A Hat in Time Renaissance Season 3

StoryBook 7:Shapeshifter's Revenge

Hat Kid's ship bed room.

Hat Kid and her friends where doing normal, Hat Kid was drawing something on her desk, Bow Kid was playin with her new cat and Mustache Girl was swimming in the pillows untill.

"? ?:freeze!"

Officer Kid destroys the door from Hat Kid's bedroom and blasts Hat Kid with a lighting beam that can turn into electrical light purple handcuffs. He did this with Bow Kid and Mustache Girl too.

Now the three where side by side

"Mustache Girl:WHATS THE MEANING OF THIS!"

Puella comes inside Hat Kid's room, she had a tough expession.

"Puella:alright i have some questions for you 3 and i want to hear honest answers"

"Hat Kid:whats going on here!"

"Puella:Hat Kid whats was the first word you said as a baby"

"Hat Kid:i want a Corgi!"

"Puella:thank goodness"

Officer Kid deactivates his power on Hat Kid and she was free.

"Hat Kid:im free!"

"Puella:thank goodness it's not you"

"Mustache Girl:what the peck going on here!"

"Puella:well long story short, the shapeshifter broke free from time jail, and right now he is hiding in your ship."

Hat Kid, Bow Kid and Mustache Girl gasped

"Mustache Girl:you mean one of Moonjumper's minions!"

"Bow Kid:wait if he's here that means he could be one of us."

"Hat Kid:any of us?" Hat Kid's expression changed to a though expression

"Hat Kid:Mu im gonna ask you something that only the real Mu would know, how did we met"

"Mustache Girl:well girl you where stalking me, i didn't like it"

"Hat Kid:Guard Kid let Mu go"

Officer Kid cancels his power on Mu and she was free.

"Hat Kid:now Bow Kid who is your favorite person to hang with"

"Bow Kid:umm Patricia?"

"Hat Kid:yep it's her, let her go"

Officer Kid let's Bow Kid go.

"Hat Kid:well now that this is over i guess we havee to find where he..."

Hat Kid's pulse communicator sounds an alarm, she checks the hologram and it says that she's late for something.

"Hat Kid:oh no where late to film Murderer in The Owl Express 2 for the second Annual Team Bird Movie Awards!"

"Puella:well im afraid it's not a good idea to go to earth right now so in the meantime we could..."

Puella closed her eyes for a second and when she opened them again.

"Puella:and they literally went outside without my permission just great." Puella face palms

Office Kid pulls Puella's cape to call her atention.

"Officer Kid:um Puella the shapeshifter is not here anymore, i can't sense his presence"

"Puella:then where could he be now..."

Puella realised something.

"Puella:he must be going to earth!"

"Officer Kid:well then i guess im gonna follow the girls"

Puella activates her pulse communicator.

"Puella:well let me just give them a warning"

Hat Kid, Bow Kid and Mustache Girl where arriving in the Owl Express with their flying chairs at light speed.

Then Puella's message was activated automatically on the girl's pulse comunicators.

"Puella*Message*:Hat Kid, Bow Kid Mustache Girl, your all in grave danger, The Shapeshifter is currently following you to earth so your mission is to find him so we can get him back in time jail."

Puella's message ended but the girls where going so fast that their faces had distorted expressions and they couldn't open their mouths forcind their tongues out.

"Mustache Girl:Hat Kid did you hear something!"

"Hat Kid:i don't know this fast speed makes it difficult to hear"

the girls where finally close to the Owl Express

"Bow Kid:where almost there, prepare to eject!"

The Girls take of their seatbelts as they land at the back car of The Owl Express.

Hat Kid knocks the door and Conductor answers.

"The Conductor:lassie your here,so where ready to shoot Murder in The Owl Express?"

"Hat Kid:do i?"

"Mustache Girl:im so excited!"

"The Conductor:and your other weird friends are here too."

"Mustache Girl:wait so Glasses Kid and Cowboy Kid are coming too?"

"Hat Kid:actually just Cowboy Kid and someone else"

Hat Kid gets closer to Mu's ear and tell her in a low voice

"Hat Kid:also she wanted to see a real strigspacious."

"Mustache Girl:ooooohh i get it"

"The Conductor:well should get in now, i don't want those peck necks causing trouble on me train again."

The girls and the conductor enter the first wagon. Inside was Cowboy Kid along with two more Art Kid when they saw Hat Kid, Bow Kid and Mustache Girl, they went to greet them while The Conductor was busy with something

"Cowboy Kid:hey your all finally here"

"Art Kid:you must be Mustache Girl nice to meet you"

"Mustache Girl:so wait let me guess, Art Kid"

"Art Kid:thats right, oh Hat Kid at first i thought you where crazy when you said there was actually a strigspacious here but you wheren't lying, and now im looking at him closely so i can make a painting of an actual Space Owl, my painting will go to Time's End Museum"

The Conductor returns to the first car this time bringing DJ Grooves.

"DJ Grooves:where ready to shoot the movie again"

"Hat Kid:wait are you two working togheter again"

"DJ Grooves:well we may have had rough start but this time we have one reason in common to compete again"

"The Conductor:where gonna show that Tourist guy and Steve who makes the best movies"

"DJ Grooves:and where ready to shoot now darling so come on in."

"Mustache Girl:well let's get started and this time im gonna be the star!"

"Hat Kid:well let's get started!"

Hat Kid and the rest go to the other cars while an Express Owl revealed himself to be, The Shapeshifter.

"The Shapeshifter:so my enemies are scoring a movie?, well it's about time i have my revenge!"

After finishing the movie:Hat Kid, Bow Kid, Mustache Girl, Cowboy Kid and The Conductor and DJ Grooves where sitting at a table in the cafeteria, discussing about how the movie went

"DJ Grooves:well now that the movie is finished i think we can relax for a while"

"Art Kid:i still can't belive Hat Kid was the murderer the whole time,m well im going to the first wagon to finish my painting."

Art Kid gets up and goes to the first wagon.

"Mustache Girl:well i say that was one amazing movie, but the dance segments where weird."

"DJ Grooves:hey ! i wrote those segements, that was rude !"

"The Conductor:well i think where getting close to our next stop!"

"The Conductor goes to the front of the train and stops it on the next station and then goes to the back of the back of the train to greet the new passengers.

"The Conductor:all aboard!"

"? ?":well it's about time we see your progress!"

"? ?:hey son how is it going in the Owl Express!"

The Conductor was really surprised when he saw that his parents arrived, they looked like normal Express Owls.

was holding a check list and a pen.

"The Conductor:oh mom, dad so what brings you to the Owl Express" This was truly an awkward situation for him, he was sweating a lot.

"Mrs Conductor:where here to inspect your train and it's passengers"

"The Conductor:WHAT!? Mean sure just give a second"

The Conductor Rushes to the cafeteria, grabs the Murder on The Owl Express 2 reel and throws it out of the window.

"DJ Grooves:hey what was that for!"

"The Condutor:long story short, i forgot today was train inspection day!"

"Hat Kid:whats inspection day?"

Conductor was really frustrated.

"The Conductor:it's when my parents come once a year to check if the train in it's best shape, if i don't pass the inspection i will lose the train and i won't be The Conductor anymore!"

"Bow Kid:so what should we do then?"

"The Conductor:just act like your all enjoying the ride you PECK NECKS! or you'll all get banned from the Owl Express FOREVER! well technically where all getting banned."

Everyone gulps.

Then Conductor's parents go into the cafeteria wagon.

"Mrs Conductor:alright let's see how the cafeteria looks."

After looking a little she checks that it is in good condition.

"Mrs Conductor:it looks good but where are your employees"

"The Conductor:i don't need employes, im the only person this train needs"

"Mrs Conductor:good boy!, you get one more point"

Mustache Girl gets closer to Hat Kid and whispers.

"Mustache Girl:i think this woman has issues."

Hat Kid punches Mustache Girl's shoulder lightly.

"Mrs Conductor:what did you say peck neck!"

Hat Kid was sweating now.

"Hat Kid:she said your beautifull"

"Mrs Conductor:oh thank you lass"

"Mr Conductor:well it looks like someone is not getting purple today!"

"Mrs Condudtor:PECK YEAH!"

Then suddenly the room goes dark for a second and the lights returns to normal.

"? ?:AAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Everyone hears someone screaming.

"The Conductor:whats happening here!"

"Hat Kid:it's coming from the first wagon!"

"Bow Kid:let's go!"

"Conductor's Mom:and for this black out you lose a point, you should fix this right away.!"

Conductor's Mom just stared at The Conductor, her eyes where empty of emotions and she was slowly building anger.

"The Conductor:noooo!"

Mr Conductor starts a shoulder massage on Conductor's Mom.

"Mr Conductor:calm down honey, or you'll get purple again"

"Mrs Conductor:*sigh*fine let's check the first wagon"

Everyone arrives at the first wagon and they find Officer Kid next to Art Kid as they looked at a sabotaged painting of The Conductor that from the looks of it was him flying throught space for some reason, Art Kid was crying.

"Art Kid:why!"

"Hat Kid:oh hi Art Kid whats the reason your crying?"

"Art Kid:it's my masterpiece, it's ruined!"

Officer Kid slaps Hat Kid and holdes her by the shirt near the neck.

"Officer Kid:and this is all your fault!, if you listened to Puella the first time The Shapeshifter would't have followed you here!"

"Everyone but Hat Kid and Guard Kid:The Shapeshifter?!"

"Officer Kid:an evil space criminal capable of changing his form, he could be anyone of us so for the being, lock this place up"

"Mrs Conductor:so first the lights go off and now a space criminal in the Olw Express!, you lose 2 POINTS!"

Mrs Conductor marks with an X the parts on the checklist that say "safe agaisn't criminals" and was about to mark the other with an X but.

"The Conductor:well if this is actually a life and death crisis then no one is leaving until that shapeshifting peck neck is caught"

The Conductor grabs a remote wich activates gates that locked all the train's exits.

"Mrs Conductor:oh so you installed a lockdown protocol? impressive!, this means you'll only lose one point"

"Hat Kid:well now that where locked in i guess we should should look for the criminal and i know just what to do."

Hat Kid snaps her fingers and literally in a second she gets into her detective outfit.

"Bow Kid:wow cool"

Bow Kid changes into her detective outfit.

"Mustache Girl:don't forget me!"

Mustache Girl changes into her detective outfit.

Shortly after

"Hat Kid:Now it's time to interrogate, and since everyone is a suspect then trust no one and look for clues. Bow Kid, Mustache Girl. Will look at the rec room. DJ Grooves, The Conductor, Mrs Conducutor and Mr Conductor will look at the Vip Room and finally Officer Kid and finally Art Kid, Cowboy Kid and Officer Kid will look for clues at the Cafeteria and im going to wait until someone calls."

Then everyone scatered leaving Art Kid behind, her eyes glow red for a moment as she laughs maniackly but Officer Kid gets back to the first wagon's door and pulls her out.

Conductor, Grooves, Mrs Conductor and Mr Conductor where in the vip room looking for clues, The Conductor looks under a table near the entrance and finds a shovel

"Mrs Conductor:and the vip room looks good enough for you to get one point."

"DJ Grooves*thoughs*:im starting to think those parents are a bad influence

"The Conductor:Grooves i found something!"

"DJ Grooves:let me see it darling"

The Conductor moves away from the table and DJ Grooves crouches to see the shovel

"DJ Grooves:i think we found our first clue."

Mrs Conductor looks under the table too.

"Mrs Conductor:shovel under the table? Minus one for the unexpected object"

Hat Kid. Bow Kid and Mustache Girl where looking at the rec room.

"Hat Kid:well here we are, let's start looking for the clues."

The three girls searched the rec room until

"Mustache Girl:hey i think i found something!

Mustache Girl removes a billiard chalk board from the wall, Hat Kid and Bow Kid went to Mustache Girl to see what she found, it was a message saying "Revenge, Revenge,Revenge"

"Hat Kid:wow thats creepy"

"Bow Kid:wait is that blo... Hat Kid what are you doing!"

Hat Kid tastes the red liquid.

"Hat Kid:it's ketchup but i can't find any finger prints."

Then DJ Grooves opens the rec room door and shouts.

"DJ Grooves:Darling we found something"

Vip Room

Hat Kid looked under the table and saw nothing.

"Hat Kid:did you really find a shovel here?"

Hat Kid gives DJ Grooves a dissapointed look.

"The Conductor:it was right there, under the pecking table! this is a disaster!"

"Mrs Conductor:well you lose 2 points!"

"The Conductor:why!"

"Mrs Conductor:well you said this was a disaster and your right this is a disaster, i've made a huge mistake coming here to check the train, your obviusly doing a bad job with it.!"

"Mr Conductor:calm down honey, maybe going to the sauna will cheer you up"

"Mrs Conductor:fine

The Conductor's parents went to the sauna leaving only Hat Kid, Bow Kid, Mustache Girl, The Conductor and DJ Grooves

"Bow Kid:well i guess we should scatter again and continue to look for clues"

"Hat Kid:Me, Bow and Mu will look on the locomotive while you two look at the lounge

Meanwhile in the sauna.

"Mrs Conductor:this is life, i still forget that im not The Conductor anymore even though my name is literally Conduc... peck this is so pecking confusing!"

"Mr Conductor:relax honey relax"

"Ms Conductor:alright i will you peck neck!"

Then suddenly the Conductors where blinded by the smoke that was overflowing

"Mrs Conductor:whats going on, WHO TURNED ON THE OVERFLOW!"

"Mr Conductor:im scared wait who is grabbing my leg!"

"Mrs Conductor:someone is grabbing mine too! HEEEEELP!"

Lounge Wagon.

The Conductor and DJ Grooves where still looking for clues they looked everywhere until Mr Conductor shows up at the lounge.

"Mr Conductor:SON SON!"

"The Conductor:dad?"

"Mr Conductor:your mother, she's missing"

"The Conductor:what happened"

"Mr Conductor:follow me to the sauna"

The Sauna.

"Mr Conductor:we where relaxing here but then the sauna overflowed!"

"DJ Grooves:i don't see anything!"

"The Conductor:how did it overflow"

Mr Conductor smirked and got a controller from his pocket and presses a button

"Mr Conductor:like this"

The sauna starts to overflow again, both Conductor and Grooves couldn't see anything, it was a bad experience

"DJ Grooves:Whats happening here!"

"The Conductor:i don't know"

"The Shapeshifter:you fell for it"

The Shapeshifter kidnapped DJ Grooves and he was about to kidnap the Conductor by hitting him with a shovel he anticipated his attack and blocked it cutted the shovel's wood in half with his feathers came out and his sleever where torned out.

The Shapeshifter was crawling backwards to the door

"The Conductor:so you must be that space criminal that officer lad was talking about, you may have kidnapped me parents and DJ peck neck but you made a mistake when you started the overflow, i don't have eyes, i look at things with me senses and now it's time you got back to the dog house"

The Conductor grabs The Shapeshifter by the hood but The Shapeshifter kicked him right on the you know where and ran away.

"The Conductor:oww thats cheating you peck neck, it hurts"

The Locomotive

"Hat Kid:well we looked everywhere but no signs of potential clues or weapons"

"Mustache Girl:well there is one place where we didn't look."

"Bow Kid:the engine room"

But suddenly the room goes dark and the only thing the girl's could see was their eyes.

"Mustache Girl:and the room suddenly went dark just great" Mu was being sarcastic

"Bow Kid:i have a bad feeling about this"

"Hat Kid:then stay close girls, i think where not alone"

And when the girls looks behind, they saw a lot of eyes.

"Hat Kid:oh no"

The girls where screaming as they where getting kidnapped...
