And here is the last chapter. Thanks for the support in this story. As always, I don't own anything you recognize except for Tara and Amber and whatever the story plots I modify. Everything belongs to their rightful owners. Without further ado, here is the next chapter.

I arrived to the device and watched as Bucky and Steve fought. "Steve!" I rushed forward as Steve managed to break Bucky's arm so he would drop the chip.

"Grab it!" Steve yelled. I managed to grab the chip and head to the targeting system. I brought up the targeting system and then I suddenly felt a shot go through my shoulder. Dammit, I'm tired of him shooting me in the shoulder.

"One minute, Tara." Maria said over the com. The slot finally opened up and I placed the chip inside. "Charlie locked!" I yelled over the com. I collapsed after that and held my shoulder in pain. I managed to form ice on the wound, slowing down the bleeding.

"Okay, Cap, Tara. Get out of there!" Maria ordered. Steve and I were quiet.

"Fire now." Steve said.

"But Steve..." Maria said reluctantly.

"Do it! Do it now!" I yelled this time. The Hellicarriers then fired on each other. I watched as Steve and Bucky fought some more. Steve trying to get Bucky to remember who he was but Bucky wasn't having it. Bucky then begins to punch Steve in the face repeatedly, Steve not fighting back. I managed to stand up and head over their fight, jumping down onto the railing.

"Bucky, you got to stop!" I yelled out but he ignored me. I didn't hear what was said but suddenly, Bucky stopped mid-punch and sat there frozen. I then noticed that the glass began breaking. "Steve! Bucky! Get out of there!" I yelled. I quickly grabbed a rail as did Bucky as Steve fell into the river below. "STEVE!" Bucky was quiet for a moment and then he let go and fell as well. I managed to let go and use my ice to slide down and landed on the ground below.

I watched as Bucky pulled Steve from the water and laid him on the shore. I hid for a moment and watched as Bucky walked away. I checked on Steve first before leaving and following behind Bucky. Once I was far enough from SHIELD, I called out, "Bucky."

He stopped and turned to me, confusion and caution written on his face.

"What do you want?" Bucky asked.

"Where are you going?" I asked curious.

"None of your business." Bucky answered.

"Do you even remember me? You knew me as Clarissa Davis. I was your partner and we did missions together." I explained, stepping up to him. He just looked at me before his eyes widened in confusion and realization.

"I...I remember...but not much..." Bucky said. I smiled a little.

"It's a start but it's time I introduced myself. I'm Tara Caine." I introduced with a smile. I then thought of something. I had been never been but Sam had told me about it. "There's somewhere I wanna take you that might help you remember. I know that's why you're leaving. I just wanted to see if you would tell me."

"Then you shouldn't have asked." Bucky said annoyed. I smirked.

"Come on, we're getting you some regular clothes and then I'm taking you somewhere." I said grabbing his hand and dragging him along. I knew he could easily pull away and leave, but he allowed me to pull him. He was probably just curious about where I was taking him.

"Why are you helping me?" Bucky asked lowly. I stopped and looked at him.

"I considered you a friend, Bucky. You saved my ass on more than one occasion, it's my turn to help you now. It's what friends do." I explained and he looked at me shocked. We then continued to the city and found a place that he could hide out while I quickly fixed my wounds. I don't think anyone would take it well if I went in a store and bled all over the place. Once that was fixed, I left and headed to the closest store. Of course, I had to guess his size so hopefully these would fit. I grabbed a plain black t-shirt, a cap, a pair of jeans and a brown jacket. I had a feeling he would look good in these. I went on and bought me some new clothes and changed into them right there. I made the purchases and headed back to meet up with Bucky.

I soon arrived and saw him sitting on the ground. I was surprised he was still there. I was expecting him to hightail it out of here and leaving me behind. "Here, hopefully these should fit." I said handing him the clothes and I turned and left, giving him privacy. After a few moments, Bucky appeared and I looked and blushed at the sight. I had to say, he looked good in his outfit.

"How does it look?" Bucky asked a little unsure. I smiled and nodded.

"It's look great. I have to say it suits you." I complimented. "Come on, let's go to that place I told you about." I grabbed his arm and lead him to the museum where Captain America's exhibit was. I remember in history class that Bucky was a member of the Howling Commandos so no doubt there should be something here about Bucky and considering he was Captain America's best friend. "Here." I said after a few moments of looking around. I blushed at the plaque of Bucky. Even back then, he was handsome. "This is yours." I said and I stood back and let him read and watch the video. He deserved to know who he was and where he came from.

After a few moments, Bucky left the area and I followed. We went outside and I asked, "Bucky, are you okay?"

"I'll be fine. Thanks for your help." Bucky said as he began to leave.

"Let me come with you!" I requested loudly. Bucky froze and looked at me.

"Why?"

"Like I said, I wanna help you." I said. "You're my partner and I wanna help you anyway I can." I said, trying not to blush. That dream I had with Bucky had to mean something. I wasn't gonna leave after that dream. Bucky was quiet for a moment.

"If you come, you won't be able to contact anyone." Bucky said.

"I know." I said.

"Are you sure?" Bucky asked.

"Yes, I wouldn't have asked if I didn't know the risk." I explained. Bucky was quiet for a moment and then nodded. I smiled and we headed off. I wasn't sure where this journey was going but I knew I wouldn't regret it one bit.
