The station was closed for their wedding so the crew decided to go all out and surprise Andy and Robert. Andy and Robert walked into the station and they couldn't believe what they saw. Andy's eyes filled with tears, happy saw the trucks beautifully decorated, with red and white roses, beautiful bows, ribbons draped on each vehicle and streamers throughout the station. There was a beautiful balloon display of a firefighter and a sign that said welcome to Andy and Robert's wedding Reception. Each doorway had a balloon display on each side covering the entire arch. There were hoses hung in a sway design in the main entrance of the tables had red tablecloths, with yellow and orange candles to create a flame-like setting. They walked in a little farther and saw this beautifully decorated box that guests could leave cards in. Andy looked to her left and grabbed Robert's arm, there was a huge wrapped box. They walked closer to it and Andy fell to the ground, tears started to roll down her cheeks, on the box was a tag that read: To my beautiful daughter Andrea, and my loving son-in-law Robert...Love, Dad. Robert's eyes began to fill with tears reading the tag. He bent down and picked Andy up and just held her. They both wondered what it could be, and who put it in here. Travis came around the corner and saw Andy and Robert standing there with tears in their eyes. Hey guys, he said with a smile, so this gift can't be opened until after your wedding. Before your dad died, him and I had many conversations, he asked me to keep this gift with me until you guys were ready for us all to know. Andy quickly hugged Travis and thanked him for being there for her dad, when he was too afraid to tell her he was dying. Travis and Andy have grown closer since Pruitt's death. Travis was being their best man at their renewal." As Andy, Robert and Travis went to head up to the beanery, the rest of the team came out of Maya's office. The team saw Travis walking in with Andy and Robert, and decided to go join them. Out of the corner of Andy's eye she saw Tia Sandra, her cousin Michelle, her uncle and mom walking through the reception desk doors. She smiled, and for the first time in a while the team could see how happy Andy was having her family back in her life and seeing how being married to Sullivan had changed her for the better. It's been a year since her dad died, and in that year they barely saw her smile, although they all blamed themselves for how they acted when they found out about her and Robert. The team knew they hurt her, they are her family and should have supported her and her choices,and they let her down. After a few moments they were all taken out of their thoughts when they saw Andy turn and walk to her family. They followed and Andy introduced the team to her family. Each member of the team hugged Andy's mom, aunt, uncle and cousin. Her family was so excited for her, and so was her team. After a few moments Travis said ok guys lets get this rehearsal dinner going. Andy and Robert smiled and agreed. They all headed up to the beanery and Travis turned and looked at Andy, and saw tears start to fall. As they walked in they couldn't believe how amazing it looked. They each had a card in their spot that had their name, so they all sat around the table. Robert looked to his right and saw an empty chair, but there was a name tag sitting there. When he turned it around he saw Pruitt's name and he looked at Travis confused. Travis told him it was a request from Pruitt, that he would have a seat at the reception. Andy was so shocked that even from heaven her dad was giving her what she wanted. Andy had questioned Travis, about how long he knew that her and Robert were married. Travis replied i knew since the day it happened but your dad asked me not to say anything to you or anyone that i knew, so i respected his wishes and waited until you were ready to tell us all. Both her and Robert smiled. Dean had cooked the meal, another request from Pruitt. Him and Vic set out the food like a buffet, and everyone got up and grabbed their food. They all ate and talked. Maya and Ben were on clean up duty. Once they were done cleaning up, they all hugged Andy and Robert. It was getting late so they all decided to head home. They each said goodbye, and away they went.
Once Andy and Robert got home, they both realized they wanted to write their vows to each other, since they didn't do that the first time, since it was a quick wedding so her dad could be there. Son Andy went up to their bedroom and grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and sat on the bed. Robert stayed downstairs in the kitchen to write his. They wanted to surprise each other in the morning at their vow renewal. About an hour later they both finished writing their vows, it was around 11:30pm and they needed to head to bed. They both changed into their comfy clothes, Andy crawled into bed and Robert came in behind her and pulled her close, she rolled over and they kissed each other goodnight. The next morning came so quick, it was 7:00am and Andy and Robert had to get up to get ready. Their vow renewal ceremony was at noon. They both headed downstairs to have some breakfast. Robert made pancakes and bacon, while Andy brewed a pot of coffee. Breakfast was done cooking, they both sat down and ate. Once they finished eating, they both cleaned up the kitchen together. Robert grabbed Andy by her waist and spun her around, so she was looking at her. She smiled at him and kissed him! Robert asked Andy, are you ready for today my love? Andy replied yes babe I am. Robert noticed Andy looked a little sad, baby what's wrong? Andy told him nothing and just wrapped her arms around him, and hugged him tight and said babe please don't ever leave me! When she said those words he knew exactly what was wrong. Baby look at me…I'm not going anywhere, you are stuck with me til the day we die! He knew she was missing her dad, since his one year anniversary of his passing was two days ago! She started to cry and hugged him even tighter not wanting to let him go. It was 9:45 and he said let's go get ready for our special day, she looked up at him and smiled. She knew her dad would be there with her in spirit. He kissed her forehead, and she jumped in his arms, so he carried her upstairs so they could shower. He put her down in their bathroom, Robert started the water and they both undressed. Andy climbed in and Robert followed. He knew Andy wasn't up for sex today, as they usually would when they showered together. But he respected how his wife was feeling and just wanted to be there to comfort her and make today as special as he could. He had made a slight change to their plans today. It was a surprise for Andy so she could feel her dad's spirit with her. They finished showering, but Andy wanted to stay in a few minutes longer, so Robert hopped out and went into their bedroom. He quickly texted Travis, asking him if he could swing by and grab Pruitt's ashes and set them outside next to the spot by the engine that he and Andy would be standing at? Travis of course said yes i'll be by shortly. He also had asked Travis to get the team together, pul the trucks out front, because he wanted them to renew their vows at the station, the place Andy's dad loved. Travis said you got it. He sent out a group text asking everyone to got to the station instead of the church. He also knew Andy and Meredith had gotten close, so he called Meredith to ask her if she could officiate their wedding. She was happy to do so and said yes. So with all the changes Robert has made to surprise Andy, knowing she would love it, he smiled and walked in the bathroom to only find Andy in a ball crying. He shut the water off and picked her up. He knew today was hard on her with her dad not there. He carried her into their room and just held her. She just held onto him, she then looked over his shoulder and saw it was 11:30 and they had 30minutes til they had to be at the church, well at least that's where she thought they were going. She quickly got ready, and did her hair. They left at 11:50, they were only a 5 min drive from the station. On the way their Andy looked at Robert and questioned why they were going to the station now. Robert looked at her and said baby i have a surprise for you. They pulled up in front of the station and Robert looked at Andy, and noticed the smile on her face and the tears falling down her cheeks. She couldn't believe what her husband had done for her, especially when she saw all their family and friends standing outside waiting for them, especially Meredith.
"It was time for the ceremony to start. Robert was standing in front of the engine, waiting for Andy to walk down. She had her uncle walk her down the aisle. Once she got by the engine she saw her dad's urn sitting on the engine and she smiled and Robert took her hands, and whispered i love you. She smiled and said thank you babe for having papi here with us, i love you too. Meredith was standing between the two smiling. They reminded her so much of her and Derek. Meredith asked, are we ready to begin? Andy and Robert smiled and said yes. Meredith started: We are gathered here today, to celebrate one of life's greatest moments, and to cherish the words which shall unite Andy and Robert in marriage. Marriage is the promise between two people who love each other, who honor each other as individuals, and who choose to spend the rest of their lives together. This ceremony will not create a relationship that does not already exist between you. It is a symbol of how far you have come this past year. It is a symbol of the promises you will make to each other to continue growing stronger as individuals and as partners. No matter what challenges you face, you now face them together, and no matter how much you succeed, you now succeed together. The love between you joins you now as one. Now the bride and groom have a few words to share:

"They all headed into the station, to start the reception. They ate, they danced, and they partied, and celebrated their hearts out. The reception lasted about two hours. Travis got up and asked for Andy and Robert to come to the front and stand by him, so they did. Travis announced it was time for them to open the little box from Pruitt. Andy and Robert read the card and opened the small box. They could believe their eyes, in the card were two plane tickets for them to leave for the Bahamas tomorrow morning, to have their honeymoon they didn't get to take when they originally got married. Andy and Robert were left speechless. Her dad really had everything planned out before he died. In the box was keys, and a card, this one was a timeshare in the Bahamas so they could go whenever they wanted. Andy started to cry, and Robert too, they just smiled and hugged each other. Andy asked Travis, so when do we get to open the big box, they were all curious as to what was in it. Travis said not yet, not until a month after you come back from your honeymoon. She just looked at him puzzled. Everyone had placed cards in the card box, Andy and Robert would open them at home. It was getting late and they had an early flight, everyone congratulated them and they headed home./span/p
