Washington DC as rioters were shot on site as they had managed to break through the gates of the white house, as someone had smashed their semi truck through it. The rioters stormed through the lawn with some even reaching the doors with visible weapons in their hands, but that was how far they got before getting shot down.

Fires raged through the bottom floors of the Empire State Building in New York. Screams of rage and terror filled the streets of Manhattan, while in Times Square is a complete warzone between the rioters and the SWAT teams who fought back with physical force and tear gas.

Fighting also took place between gangs who hoped to gain more territories, along with getting their rivals supplies. They knew that times were going to change, and they needed everything they can get in order to take control of the city.

One of the most bloodiest fights between the gangs took place near the firehouse that was used to film Ghostbusters. The fight ended with both sides covered in bullet wounds, a slit throat on one of youngest gang members, and a bashed in face on one the leaders.

The Hollywood sign looked over a scene that out competes any movie it has ever produced. Families of the victims in the hospital shooting were out for blood as they battled the gang who was responsible for it.

Celebrities were forced to either flee their homes or hide in special safe rooms as rioters stormed through Beverly Hills. Some however decided to fight back against the rioters who dared try to break into their fabolous homes.

An explosion of a transformer rang through the air, quickly followed by the power shutting off in the southeastern parts of Chicago.

At the Navy Pier; the whole building is up in flames, the ferris wheel stood next to the burning building. The flames eventually reached the floorboards beneath it, where after weakening it dropped the ride into Lake Michigan.

Deaths were very common through these fierce riots. Many have been killed by getting trampled under the large crowds, getting a heavy beat down, shot, stabbed, or burned to a crisp by the fires.

Electrocrutions also served with these deaths, as well as suicides, but the worse one happen in Paris, where a woman got crushed by a steamroller, after someone accidentally turned it on.

The riots continued throughout the night on the North and South American side of the world, along with Europe, Asia, and Africa on the day side.

Ronnie Anne looked out her window at three in the morning, looking at the ominous glow of some burning building somewhere far away.

Ronnie Anne had prided herself as a tough girl who could face anything, and she had been calm during these past few days after the asteroid announcement, but ever since that first gunshot woke her up, she couldn't help but become terrified.

Now upon living in a city; Ronnie Anne had heard her fair share of gunshots, it did bother her at first, but soon got used to the rare sound that would occasionally rang through the hustle and bustle through the city.

But what freaked her out the most is that the gunshot sounded close, and that it wasn't the only one that rang through the city. Then the shouts and screams began, along with the sound of tires screeching sometimes fallowed by a loud crashing.

Honestly Ronnie Anne should've seen this coming for she had noticed people becoming increasingly agitated, like that one guy who yelled at her to get out of his way during her return home. She had to resist the urge to tell that guy where he can shove it.

Then there was the bodega which was stripped of everything, her grandpa was happy of how much money they received, but its going to take a couple of days to get the bodega completely fully stocked up again.

Speaking of her grandpa, she noticed that despite how happy he was for gaining so much money he made, she could see that he along with other members of her family were really uneasy. Her grandma has been doing all sorts of rituals to protect her family, Bobby was tired from all the work he's been doing down in the bodega, her mother looked very frantic and scared like how Ronnie Anne who pretended to be asleep, caught site of her watching her during the night after the asteroid was announced.

Her aunt Frida had been painting more than usual, her uncle Carlos had gotten very quiet and didn't say one science fact at all. As for her cousins; Carlota hadn't been wearing any makeup for the past few days, Carl lost his macho attitude and reverted to the scared eight year old kid that he is. CJ and Carlitos however were living their lives normally, Carlitos was a baby so he didn't understand the full situation, while CJ is very aware but chooses these last days to live life to the fullest.

Ronnie Anne spots a speeding red car go down the street, she could hear teens screaming from inside it. Shaking her head on how crazy the night become, she then looked up to the ceiling where she had no doubt her best friend Sid is also watching the crazy events that were happing tonight.

Out of the two; Sid is the most visible one who's taken this news terribly, Ronnie Anne now often found herself comforting her best friend the best she could. Sid's family is also afraid, especially Sid's mom who was most concern for not just the safety of her family, but also for the animals she cared for at the zoo.

Ronnie Anne was tempted to go up the fire escape to see if Sid was alright, but she was afraid to step out or even open her window, as with how everything is going outside Ronnie Anne was afraid that if she made any kind of indication of her presence, someone who might have gone mad will target her just for the hell of it.

She didn't like to be here like a scared little girl, but she knew that staying in her room would be the safest option during this chaotic night.

Despite what Ronnie Anne could hear and see from her bedroom window. The riots weren't as bad in Great Lake city as they were in the major cities, on a scale to one to ten it was about a five. The riot was just as bad though with all the looting and violence going around the city.

Ronnie Anne must've dosed off between four and six, as one moment she was in a grand champion skateboard tournament, then got stirred awake when her body leaned forward in a quick movement. Ronnie Anne looked around her room in surprise before looking back outside where she can see the sky brightening as the sun began to rise.

She could also see faint smoke rising somewhere from a still burning building. From the looks of it the riots have seem to cool down, Ronnie Anne could still hear the faint sounds of gunshots that rang out occasionally from the distance.

"That was a crazy night." She quietly told herself. She then does a long stretch, she felt her shoulder bones snap as she raised her arms over her head. Ronnie Anne got off her bed and opened her mini-fridge where she pulled out a orange soda she's been saving.

After opening it she goes back to looking out the window, taking a couple sips Ronnie Anne's phone began to vibrated on her desk next to the bed, picking it up she sees that she had gotten a text message from Sid.

"You up?"

"Yep, I didn't get a wink of sleep last night."

"Same here. The noise outside made it impossible for me to catch any Z's. I was too afraid that someone was going to break into my apartment."

"Tell me about it. It sounded like a war was erupting!"

"Do you think anyone got hurt?"

"I hope not, but it's probably so, after all with that much gunshots no doubt someone got hurt or worse."

"Man, are people loosing their minds or something? Shouldn't we be preparing for that space rock? Instead of killing each other before it does."

"I know right! How can people do this to one another?"

"What's more crazy is that it wasn't as crazy here than it was in other cities."

"Oh yeah, I've heard what happened in DC."

"And Rome! Man, who ever knew what someone can do to another with swords."

"I can't imagine what's it like in Detroit."

"You think it's over now?"

"I hope, but let's face it, it's probably just a brief break before it starts right back up again."

The sounds of talks and footsteps then began to call out from the hallway. "Sounds like the rest of my family is up."

"Same here. I can hear Adelaide stirring in her room."

"You wanna talk later?"

"Sure, how about at noon?"

"Sounds good." After sending the text Ronnie Anne places her phone next to her, then continued on looking out her window.

"Dios mios! What's the world coming to?!" Hector exclaimed as he and the rest of his family watched the news coverage of the riots. The news was currently showing the still on going riots in Chicago.

Frida lets out an audible gasp of shock when it switched to the art museum which was all burned. It shocked her for the famous art pieces there were badly damaged, and as a artist herself it hurts her how those rioters would do that to those priceless paintings and sculptures.

The news then switch over to a hospital waiting room where it's filled with injured people, the whole family cringed when they saw some of the ghastly injuries people had received. Frida and Rosa quickly covered CJ's, Carl's, and Carlito's eyes, Bobby held in some barf that surfaced up from his stomach, Maria on the other hand has experienced all sorts of injuries during her work at the hospital but even she has cringed under the sight of those injuries.

"Aye, those poor people. I wish I could bring them my famous casserole." Rosa exclaimed. The news now switched to a still ongoing riot in Las Vegas in a helicopter view. They watch the large amount of people crowd the streets, on a zoom in it showed a woman carrying a shotgun, she suddenly turned and shot someone who got too close to her.

During all this the newsman announced that the military had declared martial law in hopes that it would at least control these riots. The news footage switches to a dessert rode where armed trucks, carrying troops armed with riot sticks and guns, drive towards Vegas.

The tv then switched off, the family looked in surprise at the now black screen tv, they thought that the power had went off until they saw Hector pointing the remote towards the tv. "I think that's enough tv for now." He exclaimed sternly, Hector turns to Bobby who looked a little green around the gills. "Come on Bobby, let's open up shop."

Bobby turned to his grandfather in surprise. "But grandpa, we don't have anything else to sell in the bodega." Hector gets off the couch with a confident smile. "I'm sure we can find something, now lets get ready for business." Hector walks off with Bobby following close behind.

As for the rest of the family, they just looked at each other wondering what Hector was going to do.

Once the first military trucks came into Vegas, the rioters immediately went up in arms. They crowd the trucks banging and shaking them, which wasn't that easy since they were more heavier than your standard truck. Inside them the troops looked at each other uneasy as they heard the shouts and threats outside the trucks that protected them.

Their orders were simple; get everything back to an acceptable calm state without firing their weapons. The trucks came to a stop, the troops stood up prepared to face the large crowd, one rested his hand on his fellow soldier in reassurance.

The back doors open, and they were met with the loud shouts of angry rioters who immediately swarmed them, shouting profanities, throwing things at them, even shoving most of them which those who got shoved responded by using their riot sticks to shove them back.

The sergeant yells at the top of his lungs as he ordered the people to back up and go home. The rioters don't however and kept pushing forward, continuing to shout louder than the sargent.

Despite the unpleasantness of the situation the soldiers kept up a professional appearance, with the occasional push of their riot sticks. Suddenly a bang of a shotgun firing rang out through the air, the troops noticed their sargent falling backwards with half of his face gone.

Seeing their sargent who was a respectful man fall in a unprovoked attack, made an infectious rage grow inside all of the fallen sergeant's troops. Forgetting about their orders, they'll raised their guns and fired at the rioters, the ones who were in front of them instantly fell to the ground with bullet holes spread all over their chests and bellies, the ones farther away ran away in panic.

The rioters carrying guns get behind cover from the parked cars that blocked the streets, they then fired at the troops, taking two out while the others found their own cover and returned fire.

When the shooting was over the troops received mid casualties, while the rioters who fought back suffered major casualties. Leaving the streets of Las Vegas to be covered in pools of blood with the sparkling lights of the casinos and hotels reflecting off them.

At noon Ronnie Anne and Sid had met up on the fire escape platform outside of Ronnie Anne's room, with the threats of the riots much of the schools in the city were closed for the day, no one wanted to risk the children's safety. The said children would've been happy about this news, if it weren't for the fact that they were so scared from last night's riots.

"So" Sid began. "It's cool we don't have any school today."

"Yeah, it would be more cool if we could actually go out." Ronnie Anne pointed out. "I know what you mean. My parents went out for work, leaving me to watch Adelaide."

"Your lucky. My grandma isn't letting any of us out, the only ones who are out is Bobby and grandpa, but only because they're in the bodega."

Sid looks to her in question. "How is it still open? I thought everything was basically sold?" Ronnie Anne shrugged as she didn't know what her grandpa was going to be selling down in the store. Sid now decided to change the subject, she pulls out her phone where she looked at a article. "So you hear what happened in Detroit?"

"What more deaths, and people acting like wild animals!" Ronnie Anne exclaimed.

Sid nods, "Pretty much, they did a number in the Henry Ford museum."

"How tragic." Ronnie Anne remarked sarcastically while rolling her eyes. "So do you know what your are going to do once that big rock comes crashing down?"

Sid thought about it as her family have been discussing about safety plans when the time comes. "Well my dad wants to take us to the underground rooms in the subway. What about you?"

"I don't know." Ronnie Anne stated, "None of the adults haven't said anything to us. I bet their talking about it when they're alone though."

The two friends not knowing what else to say now looked upon the cityscape, judging how they couldn't see anymore smoke the two girls figured that it finally burned out, or someone put it out.

Sid casts her sight down to the sidewalk below where she saw two men walking out of the bodega. "Huh?"

"What?" Ronnie Anne asked.

"I just saw two guys come out of your grandpa's store." Sid answered, Ronnie Anne turned to her in interest. "Oh Really?"

Sid nods. "I didn't see them carry anything though."

"I guess grandpa didn't sell whatever was left." A sudden commotion from outside Ronnie Anne's room catches the girls attention. From what they can hear, it sounded like panic shouts and cries. "What's going on?" Sid asked in concern.

"I don't know, but I'll see." Ronnie Anne goes back into her room, she walks quickly out into the living room where she caught sight of Bobby hugging their mom as he cried heavily. Ronnie Anne also saw that her mother and uncle were in a state of aboslute shock, her aunt is blowing into tissues as mascara ran down her face, but what really caught her was her grandma on a dining room chair looking as pale as a ghost.

"I should've done something! I could've saved him! But all I did was stand there like a coward!" Bobby screamed through his cries.

His mother gently rubs her son's back. "Shh. It's not your fault."

"But it is!" Bobby screamed in grief.

"Hey, what's going on?" The family turned to Ronnie Anne upon hearing her voice. They stared at her unsure what to tell her, looking further Ronnie Anne could also see Sergio and Lalo comforting one another. Ronnie Anne became uneasy for she knew something terrible has happened, and what came out of her mother's mouth devastated her completely.

"Ronalda, your grandfather been stabbed."

Ronnie Anne's whole body goes completely stiff. "W-what?" She stuttered out.

"These bad men have came into the bodega, and after a dispute stabbed him repeatedly in the chest." Her aunt explained through her tears.

Ronnie Anne stood there, the shock of the news has fanned out the rest of the world in a complete blur. It couldn't be true! Her grandpa couldn't be dead! This must be some sort of twisted joke!

But upon looking at everyone's facial expressions Ronnie Anne knew in her heart that it was true. Mixed emotions that she couldn't handle ran through her, she closed her now teary eyes and ran into her room where she slammed the door hard enough to shake every picture frame that hung on the walls.

Sid wondered what had happened when Ronnie Anne came bursting back into her room. Sid then grew concern when she saw tears running down her best friend's cheeks.

"Ronnie Anne what happened? Are you okay?"

Ronnie Anne turns to her with already red eyes, she had rage showing through it, a kind of rage that scared Sid. Ronnie Anne grabs onto the window and said with a shout. "I want to be alone!"

Ronnie Anne slammed down the window in a shock Sid's face. Sid looked through the window where she can see Ronnie Anne dig her face into her pillow. Sid then knew that whatever had happened was very serious, and whatever it was hurted her friend badly.

Sid wanted to comfort her, but she knew that Ronnie Anne probably wanted to be alone right now, and she was going to respect her wishes until she was ready to talk.

Sid heads back up to her apartment, leaving Ronnie Anne to let out her feelings over her grandfather's unexpected death.

The sun eventually sets on that tragic day, and as the wave of violence continued to go on around the planet. Up in space the asteroid is just beginning to pass by the moon.

It's now one day until impact.
