"So, Harry, I have to ask," Lee started, "What, exactly, happened with Skeeter at the beginning of the month?"
"Oh Merlin…" Harry muttered, in exasperation.
"That bad, huh?" Lee asked.
Harry scoffed, "Worse."
"Do tell…"

Potters announce pregnancy!
By Violet Brown, reporter for the Daily Prophet
Yes, Readers, you read that right! Baby Potter is officially on their way!
Trust me, this reporter was just as shocked to hear the news as you are reading it.
Many of us heard the news from Harry Potter himself, when he made his guest appearance on Potter Watch, yesterday afternoon.
Potter Watch host, Lee Jordan, invited Potter onto the show to Co-Host for Potter's 20th birthday. Jordan started the show with a Question and Answer session,
When they came to the question, 'what's your best memory/memories?'
Potter responded by saying he couldn't pick just one, but first was his and his wife, Ginevra Potter's, formerly Weasley, wedding day.
Which was quickly followed up with, the day he learned he was pregnant.
Wow! What a way to drop a pregnancy announcement on the public!
Harry Potter, for those of you wondering, is a second generation Male Bearer. A Male Bearer is a wizard capable of falling pregnant through the use of potions. Second generation Male Bearers are commonly the first born sons of a first generation Male Bearer.
Second generation Male Bearers, unlike first generation Male Bearers, do not have to use potions to be able to fall pregnant, coming about it naturally through residue magic from their father.
After the Skeeter Articles claiming anything from alcoholism to drug addiction to even terminal illness, the speculation on Potter has been running wild!
Everyone was wondering where Potter was during Ginevra's Quidditch game on May 25th in America, after all, he hadn't missed a single game before then! Why did he always seem so ill when seen in public recently?
Well, we now have our answer!
With all the speculation going around, this reporter's glad it turned out to be good news!
There isn't much information known to the public at the moment, but rest assured, this reporter will be on it once the Potters decide to make more information public!
We at the Daily Prophet will be ready to welcome baby Potter into the world, come November!
xXx
Baby Potter, or Cover Up?
By Marietta Edgecombe, Witch Weekly
Recently, there has been an announcement which has brought on much speculation here at Witch Weekly.
Anyone who listened to the Potter Watch broadcast yesterday, knows exactly the announcement I'm talking about,
The Potter Family's pregnancy announcement.
Why, you may be wondering, would this announcement be the subject of any speculation?
Well, let's start at the beginning as told by Harry Potter himself on Potter Watch, shall we?
Potter first took an at home pregnancy test in late February of this year, the result of which, was negative. It wouldn't be until late March where they got a positive result.
They would first visit a Healer just two days after their positive test. Where they would be told a November due date.
That, Readers, is where we, at Witch Weekly, believe the story starts to fall apart.
As a very public figure in the wizarding world, why wait so long to tell the public? How were they truly able to hide it for so long, nearly four months?
They would, allegedly, tell the rest of the family on Mother's day, the second of April. Which, as many of you must realize by now, just so happens to be the day following April fool's. But, I suppose, that's neither here nor there.
Fast forward another month, and the first of the so-called Skeeter articles is published.
Rita, in these articles, claims Potter to be an alcoholic, druggie, and even claims him to have a terminal illness.
Unfortunately, Potter has not done much to truly dispel these rumors. Other than announce a pregnancy.
Now, obviously, while you shouldn't, you can still be pregnant and still be an alcoholic, or be addicted to drugs.
While we haven't gotten any actual proof of pregnancy (Surely, at nearly twenty weeks pregnant, someone would have noticed something when Potter stood as best man in Mr. and Mrs. Granger-Weasley's wedding?), we have seen events that may point towards Rita's claims being true.
Firstly we at Witch Weekly, have to ask the question, what was the mysterious illness Potter seemed to have during the May second Memorial? And, if he has these 'concealment clothes' why wasn't he wearing them at the Memorial when Rita claimed him to have a 'butterbeer belly'?
Second, we have the incident at the Apothecary. Potter has apologized for this incident, claiming it to have been a 'mood swing'. This, we believe, we just believe it not to have been from pregnancy, but rather drug withdrawal.
Believe what you will, but we at Witch Weekly, think it deplorable for one to lie about something like a pregnancy.

"So that's two boy, and nine girl." George said, during a break the family was taking while helping Harry and Ginny move house.
"Hmm?" Ginny hummed.
"Everyone's taking guesses on what baby Potter will be." George explained, "Boy or girl?"
"Oh." Ginny mumbled. "Put me down for boy."
"Really?" George asked, so far only Molly and Fleur had said boy, literally everyone else had said girl without hesitation.
"Yeah." Ginny confirmed. "This kid may have Potter blood, but it's still a Weasley."
"Fair enough."
"Boy!" Harry exclaimed as he passed them, having over heard their conversation. "Like Gin said, this kid's still a Weasley!"
"Make that four boy, nine girl!" George corrected

"How do you feel?" Charlie teased, nudging Ginny, "Nineteen, married, settling into a new house, with a kid on the way?"
"It's an adjustment!" Ginny laughed, "A lot of big changes coming!"
"We're up to five boy, eleven girl." George announced coming into the room, holding Victoire on his hip.
"What did you do," Ginny started, "Ask Teddy and Victoire?"
"And Andromeda." George confirmed, "For the record, Teddy thinks boy, Andromeda and Victoire both think girl."
"Good to know who all we're going to be disappointing when this kid comes out a boy." Ginny shot back.
"I don't know, Ginny," Angelina interrupted, sitting down on the couch beside her, "Harry is carrying awfully high."
"What does that have to do with anything?" Ginny asked, shaking her head.
"You know the old wife's tale." George told her, "Carry high, you're having a girl, carry low, and it's a boy!"
"Oh, please!" Ginny scoffed, rolling her eyes.

"Ginevra!"
"Gin-ny! Gin-ny!"
Ginny laughed, waving as she stepped back into the HolyHead Harpies tent. The tent flap fell shut, and the crowd fell silent, cutoff by the silencing charm on the tent.
"Ginny! You were amazing today!" Gwenog exclaimed, when she saw her.
"It was nothing!" Ginny laughed it off.
"Are you kidding?!" Stella asked her fellow chaser, incredulously, "Kate may have caught the snitch, but you won us the game!"
"Don't down play yourselves!" Ginny told them, as she leant her broom against the tent wall. "You all did amazing as well!"
"I think this calls for celebration!" Gwenog announced, pulling the team in for a group hug, "Hogshead tonight! On me!"

"So," George started, "Yet another year older, eh, Perce?"
"Sod off."

"I knew you wouldn't be happy unless you were hunting Voldemort." She said, taking a step back from him.
"Ginny…" He started, stepping toward her, only for her to take another step back.
"Am I not enough for you?" she asked, head tilting to the side, her hair brushing her shoulder.
"Of course you ar-"
"Is our child not enough?"
"What are you talking about, Gin?" Harry asked, confused.
"I should have known." Ginny scoffed, crossing her arms over her chest. "So focused on hunting a dead man, that you forget about our child!"
She turned her back to him, hair like fire swishing around her shoulders.
"I don't know why I expected any different," she continued, back still turned to him, "What, with the examples you had growing up… Why did I expect you to be any different from them?"
"Up! Get up!" The shrill voice of his Aunt Petunia demanded, accompanied by insistent tapping.
Harry gasped awake, staring at the wall of his and Ginny's bedroom, breathing heavily. Head still fuzzy with sleep, he lay there for several minutes, trying to comprehend his dream. If he were someone like Professor Trelawney, he would be trying to find the 'hidden meaning' behind these dreams. But he liked to pride himself in not being someone like Sybil Trelawney.
He rolled over to face Ginny, hoping to go back to sleep, while trying to ignore the now annoyingly familiar feeling of a baby sitting right on his bladder.
He sighed tiredly when their child decided to repeatedly kick said bladder.
"Alright," He whispered, pushing himself out of bed, "Alright, I'm going, I know, the tiny bit that may be in my bladder's taking up your space." He rubbed a hand up and down on his belly, trying to calm the kicking as he made his way to the bathroom. "No need to pummel me…"
"Hmm, 'Arry?" Ginny slurred from the bed, "Wh're 'ou 'oin'?"
"Just to the bathroom," Harry responded, "go back to sleep."
"Hmm… 'kay…" Ginny mumbled, rolling over and starting to snore slightly, never truly having been awake.
Harry rolled his eyes fondly, quietly shutting the bathroom door.

"Should you really be doing that, Harry?" Harry grit his teeth at the sound of Muriel's voice behind him.
"Doing what, exactly?" Harry asked, all he had been doing, was helping his mother in law with dishes.
"And Molly." Muriel started, sitting herself down at the table, obviously having no intention on leaving the kitchen. "Should you be letting him help?"
"Muriel…" Molly sighed, turning from her position at the sink. She was sick of this woman living in their house, though, she knew they were likely stuck with her until the end of her life, at this point.
"What are you talking about?" Harry asked, eyebrows raising, as he too, turned to face her.
"Lifting those dishes up above your head, of course." Muriel said in a matter of fact tone. "You know the stories, of course, Molly, of the mothers who raised their arms above their head."
"What?" Harry asked incredulously, he too, knew the stories, from Petunia gossiping about the women in their neighborhood. He also knew they were old wife's tales, though.
"Lift your arms above your head," Muriel started, condescendingly, "and the cord will get wrapped around the baby's neck!"
Harry turned away from her, rolling his eyes.
"Did you just roll your eyes at me?" Muriel asked, as Harry looked her right in the eye, as he set a stack of plates in the cabinet. "No respect in this house, I swear!"

"Book!" Teddy announced, toddling over to Harry, holding up his book on baby animals.
"Did you find your book?" Harry asked, picking the two year old up and settling him on his lap.
"Baby!" Teddy told him, holding the book out.
"It's about baby animals." Harry confirmed, taking the book and opening it for the toddler.
"No!" Teddy pouted, arms crossing over his chest, hair turning ginger to match Ginny's, freckles popping up on little cheeks, and eyes changing to an emerald green.
"No?" Harry asked, eyebrows raising, as Teddy took the book back.
"Baby!" Teddy announced once more, leaning forward and clumsily patting a little hand on Harry's belly.
"Oh." Harry breathed, making eye contact with an amused Ginny across the room.
"Baby read!" Teddy told him, holding the book up once more.
"We should read to the baby?" Harry asked, grinning.
"No." Teddy shook his head several times, enough to make the toddler dizzy. "Me read."
"You want to read to the baby." Harry stated, making sure to hold onto Teddy as he finally stopped shaking his head.
Teddy nodded. "Me read."
