Btw the new cover is edited by me but the redhead anime girl was from picrew and fanfiction completely crop out the artist's name :(
The artist goes by the pen name of Criis-chan and sadly fanfiction won't let me post the entire link here. If you want it though just pm me :)

"HOW HER FIRST YEAR ENDED"
Still 15 years old
"What the fuck are you gonna do with all this junk?"
Akasuki deadpanned at the ash-blonde hair boy, who look at the long list in his possession in disdain.
The two are currently in the Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall, shopping for the things the redhead needs for the upcoming summer camp.
"Ropes? Powders? Straws? What the- Towels? WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHITTY-?!"
"Tone it down!", the redhead hissed at the boy, bowing apologetically to nearby passersby before pulling the boy in the other direction.
'I'm starting to regret bringing him now'
Akasuki huffed as they entered a general store, "It's better to be ready for anything!", she argues as she lets go of him, turning her attention to the rack filled with different items in front of her.
"I mean, what if I fell from a cliff and needed some ropes to get up?"
Katsuki let out a snort while crossing his arms, "You can levitate by using your screens", he pointed out with narrowed eyes, "Don't tell me you fucking forgot you can levitate"
Akasuki simply averted her eyes from the ash-blonde.
His eye twitch, a scowl forming on his face as he snaps, "How the fuck did you forget you have a quirk, ginger?!"
"Well, I'm sorry for being human", the redhead replied sarcastically earning a glare from the ash-blonde beside her.
The ash-blonde let out a tsk before ripping the list in his hands into pieces making the redhead cried out in distraught.
"Damn this shit!", he yelled out angrily, "What you need is only the necessities, idiot!", he barked as he aggressively grabbed some nearby flashlight.
"I'LL DO ALL THE WORK SO DON'T GET INTO FUCKING MY WAY!"
Akasuki can only watch as the ash-blonde grumpily stomps away from her, sweatdropping as a saleswoman began scolding him for disturbing the other customers.
"Here, Akachan"
Sadao held out a paper bag which the redhead reluctantly accepted, "I packed some additional necessities for you, and just in case you got lost you know our numbers-"
"Here are some medicine for you and your class", Kaori cuts in while shoving a bag full of medicine into the redhead girl's arm, making her step back startled at the sudden weight.
'What the-?! Why is this so heavy?!'
Kaori frown as she grabbed her daughter's bag, opening it much to the girl's protests, "Let me check your bag one time, okay? Let's see-"
Along with both heroic class and the teachers accompanying them, the redhead's friends stare at the scene amusingly much to the girl's embarrassment.
They're currently at Yuuei, waiting for their bus to arrive.
The Genji couple insists on coming, ignoring the protests from the redhead girl, and brought everything they thought would be useful.
Akasuki made sure to cry along the way but it doesn't falter their resolve, much to the girl's frustration.
"Look, Sukichan is so red", Nejire whispers, leaning closer to the two boys, with a giggle, "Their whole family is so cute~", she cooed.
Tamaki shivers as he crouches on the ground, his head lowered, and his hands tucked in his arms.
"You can survive this, Akachan", the indigo-haired boy muttered under his breath, "Being the center of attention... the thought of it makes me nausea-!"
"It just shows how much loved Akachan is!", Mirio beamed at the periwinkle-haired girl while patting Tamaki's back in comfort, "Isn't it such an AKASUKI moment?"
"I don't get it but yeah!", Nejire exclaimed brightly.
Now standing beside the redhead girl, Ectoplasm placed a hand on her shoulder much to the girl's relief.
"You don't have to worry a thing", Genkei assures the couple, "We will be going in private property and the accompanying staff are capable pro-heroes, there is nothing to worry about"
"Akachan is in safe hands"
Kaori let out a strained smile, Sadao wrapping an arm around her with a smile, "We know", the Genji matriarch's eyes softened as she glances briefly at the pro-hero before averting her gaze back to her daughter.
"But a parent always worries, you know?"
Akasuki let out a huff as she steps closer to her parents, wrapping her arms on both of them, pulling them for a hug.
"I promised, remember?", the redhead reminded them with a pout, "I'll be back before you know it! I love you both", she ended with a bright smile.
"We love you more", Sadao responded softly as he placed a kiss on his daughter's forehead.
"Be safe", Kaori added while caressing her daughter's cheek affectionately, "Make sure to call us whenever you can, okay?"
Akasuki nodded, giving her parents a closed-eye smile, "I'll call every night!"
It took a few minutes for their bus to arrive and another few for the students to enter their respective bus.
The redhead waves goodbye at her parents by the window as the bus began moving.
The redhead is seated beside her periwinkle-haired best friend, Mirio and Tamaki are seated in front.
She let out a chuckle at the dramatic wave from her father, earning a round of scolding from her mother.
"Ne, your parents are an overprotective bunch, aren't they class rep?", the redhead turns to face a classmate of hers, who looks at her curiously.
"Don't you feel frustrated or even embarrassed at them? A-Ah no offense, really-!"
Akasuki chuckles as she waves dismissively at the male, "Don't worry I take no offense", she responded assuringly, a smile appearing on her face.
"Well, I do feel those at times", she confessed, scratching her cheek sheepishly, "But I understand why they act so overprotective"
"I got three other siblings and I'm the youngest one", she explained, making her male classmate nod in understanding.
"I thought you were an only child, Genji-san", a female classmate of hers asked curiously behind her.
Akasuki rubs her neck sheepishly as she answered, "Well, technically I am"
"All of my siblings are dead"
Silence filled the bus as her classmates, save from her friends who already knew this, stare at her in shock and confusion.
"My mother went through a lot of miscarriages before I was born", she explains, her gaze lowering as she clasps her hands, "I'm... the only one that lives"
"That's why I don't mind their antics"
Akasuki lifts her head and gives her classmates a closed-eye smile, "I know they're just scared of losing me and I understand that. I'm scared of losing them too"
'Especially since it's my first time having parents'
In her previous life, her parents died by the time she was 3 years old. That's why she could barely remember what they look like or what having parents feel like.
While she was grateful to her aunt, who takes her in, she's convinced that the feeling of having parents and being taken care of by her aunt are two different matters.
And it is.
The love and care of the Genji couple towards her is proof enough.
The redhead was secretly thankful she's more mature than most children, thanks to being a reincarnate because there's no doubt any child wouldn't understand the situation.
The feeling of losing a child numerous times can be hard for anyone, especially for the mother.
Is it selfish for her to be greedy for their love? Is it wrong for her to move on quickly, to leave her past life behind for this? Does it make her a bad person?
She doesn't know.
What she does know is she wouldn't trade her parents for the world.
Akasuki gritted her teeth as she dodges, yet again, another kick from a certain underground hero.
She pushes her hand forwards, activating her quirk, a screen appearing in front of the pro-hero briefly before shattering.
She let out a grunt as the pro-hero punched her stomach, her eyes fading back into normal as her legs giving out as she fell onto the ground with a thud.
"You depend too much on your quirk", Aizawa lectured with a stern expression, deactivating his quirk, as he walks closer to the fallen redhead, "Not to mention, that move of yours is still as slow as always"
"I'm working on it", Akasuki chokes out as she rolls over, groaning slightly as she clutches her stomach, "Oh god, what are your fists made of, Aizawa-sensei?"
"Bones and muscles", Aizawa responded dryly, earning a strained laugh from the redhead.
"Now get up, we're doing another round"
And that's how training with Eraserhead is for the redhead.
The pro-hero activates his quirk at random times, catching the redhead off guard and letting her defense fall.
The goal of this training session is to think fast and act fast, which the girl is having trouble with thanks to her naturally low physique.
Although, she did more than training her synching and improving her overall physique and battle instincts.
"Here we go, young listener!"
Akasuki look curiously at the female classmate in front of her, staring at her with a stoic expression with a life-size doll standing beside her.
The girl has her tortilla brown hair up into two buns, her half-lidden olive eyes stare at her nonchalantly behind her eyeglasses.
'She really looks like a doll even today, huh'
The redhead unconsciously activates her quirk, her cerulean eyes shifting into gold as she searches for the girl's records.
Yasuko Mitsui
[Quirk: Marionette]
The user has the ability to control non-living things manipulated by strings.
"Good afternoon, Genji-san", Mitsui greeted nonchalantly with a slight bow.
Akasuki let out a chuckle as she dismissively waves at the girl, "No need to be polite, Suichan", she responded with a grin, "Besides, call me Akachan! We'll be working together a lot of time, aren't we deputy?"
Since Present Mic pulled out the redhead's name for the role of class representative, the same goes with the other roles.
Yasuki Mitsui is the name Present Mic pulled out for the role of class deputy.
"I'll keep it in mind, Genji-san", the brunette replied with a nod, earning a pout from the redhead.
'You're still calling me Genji-san though!'
"Now!", Present Mic exclaimed, clapping his hands together, catching the attention of both girls, "You two will be training together for today!"
The pro-hero held out a pointer finger as he faced the brunette, "First, Mitsui! You will be the one in offense while Genji will only defend!"
"You will be training your doll's attack power while Genji will train on her screen's durability!", he explained.
"Is that clear?! Give me a loud yeah!"
"Yeah!", Akasuki responded earnestly, pumping her fist cheerily, while the brunette next to her simply nodded.
"Now, LET'S GET INTO IT, YEAH!"
Akasuki deadpanned at her periwinkle-haired best friend.
"Nerechan, stop pouting and eat your takoyaki already"
Nejire's pout deepened as she reluctantly began eating her takoyaki.
The two of them can be seen inside a takoyaki restaurant, dressed in casual clothing.
"It's still not fair though!", she whines childishly, "Why do Mirio-kun get to hang out with Tamaki-kun but we can't?!"
"Mikun is accompanying Tamakun to the dentist", the redhead reminded, "Do you remember the last time you were at the dentist, Nerechan? Here's a hint, it was disastrous", she deadpanned.
When they were kids, their parents agreed to schedule a dentist appointment together.
Oh boy, it was a chaotic event.
Let's just say, a sleepy high Nejire Hado is something one should never unleash.
It's the reason why everyone present on that day, except Nejire, agreed to make sure her teeth will always be healthy.
Which has been healthy so far.
"I was planning to invite you over for a movie marathon", Akasuki started slyly, averting her attention to her takoyaki as the periwinkle-haired girl perk up.
"You know, Katsun and Izukun will be there too-"
"-Alright!", Nejire shouted in glee while pumping her fist, "A movie marathon with Salty Tsuki and Izusagi!" [1]
Akasuki turns her head away from the still cheering periwinkle-haired girl, covering her mouth with her hand as she hides the smile forming on her face.
'So easy'
Akasuki held out her right arm, her eyes shifting into gold, before yelling out, "Info Blast!"
A swirling blast of texts hit the cemented wall in front of her, leaving a medium dent behind, making the redhead pout.
"A fascinating move", Ectosplasm complimented making the girl rub her neck sheepishly.
"It's actually inspired from Nerechan", Akasuki confessed sheepishly, "Although the drawback was... a bit too much don't you think so too?"
[Info Blast] is a power move that sent a swirling blast of texts, or in Akachan's case, information directly from her library.
However, information used in this move will be forever lost, but the user can re-read it or download it again.
The user may be forgetful when using this move numerous times, depending on the information stored in her library.
Be warned, too much information output may lead to complete memory loss.
"That's why I brought this!", Akasuki exclaimed while bringing a huge pile of books out of nowhere.
"It is a bit tricky and dangerous but as long as I don't pass by my limit then I'll be completely fine!", she added, assuring the pro-hero.
"My library got about a hundred thousand words, not including the important ones! So as long as I have this junk information then I can use it just fine!"
The redhead grinned brightly as she gave the pro-hero a thumbs up, "Papa made sure it's safe for me to use it! I came all prepared for this, Genkei-sensei!"
Ectoplasm sweatdrops at the still shining redhead teen before sighing in defeat, reluctantly agreeing at her.
If her own parents approved of it then there's nothing he could do.
Well, she is a mature and responsible person. Yeah, he can count on her to use the move responsibly.
"Let's continue for a few more minutes before practicing your overload move", Ectoplasm instructed which the redhead nod in agreement.
"Now, let's increase the output a bit then-"
The pro-hero was cut off with a loud blast, echoing at the whole Gym Gamma, startling everyone in the gym.
"W-Woah-!"
"Wh-What the hell was that?!"
Setting aside the loud murmurs of her classmates, Akasuki's attention focused on the floating person above.
"Oh! I'm sorry everyone!", Nejire exclaimed, looking unapologetic at all, as she sheepishly scratches her cheek, "I completely lost control, oopsie~"
Akasuki facepalms as the whole class began shouting back at the periwinkle-haired girl, who merely smiles innocently at the crowd.
'I swear she does that on purpose'
A bright smile appears on Akasuki's face as she cheerfully waves goodbye at the pro-hero, who energetically waves back at his student.
"Thanks for the ride home, Yamada-sensei! You too Aizawa-sensei!"
Aizawa, who was driving the car, gave her a brief nod before starting the car again.
The redhead waits for the car to disappear from her line of vision before turning around and head towards her home.
She paused briefly in front of the front door, taking a deep breath before opening it.
"WELCOME HOME AKACHAN!"
Her step falters in surprise for a moment before a fond smile appears on the redhead's face as she glances around the room.
The Genji's living room was beautifully decorated, probably thanks to her mother, in hero theme.
Aside from her parents, the Bakugo's and the Midoriya's are also present.
She bit her lower lip to stop the urge to laugh upon spotting the two boys, who were both dressed as mini All Might.
'Oh my god, look how cute and hilarious that is-!'
She was snapped out from her thoughts as the two boys began bombarding her with questions, their eyes shining in anticipation. One more obvious than the other.
"Did you get it?!", Izuku asked eagerly, the redhead sweatdrops as the green-haired boy is physically vibrating in excitement.
"You get it, right?! I just know you passed and you're officially-!"
"-Step aside, Deku!", Katsuki snapped as he rudely pushes the green-haired boy away, earning a slight pout from the said boy and a loud scolding from his mother behind him.
"So?!", the ash-blonde said aggressively, "Did you pass or not?!"
An idea popped into the redhead's head as she let out a sad smile, making the two boys frown instinctively.
"Y-You didn't get it?", Izuku asked with his eyes widen in disbelief, taking a step forwards to the redhead.
Katsuki just decided to glare at her furiously, although his eyes were getting glossier by the minute.
Akasuki let out a sigh, tucking both of her hands on her jacket's pocket, her right hand grabbing the hero license beneath.
"W-Well it was hard and", she trailed off, averting her eyes briefly before glancing back at the two boys, who looked like they're going to cry in any minute.
Her mouth twitch, "It was hard", she continues before pulling out her right hand from her pocket, showing her hero license to everyone present in the room.
She let out a grin, "IT WAS HARD NOT TO GET IT!", she yelled in glee, puffing out her chest in pride, "I GOT MY HERO LICENSE, YEAH!"
Instead of cheering, she receives a punch on the stomach from a glowering ash-blonde boy making her fell on the floor clutching her stomach in pain.
"So... worth it", the redhead barely chokes out, both of her parents on her side fussing over her while Mitsuki proceeds to stomp over her son and began scolding him for his actions.
'It hurts so much... but it's still worth it!'
"I... Mirio failed?"
Akasuki asked in shock, so shock she didn't use the nickname she gave the blonde boy, slowly sitting down on the corner of her bed.
It's been a few hours after their own mini celebration. Here she is on the phone with Nejire.
"Yeah", Nejire answered wistfully, "I... I heard it from Tamaki-kun earlier when I called him", she explained, "Turns out, Tamaki-kun was cheering him up by the time I called"
With this news, only Mirio failed at passing the hero licensure examination between the four of them.
Not that it's bad! Well, if you put it within the four friends it does look bad but he wasn't the only one to fail at their first try.
Out of everyone in their class, Class 1-A, only a handful- about 6 people- only passed out of 20 students.
Which wasn't bad per se but the redhead wouldn't openly admit she's a bit disappointed.
When watching the series, the licensure exam seems to be easy at first but she forgot one thing.
The exam's content differs every time.
She's a bit disappointed she didn't get to help out her classmates more but she'll help them next year.
That's right, everyone will get their hero license next year. She'll make sure of it.
"Sukichan?"
The redhead snapped out from her thoughts, bringing her attention back to the person on the phone.
"Ah, s-sorry I zone out", Akasuki apologized while rubbing her neck sheepishly, "Wh-What was that, Nerechan?"
The redhead could literally hear the periwinkle-haired girl pouting on the phone, "Mou~ Stop daydreaming already! I was telling you I'm planning for a group date and-"
The rest of the night is spent by Nejire planning a group date for all four of them.
Fortunately, the redhead managed to win her over by having the group date at a small restaurant instead of a mall.
Here she goes saving Tamaki from Nejire once again.
Akasuki stood inside Nighteye's office, sweat trickling down her face as she gulps at the man's intense stare in front of her.
"Work studies, you say?"
The pro-hero's stare didn't falter as the redhead stutter out an affirmative response.
"And why", Nighteye adjusted his glasses, "should I agree on taking you in?", he asked stoically.
"Internships are completely different than work studies, I believe your homeroom teacher taught you this, yes?", the redhead simply nods her head.
"Personally, I do not agree on taking a first-year for work studies", he continues, "I do not think it is wise for someone young to be a part of our operations"
Akasuki's lip parted, ready to argue, but a sharp look from the pro-hero halted her actions.
"However-", the redhead girl perks up, "-I did train you myself to make you at least acceptable in combat"
Her eyes twitch, quivering as she stops the urge to the deadpanned to the pro-hero.
"That's why I will accept you in one condition"
Her stomach dropped as Nighteye stood up from his chair and moved to walk closer to the redhead girl.
Nighteye's eye glinted, "You have three minutes to get this stamp from me", he held out a stamp with his right hand.
"Prove to me your worth for this agency, Vermillion"
Akasuki screams inside, outwardly letting out a closed-eye smile to the pro-hero.
It took a lot of faceplanting on the floor and frustrated screaming but she managed to grab the stamp at the last minute.
Although Sir Nighteye smacked her head from behind when she let out a loud triumph scream.
But it was worth it though.
"It works!"
Akasuki let out a triumph cry, fist-pumping, as the face of the ash-blonde boy appears through her red screen.
"What the fuck is this?", Katsuki scrunches his nose, Izuku can be seen peeking behind him with his eyes gleaming in curiosity, "Why the fuck is it so dark, ginger?!"
"That's because I'm using my quirk for a video call!", she placed her hands on her hips as she puffs out her chest in pride, "And my quirk has absolutely no camera on it!"
"THEN WHY THE FUCK ARE WE VIDEO CALLING YOU IDIOT?!"
Currently, the redhead is in the middle of her own mini quirk experiment.
And that experiment is about video calling others with her quirk.
The redhead can be found sitting in her room while the two boys can be found sitting at the Midoriya's household, specifically Izuku's room filled with All Might merchandise.
Akasuki let out a scoff, "It's called experimenting, Katsun!", she lectured, "Besides, it's good to know my range got wider in just a year so thank goodness for that", she ended with a sigh of relief.
"Should we doing this without a signal?", Izuku asked with a pen and notebook in hand, "Although that might take a while"
The redhead girl let out a hum, "I think we should try that later", she pursed her lips in thought, "How about you two come over and let's try out the information transfer thing"
"I'm not a fucking guinea pig!", Katsuki snapped back, a scowl forming on his face, "Go die-!"
"W-We'll be there, Akaneechan!", Izuku chimes in with a small smile, the ash-blonde continues to curse beside him, "Er, are there be any cookies by chance?", he asked sheepishly, his cheeks reddening slightly.
Akasuki let out a laugh, internally swooning at the cuteness.
"No, but I'll start making some right now"
"Here you go, my lovely daughter~!"
Sadao smiled brightly as he held out an Edgeshot plushie to his daughter.
"Congratulations on finishing your first year in Yuuei!"
Akasuki accepted the plushie, tucking it carefully in her arms, before giving her father a closed-eye smile, "Thank you, papa!"
Sadao sniffled as he started crying comically while pulling out his phone, continuously taking pictures of the redhead girl.
"My daughter is truly an embodiment of brightness itself! Give daddy a huge smile, sweetie"
Akasuki sweatdrops as her father continue to take pictures from different angles, "I... I'm already 15 years old, papa"
"Now now dear", Kaori stood behind her daughter, placing her hands on her shoulders.
She smiled, amused, at her husband, "Our daughter is already grown up, isn't she", she dramatically wipes away an imaginary tear, "She's already on her way to being a pro-hero"
"Time flies so fast and before we know it, we might be attending Akachan's wedding one of these days", her mother ended with a playful sigh.
Akasuki deadpanned at her mother, completely unamused, as her father wilted at what she said.
The redhead girl let out a grunt as Sadao decided to tackle her, engulfing her into a tight warm hug.
"Akachan's promised to never marry, didn't she?", he wailed, "There are no boys worthy of my precious angel!"
Akasuki let out a sigh as her father continues to rant about 'not marrying until 40 years old' and 'you should never settle to a wannabe'
She turns to the side, meeting her mother's amused gaze, and they both exchange exasperated smiles.
As much as she loves her father-
'I don't wanna die single again though'
And that's how her first year in Yuuei ended.
[1] Usagi means bunny in Japanese.
AUTHOR'S REPLIES TO REVIEWS:
(it will be placed on the very last part from now on)
M2R, [1] Glad you notice! I renamed her Kaori which means "Fragrant beautiful child" since Recovery Girl is named Chiyo.
It's because I remade her character background, she's a doctor now rather than an ordinary rich businesswoman.
There will be scenes where Recover Girl and her will meet that's why I changed her name. As a reader myself, I know it's bound to get confusing.
[2] The martial arts idea is something I considered too! However, I believe that knowing it and applying it are two different things.
For example, in the medical field, knowing how to operate is different when it comes to operating a human being for the first time.
Does it make sense? Er, well let's just say Akasuki 'downloaded' information regarding martial arts. This does not automatically mean she's already an expert or she can do martial arts flawlessly.
Why? Well, I don't favor her being too OP that's why I didn't include [Instant Learning] or [Instilled Knowledge] for physical activities like martial arts.
She is knowledgeable, yes, but she still needs practice and, also, she got a permanent low physique drawback.
Her information gathering is indeed not limited to texts only, she can gather pictures, videos, and such using her quirk. The difficulty depends on where she's getting the information from.
As for the hacking part, Akachan doesn't really need to hack since her quirk already- kinda- does it for her as long as she knows where to look.
aoxobzad, that's what I thought so too at first! I've been trying to write some gamer! oc stories during my free time but no matter what I do I suck at writing them :'( I'm lowkey waiting for more great gamer oc bnha fanfiction.
softsoundjameson, [1] thanks for the idea! However, I don't think she'll be able to control robots, or the likes, with her quirk alone. Nevertheless, I got a great idea from your suggestion and she'll definitely have something in about... her 2nd year or 3rd year depending on how the story flows.
[2] Those are some cool ideas for a hero name! I'd dig it but I already gave her one :'( It kinda inspired me in a different context but I have enough of writing many stories at once XD
pendora59, hey I just want you to know I totally google translate your reviews XD Merci beaucoup! Er, is that right? I googled it lmao.
Daphne Ackerman, I'm mostly a go with the flow kind of author and I'm tellin' ya there will be one!
Janadream, don't worry I won't be abandoning her again! Glad to see you love it!
Thank you once again for the rest who review how much they like the story and its chapters, I decided to reply on those that really needed my attention...?
But don't worry in my mind all of your reviews got a big thumbs up XD
