"See you when you get back Alexis. Have fun." Wendy says as she drops Alexis off near the mystery shack as the others are getting their stuff in an RV.
"Thanks for the ride Wendy." Alexis says happily while holding her backpack.
"Not a problem." Wendy says before riding off on her bike as Alexis goes over to the others.
"Hey Alexis. Glad you made it." Dipper says as Alexis smiles.
"Thanks for letting me come along along Mr. Pines." Alexis says as Stan looks at her.
"The more the merrier. Just sign this non-disclosure agreement. Your parents aren't lawyers right?" Stan asks as he shows Alexis a piece of paper.
"Okay?" Alexis asks confusedly as she signs the paper before Stan walks off.
"He made Grenda and Candy do that too." Dipper says as Alexis looks at him.
"Thanks for the heads up." Alexis says as she goes inside the RV with Candy, Grenda, and Stan before they are joined by Mabel, Soos, and Dipper.
*Timeskip*
"Man RVs are amazing. I can't believe we're sitting at a table in a moving vehicle!" Grenda says happily as Stan is driving.
"Ooh! Informational travel pamphlets. I want to read them all and gain their travel knowledge." Candy says as she finds pamphlets.
"Kid those useless pamphlets have never helped a single person. The only wrinkly old travel guide you'll need is me. Now look alive! We're coming up on an attraction run by the most black-hearted proprietor in all of Oregon. Don't let the face fool you. This woman lit my car on fire on two non-consecutive occasions." Stan says as the group stops at their first destination.
"Whoa." Alexis says in amazement as she takes a picture of a giant yarn ball.
"I'm going in girls." Mabel shouts as she, Grenda, and Candy run over to the giant yarn ball as Alexis goes over to watch and make sure they don't get hurt.
"Dipper hup to! This ball a' yarn ain't gonna prank itself." Stan says as he goes over to the yarn ball and grabs a piece of it as Dipper comes over and does the same before Alexis quickly steps away seeing they intend to unravel it.
"Everyone! Now!" Stan shouts as everyone gets into the RV and drives away unraveling the yarn ball in the process.
"Uh Mr. Pines I really don't think that woman was very happy with what you just did." Alexis says she sees the owner come running out shouting as the group drives away.
"That's the point of our revenge trip." Stan says as Alexis looks at him.
*Timeskip*
"Ah Upside-Down Town. The nausea capital of the state. Whatever you do don't use the bathrooms." Stan says as the group arrives at the Upside-Down Town and goes inside with special shoes as they begin walking on the ceiling.
"Road dogs! Woof, woof, woof!" Grenda, Candy, and Mabel shout as they walk around laughing.
"This is so weird!" Mabel says as Alexis smiles before taking her phone out.
"Definitely different but still makes good pictures. Smile girls." Alexis says as she holds her phone up.
"Cheese." Candy, Grenda, and Mabel say happily as Alexis takes a picture of them.
"Good one! Huh?" Alexis says as she notices Dipper talking to a girl as she writes something on his hand before he comes over happily only to fall off the ceiling and land next to the girls.
"I'm okay. I'm better than okay. Mabel hi. There's my Grenda. Candy looking great. Alexis is that a new hairstyle? It looks beautiful." Dipper says happily.
"Oh uh yes. It is actually." Alexis says kindly as she blushes before Dipper walks off.
"Maybe it's the blood pooling in my head but Dipper seems different." Grenda says.
"He certainly seems happier." Alexis says.
"You okay Alexis?" Mabel asks as she notices Alexis giving a distracted look.
"Me? Oh yeah. I'm fine." Alexis says nervously.
"Now Soos! Not so upside-down now!" Stan shouts as he and Soos tip the house right side up before the group quickly leaves in the RV.
*Timeskip*
"Simply beautiful. These will look great once I hang them in my room." Alexis says as she is drawing beside a tree away from the others.
"How come you're sitting over here by yourself?" A voice asks revealing to be Dipper.
"Sorry. I like the quiet when I draw." Alexis says as she smiles shyly while dipper sits beside her causing her to blush slightly.
"That's right. You draw. I forgot you did that." Dipper says as Alexis nods.
"Yeah.. You wanna take a look?" Alexis asks.
"Sure. Wow. These are amazing Alexis." Dipper says as he looks through the drawings in Alexis's book.
"Thanks." Alexis says shyly.
"So that's why you've been taking so many pictures today." Dipper says before going quiet.
"Yeah. I've always had a bit of an artistic streak. Dipper you okay?" Alexis asks as she notices Dipper giving a disappointed look before seeing he is looking at the drawing of herself and Wendy.
"Oh sorry Dipper. I'll just put this way now." Alexis says as she quickly shuts the book.
"It's alright. Wasn't meant to be I guess. But at least the road trip has done me some good." Dipper says as he chuckles slightly.
"That's um good." Alexis says before looking down.
"You alright? You seem like you're bothered by something?" Dipper asks as he looks at Alexis with concern.
"I'm fine. I promise. Nothing to worry about." Alexis says as she gives a nervous look.
"You sure?" Dipper asks as Alexis nods.
"Yep." Alexis says.
"Alexis! Come play a truth or dare or don't with us." Mabel shouts as Alexis looks over at her.
"Well um I'm gonna go play a game with your sister. Uh I'll talk to you later Dipper." Alexis says as she stands up.
"Okay.." Dipper says as Alexis goes over to the girls and sits down.
"Okay it's time for..." Mabel says.
"Truth or Dare or Don't!" Mabel and Grenda shout as they point at Candy.
"I choose... don't!" Candy says before the girls look at Alexis.
"Uh truth I guess." Alexis says.
"Do you...like someone?" Mabel asks as Alexis gives shy smile.
"Well.. I.." Alexis says as she blushes slightly.
"Uh-oh. Someone's blushing." Grenda says.
"Tell us! Tell us!" Grenda, Mabel, and Candy say in union.
"You guys promise not to say anything if I do?" Alexis asks nervously.
"Why not?" Mabel asks in confusion.
"Just promise or I'm not telling you." Alexis says sternly.
"Okay just tell us." Mabel says as Alexis takes a deep breath before letting it out.
"It's... Dipper." Alexis says shyly before Candy, Mabel, and Grenda scream causing Alexis to cover her ears.
"Yikes you three! Watch the ears please." Alexis says.
"Sorry Alexis. We're just so excited." Mabel says excitedly.
"How long?" Candy asks.
"A little while now." Alexis says shyly.
"Don't worry Alexis. I got a plan." Mabel says as she smiles.
"No! Mabel no plans!" Alexis says fearfully.
"Why?" Mabel asks in disappointment.
"You three promised remember? Stay out of it. Please. I'll tell him when I'm ready on my own." Alexis says sternly.
"Fine. Party pooper." Mabel says in defeat.
"Thank you. Now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go to bed." Alexis says as she gets up and walks off.
*Timeskip*
"Alright campers. We got another day 'a breakin' laws and breakin' hearts. Everything up until now has been a walk in the park compared to our next attraction." Stan says as the group is back on the road.
"Is it a walk in the world's biggest park?" Mabel asks curiously.
"Eh, sort of. There she is, kids. Mystery Mountain. Five times the size of the Mystery Shack, and what's worse. She has real attractions." Stan says as Mabel sits next to Alexis.
"So when are you gonna tell him?" Mabel asks as she smiles.
"Mabel I done told you-" Alexis then gets cut off by Mabel.
"I know. I know. Stay out of it. I just wanna know when my supernatural friend is gonna get with my brother. That's all." Mabel says as Alexis sighs.
"Mabel perhaps now isn't the time. He still clearly cares about Wendy. Besides he's been around other girls. human girls. Why should I not just say nothing?" Alexis asks in annoyance.
"Because you like him and you'll regret it if you don't." Mabel says.
"You're not gonna quit until I say something to him are you?" Alexis asks.
"Nope." Mabel says triumphantly.
"Fine. If it will get you to back off I'll tell him next time we stop." Alexis says in defeat.
"You guys are gonna be so cute together." Mabel says happily.
*Timekskip*
"Alright road dogs! I got five bucks for whoever can tip the big blue ox! Go, go, go!" Stan says as he rushes the group out of the RV.
"Uh Alexis?" Dipper asks as Alexis is walking ahead of the others.
"Yeah?" Alexis asks while looking around and taking pictures with her phone.
"Where did Mabel, Grenda, and Candy go?" Dipper asks as Alexis sees it is only her and Dipper before sighing in frustration.
"So much for no helping." Alexis says quietly to herself.
"Did you say something?" Dipper asks as Alexis gives a nervous look.
"Nope. Since we're alone you uh wanna walk around together? Better than getting lost being separated." Alexis says nervously.
"Sure." Dipper says as he smiles causing Alexis to blush slightly at him smiling before the two begin walking.
*Timeskip*
"Okay this is kinda creepy. Even more creepy than some of the things we see back home." Alexis says as she is walking around in a mummy exhibit with Dipper.
"I gotta agree with you. How did we end up in here again?" Dipper asks as he looks around.
"No idea... Hey Dipper." Alexis says.
"Yeah?" Dipper asks as he continues to look at the mummies.
"Um.. I have to tell you something..." Alexis says shyly.
"You do? What?" Dipper asks as he doesn't look at Alexis.
"I don't know how to quite say this... I like you.." Alexis says nervously.
"You didn't know how to say you like me? I already knew that Alexis. I mean we're friends aren't we. We wouldn't hang around each other if we didn't." Dipper says as he looks at Alexis before looking back at the mummies.
"Y-Yeah.. Right.. Silly me.." Alexis says as she hides the sadness in her tone.
"Oh Dipper! Hey!" A voice says revealing to be a girl.
"Corn Maze Girl!" Dipper says.
"I was wondering when you'd call." Corn Maze Girl says as she sits on a bench.
"Dipper who is that?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Nobody! I mean uh somebody but-" Dipper then gets cut off by another girl walking up.
"Dipper! I didn't recognize you right-side up. You'll never guess where my mom gave birth. Hey who are these girls?" The girl asks.
"Dipper? Why haven't you called? Did our romantic log ride mean nothing to you?" Another girl says as she appears before Alexis looks at Dipper in shock and confusion.
"Dipper what's going on?" Alexis asks.
"Well answer us. Which one of us do you like?" Corn Maze Girl asks.
"I... I like all of you! I mean I don't like any of you! I mean- I was trying to learn how to talk to girls!" Dipper says as the other girls walk away.
"Alexis why are you crying? I didn't do you the way I did these girls." Dipper says as he notices Alexis crying.
"No but you may as well have. You know I thought you were a good person and a really sweet guy Dipper but I was wrong. You're just a jerk." Alexis says as she turns away from Dipper.
"Alexis wait! Please!" Dipper says as Alexis begins to walk off.
"No! Just leave me alone!" Alexis says as she runs off.
*Timeskip*
"Ugh. Men. I wish I hadn't bothered to come on this trip. It was a mistake thinking he would care for someone other than Wendy. Well at least my sister is a lucky one. Can get any guy she wants. Meanwhile I'm over here by myself." Alexis says sadly as she is walking around widows peak in wolf form before perking her ears up to the sound of people and sees the others running from a cave before going over to a nearby sky tram and shifting to human form.
"Guys! Over here!" Alexis says as the others see her and run over.
"A sky tram?" Dipper asks in confusion.
"Everybody on. I have a plan!" Candy says as everyone gets on the sky tram as it begins moving at a slow pace.
"Welcome to Trambience, the world's slowest treetop tram ride. Enjoy the sights at 0.1 miles per hour." A recording says.
"Ugh. Can't this thing go any faster?" Dipper asks in annoyance.
"No it can't. This is Trambience. Enjoying the view? Take a picture!" A recording says as the group hears a loud bang coming from above before seeing a spider creature through the window.
"We're doomed!" Stan shouts as Alexis screams seeing the spider creature.
"We're all gonna die!" Dipper shouts fearfully.
"What is that!?" Alexis shouts in alarm.
"It's Darlene! She's a spider creature!" Stan shouts.
"Listen carefully! This sky tram has an emergency drop switch. Below us is Oregon's largest Paul Bunyan statue! And Old Reliable goes off in 5... 4..." Candy says as she reaches for a lever while watching her watch.
"Candy wait! Don't pull that lever!" Dipper shouts.
"Kid are you crazy?!" Stan asks.
"Now!" Candy shouts as she pulls the lever dropping the tram as it sends it and Darlene to the ground before old reliable goes off and pushes the tram into the air.The tram then bounces and rolls down the mountain and barrels through the ticket stand below the statue as the giant foot from the statue lands on Darlene trapping her.
"My only weakness! A giant boot! A giant newspaper or a giant cup would've also been pretty bad." Darlene says as she struggles to get free.
"Thank you for riding Trambience sky tram! Tell your friends it was a boring, boring ride." The recording says.
"Kid that was ingenious! How'd you know that would work?" Stan asks as he looks at Candy.
"Useless travel pamphlets." Candy says as she smiles.
"Stany I'm sorry. I dunno what came over me. You'll let me out right?" Darlene says as she fakes a human appearance.
"What?! After all that? Seriously? Do I look like an amnesiac?" Stan asks as Darlene laughs.
"You're so funny. Have you ever considered becoming a comedian?" Darlene asks.
"You know I actually have. Comedy is too subtle these days. My style involves more over-sized props. Here. Let me get you out from there-" Stan says as the others pull him away from Darlene as he tries to let her out.
"You win this round Stan! But mark my words. As long as there's men like you out there with their dumb one-liners and pickup moves I'll never run out of prey!" Darlene says angrily as she spits acid at Stan.
"Aah! Get the car. Get the car!" Stan shouts as the group runs and gets inside the RV. As Alexis sits down she notices Dipper sitting next to her.
"Uh-" Dipper then gets cut off by Alexis.
"Don't talk to me." Alexis says coldly as she gets up and sits away from Dipper earning a sad look from him.
*Timeskip*
As the group arrives back at the mystery shack they see it is pranked and vandalized by the other tourist attraction owners.
"Aw come on!" Stan shouts as the group gets out of the RV.
"That's what you get!" A Corn Maze worker shouts as they leave with the other owners and workers.
"I don't understand. I completely don't deserve this." Stan shouts as Alexis begins to walk off and reaches the woods before she hears someone panting and sees Dipper running over to her.
"Alexis wait!" Dipper says.
"Just leave me alone Dipper." Alexis says coldly.
"No. You know what you're going to listen. I know you're mad but just hear me out okay? Afterwards then you can bite my head off if you want but all I ask is that you at least hear what I have to say. Please?" Dipper asks pleadingly.
"You have three minutes." Alexis says.
"Look I'm an idiot when it comes to girls. I really shouldn't have taken my uncle's advice and I did. I did it because I was trying to get over Wendy." Dipper says before Alexis kisses him on the lips before pulling away as the two blush.
"There. You wanted to know what was wrong with me lately. That is what has been wrong. Well now you know. I don't expect you to return it but at least now it's off my chest and my sister and Mabel won't be pestering me to say something anymore." Alexis says as she looks down.
"You kissed me? Ouch!" Dipper shouts as Alexis then slaps him.
"And that was for what happened back in the mummy exhibit." Alexis says annoyedly.
"Okay I deserved that. I still can't believe you kissed me.. Even more I can't believe it wasn't out of pity." Dipper says in surprise as Alexis scoffs.
"Oh what? That I'm so weird that it's unbelievable I could care for you? Wow that was real nice to hear. Now I regret even saying anything. Good day Dipper." Alexis says as she starts to walk off.
"Wait. You didn't let me finish!" Dipper says.
"Finish what? That I'm unattractive? That you'd rather date my sister than me. Yeah I think you are finished." Alexis says angrily.
"Alexis I like you too!" Dipper says as Alexis stops.
"What did you just say?" Alexis asks as she turns to look at Dipper.
"I said I like you too." Dipper says.
"Keep talking." Alexis says as she crosses her arms.
"Look like I said I'm an idiot when it comes to girls. I'm even more an idiot because I thought you just liked me as a friend. I have honestly liked you for a while but I did also like Wendy and I guess my heart rebounded to her out of fear of rejection from you. I didn't know how to handle it when she rejected me too. You were the first girl to ever not show kindness and stuff to me out of pity and honestly you're really amazing. I was just afraid Alexis. I know that isn't an excuse for what happened but I just didn't wanna make a fool of myself to you. But I see now that I already did that. In more ways than one. But please.. I just want a chance to make it right." Dipper says as Alexis looks at him unconvinced.
"Make it right how Dipper?" Alexis asks.
"Well I know actions speak louder than words so I'm gonna start by not letting my fear get to me anymore. Alexis I know you're probably still mad at me and I wouldn't blame you but.. will you be my girlfriend?" Dipper asks nervously.
"Really?" Alexis asks.
"Yes?" Dipper asks nervously.
"Yes.. but on one condition. No more of listening to your uncle's advice please." Alexis says as Dipper smiles.
"Deal.. At least when it comes to girls anyway." Dipper says as Alexis laughs and smiles with him.
