Chapter 6
The following morning in the Hokage's Office Minato was feeling extremely upset because infront of him was a letter sent by Fire Daimyo explaining that a meeting was taking place in the Village in two days time and that the Council and the Daimyo would explain what the meeting was about but Minato knew what it was about.
"Hi kid what got you looking so upset you should be happy you managed to stop Danzo and expose his war crimes and even..."
Jiraiya didn't want to accept that his teammate Orochimaru was responsible for the muders of leaf Shinobi but he couldn't deny the reports that his sensei and his team reported.
"Sorry sensei but this letter came in yesterday and from what Hiruzen told me what Orochimaru said before he left..."
Minato couldn't finish it and instead handed the letter to Jiraiya who read it.
"So what is the meeting about and what did Orochimaru say"
"He said that Danzo before he was captured he sent documents detailing Menma's actually 'Condition' to the Fire Daimyo and after several Mind Walks with Danzo what Orochimaru said is true"
"Oh crap... Minato I'm sorry" Jiraiya thinking long and hard on what say next.
"Does Kushina know" Minato just shook his head.
"Go to her now and explain what's happening and spend what few moments you have with your son, fix what happened and if the meeting does end in banishment or death know that your last moments were happy ones go now"
Jiraiya saying this while grabbing Minato and pushing him towards the door.
"Ignore what's going in the Village now, I'll take over for the moment just go NOW"
Shouting the last part Minato allowed a small smile to come out "Thank you Sensei"
With that Minato vanished 'Maybe the toads can help Menma out there if he's banished, they seemed interested in him for some reason that they gave Minato a book about what are they called again... Saygins no Saiyans that's it'.
Minato appeared in the kitchen just in time to see everyone even Menma coming in for breakfast who seemed to only give him an angry scowl.
"Minato sweetie what are you doing here is everything okay"
But Minato just ignored his wife and went straight to Menma with determination and grabbed him in a tight hug and not letting go.
"I'M SORRY SON, I'M SORRY, I'M SORRY" He kept repeating it even with tears running down his face.
"Minato what's going your scaring me what happened"
Kushina saying this with fear in her voice as she has never seen Minato like this, even Naruto and Nasumi were being to get worried for their Dad.
"dad... what's going on" Nasumi saying this while holding a tear in her eye.
"Menma I'm sorry for lying to you about everything, I'm sorry please forgive me" Menma hearing this couldn't hold it any longer and cried with his father.
"I forgive you dad, I forgive you... the Council knows don't they"
Hearing this Kushina began putting the pieces in place and horror began to show on her face.
"No not my son... please not Menma again" Kushina began to break down and ran towards her son and hugged him tightly.
"Please Minato... please tell me it's not happening... please tell me it's a dream..please"
Minato didn't say anything but kept saying that's he's sorry but paused for a minute or two before taking a deep breath "I'll... I'll explain what happened in the last few days"
Minato then released Menma who was still crying along with Kushina and his siblings who couldn't hold it any longer, Minato explained what happened in the past few days the dead Shinobi, Danzo Root and his plans for Menma and the Village even Orochimaru who was killing leaf Shinobi and escaping but not before revealing that Danzo sent letters telling the Fire Daimyo about Menma and that a meeting was being held in the Village tomorrow about what happened in the Leaf, hearing this and that the Law concerning 'Cursed Children' they knew that Menma was about to either be banished from the Village and the Country itself or worse... Death, both of them rushed towards Menma and hugged him tightly letting tears flowing wildly from them, minutes later both children having calmed down and kushina sitting behind Menma not letting go of him.
"So what now Minato... we gotta to do something"
"I don't know maybe the Toads can help, some reason they were interested in you Menma they had book about what you really were... what was it Sains or Sajins what was it" Minato thinking back on what toads called them.
"Saiyans they called us Saiyans dad and I read the book that Paa gave me"
Hearing this brought shock to Minato and confusion to everyone else.
"What's a Saiyan?" Naruto asked with a confused look.
"I remember something about that when you were born during the nine tails attack I think it even the Fox knew about it as well and that he didn't want any of his Chakra halves in Menma incase you couldn't use it"
Kushina saying this while thinking back to that event.
"Wait a moment I'll get the book and then I'll explain what they actually are".
Minutes later Menma came back into the room with book and handed it over to Kushina.
"Official Saiyan Handbook oh right I remember this, Paa the Elder toad gave you this didn't he Minato"
"Yes he did but it was buried underneath paperwork in the office all this time and I never managed to read it" hearing this Kushina gave minato a scowl.
"You didn't read it Minato this could've changed everything and you just buried it"
Minato immediately shrank down in his chair feeling stupid that Kushina was right "Sorry sweetie"
Kushina just gave Minato a bump on his head along with a huff.
"Okay mom you gave dad an angry beating later but for now what is a Saiyan please?" Nasumi asked hoping to get an answer.
"Seeing as dad never read it but I did... I'll explain what a Saiyan is"
Menma responded before taking a deep breath knowing this was going to take a while to explain and that he would have to explain the plan that he and toads were making as well.
"The Saiyans are an alien warrior race from the Planet Salada that was destroyed because of there constant wars and were saved from extinction by an advanced race called the Tuffles and brought them to their homeworld but dropped two of them on our world because during the transport they were still fighting and wanted nothing to do with some of the Saiyans, so they gave the Saiyans a couple of what I assume was an escape pod dont ask me what it actually is because I dont know, it happened a thousand years ago okay"
Menma saying this also stopped a question from Naruto who was about to raise his hand.
"Now back to where I was, the two escape pods carrying the Saiyans came to our world near a Village where the Great Sage himself was staying with his son Asuma thinking they where under attack used Wood Style and slammed the Pods into the ground nearly killing them, I know that because the Sage wrote in the book in the first place and the Toads made copies dad"
Hearing this Minato lowered his hand down "Sorry"
"Now then the Great Sage seeing the wounded Saiyans but couldn't understand read there minds while they being treated for there injuries but couldn't fully heal them seeing as there injuries were too severe for them and that they came to our to live in peace to have children decided to make a ritual that will intertwine Saiyans and Humans of our world so that every now and then instead of human being born a..."
"A Saiyan is born"
Kushina saying this was surprised at what the Sage did and that her older brother Menma was one of these Saiyans.
"Exactly mom and with the toads and his son Asuma the ritual worked and wrote down what the Saiyans are and what they can do and handing over the book to the toads to help these Saiyans should they be born but..."
"But then that blasted Clan Wars happenend and the only thing that people know about the Saiyans were their ability to transform by looking at a full moon and later branding them 'Cursed Children' and any copies we made of the book lost as well"
Everyone turned there heads to see a small toad with white hair.
"Paa when did you get here?" Minato asked
"Jiraiya summoned me and explain what's happening tomorrow and just in time too" the Elder Toad spoke.
"Who are you and dad do you know him?" Nasumi asked looking just as confused as Naruto was.
"Minato my boy didn't you teach your kids anything"
"Sorry Paa I was too busy with the Village, Kids this is Fukasaku one of the Elder Toads and Sage of Mount Myoboku and my and Jiraiya's personal Summons but he likes to be called Paa"
"Oh nice to meet you Fukasaku my name is Naruto/Nasumi Namikaze Uzumaki and we both apologise for showing such disrespect to you"
Both of them responded and bowed at the same time.
"Well it's nice to know you taught them how to show respect to their elders and thank you for such kindness and please call me Paa, now then Menma Jiraiya told me whats happening tomorrow and it looks like our plan is going ahead quicker than we thought"
"Wait... what plan... Menma sweetie what is Paa talking about" Kushina asking with worry in her voice.
"Mom, Dad the plan was... the plan was to get exposed and explore the World and Paa would have someone actually teach me how to survive out there with a new contract they were going to make in case the power I had wasn't compability I'm.. I'm sorry but I di..."
Before Menma could finish his mother grabbed hold of him.
"It's okay sweetie I... understand that I couldn't keep you here forever, should've thought you would do something like this, Paa will this Toad take care of my Sochi"
Kushina asking with both sadness and hope.
"Croaker will be perfect for the boy, he knows many Martial Arts and survival techniques that will help Menma grow out there, but for let's see if this new contract will work"
Paa saying this brough out a small summoner's scroll with the outer edges being red in color with green in the middle Paa then unrolled the scroll showing seals with a circle in the middle.
"Right boy cut your hand and place it in the circle if it works the seals would move into columns and hopeful with your name in one of them okay"
hearing this Kushina stepped behind Menma and held his hand out and brought one of chains with sharp end pointing to his palm.
"It's okay sweetie it will only hurt for a moment okay"
Kushina saying this while stroking Menma dark red hair as the blade of chain cut a line into Menma's hand drawing blood while Menma wincing at the pain while Kushina tentively stroking him.
"There now it's almost over okay sweetie"
"Wait Menma do you know how to release your power"
Minato asked getting a nod in return, Menma then placed his hand in the circle and began transfering his power into the scroll, the seals on the scroll reacted by circling around his hand for a minute 'Please work/Please work' everyone thinking to themselves, after another minute with Menma wincing in pain the seals changed into columns with the name 'Menma Namikaze Uzumaki' being shown bringing joy to everyone.
"It worked"
Minato saying with joy and hope while Kushina looked at Menma's hand and noticing a toad tattoo on the top of his hand.
"Mom, Dad, Paa why is there a tattoo on my hand"
"It's part of the contract we made seeing as you saiyans don't have a Chakra network and can't perform hand signs we made this instead just channel your power or energy into it to see if it works"
"okay"
Menma then began channeling his energy into it and felt like a hot balloon filling up but kept channeling more energy into it and then suddent a small orb came from the tattoo that poofed in smoke and from it stood a Toad the size of him but slightly taller wearing a green Martial Arts Gi with red on the edges, the Toad was yellow with bright green markings and had a serious expression with his hands crossed.
"So this is my first student, a bit scrawny are you but you got fire in your eyes, I guess I can work with that, what's your name by the way mine's Croaker"
Menma shocked at the size of the toad infront of him immediately focused himself.
"My name is Menma Namikaze Uzumaki and I am honored to be your first student"
"Ah polite and respectful, good things to have kid just to let you know I will going tough on you out there alright and judging from who else is in the room with us I guess things didn't go quite as plan"
"Your right Croaker there's a meeting discussing what happened in the leaf in the past few days including the revealation about Menma as well starting tomorrow"
"Crap really"
"Yep really hopeful the Fire Daimyo is nice so at least the best outcome would be banishment but if not, you must bring him back to the mountain we can not lose him do you understand"
"I understand Paa all the Toads understand, it's about damn time that a Saiyan showed the world just strong they actually are and I get to be the first one to train him, so when is the meeting"
"Tomorrow at 11am in the Council Room if Menma is... if Menma is sentenced to death it will... it will be noon"
Minato barely able to speak about what was happening but focused hoping for the positive outcome instead of the negative.
"Right then kid start packing clothes, supplies and some weapons your going to need it"
"Right Sensei"
Hearing this Croaker was filled with some pride 'Sensei, I like it'
"Right Paa sorry for the ordering you but can you inform Jiraiya what were doing please and I take it you's two are the kids parents that came up with that plan, I'm not saying it's a bad plan it's a good one but you've should taught him something incase this happened but if there's anything that you can think of that can help him do it he's going need it"

Everyone saying this and moving to get things ready.
The following morning everyone was fed, bathed and ready for the meeting, last night Kakashi came over looking concerned after getting further reports that confirmed that the meeting would be discussing about Danzo, Orochimaru and Menma but came in the house seeing everyone moving around as if they were preparing for something just before he asked what was going on Minato came over and told him what their plan was, kakashi hearing this offered to help by watching him for a while if he's been banished.
hearing this Minato was glad for the help and kushina came over hugging the Cyclops while silently whispering into his ears not to show her son any of those Icha Icha books unless wants to find out one day that his entire collection has burned to ash with him tied to a tree watching it burn, hearing this became Kakashi's new nightmare and promised to be good around him. Everyone was worried as time was closing in on them Naruto and Nasumi were holding Menmas hands with tears slowly coming down there faces and Kushina behind him with her hands on his shoulder holding back her tears with Minato infront of them shedding a single tear.
"Well let's not keep them waiting" everyone nodding their heads as Minato teleported them to his office.
In the office was Jiraiya, Tsunade, Hiruzen, Biwako along with the Village Elders Koharu and Homura were standing in complete silence waiting for the Hokage and his family to appear.
"Why didn't you's lot tell us about Menma, that boy secret would've have remained a secret without Danzo knowing" Hiruzen slightly raised an eye brow at the comment.
"You say that now knowing Danzo has exposed for his war crimes and his mad quest for the position for Hokage who know's what would've happened if he knew from the beginning he would've have demanded that the boy be turned over to him and sent over to one of our enemies and told to look at the moon to weaken them would he not"
Both Elders remained quite knowing that Danzo would do that.
"I thought so"
Hiruzen said before the Hokage and his family teleported into the room.
"Granny, Granpa, Auntie, Pervy Sage what are you doing here?"
Menma asked with shock looking who was in the office as well.
"Were to show our sup... wait who's Pervy sa... HAHAHAHAHA Jiraiya your Pervy Sage that just suits you perfectly HAHAHAHAHAHA"
Tsunade laughing her ass off with everyone either laughig or chucking to it while Jiraiya just stood with shock on his face at the nick name that Menma came up with.
"That's mean kid I'm not pervert I'm a super pervert"
The response he got was severly Kushina walking slowly towards him with chains coming out of her and her turing into what looked like nine tails 'I thought she couldn't that... I guess the fox just influenced what was already there' Jiraiya thinking this while cowering in fear as the Uzumaki came to him.
"Now Jiraiya I know Menma has signed a new contract with the Toads but if you influence him in any perverted ways, well let's just say signing books will be extremely hard for you... understand"
Jiraiya nodding his head rapidly to appease the lady
"Enough about Jiraiya Kushina, Menma were here to show support and to say sorry for what we and Hiruzen did except those two, don't know why they are here"
"We are here to offer aid in the meeting for the Hokage and to make sure that Menma doesn't get the Death sentence even we think that Law is Barbaric"
Koharu explained which got some surprise looks from everyone.
"What... just because we knew just how extreme Danzo was doesn't me we supported what he did, even some of his crimes we will never agree to such as him killing and stealing the Sharigan for his own gain only served to show just how far gone he was and how he was crippling Konoha"
Homura said which again gained shocked looks on everyone there before they could continue there was a knock on the door and a single Anbu came in with a Monkey mask "Lord Hokage it's time for the meeting"
"Understood thank you" with the Anbu left.
"Well let's get this over with" Menma said taking a deep breath and following his father to where the meeting was taking place.
In the room the Council were seated both halves of the Council seated on the left or the right hand side of the room with the Fire Daimyo in center back of the room to investigate whats happening in the Village and to pass sentence on one subject that the Fourth Hokage can't as the Hokage is related to the person in question, the doors opened revealing the Hokage and his family walking in taking there places with the Hokage place beside the Daimyo while his family took there places near the right side of the room.
"Is everyone here" Asked the Daimyo getting nods of approval.
"Very well, we are to discuss matters relating to the Leaf Village and this Nations security is that correct Hokage"
"Yes Daimyo and I like to get started with as soon as possible if that is allowed"
"It is, I have already seen the evidence on these matter and will only pass judgement only on the subject that you cannot due to your relationship with the 'person in question understood"
"yes...yes Daimyo I understand" Daimyo hearing the pause in Minatos voice.
"Very well you shall proceed with matters at hand and I will take over on the last matter"
"Thank you Daimyo... ANBU bring in Danzo shimura"
Minute later Danzo came in guarded by four Anbus with his hands in cuffs and numerous seals over him just to be safe.
"Danzo Shimura you stand here accused of treason, numerous war crimes, kidnapping, brainwashing and experimenting on children and killing fellow leaf Shinobi for Jutsus that you have no right to claim how do you plead"
Minute of silence followed by Danzo thinking of ways to get out but failure knowing that everyone of his Root was taken down and having their 'Obedience Marks' removed and any programming his put in place being removed and the only person who could get him out was long gone with this he stood tall and accepted the end.
"I plead guilty to protecting Konoha against all of her enemies both within and outside her domain and I would do it all again without hesitation"
Minato seeing that Danzo standing firm stood up.
"Farewell then Danzo for your actions against Konoha and her allies I the Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze hearby hand you the death penalty to be carried out at 1pm today Anbu take him away"
Hearing this Danzo said nothing but stood firm and left with the Anbu to his end.
"Next matter is Orochimaru, but seeing as he is not here I hearby declare him an S-class nukenin with a kill on site for his crimes of kidnapping and experimenting on children with Danzo overseeing this heinous act as well as killing and dissecting fellow leaf shinobi for their Jutsus any objections"
Everyone shook there heads at the matter with Hiruzen shown immense sadness while thinking back on how Orochimaru came down this path.
"Daimyo would... would you kindly take over the next... matter please as I am in no position to make a decision on it"
Again the Daimyo also the heared paused but remained firm.
"Very well you may leave if you wish Hokage"
"Thank you Daimyo but I like to stay please"
The Daimyo nodding his head of approval allowing Minato to stay.
"Let's get this over with shall we, will the one named Menma Namikaze Uzumaki come forward"
Menma hearing his this felt a pang of fear in his chest from his name being called and stood up from his chair and walked forward to center of the walk.
"Menma Namikaze Uzumaki you stand here accused of being a 'Cursed Child' and with evidence shown before me and I like to think that the evidence is fake coming from a madman and I hope it is"
"Forgive me Fire Daimyo but the evidence is true" after saying this Menma unwrapped his tail around his waist letting everyone in the room see for themselves.
For a few mintues Menma tail was moving side to side show it was real even Hiashi of the Hyuga activated his byakugan and aiming it at Menma as he has never even seen one those 'Curse Children' before 'Incredible he really doesn't have any Chakra in him if it wasn't for my Byakugan I would assume he's just a normal child, Minato this must have burden you greatly to lie to your own son, telling him of an illness he didn't have all to protect him from this meeting I hope this meeting goes in you favour to see a child punished for something all because he was born is distastful, but what is that light I'm seeing it's not Chakra so what is it'.
While Hiashi was thinking on that he was seeing the rest of the Council merely lowered their heads in sadness for not one of them was wanting him to die just because he was born but the Law even though barbaric was there for a reason.
"This is going to be another one of the many reasons why I hate this job but I must proceed"
Daimyo saying this sadness at having to pass judgement on a child for no reason at all.
"Menma Namikaze Uzumaki for being born a ... 'Cursed Child' I ... Fire Daimyo Toyotomi Hideyori"
Menma waiting for the sentence was holding with all his might not to cry, the Fire Daimyo seeing this 'I can't do it he's just a child and he hasn't even comitted a crime but I must past sentence, hopeful I can find a way to remove that heinous law'.
"Menma don't be afraid I not giving you the death sentence"
Hearing this brought shock to everyone in the room.
"What even I hate that law, the only way those children don't cause problems is not look at the moon that's it, which is why I'm sentencing you to banishment til I can remove that Law from Our Land and when I do your banishment is also removed in the meantime do you understand this"
"yyeeess Daimyo sir I... understand"
Saying Menma let tears of joy come down and the Council breath a sigh of relief in the sentence that was just passed, kushina upon hearing this came running over to embrace her son along with her other children and Minato coming over.
"Thank you Daimyo if you need the Hidden Leaf help in removing it just ask"
Minato asked along with the rest of the Council nodding in agreement.
"I will be needing you help with that, that Law will be hard to remove by myself and in the meantime Menma has one week to leave the nation before the Banishment comes into effect"
"Yes I understand thank you Daimyo"
"Good i'll be taking my leave, see you at the next budget meeting Hokage" Minato nodded and bowed while letting the Daimyo leave with a smile on his face while 'Getting rid of that troublesome Law will be a headache'.
After the meeting taking place and Danzo excution went threw without a hitch the family were quitely resting in the compound with everyone taking a breather Jiraiya then summoned Maa and Paa while Menma summoned Croaker and informed both of them what happened during the meeting which brought joy to the Toads.
"Now that's over with we got time to get you ready kid, like I said before kid I will be goin tough on you understand"
"Yes sensei I understand and from watching Naruto and Nasumi training I know it won't be easy but that's good for a warrior's is never easy"
"Ha you say that now but we see what you got once we leave"
During the conversation Weasel came before the Hokage.
"Lord Hokage may I have minute of your time please"
"Yes Weasel what is it?" Minato looking at Weasel with a questioning look.
"It's just that book the toad took from your office I was wondering if I can borrow it for time"
Everyone hearing this looked shocked even the toads but before they can speak Minato, Jiraiya, Kushina and Hiruzen took sometime look around before applying privacy seals.
"Weasel remove your mask"
Weasel obeying this remove his mask showing who he was to everyone shocking the triplets.
"Itachi Uchiha, dad isn't he your successor for the title of Hokage"
Menma saying get a shocked reaction from Itachi "Successor what does he mean Hokage"
"Menma how did you find out only me and Jiraiya knew that"
"Easy you don't lock your study when you's two are there and you's are loud how can anyone not hear you"
Jiraiya and Minato just slapped there heads for what Menma said
"NO WONDER DANZO FOUND OUT MEMNA'S SECRET YOU TWO ARE IDIOTS"
Tsunade yelling at the two for being stupid "So is true then Hokage"
"Me and Jiraiya were think on it and you are the best candiate for the position and it was about time a Uchiha took the hat so what do you say you want the position"
"I'm honored Hokage and I accept the position"
"Now back to the matter at hand why do you want the book Itachi"
"My younger sister was born a 'Cursed Child' and i'm hoping that the book will help her

Menma sayin this before running to his room to get the book for the Uchiha "What does he mean that my sister is a Saiyan"
"Itachi just promise me you will read that book I didn't and look where I am now my youngest son is getting Banished and the only way to get him back is to remove that Law but it will take time so please read the book it will help you"
"Here it is" Menma came back down and gave Itachi the book who gave a quick look over.
"It's in far better condition than the one I got from the libary" Itach saying this took the one he got and showed them it.
"My god don't people respect books now a days, it looks horrible I'll be surprise if there's a few pages that can be read"
"That all there is and those pages the Uchiha already knew about them" saying everyone looked at him with curiosity
"What do you mean by that"
"What I mean is that if you cut of there tails they lose the ability to transform when they looked at the full moon, we found out about this during the Clan Wars with the Senju when one of them nearly killed one of us even though he was on transporting goods but survived with only his tail cut off after our Clan leader found out what he was he banished him and in his attempt to restore his pride walked into the Senju camp looked at the moon which was in full bloom hoping to transform but nothing happened so they just beat him up and left him for us to find, he told us what he attempted to and failed so years later when another child was born with a tail we cut it off and had the child looked at the moon and nothing happened since then any Uchiha born with a tail we just cut off there tails and let them live a civilian life"
"WHAT/WHAT" everyone in the room yelled.
"How many Saiyans are there in the Uchiha clan and why didn't you tell anyone about that" Maa asked with shock still on her face.
"There about 4 including Satsuki and the reason was that nobody asked us so we didn't tell" hearing this Tsunade just closed her eyes
"Itachi you are the perfect canidiate for hokage as all the previous ones were idiots somebody get me a bottle of sake"
"Right then Menma were cutting off your tail"
"Not a chance in hell I'm going through with that"
"Agreed his tail is his cutest feature" Kushina agreeing with Menma while her hand was stroking his tail.
"Thanks mom" Menma saying this with sarcasm.
"Alright fine but be careful dont look at the moon and remember when someone grabs your tail it will hurt"
"I already know that and got rid of the problem by letting my tail lift weights and then it was gone"
"That all it takes to get rid of that weakness just weight lifting" Paa saying looking absolutley gobsmacked
"Yep"
"Okay here's the plan Menma you and Croaker need to leave tomorrow as it will take about five days to get across border before that banishment comes into effect and train til that Law is gone and in the meanwhile Itachi will be reading that book and hopeful gets his sister to access her energy and same goes for the others if they want to, if your asking what energy is Itachi just read that book okay I thinks that's it"
"Here's some advice that should help you energy is similar to Chakra only without hand signs and tell her focus on something warm and direct it to her hand and visualise a ball that should help with first step" Menma saying this to Itachi.
"Sweetie are you sure that would work" Kushina asking with concern while Menma just responded by channel his energy to feet causing him to hover til he was at least a feet above the ground while also generating an orb of energy in his hands.
"Oh I know it will work I've been hovering in my for a few days now"
