I just added a little paragraph to the end to clear things up a little.

I figured Percy would want time alone in his cabin, so I just told the Big 3 kids to leave him. Boy how wrong I was. It was about 3AM when I woke up to Percy's scream. Me and Jason ran as fast as we could to him. We were the closest to his cabin so we made it first, followed closely by Annabeth, Hazel and Nico. I was sure more people were worried but didn't want to intrude just yet. I could tell Will was at the door ready if there was a medical problem and the rest of our friends were probably waiting too.

Annabeth ran over to Percy and held him. There were tears in his eyes. 'What the Hades happened in his dream'. I knew they were bad but Percy doesn't cry.

"Percy wake up, wake up." At this point Annabeth was shaking him. He just stayed, still. "Is he breating" Annabeth cried tears falling from her face.

I'm guessing Will heard from his post outside and came in.

"Yes, but barely. What the Hades happened." That was everyone's question. No one knew. We heard a scream and ran.

We all stood around Percy waiting for him to wake up. It took a bit of Jason and Nico splashing him in water, Will dribbling nectar in his mouth, Annabeth and me held Percy's hand and Hazel next to Annabeth whispering encouragements to the unconscious boy.

I vaguely heard Clarisse outside telling younger campers to go back to bed and calming down our closer friends. Leo tried convincing Clarisse to let him through, but she told him in a calm voice I didn't even know she could muster. "He'll be ok but right now there are enough people in there. When one of them says It's ok and Will lets you see him then you can."

It was the longest 20 minutes of my life and I could tell everyone thought the same. Until finally his sea green eyes cracked open, just a little, but enough to see the fear.

"What happened" Annabeth cried.

"War...can't win...Pontus..will.." Percy tried saying between raspy breaths, but his voice failed him. We all saw the fear in his eyes.

Jason, being the calm one to talk said in almost a whisper it was hard to hear "who's Pontus."

The fear in Percy's eyes told everyone that Pontus was the threat we are facing in this war. "The sea.. Pontus is the sea.. like..Gaea." Percy still couldn't talk and his words came out in.

Annabeth gasped-she figured it out. "The primordial of the Ocean?" she whispered, eyebrows raised in shock. Percy nodded. "But that's impossible. He always stayes neutral like.." Annabeth stopped "Oceanus."

I saw where she was going with this "but he rose against Poseidon during the titan war with his brethren."

"Do you think Pontus decided to side with Gaea but wait a little." Nico whispered being the only other on to understand what was going on.

The world started spinning. 'Nonononono this is bad really bad.' I thought. I almost didn't feel Wills hands as he guided me towards my bed where I passed out, most likely from the horrible ion I came too.

From the looks of everyone's faces they were scared. Thalia just passed out, Annabeth looks like she's seen a ghost and well the reason we are hear Percy's scream. However I don't think Jason, Hazel or Will fully understood what this new realization meant. Hazel confirmed this when she asked "Should I tell Chiron." All me and Annabeth could reply with was a nod.

If what we've seen and heard of Percy's powers holds true to Pontus, Then we might all die without a fighting chance. Percy can control all water, cause earthquakes and who knows what else. Pontus would be that on another level. Percy is scary enough when he's on your side. We've always joked about how you don't want Percy as an enemy but I've never thought about his father, Oceanus, or Pontus or well what I've heard of him anyways. They hold Percy's power but with more control, more damage can be done by them.

But I can't look scared not with Hazel and not with Percy. This whole war will be on him n, he needs whatever support he can get. He'll need us to look brave so he doesn't feel as horrible. I locked eyes with everyone I'm the room who was awake silently sending the message. They understood. We will stand by him no mater what. Like a family. No we are a family. The 7, me, Thalia, Will and even Grover. Family is not who you are given but who you choose. If being a demig-d tought me anything, it was who my real family is.

With that thought I felt will pull me to my bed. I heard him do the rest with everyone else. I guess we all passed out after that.

chiron*

I was not too far when young hazel came to find me. I heard Percy's screams and came like everybody else. It was no surprise when Hazel told be to "come, It is Percy's dream."

When I got to the cabin however, all the demig-ds were asleep. Even Will decided to stay. I had Hazel go to sleep and said to tell me in the morning.

I have never done this before but tonight it seemed needed, I parked my wheelchair in the corner to keep an eye on the demig-ds.

Ok another chapter done. So this is mostly a family building chapter where I establish the 'family'. Like Nico said in a demig-d life their family isn't who they are given but who they choose.

Sooooooo This is the big 3 fam:

Thalia is the big protective sister over everyone

Jason is the big protective brother with Percy but Jason is also protective with Percy as in my mind he is 'older' if that makes sence with his Roman training. Also Jason and Percy are like the 2 close bros.

Nico is protective over Hazel but to everyone above him he is the little bro who needs protecting. He says he hates it but he really loves it.

And Hazel's the lil sis because she's the youngest but lets face it she can hold her own as well as the rest can.

Since there cabins only have 2 at most it gets a little lonely and since they consider themselves siblings and not even cousins they have the Big 3 table and cabin n Percy's cabin because it is the most homey of the 3 and it doesn't really matter which table they use. Sometimes on super rare occasions they will be alone (that's only when they are all together which is rare in itself but they try every once in a while.)

Now back to the fam:

The girl/boyfriend to them are also in the family like in laws kinda so not as close as siblings but still close and in the family.

Ill get into the friend group when its relevant.
