Part 7 - Another Marriage Broken
As they all stood around, Dean with his best friend Seamus and his own wife stood back as they didnt want to leave just yet, and Fred and George took notice, so they too with their wives stood back and waited for a teacher to come forward, but it was Hermione and Jared who passed them, and Jared asked
"Everything ok here?" Fred said
"I dont want to believe none of us want to, but we suspect Ginny and Harry might know something about what happened to sweet Lily, as we other all loved her alot." Making Hermione nodded, as Jared frowned, as he looked around, said
"And Mr Potter and Mrs Thomas where are they?" At that they also looked around, as the ghost of Helena Ravenclaw, came forward and said
"We ghosts know where those two are and I am sadden and angered to say they went into one of the unused classroom on second floor, near the potrait of Helga's Common Room, Bloody Baron and Peeves are keeping an eye and ear open for anything more suspect."
Hermione gave Helena a kind smile, as she was known to be shy and not show herself too often, but after the war and everything else, she was more forward, as Jared gave his parents' a look who came straight down and over to them, as Dean looked abit heartbroken of what might going on in that classroom between Ginerva and Harry, but before any of them could react, the two was all the sudden in the Great Hall, almost nude and bound and gagged too. Peeves said
"I hope I did nothing wrong of doing to these two, but the castle itself also responded to what was going on in that room, and together we got them here again. As it seems they couldn't help themselves to break the marriage law rules, Headmaster. Yoo-hoo!" Some chuckled as it was alike him to make it bit of a joke but he was serious enough, as Headmaster said
"So you two decided to break the rules of the Marriage Law then, well consider yourself divorced from your LOYAL spouses, and expelled for atroicous behaviour, and we will - " Amelia with Sirius by her side said
"We will now give them verita serum and ask some questions, as Ms Weasley's mother told us through her own questioning, that the two had helped out to what Ronald did to his ex-wife."
Many gasped of this, and Hermione held a gentle hand on Dean's shoulder, and Sally-Anne was also there and was being held by Jared, in a hug, and he himself was glaring openly to the two idiots, Hermione didnt even give them a look she was more worried for Dean, and Sally-Anne of course.
Albus said
"I give you permission to give them the potion and questioned them here, so Severus?" Severus went up to the two with anger in his own eyes, forced their mouths open and then poured the potion down their throats, rubbing it down, so they wouldn't be able to fight it at all. Then they were both unbounded, and sat down, as Amelia asked
"What is your full name and date of birth and bloodstatus?" Harry said first in monotone tone;
"I am Harry James Potter, July 31st 1980 and Half-Blood." Amelia nodded as Ginny said
"I am Ginerva Molly Weasley, August 11th 1981 and Pure-blood." More nods, as Sirius said
"Seems it is working, so I ask, Harry Potter, did you or did you not know the plans of what Ronald Weasley and Molly Weasley was going to do his ex-wife, Lily Moon?" Harry tried struggled abit but forced to say
"No, I did not know until after it had happened to Lily, but they told she had been a willing witch the whole time and thought well good at least she was a willing witch for Ron. She deserved it." Hermione gasped angrily, and turned into Jared's arms, with Sally-Anne by her side, as both were upset of what he said, Sirius was furious, but kept his cool, said
"Ginerva Molly Weasley, did you know the said plans for Lily Moon former Weasley, ex-wife of your bastard brother, Ronald and your mother, Molly's plans?"
"Yes, I helped mom to brew the pregnancy potion and to make sure she was going to drink it with telling a little white lie of being a calm draught for her nerves for marrying my brother was disgustingly enough as she was not Hermione the Mudblood for him, she would have been a better choice and better to force into Ronald's bed, being a whore afterall."
Many were shocked in anger and disbelief of her words, Hermione was pissed that her hair was crackling madly at this point, Jared held her in his arms, and Sally-Anne was held by Dean who stood by Seamus and Maria, and they too had anger on their faces.
Sirius said
"Then you are being hereby arrested for your own part in what happened to Lily Moon, your marriage to Dean is also disolved as you are not allowed to be married to anyone, as you too will go to Azkaban and I will make sure Harry wont ever visit you either, for life. As his own marriage to Sally-Anne is in the works of if it will be dissolved after this horrendous behaviour as the two were warned and spelled to stay far from each other as you are second cousins and not ALLOWED to have a sexual relationship or a relationship at all. So mote it be."
Ginny's wand was snapped, as she was re-bound and gagged and taken away by two aurors that came with Amelia and Sirius, and Harry was given antidote for Verita Serum, Sally was so pissed that she went up and slapped him hard across his face, and said
"You and I are over, Harry, for how dare you conspire something that evil and even be with Ginerva, the biggest whore of the whole school as she slept around the school and around you when you two were dating, are you that BLIND and IDIOT HEAD? Well fuck you. Good luck now that you are not even allowed to visit or see Ginerva anymore, as you are NOT allowed to see that slut and whore!"
She then took off the ring and gave it to Sirius who took it, as Maria went up and hugged the crying, angry woman before themselves, as Harry held a hand to his redden cheek, and tried to gain contact with Hermione to save his ass, but she didnt even look at him, she was busy to console his now ex-wife and ex-husband of Ginerva too with Seamus and Jared. He huffed, as Sirius said
"I am going to take Harry home with me and Amelia as we feel he needs punishment and help with his clear issues, and we will keep him for next few months until we see he has changed, but until then he wont be back here nor able to see anyone. As we will take help of a Psychorist friend of yours, Jared."
At that Jared nodded his head, with a soft smile as he knew who Sirius meant and Harry looked frightened now, and tried to get away and hide, but Hermione saw it and stunned and bounded him, as she also told him how bad child he is, and that he will take the punishment like a grown man he seems to think he is afterall. He looked furious and betrayed at who he thought was his friend afterall.
Sally-Anne, Dean and Seamus with Maria excused themselves, and the others said of course go on but no words to others what had taken place here and they promised that was their business to tell the school later on about it.
Soon after they had left, Sirius and Amelia left with a bound and petrified Harry in tow back to their homes, and us others could go on with what the day had on their agendas, Hermione and Jared was going to visit Lily in the Hospital Wing, where Astoria had gone to see her friend and sister and brother-in-law also there.
