Izuku starts taking notes as he mutters. He looks over his shoulder and shrieks like a little girl, jumping out his chair and landing on the floor with a thud, hitting his head from the fall.
"Ow."
"Heh, interesting no?"
"Why did you have to do that?"
"…Says the person taking notes on me from a wiki page."
Izuku grumbles and gets back in his seat, of course he got into the room by intangibility, it's an ability he has. He relaxes and smiles at Danny, letting him sit on his bed. He barely leaves a dent in the sheets as he is so light from being part ghost.
"How do you know where my room is?"
"Clockwork can tell when someone is accessing our world."
"Oh… I thought he was the ghost of time?"
"Well who says the cartoon is accurate?"
"…"
Izuku goes back to his notes and changes a couple things, Danny hums softly. He sways a little and is content. So he's a fictional character huh? Cool. Not the weirdest thing he's had happen to him. Danny takes out a small note book and flicks through it.
"So you were quirkless and Allmight is training you with One for All, you ate his hair to get that. Aaaand I have been asked to help you so you don't annoy Recovery girl."
"Eh?"
"Got stuff from Clockwork."
"O Oh."
Danny shows Izuku his page, basic information and quirk information.
"Why are you showing me this?"
"So you know that I can stop you if I can, you know, don't try anything on me."
Danny winks and leaves, Izuku frozen in place and now fearing for his life. He closes his note book and stares at the ceiling. His heart is about to burst out his chest, his hands curling into fists. He's dangerous, he has to watch Danny. He tries to calm down and takes a deep breath.
Danny lays in bed.
He looks at Clockwork and smiles.
"You're rubbing off on me."
"Of course, you're very impressionable Daniel."
"Shush Clocky."
"Get some sleep."
Izuku doesn't sleep much that night, taking as many notes on Danny as he can, he knows that Danny can find his notes books. He probably already has, he's too dangerous to be left alone. He can't see him become close to anyone. He ruffles his hair, dark bags under his eyes, even worse than usual. He snaps out his muttering state.
"Hey Deku-kun!"
"Good morning Midroyia."
"Oh…hey?"
"Deku-kun, are you okay?"
"Kind of, I don't know?"
Uraraka and Iida fret over Izuku as Danny comes in, a new desk in the front row so Danny can be observed easily. Izuku is extremely jumpy at seeing Danny and goes pale, his paranoia flaring up at seeing him. Danny smiles at them.
"Hey guys."
"Good morning Phan-"
"Danny, it's weird to be called by my last name."
"Oh, sorry." Uraraka smiles weakly.
"That is understandable Daniel, I am aware that America has a different culture regarding names."
"Heh, thanks Iida."
There is a pregnant silence.
"How do you know our names?"
"Some records I got, worth knowing names so I don't get confused."
"Oh, of course, that makes sense."
Danny notices how clingy Uraraka is immediately, suspicious as he knows her mostly normal behaviour from the anime. He keeps an eye on her as his suspicions grow throughout the lesson. Of course girls are hard to understand for him but he does his best with the help of Clockwork.
