Strolling down the alleyway in Shibuya at 10:00, a chilling presence is following behind Louis and Murakumo as they're sprinting through to find Inazuma and Ryuuji.

As a shipgirl leaped from the building closer to both girls, a [12.7cm twin gun mount model C Kai 2] cannon was pointed at the back of Louis' head.

"Hello, Teitoku. We meet again." A voice called.

Gulping as Louis turned her head slowly as well as Murakumo. Then she witnessed a brunette with a braid glaring at her with a cannon close to the Admiral.

"Shigure-san…" Murakumo gasped.

"You're that girl from earlier. The one who wouldn't let Yuudachi-san go near me." Louis remembered that appearance behind the hood.

"Move over, Murakumo-san. Teitoku such as this one should never be trusted!" Shigure waved her arm as a way to let Murakumo move aside.

"Wait, I know that other Teitoku in Yokosuka Naval Base had caused more damage to us than the abyssal fleet did. But why're you doing this!?" Murakumo asked as well as blocking Louis from a cannon.

"You answered it yourself. And don't forget that they had most of our friends sunked, remember?"

As both shipgirls are looking into each other's eyes, Louis pointed a handgun at Shigure with a lot of stress put into her.

"Then let me tell you this: your sisters will go against you once I set up an operation someday in the future." Louis then clicked a gun, ready to fire at a shipgirl. "Murakumo…"

With Louis slowly pulling a trigger, she's struggling with the balance as well as handling the noise of a firearm, but she has no choice but to fire at a stalker and an assassin of a shipgirl.

After Louis' sweat drops from her chin.

"RUN AWAY!" Shouted the Admiral as she finally fired a bullet and dragged Murakumo from another shipgirl.

A bullet missed as Shigure moved her head from trying to get hit, but instead it caught something else. A bullet had caught a person with torpedoes and scraped the metal.

Then an explosion occurred after a bullet hit the torpedoes.

Shigure turned to see what happened, but found out that it's an abyssal; Kaori, a Ka-class submarine in tattered clothing, and she received both scrapes and a head bleed on the wall.

"Good riddance." Shigure scoffed and then dashed towards a couple of runaway girls.

While being chased by Shigure, Murakumo then equipped a [12.7cm twin gun mount model A Kai 2] cannon and fired behind her.

She also missed.

Shigure picked up a second cannon and it's a [12.7cm twin gun mount model B Kai 4 (wartime modification) anti-aircraft fire director] cannon.

"Sink!" Shigure growled and zooms towards the duo.

"What in the world!? How is this kanmusu a dual wielder!?" Louis exclaimed and was flabbergasted by the sheer amount of cannons Shigure wields.

"Shigure's already a 'Kai Ni,' there's no way we can take her on like this!" Murakumo answered.

"Kai Ni?" Louis asked out of curiosity.

"Second remodeled. That means she'll turn you into her personal raindrop in the colour red, meaning she'll obviously massacre you like this."

With more of Murakumo's explanation, Louis can imagine what'll happen to her if Shigure had caught up to them.

"Oh, come on! I don't wanna die like this!" Louis cried.

This situation around the duo is hopeless as they'll be Shigure's victims.

A silhouette waved which made Murakumo take the Admiral's hand and follow this person.

"Hey, Murakumo-san!?"

"Someone's waving at us, we need to follow!" Murakumo then turned 90 degrees to follow that said silhouette and hid behind the crowd outside the alleyway.

As Shigure follows, then she stops, watching a crowd that are walking past each other.

She lost them.

"I know you're still running, but you cannot hide from me, Teitoku. I'll let you off, for now." Shigure sighed and then hopped onto the bins and ladders.

She got away.

The duo came back to the alleyway as Louis is hyperventilating out of fear and exhaustion. As for Murakumo, she had never been this exhausted before ever since training with Katori.

"We lost her…" Murakumo pants.

"I guess she's still holding some heavy grudge against us Teitokus." Louis sighed while dropping to her backside.

As for being safe, a purple haired girl approached the duo after saving their lives.

"Hmph, you two are in a lot of trouble. Luckily, the lady saved your lives!"

"Akatsuki… Chan?" Murakumo moved her eyes towards a childish looking, purple haired girl in her tattered sailor uniform and cap, Akatsuki.

"You're Inazuma's sister!?" Louis gasped as she finally got to see the oldest out of the Akatsuki class sisters.

"I'm the Akatsuki class destroyer Akatsuki! Treat me like the fully-fledged lady that I am!" Akatsuki, despite looking very fragile, is (trying to be) confident in introducing herself.

"What?" Louis stopped as she's looking at Akatsuki from head to toe as her reaction becomes this. "I ain't treating a child hobo like a lady! Just look at you!"

"Please don't shout! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Akatsuki shrieked and crouched down while shivering in fear, repeatedly apologising.

"Huh?"

"What the? Akatsuki-chan?" Murakumo is surprised by that kind of reaction that Akatsuki instantly does.

Then Murakumo turns towards Louis who's now pitying a whimpering Akatsuki, making sure that Louis isn't being too hard on a homeless destroyer.

Louis then regretted it as she's starting to apologise.

"Argh… I'm sorry for shouting at you, Akatsuki-san."

"R- really?" Akatsuki moves her head up as she witnesses a bespectacled girl looking concerned.

"Yeah. I'll explain everything to you once you take us somewhere safe."

Akatsuki then gets on her feet and then leads both Louis and Murakumo to her place. Louis is hoping that Shigure isn't following behind.

But instead, it's a Ka-class submarine who is still disguising as Kaori, except she's a mess after losing her torpedoes.

Watching the Admiral with a couple of shipgirls, Kaori bit her thumb behind the mask while thinking about a different surprise attack.

"Ru, this is Ka. I'm about to end these three today. Teitoku and her destroyers."

[You said it before and you failed miserably. How are you going to change it while you're still an arrogant dumbass?]

"Heh, you worry too much, because at least I have something to use!" Kaori chuckles while spinning her swiss army knife to kill.

[Alright. You better be careful because I'm not there to pick you up from a human territory.]

"Yeah, yeah. See ya later, Ru."

After hanging up, Kaori is strolling in the alleyway while following the trio.

What she thinks of Ru-class is the serious type who was better to be trusted as (in Ka-class' case) she's better than Wo-class, considering Ru-class and Wo-class don't talk to each other much and Ka-class despised Wo-class for being an attention hogger.

5 minutes later at the place where there's a lot of graffiti on the wall, Louis, Murakumo and Akatsuki are explaining to each other what happened earlier.

"Well, I guess Murakumo-san had it rough by Teitoku Aoi-san's stupidity. How in the world did you lose all your friends by fighting against the easy ones?" Louis asked.

"I don't know, but the abyssal fleet has gotten smarter and more tactical as time goes on, it's like they know our moves like some sort of spy." Murakumo couldn't get her head right after thinking too much about how the abyssal fleet nearly gained their victory.

"So what you're saying is that they're playing our game?"

Murakumo nods as both Louis and Akatsuki are worried about the future.

"W- well, how's my little sister Inazuma-chan? You know how nervous she was of new people." Akatsuki asked while acting all ladylike.

"She's doing okay. She's worried about you, Akatsuki-san." Said Louis.

"Eh? Um… T- there's no need for the youngest sister to worry about an older sister! Hahaha…"

Akatsuki tried to laugh it off, but was too scared to admit it. But it's not going to help with a person who is worried.

"Okay… It's hard being a lady, okay? How am I going to take care of myself looking like this? I was beaten, robbed, and I lost my sisters ever since we left the Naval base." Akatsuki sighed as she put her knees closer to her head.

"I see. I'll take you." Pointing as Louis understands Akatsuki's struggle of being lost and separated.

"Eh?"

"Well, I am the new Teitoku that got this job 5 days ago, so you may not trust me."

"No, Hibiki-chan did tell me this: 'Don't judge a stranger by their category, but judge them by their character…' And I can't speak Russian." Said Akatsuki.

"Heh, then you accept?"

"Hmph! I may not be a fully-fledged lady, but I'm more ladylike than you could imagine, Teitoku!" Akatsuki has become more charismatic than ever, leading her to follow both Louis and Murakumo to find Inazuma and Ryuuji.

"Good. Now let's go." Louis grinned.

Behind Louis again is Kaori who's carrying a knife, ready to surprise attack from behind.

"Teitoku, prepare to meet your new leader. SINK!"

"Teitoku! Watch out! EI!" A familiar childish voice called as the cannon fired.

With a shell instantly flying towards Kaori, she herself is meeting another pain which causes her luck to run out.

"Are you shitting me?" Kaori knew this would happen.

Kaori then received a punch in the face by a shell until it exploded her body somewhere else. Ka-class may be beaten, but she's not dead yet. She just suffered some heavy damage.

Maybe this abyssal had suffered some bad luck around her.

Afterwards, Inazuma and Ryuuji had finally caught up to the trio as they finally reunited.

"Teitoku, nanodesu!" Inazuma jumped onto Louis as Louis hugged her tighter.

"Inazuma-san! Thank goodness you're okay!" Louis is relieved.

"Is that… Onee-chan!" Inazuma cheered after reuniting with her sister.

"Inazuma-chan! I'm scared! It was lonely with you and everyone not around!" Akatsuki wailed with joy, realising how unladylike of her to act but was glad.

"Onee-chan… There, there." Comforting her older sister, Inazuma too is glad.

Louis knew that family members are important to most of the shipgirls, even the constructed ones. Maybe bringing them back together is a little easy for her regardless of their behaviour towards her.

With 3 shipgirls such as Akatsuki, Inazuma and Murakumo laughing and celebrating together, Murakumo then smiled at Ryuuji for caring for Inazuma.

"So you're a fellow Teitoku, huh?" Louis approached Ryuuji by asking him a question.

"Hm? Oh, yeah! Aoi Ryuuji, I may not look it, but I'm just a guy who helps all the kanmusus." Ryuuji introduced himself.

"Ehh? I see. I'm Louis Amano, but what the hell, this is Japan and I'm half Japanese. So Amano Louis is preferable." Louis also introduced herself.

"Amano-san, huh? I guess I'll have to thank you for helping me find Murakumo-chan." Ryuuji showing some gratitude for a fellow Admiral.

"No problem. Not that I wanted to, but at least it was worth it." Louis turned to Ryuuji while appreciating the praise she's getting.

"Yeah. Oh, Inazuma-san told me that you're looking for Akashi-san."

"Hm? Oh yeah! Akashi! Have you seen her!?" Louis forgot that she's looking for Akashi after her time with Inazuma.

"Heh, if you want her, then you'll have to beat me!" Ryuuji answered with a smug.

That means he has Akashi as his shipgirl.

"What?" Louis gasped.

"What?" Inazuma froze before Murakumo pointed her cannon behind Inazuma.

"Inazuma-chan! Murakumo-chan, what are you doing!?" Akatsuki exclaimed after witnessing what Murakumo is pointing at.

"Sorry, but I have been ordered by Teitoku to do this. We're making a bet." Murakumo's tone has gotten more serious as she's preparing herself.

"No way, nanodesu…" Inazuma gasped after being betrayed by her own friend with the very same memories as her being a runaway.

With Louis being in a situation where a fellow Admiral decided to battle her, Louis wanted to know more about this kind of stuff.

"So, Amano-san, I may have lost a lot of girls in my fleet, living without a base, and being dirt poor on resources, but at least Murakumo-chan can beat Inazuma-san in a one on one match." Said Ryuuji, who isn't wrong on these categories.

"Oh yeah? At least I won world 1-1 to world 1-3 without even losing my kanmusus, extreme mode!" Louis then glares at Ryuuji with a grin.

"Hmph, and I beat 1-4, try and top this!"

Clicking her tongue as it backfired on Louis, then she's making a bet along with Ryuuji.

"Fine, if I win, I'll be taking Akashi-san with me. And if you win, I'll give up being Teitoku and give the whole base to you."

After that bet, Inazuma, Akatsuki, Murakumo and Ryuuji gasped about a young girl taking everything away from her if she loses that battle.

"Teitoku…" Inazuma remained silent after hearing what Louis said earlier.

"Teitoku! Are you mad!?" Akatsuki shouted.

"Fufu… Oh, Akatsuki-san, how often do I lose a single kanmusu such as you? The reason I'm keeping you all alive is that I can defeat the abyssal fleet and then scrapping you all at the end!" Louis answered with a psychotic smile, telling everyone the whole truth about herself.

"What!?" Gasping in fear as Akatsuki had heard the truth behind Louis.

"You what!?" Murakumo bursts out after hearing what Louis just said. "And you still believe in her, Inazuma!?"

Inazuma stops and giggles as she already knew Louis very well. Then Inazuma is equipping and pointing her [12.7cm twin gun mount model A] cannon at Murakumo which makes it even.

"Even though I don't agree with Teitoku's decision, there's something I would heavily agree on by taking revenge on the enemy, nanodesu."

"Bastard! And you get your own way by killing all of them!?" Ryuuji growled.

"It's the way life goes. It's either scrap or sink, the choice is theirs." Louis' smile had faded while glaring at Ryuuji.

"Then if that's the case, let's battle at a large indoor waterpark. You don't need a swimsuit for this." Said Ryuuji.

"Bring it, Teitoku punk!" Louis finally accepted the battle against another shipgirl, which is like PVP but in real life and worth a gamble.

Waterpark

12:55, Ryuuji wasn't kidding about a waterpark being this huge, but at least it's all moved otherwise someone has to pay for the damage.

Louis changed into her Admiral uniform whereas Inazuma was in her long sleeved sailor uniform and was equipped with her riggings.

"Looks like we're prepared. How's Akatsuki-san?" Asked Louis.

"She's alright. She's taking a shower over there, nanodesu." Inazuma answered.

"Good."

With everything getting quiet, a footstep was heard, and another, and another.

"Welcome, Amano Louis, to your first fight against another Teitoku! TvT!" Ryuuji called as he too appears in his Admiral uniform.

TvT means Teitoku vs. Teitoku, also means Admiral vs. Admiral.

The difference is that he's wearing a black and white striped t-shirt inside his opened blazer and trousers, compared to Louis' fully closed blazer and short shorts over her pantyhose. Their hats are similar with an anchor symbol as well as their white gloves.

"Looks like you're prepared and different than before, Aoi-san!" Pulling her glasses up as Louis pat Inazuma's shoulder.

"Heh, you could say the same, Amano-san." Ryuuji chuckles as he holds his hat down. "Are you ready, Murakumo-chan?"

"Yes, Teitoku." Murakumo had finally appeared in her one piece sailor uniform with a couple of floating gears on her head and carried a polearm of a mast like a spear.

She too is equipped in her riggings.

"Guess we'll have to prepare ourselves." Said Louis.

"Nanodesu." Replied Inazuma.

A tiny humanoid creature appears while holding a sign, which confuses Louis about this creature.

"Um, what is that?"

"It's a fairy. The ones who usually help us, nanodesu." Inazuma pointed out that fairies are also the ones who assist in battles and support.

"Okay then."

A fairy put a whistle on her mouth while raising a sign which says 'Ready!?' in English.

As a whistle blew with a sign saying 'FIGHT!', mach speed had taken a blow on Inazuma's stomach with a single punch, causing Inazuma to drop down on her knees and hold her stomach in pain.

"What!? Inazuma!" Louis shouted.

"Ugh… It hurts…" Grunting as Inazuma slowly pushes herself up. "Teitoku, don't worry. I'll take her on!"

"Inazuma…"

"Pathetic." Murakumo scoffed as she's doing the same move again.

This time, Murakumo double kicked to the stomach and swung her mast by batting Inazuma to the wall with that much force.

Then fires her cannon at the same wall where Inazuma crashed 5 times and then tossed her torpedo as well as firing at it with a 6th shot.

A loud boom had caused half of the waterpark to blow up, leading Louis to fear what Murakumo is going to do with Inazuma.

"How…" Gasped Louis as her eyes widened with fear.

"Game over, Amano-san. Your base is now mine!" Ryuuji called.

"Shit! Damn it, Inazuma! GET UP!" Screamed Louis. "Please! Don't die! We've come this far to beating more abyssals and you saved my life whether an enemy is close to killing me! If you die, then who's gonna save me and keep me from spending all that resources to bring you back!? Just get up, INAZUMA!"

With that speech Louis made, Murakumo sighed and raised her mast by walking towards Inazuma who was heavily damaged on the wall.

"You're wasting your time, Amano-san, it's obvious that you lost. I'm sorry, Inazuma-chan, but… Disappear." Murakumo apologised as she's about to jab a spear on her former comrade.

As it stabs Inazuma, it stabs her at the wrong place.

"What?" Murakumo gasped as the spear happened to destroy Inazuma's cannon.

"Teitoku… I won't allow that to happen. I also won't allow you to leave this base unfulfilled. And I will not allow you…" Raising her head as Inazuma shows off her full irises which looked like a dead fish. "To waste our resources, nanoDEATH."

Inazuma releases the anchor from her rigging, grabs it by the end like a scythe using her right hand and in a flash, swiped diagonally down left as she's shown now to be empty handed.

Both Inazuma and Murakumo are coughing out blood for different reasons, with Inazuma being constantly beaten, Murakumo had an anchor stuck to her left rib.

"Is that… !?"

Before Murakumo finishes her sentence, Inazuma's eyes are flashing red then glows while yanking a chain which tears some of Murakumo's skin and sprays out a lot of blood with a little cut to the lungs.

Now the pool is no longer blue, but instead red and Inazuma is covered in Murakumo's blood.

Panting as Inazuma released the torpedoes and caught them all with her fingers while dropping her bloody anchor.

"Don't you even think about beating me, Murakumo-chan." As her red eyes turn golden, Inazuma then throws all her torpedoes as Murakumo blocks them all.

"How… Inazuma-san…" Louis remained quiet after seeing her shipgirl being a maniacal anchor wielding murderer.

"Is that for real? How did Inazuma-san do that?" Ryuuji asks as he too is shocked about this scene.

"I have no idea, but it's like Kongou-san except Inazuma-san is filled with bloodlust." Louis can see through Inazuma's eyes, despite being an average human that doesn't know much.

"How can you tell!?"

"Those eyes… They're not normal. If this keeps going, then Murakumo-san is going to die."

What Louis said is questionable which caused Ryuuji's eyes to widen. Then the duo had been blown back so hard by an explosion as they hit the wall at the same time.

Panting as both Inazuma and Murakumo are holding up their weapons towards each other and then clash together as well as shooting all over the building as well as nearly shooting their Admirals.

By the doors, Akatsuki had witnessed a bloody battlefield of a waterpark between a couple of shipgirls with their items covered in each other's blood. It's as she feared, Inazuma had gone Plasma.

Akatsuki then dashed towards a fog of smoke and then equipped her ship gear while jumping on bloody water.

As the smoke clears, both Inazuma and Murakumo aren't holding back as they're ready to end this fight.

"Let's finish this, Inazuma-chan." Murakumo said with a glare.

"Nanodesu." Inazuma agreed as she too is glaring at Murakumo with her golden eyes.

With that said, both Inazuma and Murakumo boosted their way towards each other, until…

A rigging had caught a mast and a cannon had stopped an anchor, meaning Akatsuki had arrived to stop them.

"Akatsuki-chan?" Murakumo dropped her mast with surprise.

"Onee-chan…" Inazuma had quieted down while still glaring.

"Will you stop fighting, please! I know it's a fight between two Teitokus, but aren't you two taking this too far!?" Akatsuki is putting up a rant on what happened earlier. "Look at this place! Do you think it's appropriate to fight in a place like this!? I thought it's going to be a fight like normal, but what you're doing is wrong!"

Akatsuki then hugged Inazuma after what happened to them, realising that she too missed her little sister.

"I'm sorry! I don't wanna lose you again, Inazuma!" Akatsuki sobbed.

"Akatsuki… Onee-chan…" Inazuma then hugged Akatsuki after she remembered earlier that she missed Akatsuki.

As her tears burst, Inazuma started to wail along with Akatsuki, which to Akatsuki is very unladylike.

A splashing noise had caught the Akatsuki duo's attention as they saw Murakumo laying on the red pool.

This moment had also caused both Admirals to rush towards 3 shipgirls.

"Murakumo-san!" Louis called as she knew what happened to her.

"Thank goodness… I guess this is the reunion I've been waiting for." Murakumo croaked as she's losing more blood out of her chest.

"Don't worry, Murakumo-san, I'll take you to repairs!" Louis then pulled out a towel as Ryuuji grabbed a first-aid box.

"Come on! Don't die on us!" Ryuuji grunted as he and his fellow Admiral wrapped a bandage around her chest.

"I guess I got a little too far… Sorry, Aoi-san." Louis apologised.

"No… It's mine. I shouldn't have been that arrogant on trying to beat you." Ryuuji is just as guilty as Louis as he's resting near a bloody pool.

"Let's go, you two." Louis called both Akatsuki and Inazuma while picking up Murakumo's body.

Both Inazuma and Murakumo are about to undergo major repairs due to their violent duel.

14:53 at the train station back to where she belongs, Louis, Inazuma and Akatsuki along with Murakumo's body are waiting for the train to arrive where they can rest and repair, causing Louis to be twice as guilty for using more resources on a couple of destroyers.

"Oi! Amano-san!" A man's voice called.

"Huh? Aoi-san?" Louis turned behind her, noticing that Ryuuji had come this far to see her.

"Amano-san! Wait! I need to tell you something, it's about Akashi-san." Panting as Ryuuji has to tell Louis something that is like a present which caught the trio's attention.

"Huh?"

"I'll send her over to your base, but I need an address."

"Don't be. I'll be alright without her."

"No! I want to join you!"

As the trio stopped. Inazuma and Akashi are just as surprised as Louis.

"Eh!?" Louis exclaimed.

"Hawawawa! Really!?" Inazuma is surprised about this moment.

"After what I said about scrapping every single kanmusu. Are you sure?" Louis is reluctant to hire someone who is not a shipgirl in her base.

"Yeah. I just realised something… They are suffering, so I'll end it for them just like you." Ryuuji doesn't care what morality Louis has, as long as she's taking down the abyssal fleet with him. "I'm no longer a Teitoku, but a Vice Teitoku."

"Aoi-san…" Louis is surprised after hearing that she has a new recruit who was already a Vice Admiral. "Then I'm assigning you to be Vice Teitoku, the second in command, Aoi Ryuuji." Saluting along with Inazuma and Akatsuki, Louis smiled and was also serious about doing this in order to clear the Admirals' name despite wanting to do something uncalled for.

"Thanks, Teitoku." Ryuuji then salutes back and grinned at his new leader who is actually younger than him.

As the train already arrived, a small navy group along with pedestrians are entering the train.

"So what are you girls doing exactly?" Asked Ryuuji.

"Oh! We're cleaning and rebuilding our base so we can go back to fighting against the abyssals, nanodesu!" Inazuma answered.

"Eh!? They're still alive!?" Akatsuki exclaimed.

"Unfortunately… Didn't Murakumo-san tell you that already?" Louis sighed.

"Oh."

It may be a little unpleasant, but at least it's their reunion.

15:05 as peace had already started inside a moving train.

Inazuma, Akatsuki and Murakumo are asleep, and Louis and Ryuuji are minding their own business on their phones, Louis could tell that it's been a hectic day for her and she has a new shipgirl with her.

"I heard you're bringing everyone back together. I'm impressed." A voice called.

"Eh?" Louis turned behind herself.

"Ooyodo class light cruiser Ooyodo. Please leave the fleet administration supervision to me." Ooyodo introduced herself by pulling up her specs and turning her head towards Louis.

"Ah. Okay, so you don't want to battle then?"

"If you feel like it. But first, I'd like to know more about you, Teitoku Louis Amano." Said Ooyodo as she's holding out a notepad and a feather with ink on.

Another shipgirl obtained, another mystery to be solved as Louis is getting so much headaches for this.

Being an Admiral is a massive migraine to her.
