A/N: For those who guessed, yes I am making Cath the one who hates Bishop the most, since he's doing things against all she believes in.
Please read and review?
A door opened up in a dark room, then Bishop walked into it. The door closed behind them, then a bunch of panels lit up all around him as he walked forward, then leaned against screen, which had the E.P.F symbol on, before it changed into a waveform.
Bishop: Voice Identification: Agent Bishop. Log 493 – Zeta.
A larger screen above him showed those words, before it flashed the word 'Confirm'.
Computer: Voice Sample Confirmed.
Bishop: After successfully containing them...
The Turtles and Honeycutt all stood in the park, surrounded by black trucks, helicopters and men, all with flashlights over them.
..the Fugitoid and the six Mutant Turtle creatures that seem to protect it...
A truck fires a beam from its cannon, hitting and shocking the Turtles and Honeycutt.
"AGHHHHHH!" they yell.
..were effectively neutralized.
Two men in black lift Raph up against a table, which then straps him to itself.
At approximately 0300 this morning...
The two men push the table down, then wheel it towards a black truck.
..the captives were secured by my troops and taken to a top secret US Military Base.
The other Turtles get pushed on similar tables towards the truck.
Several Federtion Soldiers own a hallway in the base, one pushing Honeycutt on a table, with Gen. Blanque behind them.
There, I handed the Fugitoid over to General Blanque to...
Bishop smirks while standing by a panel, pressing buttons on it.
..do with as he pleased, while...
Two machines with dissection tools lower down towards the Turtles.
..I prepared the Mutant Turtles for dissection in my genetics laboratory.
Raph gasps as the machines move towards him.
There, I will...
A red light shoots from both machines to Donnie's legs, then they began to move up him, scanning him.
..unlock the secrets of the Turtles' mutant DNA to create an army of genetic super-soldiers. Yet, my work is not been without its snags.
Splinter lifts up a vent on the floor, then he, April and Casey climb into the room. Splinter cuts the straps of Raph, while Casey whacks Elisa's off with his baseball bat.
The Turtles'...
Mikey puts a blowtorch to Donnie's straps, as April holds a buzzsaw at Leo's, while Splinter cuts Cath's open.
..allies have released them...
Mikey and Cath stand near Leatherhead as he pulls himself up.
..and another Mutant known only as Leatherhead.
Bishop walks towards them all slowly.
However, they have just discovered there is more to me than meets the eye.
Mikey charges at him, then jumps and tries to whack him, but misses as he spins around. Bishop then grabs Mikey's forearm, then throws him over himself.
"WHOA!" Mikey yelps, hitting a table.
Bishop runs towards Mikey, then straps him to table, then kicks up a buzzsaw, and catches it.
Their defeat, recapture...
Bishop starts up the buzzsaw as everyone looks at him, and then holds it near Mikey, who sweats worriedly.
..and dissection is expected momentarily. Bishop Out.
In the lab, Mikey lay on the table, as Bishop held the buzzsaw near him.
"Watch where you're waving that buzzsaw, pal." Mikey said terrified, sweat pouring from his face.
Bishop pulled the buzzsaw back and turned to the other Mutants, April and Casey.
"Stay back, all of you!" he warned, as Splinter held his arms out in front of his other children. "Or this will be the end of Michelangelo. Your brother's life is in grave danger..." he held the buzzsaw close to Mikey. "..and you should have learnt by now, that I mean what I say."
"You monster!" Cath snarled in her head. "I swear, if you harm Mikey in any way, I'll make you pay if it's the last thing I do!"
"Yoew! Mommy!" Mikey cried, sweat pouring all over him.
He muttered nervously, before he kicked Bishop in the chest while getting his right leg free, knocking him away.
"Uh!" Bishop moaned.
"And you should've learnt by..." Mikey retorted, unstrapping himself as Bishop rolled backwards before getting to his feet. "..now to never take your eyes off me!"
The others all charged at Bishop.
"Get him!" Raph said.
Bishop threw the buzzsaw at Mikey, but Leo dived in front of Mikey, then sent the buzzsaw flying back at Bishop with his swords, but Bishop dodged it. He then ducked as Leo somersaulted over him, landing behind him, then they both turned to each other. Leo tried to slice Bishop with both swords, but Bishop dodged, then he dodged again as Leo tried to slice him downwards.
Raph charged and tried to stab Bishop, but Bishop grabbed his forearm, then used his Sai to block Leo's swords. Bishop then threw Raph over Leo, who ducked while Raph put his hands on the ground and flipped backwards onto his feet, then Bishop jumped back as Leo tried to slice him.
Bishop landed near a bunch of shelfs and drawers, as Elisa charged at him, then he ducked as she tried to slice him with her Kamas. He then backed away as she tried again, before he spun around and kicked her in the chest, knocking her away, landing near a table on her shell.
"OH!" she moaned.
Bishop grinned, then turned slightly as Cath charged at him angrily, spinning her Tonfas around. She then spun around tried to whack him with one, but he grabbed her arm as she did.
"Huh?" she gasped.
Bishop then punched her in the belly, then threw her over himself, then she landed next to her sister, only on her belly.
"OH!" she moaned.
Bishop then turned and ducked as Casey tried to whack him with his baseball bat, smashing a some beakers in the process with it. Casey then tried to whack him again, but missed as he rolled away. He then grabbed a fire extinguisher, then used it to block another whack from Casey, before he knocked Casey's bat back with it while getting up. He then sprayed foam from extinguisher, making Casey stumble back as it hit him, then he turned and sprayed some at Leo and Raph as they landed near him, making them stumble back.
"AHH!" they yelped.
Casey coughed slightly, before Bishop snatched his baseball bat from him, pulling it as he got behind Casey, making him bend backwards while holding onto the handle.
"AHH!" Casey grunted.
Bishop picked up a taser on the shelf, then hit Casey in the back it, shocking him.
"AGGGHHHHHH!" Casey yelled.
"CASEY!" April cried, as Bishop pulled the taser back.
Casey fell onto his knees, and then onto his chest, out cold.
Bishop spun around and backed away as April dived to kick him, who then landed beside Casey. Bishop then tried to tase her, but Donnie got between them and blocked the taser with his Bo, making Bishop lift it up. Donnie then used his Bo to whack the taser out of Bishop's hand, then tried to whack Bishop with it, but missed as he backed away, then Donnie pounced forward.
April leaned down beside Casey, then helped him up slightly, getting him to turn to her as he woke up.
"Oh, no!" April gasped.
Both Cath and Elisa pulled themselves up and stared at them both, not looking surprised.
"I knew it was only a matter of time." Cath smirked.
"So did I." Elisa smirked quietly. "We'll check the calendar to see who won once we get back."
Bishop backed away from Donnie, holding up Casey's bat, when Mikey jumped up behind him and wrapped one of his Nunchucks around it. Bishop then pulled the bat forward, taking the Nunchuck with him, which flew towards Donnie, before it wrapped around his Bo. Bishop turned to Mikey, then dodged a whack from his other Nunchuck, then he blocked a whack from Donnie's Bo with the baseball bat. Mikey grabbed his other Nunchuck, then Bishop ran past them both as they pulled their weapons back, before he turned to them both.
He backed away slightly as the three older Turtles came up behind him, while Cath joined Donnie and Mikey in front of him. He whacked the bat against his hand, then used it to block a stab from Raph, getting his Sai stuck in it. He then grabbed Mikey's forearm as Mikey tried to whack him, then wrapped the Nunchuck around the bat. He then pulled the bat down, taking their weapons with it, before dodging a stab from Raph's other Sai, then he got behind Mikey and kicked him, knocking them both away, before they hit the floor on their chests.
Elisa then charged at him, then tried to slice Bishop with her Kamas, but missed as he dodged, then he dodged another, before grabbing both her forearms as she tried again. Cath then charged at him from behind, then tried to whack him, but missed as he dodged and pulled Elisa around, making Cath hit her in the arm.
"OH!" Elisa moaned.
"Sorry-" Cath began, before Bishop split kicked them both, sending them flying across the room.
"AGGGHHH!" they yelled, before landing near a wall on their shells.
Leo then jumped over Raph and Mikey, then tried to slice Bishop, but missed as he dodged, then he grabbed his right forearm as Leo tried to stab him. Donnie then tried to whack him with his Bo, but Bishop grabbed it with his other hand, then he kneed Leo's sword up into the air, which got wedged into the lights. He then blocked Leo's other sword with Donnie's Bo, then grabbed his forearm and pinned it to the floor, before he stood on both their weapons.
"You have no idea what you're up against." Bishop smirked, fiddling with his glasses.
He jumped up and grabbed Leo's sword in the light, then dived down to slice Donnie with it.
"AH!" he yelped, holding his left arm over his face.
Bishop struck with Leo's sword, but Splinter blocked it with his stick.
"I suggest you surrender!" Splinter said.
He pulled his stick back, then jumped up and dived down towards Bishop, who blocked a whack from him with Leo's sword. Splinter sent more whacks at Bishop with his stick, but Bishop blocked them all with Leo's sword.
Raph charged at Bishop, then jumped slightly, locking his Sai with Leo's sword, then put his other on it, and pulled it out of Bishop's hand. Leo jumped up and caught his sword, before he landed in front of Bishop, who turned to Splinter.
"You are outnumbered!" Splinter said.
"Perhaps..." Bishop said.
He ducked and dodged as Mikey jumped past and tried to whack him with his Nunchucks. He then ducked as Donnie tried to whack him with his Bo from behind, moving backwards as he did.
"..but never outclassed."
Donnie spun around to whack him with his Bo, but missed as he backed away. Cath then came up behind him and tried to pounce on him with her Tonfas, but missed as he ducked, making her somersault forward to land on her feet.
Leo then jumped and landed in front of him, then tried to slash him, but missed by inches as Bishop backed away. Elisa then somersaulted over Leo, then landed in front of Bishop and tried to slice him with her Kamas, but she missed by inches as well as he backed away. Bishop then stumbled back, right into Leatherhead, who wrapped his arms around him and backed away while squashing him.
"Let me go?!" Bishop demanded, kicking his feet up, before Leatherhead turned to a table. "Let me go!"
He kicked his feet against the table, knocking it down, hitting Leatherhead in the leg, forcing him to let go of Bishop. Bishop then flipped backwards onto Leatherhead's back, then he jumped and landed on the drawers on the right side of the lab, then dashed across them.
"Bishop's got a little quickness in him." Mikey noticed.
"You can say that again?" Elisa asked sarcastically.
Bishop picked up a small case with six vials in off a drawer, put it in his coat, then he jumped from object to object towards the door, knocking over a panel as he landed on it while the door opened.
"Until we meet again, and we will." he promised. "Count on it."
He turned and dashed through the doorway and down the hallway, before the door closed. Raph and Cath began to charge after him, when Leo and Elisa both grabbed their shoulders, making them stop.
"Let him go, guys." Leo said. "We've got to find the Fugitoid."
"And what's gotten into you?" Elisa asked Cath. "I'm normally the angry one of the two of us."
Cath huffed and turned to her. "The way Bishop went on about dissecting us made me disgusted." she said. "It's against all I believe in being a Doctor."
"Oh..." Elisa said, understandingly. "I guess it would in your case more than the rest of us."
Up in space, a fleet of Federation Starfighters all flew towards the Triceraton Homeworld, then fired lasers at it. Two fired two lasers together, then three swooped towards the Homeworld, then fired their lasers and hit it before turning right.
Several Triceraton Starfighters came up from the other side of the Homeworld, starting a bunch of dogfights again.
On the bridge, several Triceratons all watched from the windows near their stations, as Zanramon and Mozar both stood in the center near the throne.
"Tri-Gunners to battlestations" Mozar ordered, approaching a panel. "Prime Shields to maximum power!"
He stared at the panel's screen, showing a scan map of the Homeworld and outside area, several blips on to show the Federation Starfighters.
"Mozar, report?!" Zanramon ordered.
"Yes, Prime Leader." Mozar said, turning around and bowing on his knees. "The shields are back up to 90%. Our defences are-"
"Silence!" Zanramon snapped, approaching him. "The fate of our entire race, depends on your efforts to find the Fugitoid, and you have yet to bring me results."
"Prime Leader, there is a war waging around us." Mozar pointed out, getting up.
"Don't you dare!" Zanramon snarled, pulling him onto his knees. "Bring me results, Mozar, or by the horn of hackerl, I will..."
He turned around and walked off.
"..see you disgraced and dishonoured, before a Triceraton Firing Squad."
Mozar gritted his teeth slightly.
In the warehouse, in the other lab, Honeycutt lay on a table, with a bunch of wires strapped to his chest, as a robot worked on him, with Blanque standing near them with his back to them, while more robots were by the panels.
"How close are we?" Blanque asked.
"All the connections are active, Gen.." one robot reported, turning to him. "We should have full access momentarily."
"You should've known better than to try to hide from me." Blanque told Honeycutt, turning to him. "Your Teleportal plans are mine, Professor. We're going to break you."
"No. No, please!" Honeycutt cried, turning away.
A robot stared at Blanque, as the panel near it flashed, and then the screen changed into different systems.
"Sir, I'm lowering our firewalls to give the mainframe full access." it explained, pressing buttons on the panel as it turned to it. "We've almost got it."
It stared at the screen as it flashed red, with black images on.
"Yes, we've done it." the robot said, turning to Blanque as the screens all began to turn green. "We're through."
Blanque looked around at all the screens as they turned green.
"Defence protocols deactivated." the robot explained.
"Ah, prefect." Blanque said.
"We have full access to his database now, sir." the robot explained, turning to a screen.
A screen began to blink several images of Honeycutt, as Blanque stood near some.
"With the designs for the Teleportal in our hands, not only will we use it to..." he stated, turning to Honeycutt. "..completely destroy the Triceratons, but nothing will stop us conquering half the known galaxies. Let the annihilation begin!"
One robot working on Honeycutt kept working on it, as Blanque turned around to the screens.
"Once the Teleportal plans are in our hands, begin preparations to teleport explosives into the very heart of the Triceraton Homeworld." he ordered, turning to the robots.
"Yes, sir." one said.
A red circler cross appeared on the screens over Honeycutt's image.
"Um, sir, there seems to be a bit of a problem." the robot said, turning around.
"What is it?!" Blanque demanded.
"The Teleportal plans, they're...they're not here." the robot explained, staring at a screen.
"Not here?!" Blanque exclaimed angrily, turning to a screen. "Then...then where are they?!"
"I erased them..." Honeycutt said, smirking.
"What?!" Blanque exclaimed.
"..before I returned to Earth. I knew you'd never believe me, so I needed to give you access to my memory, so you could see for yourself, they're really gone." Honeycutt smirked. "Now, if you'll excuse me?"
His metal body lit up, sending electricity up through the wires plugged into him.
"AH!" Blanque gasped.
The screens all went green with white alien writing going up them.
"Sir, it's taking over our system." a robot explained, turning to Blanque.
"Shut it down!" the Gen. ordered.
"It's too late!" the robot argued, turning back to the panel, pressing some buttons on it. "He's locked us out!"
The straps around Honeycutt's arms retracted themselves, then he sat up.
"You've opened your entire mainframe to me." Honeycutt explained. "I'm inside the system. I AM THE SYSTEM."
Blanque stared at him as his words echoed.
"As you should've remembered Gen., I designed most of the Federation mainframe for you." Honeycutt smirked.
"NOOO!" Blanque gasped, looking around the room, before turning to Honeycutt. "Stop him!"
He charged at Honeycutt and grabbed the wires, which shocked him.
"AGGGHHHHH!" he yelled.
The shock then sent him flying towards a panel.
"I'm sorry, Gen.. I cannot allow you to disconnect me." Honeycutt apologized sarcastically. "Not just yet."
Meanwhile, the Turtles, Splinter, Leatherhead, Casey and April all walked down a hallway.
"I know the Professor is somewhere in this rat maze." Donnie said. "Oh, uh, sorry, Master Splinter."
"Maybe they moved him." April suggested.
A bunch of screens on either side of the hallway lit up with the alien writing.
"Uh, maybe not." Mikey said worriedly. "Look?"
They all looked at the screens.
"What the?" Donnie gasped.
Honeycutt's face then appeared on the screens.
"To all the people's of the planet Earth..." he began.
"It's the Professor?!" Donnie gasped.
"What's he doing?!" Cath exclaimed worriedly.
(Outer space)
A fleet of Federation Starships and Triceraton cone ships move near the Earth.
"..and the warring nations that orbit above, I need you to listen to what I have to say. I am Professor Honeycutt..."
A Federation Cruiser ship moved a bunch of satellite dishes around.
"..and not so very long ago..."
On the bridge, the Officers and men sitting by the panels all gasped as Honeycutt's face appeared on the screen.
"..I tried to create an instantaneous transportation system called the Teleportal..."
A bunch of Earth satellites picked up the message.
"..a device intended to bring people together."
(New York)
Honeycutt's face appeared on all the neon signs in Times Square.
"An invention to be used for peace. But instead, it has become the prize..."
On the ground, dozens of citizens all gasped while staring at him.
"..in an insane and never ending war."
(Outer space)
On the Triceraton Homeworld, Honeycutt's face appeared on all the screens on the base, as Triceratons stared at one, one trying to cut the signal by pressing buttons on the panels.
"Now I beg the Federation and Triceraton forces to hear me? The plans for the Teleportal are gone!"
"Sir, it's all on frequencies!" the Triceraton by the panel explained.
"Scan him, you idiot!" Mozar barked, turning to him. "Get those Teleportal plans!"
(New York)
A few people stared at the TVs in a shop in Chinatown, which had Honeycutt's face on it.
"It is because of me, that this insane war has come to this planet..." he explained.
(A farmhouse)
Two men and a woman all stared at Honeycutt's face on a portable TV outside the farmhouse.
"..and so, it is left to me to put things right."
Meanwhile, one of Bishop's black trucks moved towards a large bunker building, then pulled up beside another. Bishop himself then got out of the truck, walked up a set of stairs, and soon walked towards a secret laboratory in another room. A man wearing a hi-tech eyepatch pressed buttons on a keyboard, while the screens showed Honeycutt's message.
"I have completely eradicated the technical specifications of the Teleportal device from my memory circuits." Honeycutt said.
"Sir, it's jamming all our lines." the man explained, as Bishop came up beside him. "Interfering with all phases of research."
"It's that tin-toy the Federation was after." Bishop said, staring at the screens. "Reboot the system and clear it!"
He took out the small case from his coat, as the man turned to him.
"I need these cell-samples analysed immediately." Bishop explained, handing them to the man, before showing him the vials. "The Turtles are gonna help me with my work, whether they like it or not."
In the warehouse, the Turtles, Leatherhead, Splinter, Casey and April all walked down a hallway.
"Just how big is this creepy underground garage?" Raph questioned.
"I have no idea." Cath shrugged. "I don't think we'd be able to navigate through this place even with a map."
"I won't argue there." Elisa agreed. "I bet even the owner of this place could get lost in here."
"It's gonna take forever to find the Professor." Mikey sighed.
Donnie stopped and turned to a panel against a wall.
"Maybe not." he said, approaching it, before he began to work on it. "Now that he's broadcasting, maybe I can hack into their system and trace where his signal's coming from."
"Of course." Cath said. "Good thinking, bro."
Donnie pressed a few buttons on the panel, then the screen above them all moved Honeycutt's broadcast to the top left corner, while the rest of it showed a map of part of the warehouse, with a blip showing where Honeycutt was.
"Got it." he said.
On the Triceraton Homeworld, Mozar stared at a panel screen, which showed the same image of the circler X over Honeycutt Blanque had received when his robots had tried to hack Honeycutt's memories.
"I don't believe it." he huffed. "He's telling the truth!"
Zanramon's throne rose up on the center of the bridge, which then turned around to Mozar.
"Mozar..." he said, getting up and walking to the edge of the center. "..report?"
Mozar turned to him. "The Teleportal plans are not with the Fugitoid." he explained.
"It's...It's some kind of Federation trick!" Zanramon assumed angrily, turning around.
He turned to a screen as it beeped, and then he gasped, seeing a Federation fleet heading right towards the Homeworld.
"Severe all links with the Fugitoid's transmission, and go to full alert!" Zanramon ordered.
"Yes, Prime Leader!" Mozar understood.
He turned around and ran towards three Triceratons working at a panel.
"Purge the Fugitoid's signal from the system!" he ordered.
"Rebooting, now." one reported, before the screens went blank.
The Federation fleet moved slowly towards the Triceraton cone ships.
"All ships, defensive manoeuvres!" Mozar ordered.
In the warehouse, in the lab, Honeycutt began to lose power, as he felt tried.
"My work here...is almost done." he said weakly.
Blanque stared at him horrified.
"And, so you won't go away empty handed, I do have one last gift. To ensure that you will learn the ways...of harmony." Honeycutt said. "May peace prevail."
His eyes shot down, then electricity came out of his body, as the wires plugged into him began to light up brighter.
Blanque and the robots looked up, as the screens all went red, then one by one, began to explode along with the panels.
"AGHH!" Blanque cried.
"Sir, he's uploaded a virus." a robot explained. "It's overloading all of our systems."
"We can't let it spread to the fleet!" Blanque gasped. "Initiate base isolation sequence!"
Outside the lab, the Turtles, Splinter, Leatherhead, Casey and April all ran down a hallway, but then stopped as the screens turned red.
"Aw, geez, what now?" Raph said.
"I have a bad feeling about this." Cath gulped.
Explosions began to go off all over the hallway.
"Hit the deck!" Leo yelled.
Everyone turned around and dived onto their chests as the explosions got closer to them along the walls, creating a massive smokescreen.
Once the smoke had cleared, they all saw the hallway had turned from yellow to bright red.
"Ah!" they moaned.
"Ow!" Donnie said.
"Okay, I've seen enough Bond movies to know, when the enemy base starts to blow up, it's time to go!" Mikey said frantically.
"Not without the Fugitoid!" Donnie argued, pulling himself up. "Come on, hurry!"
"He's right." Cath agreed, followed him as he ran off. "The Professor's our friend!"
In the lab, Blanque stared at the robots as they worked on the panels frantically.
"Sir, I think-" one said, before the room went dark.
"What? Report?!" the Gen. ordered.
"Sir, I've shut down the power to stop the virus." the robot explained. "The fleet reports no effects. It appears to have worked."
Honeycutt stared at them, then laid his head down on the table.
"Then...it was all for nothing." he sighed.
Outside the lab, the Turtles, Splinter, Casey, April and Leatherhead all approached a door.
"This should be it." Donnie hoped.
"Okay, but how do we get in with the power down?" Elisa inquired.
"Allow me?" Leatherhead said.
He approached the door, punched it twice, then began to pry it open.
On the other side, two Federation soldiers gasped while turning around, then ran off as Leatherhead pushed the door down. Raph, Elisa and Mikey all then jumped into the room with their weapons out, followed by the other Turtles and Casey.
"Professor?!" Donnie called, looking around.
"Professor, where are you?" Cath called worriedly.
Honeycutt looked up at them all, as Blanque and the robots stared at them.
"Donatello, Catharina, help me!" he begged.
"Cover us, guys?" Donnie asked, as a bunch of Federation soldiers turned to them.
Everyone charged forward, then Leo and Raph jumped and dived forward, Leo kicking a Federation soldier, while Raph split kicked two. Splinter jumped and kicked one, then turned and kicked another, knocking them out. Elisa then dived forward and kicked one with both legs, knocking him towards a panel, knocking him out cold.
Casey and Leatherhead both ran off, as Donnie and Cath both jumped up to the center of the lab, landing near Honeycutt. They both put their weapons away, then began to touch the wires plugged into him.
"Don't worry about me." Honeycutt told them. "Turn the power back on?"
"What for?" Cath asked.
"Stop them from blocking my virus?" Honeycutt begged.
"Professor...!" Donnie argued, before Cath pulled them both down to dodge a blast. "..it's too dangerous! Let's get you outta here!"
"I'm with, Donnie." Cath agreed.
"No. My friends, I know the risks, but it's the only way to stop this insane war once and for all." Honeycutt reasoned. "Please? Please, help me?"
"Ah... Alright, Professor." Donnie sighed.
"But it's against our better judgement." Cath sighed.
They both turned and jumped towards a panel, both kicking a Federation soldier away as they did. Donnie then kicked a third away, while Cath grabbed a fourth's arm, then picked him up and threw him over herself.
"OOHHH!" he yelled.
Donnie and Cath both then jumped and landed in a seat by a panel, then turned the seats around, and began to press buttons on it.
"I have a feeling we're gonna regret this." Donnie said.
"That makes two of us." Cath agreed, as a screen lit up.
Blanque and a few of his men all stared at them both.
"Stop them!" Blanque ordered, before his men charged forward. "They're trying to allow the virus to infect the fleet!"
Splinter spun his stick around, as four Federation soldiers surrounded him. He then whacked two in the legs with it, put his hands on the ground and split kicked the two behind him, knocking them all away.
Leatherhead whacked one in the chest as he jumped at him, then hit another with his tail, then punched a third, knocking him away, before he roared.
Donnie and Cath kept working on the panels.
"Just a few more seconds, and..." Donnie said, before pressing one last button.
The room lit up.
"Go, Professor!" Cath said.
Electricity began to go up the wires plugged into Honeycutt.
"Re-commencing viral upload." he said.
A panel behind him exploded, then a fire spread to the one Cath, Donnie and April - who'd ran towards them - were by, as a Federation soldier ran off behind them.
"Uh, look out!" Donnie yelled, as they turned around.
They dived onto their chests with their hands over their ears/ear areas.
The Federation troops - expect Blanque - all fled the lab, as more panels and screens began to blow up all around the place.
"NOOOOOOO!" Blanque yelled.
A beam shot up from the satellite on top of the warehouse, and then shot off into space.
Up in space, the beam hit the Federation Cruiser ship, making the virus spread to all its panels inside.
"Mayday!" the Capt. said, as the men backed away from the panels. "Mayday! Complete system overload!"
The men all turned and ran off as the screens shattered.
"Look out!" one yelled.
Another two gasped as they stopped and turned.
"Let's get outta here!" a fourth cried.
"AH!" a fifth yelped, as they all turned and ran off.
The virus then spread onto more Federation ships nearby, including Blanque's flagship, stopping them from moving altogether.
"All hands, collision stations!" the Capt. onboard ordered. "Repeat; collision stations! This is not a drill!"
A Cruiser ship crashed into it, then all the ships began to move out of control, a Starfighter twirling around before it crashed into another two, making them bounce away. The Cruiser ship with the satellites then shot downwards, as two more Starfighters crashed into each other, knocking them away, then another ship crashed into the back of another.
Up ahead, the Triceraton cone ships and the Homeworld all stared at the Federation ships, while moving closer.
On the Homeworld's bridge, Zanramon stared at them on a screen.
"What is it?" he asked. "What's happening to them?"
"Scout Leader, report?" Mozar ordered.
A few Triceraton Starfighters flew amongst the Federation ships, as the pilots looked around at them.
"Sir, they're... They're all completely powerless." the Scout Leader reported, shocked. "Every last ship. The entire Federation fleet is...is defenceless!"
(Triceraton Homeworld)
Mozar and Zanramon both stared at the Scout Leader on the screen.
"Awaiting orders, sir." he said.
Zanramon laughed evilly, seeing how he could end the war easily now the Federation fleet was like that.
"Hold you fire!" Mozar ordered, folding his arms.
"What?!" Zanramon exclaimed. "Commander Mozar, order your troops to attack immediately!"
Mozar gasped at the orders.
"The entire enemy fleet is helpless before us! Victory is at last within our grasp!" Zanramon sneered.
"There is no honour in attacking a defenceless enemy, Prime Leader!" Mozar argued, huffing disgusted.
Zanramon gasped, but then frowned and grabbed Mozar by the collar.
"This is not about ethnics, Mozar!" he snarled, as Mozar fell to his knees. "This is about the complete and utter annihilation of our livelong adversaries!"
They both turned to the screen, Zanramon angrily, Mozar worriedly.
"Open fire!" Zanramon ordered.
"At once, Prime Leader!" the Scout said.
The screen suddenly went red with the virus.
"Huh?" Zanramon muttered.
(Outer space)
The scout ship was infected with the virus, making all the systems go haywire.
"NO! What's happening!" the pilot gasped. "AHH!"
His panels begin to explode, but then he bailed out as his ship moved towards another. The pilot in the second turned to it, the bailed out before both Starfighters crashed into each other. The pilots from another two then bailed out before their Starfighters crashed into each other.
(Triceraton Homeworld)
"AHH!" Zanramon gasped, touching his head as Mozar got up. "It's spreading to our ships! Cut all contact with that Squadron!"
"But, sir, we can't leave them stranded!" Mozar argued.
"Do as I say! Cut them off, now!" Zanramon barked angrily.
Mozar turned around to the panel, then leaned his hand towards a button. He hesitated to leave his men to fend for themselves, but then reluctantly pressed the button.
"We are safe, Prime Leader." he said. "Whatever infected the Federation and our Scouts has not touched the rest of our fleet, or the Homeworld."
"Excellent." Zanramon smirked. "Now, ready the long-range cannons! We'll blow the Federates out of the sky from here!"
Just then, Traximus, Monza Ram and two other Triceratons came up behind him, all aiming blasters at him.
"We won't be carrying out that order, Zanramon." Traximus said, aiming a Gatling blaster, getting Zanramon's attention. "Or any other dishonourable command you might care to give."
The rest of the Triceraton Rebellion - including the remaining All-Stars - all entered the bridge, and aimed blasters at the Triceratons.
"Traximus! Monza Ram!" Zanramon exclaimed, turning to Mozar while pointing at them. "How did these traitors get in here?!"
"We walked." Traximus explained. "Now throw down your weapons!"
"No! No!" Zanramon spat, moving back. "Open fire, guards! Blast them where they stand!"
The Triceratons in the Rebellion backed away slightly, as the others stared at them, not knowing what to do, since they were the same species.
"What are you waiting for?!" Zanramon snarled. "Do it now!"
Two of the guards turned to each other confused.
"Mozar, do something?!" Zanramon ordered. "Can't you control your own men!"
Mozar gritted his teeth angrily, having enough of Zanramon's cruelty and unhonourable orders.
"Lower those weapons!" he ordered. "It's over!"
Four of his men dropped their blasters as they stood near Traximus and Monza Ram.
"What?!" Zanramon gasped. "What are you doing, Mozar?! What is this?! This is revolution!"
Traximus came up behind him and picked him up by his suit, before throwing him away.
"AGHHH!" Zanramon yelled, hitting the floor.
He sat up and gasped as Traximus stood before him.
"Revolution is usually what happens, when the world needs to change!" Traximus stated.
In the lab, April and Leatherhead both held a blaster up at three surrendering Federation soldiers, as Splinter and the Turtles - expect Donnie and Cath - all approached Gen. Blanque.
"Keep away from me?!" he exclaimed, petrified. "My troops will be here any second! You will all be destroyed!"
Raph growled as he came close towards him, Elisa not bothering to clam him down this time.
"Not today, Blanque!" Raph snarled.
He grabbed the Gen.'s uniform, then lifted him up, turned around, and then pinned him on the ground.
"Not ever." Raph smirked.
"You gonna stop him?" Leo asked Elisa quietly.
"Not this time. I'm enjoying this far too much." Elisa sniggered quietly.
The screens all went back to normal, then Donnie and Cath turned to Honeycutt.
"Professor, your virus has run its course." Donnie explained, as they approached him.
"That means you did it, Professor." Cath said.
"The Federation and Triceraton fleets are completely..." Donnie said, before they both noticed something wrong.
"Professor, you okay?" Cath asked worriedly. "Professor?"
Honeycutt's eyes flashed, but then spoke in a different voice.
"Greetings, I am Sal, A.B 21 servoutal class robot." he said. "How may I be of service? How may I be of service? How may I be...of...service."
He shut down and died.
"Professor!" Donnie gasped.
"NOOOOO!" Cath cried, tears spilling from her eyes. "NOOOOOO!"
She turned to Donnie and cried on his shoulder, as the others - expect Blanque and his men - all turned and stared at Honeycutt.
"We warned him. His...his robotic body was never meant to channel that kind of power." Donnie said sadly, wrapping an arm around Cath. "It...it burned out on him."
Leo touched his other shoulder.
"He knew, guys." Leo said. "But, he did it anyway. He was a true hero."
"He sure was." Cath cried.
Later, up in space, as Federation and Triceraton Starfighters floated around aimlessly, the door to the throne room opened up, showing the Turtles, Splinter, Leatherhead, Traxmius, April and Casey. They all walked down the hallway, were several Triceratons stood on either side of them - including the All-Stars - but then they all stopped and stared at Mozar, who held a Gatling blaster.
Traximus then approached him, then they both stared at each other, as the Turtles, April, Casey and Leatherhead all glared at Mozar. Mozar however, then handed Traximus the blaster, who took it.
"Let this be a signal of days to come. From this day forward, none shall sit upon the throne of the Triceratons!" Traximus declared, aiming it.
He fired it at the throne rapidly, destroying it, before he turned around and threw the blaster away.
"The Senate shall be reinstated and the Republic reborn!" he went on. "For too long, this senseless war has cost us our honour, and the lives of our finest soldiers. Let a new age begin!"
"Traximus, our forces have completed the rescue efforts." Mozar explained. "The Federation troops are being brought onto the Homeworld as we speak."
"We will treat them as allies, and our guests." Traximus explained. "Until we deliver them safely to the Federation, as our first gesture of peace."
"It will be done." Mozar assured, saluting with his chest.
"They're are but two prisoners that I must keep under lock and key." Traximus said.
In a cell bay, the two prisoners in question, where Gen. Blanque and Zanramon, who had cells right next to each other, both sitting on their beds, facing each other angrily.
"Perhaps, they will also find a way to make peace." Traximus hoped.
"This Triceraton stench is more than I can stand!" Blanque scowled, his arms folded.
"The only stench around here is your cowardice, Blanque!" Zanramon retorted.
"You want a piece of me?" Blanque snarled. "Then bring it on, ya stinking lizard, if you've got the guts!"
Zanramon growled as they both got up from their beds, then began sending punches at each other, but hit an invisible wall between them both.
"AGHH!" they growled.
Later, the Turtles, Traximus, April, Casey, Splinter, Leatherhead, Monza Ram, Mozar - who stood by a panel - and a few other Triceratons all stood around a coffin of some sort, which had Honeycutt in.
"I guess we oughta say something." Leo said sadly.
"I can't." Cath cried, tears weeping from her eyes. "It's too emotional for me."
"I don't know what to say either." Donnie said, walking forward. "Professor, I... I guess, mainly, I just want to say thanks. You were a good friend."
Cath looked down at the coffin as Donnie backed away.
"A really good friend, Professor." she said, finding her voice. "We'll never forget you."
Mozar banged his metal hand against a button on the panel, then the coffin began to rocket off, until it got into space.
"Not only will you live on in our hearts, but your noble sacrifice will endure forever, in the lasting gift of peace." Donnie said.
"You've really earned your rest, Professor." Cath cried softly. "Rest in peace."
The coffin glowed brightly as it flew off to who knows where.
A/N: About what I said earlier, about needing ideas where Cath and Elisa can go by the Time Staff, I'm still waiting for suggestions. I've only had one, but I need two since they can't be together during that mess. So please give me one if you have one.
