Dima's walk to the capital was long, and tiring. It took him two days of walking, and by the time he reached Lugnica he looked like a corpse. Almost immediately after arriving he went to an inn, got a room, and passed out for half a day or so. After waking up at noon and making a stop at the merchants guild to send some money to his family, he went to Karsten Manor to try and get some help from George.
As he entered the grounds, it was evident that the makeshift hospital in the yard was still in disarray. He traveled throughout the camp looking for George, but couldn't find him. Dima then decided to check inside the manor, and saw him sitting at a desk paying the discharged mercenaries.
"George, you got a minute," Dima said approaching him and catching George off guard.
"Why did you come back?".
"Long story, but i'm in a bit of a hurry," Dima replied, pulling out the handbook and taking out the maps and notes. "Can you tell me what this stuff says?".
"I can try," George said, taking out a pair of glasses and putting them on. "The map is of Einshold in Kararagi. I can't say much else about it since I don't know the language very well,".
"How do I get there?".
"It isn't too far from Priestella, maybe a week, so go out the west gate and follow the road to Priestella. I hear the border is closed so you'll need to figure out how to get across the Tigracy," George said, taking his glasses off. "You could probably get some smugglers or someone of that sort to get across,".
"Alright, so just head out the west gate and I should end up in Priestella,".
"Yeah, that's the jist of it, you could also probably find someone to translate the documents,".
"Thanks for the help," Dima said, taking the documents and stepping away.
"What happened to your tunic and armor?" George asked Dima.
"Lost it in a river," Dima said, turning back towards George.
"Here take this and be more careful next time you cross a river," He said grabbing, a green tunic and a bandolier to keep his axe on his back. "Can't have you travelling like that. Good Luck Dima,".
"thanks," Dima said, putting it on and heading out. Dima always felt bad about this kind of stuff. He wasn't in a position to refuse but he still felt bad about the charity he got for a problem he caused.
As Dima walked past the Western gate of the city he saw the road that would lead to his destiny. His destiny lay in yet another foreign land. At this thought he wondered if he should keep following it, but he reasoned that it can't be much worse than where he was at. He stepped forward and began his journey to the water gate city.
Author's Note: I didn't really know how to make this chapter longer without it being dumb, also I may have gotten addicted to Persona and Fallout NV and that's why there wasn't anything new for a while. I'll try to get back into it but I got shit to do so we'll see.
