A/N: This is my version Vikings and the Harry Potter crossover. I do not own any book/movie/tv show and will not make any money from this.

This story is my first fanfiction. I am not a professional writer and would never claim to be. I am doing this for my enjoyment and hope to bring some joy to others, if possible!

I'm changing up the timeline a little bit from the tv show. All these characters will be OOC. As I am making them mine!

Rollo was worried. It had been two nights. Two nights since Hermione had runoff. The Earls funeral was that day. Once the festivities had calmed down, Rollo was pacing in front of his brother. Floki was standing to Ragnars right, and Lagertha was sitting to his left. While Ragnar and Floki looked as worried as Rollo did, Lagertha looked amused as she looked between the brothers and Floki. Rollo was growling and mumbling under his breath as Havardr walked through the door. Havardr had a smile on his face. That quickly turned to a frown as he looked at those around him.

"What has happened?" Havardr continued his walk into the room but at a slower pace.

Rollo swiftly turned to Havardr. While no one had noticed when Havardr was gone. Rollo remembered that he hadn't seen Havardr in the last two days, and he wasn't at Haraldson's funeral. He moved quickly, grabbing the smaller man by the throat. He pushed Havardr up against a pole that was a foot from where he initially grabbed him. "Where is she?"

Ragnar stood slowly, coming up behind his brother. While Lagertha was in shock and Floki moved to grab Rollo's arm. "Who?" Havardr whispered in a ragged voice because Rollo was crushing his throat.

Rollo yelled in Havardr's face while clutching his cousin's throat a little tighter. "Where is Hermione?!"

Ragnar pulled his brother off their cousin when he noticed Havardr wasn't fighting back. Rollo struggled against Ragnar but allowed his brother to pull him away. Havardr fell to his knees as he took deep breaths. He rubbed his neck as he looked at those standing over him. He was in shock about what just happened. They couldn't have been in Fólkvangr for more than half the night. "I came here to tell you that Hermione was going to be in her tent. We have much to tell you. Is everything all right? What has happened?"

"She talked with you. Where did you see her?" Rollo was diving for Havardr again as he asked. Ragnar stopped his brother from killing Havardr by pushed him back. Ragnar was just as impatient with their cousin but knew that his brother would kill the slightly smaller man.

"Speak fast, Havardr. Hermione has been missing for two days." Ragnar gave his cousin a look that those who faced him receive when they were about to die. It was the first time that Havardr had ever seen the look directed at him.

"We were in Fólkvangr. I was on the cliff not far from Kattegat when Hermione appeared next to me, crying. As she was going to leave, I grabbed her hand. We spun for what felt like hours when we appeared in Fólkvangr with Freya before us in all her beauty. We were there for half the night at most. We couldn't have been gone for days!" Havardr was rambling as those around him were all in shock.

Floki fell to his knees, preying to Freya for a chance to see her. Ragnar and Rollo were leaning on each other. Lagertha sat back in her chair with a look of disbelief on her face. "Fólkvangr? Truly?" Gyda, who was hiding in the other room, stepped out to ask.

Bjorn stepped out from behind his sister with Athelstan right behind him. Athelstan was in the most shock. Hermione, who seemed to disprove everything he believed in, met a Heathen Goddess. Did this mean that his God was not the True God? Athelstan was determined to speak with Hermione. He could not believe it unless he heard it from her.

Ragnar, who was curious about Athelstan's way of life and how Christianity worked, was affirmed in his beliefs in his Gods. The mother showed herself to the most powerful person each of them knew. Freya brought Hermione as a gift to help them. Ragnar had no doubts. Now he began to consider what she needed to help them with.

"Truly' Havardr confirmed as he gave the children a small smile. 'The Goddess showed herself to us. She was the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. She even confirmed that my mother was happy to see me."

Rollo looked forward to hearing more about Fólkvangr and Freya, but he wanted to hear it from Hermione. "How long ago did Hermione leave you?"

Havardr pulled himself the from kids looking to Rollo's concerned face. "Just the amount of time it takes to walk from the hill to the hut. She was certain that you would come to find her. I do not doubt that she is waiting for you."

Rollo swiftly walked from the tent and to the stables. Rollo quickly thanked Odin and Freya that a brown stallion was waiting and ready to go. He pulled himself onto the horse. He wasn't entirely on before he started the horse forward. He got the horse in a run. He knew that he wouldn't be able to run the horse after he got out of Kattegat. The ground was rocky and uneven. Rollo set out for Hermione. He knew that he couldn't be apart from her again. Rollo had never felt such worry over someone before. Not even Siggy, whom he had once cared for.

Rollo had stopped from leaving Kattegat not long after the Earl's funeral. Rollo knew that Ragnar would forgive the wife of the past Earl his brother wasn't one for holding grudges. Siggy and her daughter, Thyri, were taking gold from Ragnar's new treasures. Rollo felt it only right to tell Siggy that she should stay. He tried to make it clear that he wouldn't stop her, but he tried to make her see that his brother would make a place for her without shunning her or her daughter. Rollo shook his head. Now wasn't the time to think about Siggy. He needed to find Hermione. He needed to see that she was safe.

Hermione was lying on her bed, staring at her ceiling. She was waiting for Rollo to show. She knew that he would be there soon. She knew that her leaving as she did probably worried her Viking. She was contemplating sleeping when she heard hooves hitting the ground not far from her tent. Hermione stood from the bed, quickly moving through the tent to the opening. Rollo had just started to walk through the doorway when Hermione jumped in his arms. She was apologizing over and over as she cried. Rollo had never seen Hermione act this way, but he pulled her to him and held her until she let it all out.

Rollo picked Hermione up and sat on the couch with her on his lap. Rollo rubbed her back and cradled her in his arms. Hermione's hiccups and sobs slowed to a stop. Rollo looked down to see his witch asleep in his arms. Rollo laid his head on hers and allowed himself to relax for the first time in two days. He knew they needed to talk, but it could wait. It didn't take long for him to fall asleep.

Hermione was having the most delightful dream about Rollo. She was dreaming that he was slowly undressing her as he kissed her neck, slowly moving down her body. Hermione was startled awake as she realized that someone truly was kissing and nipping at her neck. She opened her eyes and found that Rollo held her to his chest, slowly rubbing his hands up her body. Hermione closed her eyes as she signed, sinking into the man under her.

Hermione turned her body until she on top of Rollo pelvis to pelvis. The man was staring at Hermione in disbelief. He couldn't believe that he woke to this wonderful woman on his lap. His Goddess. Hermione initiated a kiss between the two. It started as a simple kiss—lips to lips. Hermione moaned when Rollo ran his tongue across her lips, asking for entrance. She quickly gave it to him. As they snogged, Hermione couldn't help rocking her hips against Rollo, causing the man underneath her to groan. He removed one of his hands that had a grip on the back of her neck down to her bottom. He squeezed as he helped her movements against him. He was quickly getting worked up. Hermione was just as worked up. The man below her was rubbing all the right places. It didn't take long for Hermione to reach her peak. As she started to slow, Rollo kept rolling her hips, bringing her higher and higher. Hermione let out a high-pitched moan as she reached a high she had never known to before. Rollo thrust twice more before letting out a moan of his own.

Hermione felt like a teenager for once in her life. Someone who got lost in the moment lost in time with another person. While Hermione was giddy, Rollo was embarrassed. This was the first time he had made a mess in his pants since he was a teenager. Rollo wasn't embarrassed for long as he felt and watched Hermione cuddle into him. She was about asleep when he moved her from his lap. Hermione wanted to ask what he was doing, but she was already falling asleep.

When Rollo returned from the bathroom, he was amused to see that Hermione was asleep on the couch where he left her. He thought about it for a moment before picking her up. He walked to her room and laid her down on the unmade bed. He covered Hermione up and quickly moved to the other side of the bed, removing his clothes as he went. He wrapped his body around hers and followed her into a deep sleep.

The following day Hermione woke to people talking in the tent. She was warm and had a body wrapped around hers. Hermione smiled a small smile knowing before she even opened her eyes that it was Rollo behind her. The voices around her got louder as Hermione finally decided to open her eyes.

She was surprised to see that Floki was leaning over the bed only inches from her face. The Viking gave Hermione a huge grin when he saw that she was awake. "Hello, witch."

Hermione let out a small squeak as she pushed Floki away from her, almost knocking him over. Rollo quickly sat up next to Hermione, posing to attack Floki. Once Rollo realized what had happened, he laughed. Hermione glared at the men in her room as Ragnar and Floki joined Rollo in his laughter. She sighed as she stood ignoring the men as she walked out of the room to the bathroom. She quickly summoned some clothes as she went. The men started laughing harder as they watch her clothes bobbed up and down after her.

When Hermione had gotten ready, she walked out of the bathroom, drying her hair with a towel. Rollo smiled at Hermione as he watched his Goddess walk toward them on her couches. Hermione sat next to Rollo before asking Ragnar and Floki what they were doing at her tent so early. Ragnar was quick to answer, "We are here for answers."

Hermione looked at Ragnar in confusion. "To what questions?"

Ragnar gave Hermione a sharp look. "Havardr has told us of your visit with Freya."

Hermione sighed as she rubbed her temple. "Oh. That.' Hermione paused as she looked at the men surrounding her, 'Havardr and I were arguing about who would get to stay on the cliff. When I moved to leave, he grabbed me. This caused me to lose focus when going to apparate. I told you what should happen if I lose focus, but instead of losing body parts., we were transported to Freya. Freya admitted that she was the cause of me being here at this time. She took me from my home. She left me in this place without my family, without Harry, and I can never go back." Hermione started to sob as she finished her explanation.

Rollo was quick to pull her into his lap. He rubbed her back as he exchanged a look with his brother. Ragnar nodded his head at his brother as he watched Hermione with a thoughtful look on his face. Floki looked at Hermione in awe. He always knew the Gods had blessed them with her.

It took Hermione a while to calm back down. She felt like she was on an emotional rollercoaster. Hermione felt like she accepted what has happened one minute, and the next, she is back in denial, crying her eyes out. She couldn't help but be grateful for the man under her. Rollo never tried to stop her or even made her feel like he was uncomfortable. He just rubbed her back let her cry into his shoulder.

While Hermione was crying, Ragnar had Floki head back to Kattegat to ensure everything was in order when they got back. Ragnar had a surprise for Hermione. He hoped she would like it. He thought about the Seer approaching him last night after Rollo had left. The Seer predicted that he would have many sons not so long ago, but last night all the Seer told Ragnar that his destiny was changing. He would have sons, but they wouldn't just be his. Ragnar was confused, but he just knew it was something to do with Hermione. Now he just had to wait and see. Ragnar watched his brother with the witch. He had never seen his brother care for someone like Rollo did with Hermione.

Hermione used her sleeve to wipe her eyes. She excused herself from Rollo's lap to blow her nose. As she looked at herself in the mirror, Hermione was embarrassed. Her face was red and blotchy, and her hair looked like a lion's mane. She washed her face, not even worrying about her hair as she gave one last shuttering breath. Hermione walked out of the bathroom as Ragnar and Rollo were talking. "They can stay. I will let Lagertha know that she will need to watch them."

"Who can stay? Has someone tried something already? It's only been a day!" Hermione shook her head at the thought of Earl Haraldson's followers causing Ragnar trouble.

Rollo and Ragnar exchanged a look before Rollo replied. "Siggy and her daughter Thyri were caught stealing from Ragnar as they thought that Ragnar would have them ostracized in Kattegat. I talked them into staying. I let them know that Ragnar would not judge them by her husband's faults."

Ragnar gave a sharp nod. "Yes, nevertheless, we will watch them."

Hermione gave Rollo a stern look as she heard him paused and gave a deep sigh. "Hermione, you were not gone just a few hours, but it was two days. We were all very worried about you. I had thought you left for good until Havardr came to inform us that you were at your tent."

Hermione gasp as she tried to process what Rollo was telling her. She looked at Ragnar. The man a grim look on his face as he nodded, agreeing with what his brother had just told her. "Really? It's been two days?"

Ragnar walked over to Hermione, drawing her into his arms. Rollo wasn't far behind and pulled his younger brother and Hermione into his arms. Hermione started to laugh at the incredibility of the situation. She always assumed that Vikings were physical, though she always assumed they were more sexual than comforting. Both brothers moved away from Hermione as she giggled. She stopped after a moment giving Rollo a guilty look. "I am so sorry! I just realized that we fought before I left. You must have thought I left because of our disagreement."

Rollo gave Hermione a soft look as he shook his head. "You are here. That is all that matters."

He couldn't blame Hermione for the Goddess' actions. She let out a breath she didn't know she was holding. "Okay, Good."

Ragnar smiled at Hermione before becoming serious. "We need to head to Kattegat. Lagertha told me before Floki, and I left that she needed to speak with me when we returned. I am sure that the children and Athelstan wish to talk with you, Hermione."

Hermione walked into her room to grab some clothes to transfigure. She ended up in a loose green shirt with a slight V around the neck and brown pants. Hermione did not want to wear a dress or feel any sort of restriction today. Rollo had already gotten dressed. While Hermione explained what had happened with Freya thus both men were waiting outside the tent as they got the horses ready.

When the three arrived in town. The people of Kattegat were staring at their new Earl and his companions. While most had seen Hermione at the fight with Haraldson on that first day and that night when Ragnar received pledges of loyalty. However, most didn't give her a second thought until they saw her again. The townspeople came to the realization that they had not seen this strange new woman since. Many were curious about the woman who was so close to the new Earl and his brother.

Hermione tried to ignore the stares. She hadn't felt eyes on her like this since the ending of the war. She had gotten used to it in her time, but here she didn't expect people to stare at her. However, she knew precisely why they were staring. An unknown woman traveling with the most influential person in the community would raise some eyebrows and send tongues to waggling. She was sure there were going to be many rumors about her. That was until those in Kattegat got to know her though they may persist after they got to know her.

Hermione wondered what the people of Kattegat would do if they knew she was a witch. She wondered if they'd act like she was the Goddess herself like Floki or fearful like Athelstan was. Hermione sighed as she softly shook her head of the thoughts. They would find out she did not doubt that, but they wouldn't find out today. The three of them had reached their destination without Hermione noticing. She looked down as Rollo held out a hand to help her from the horse. She gave him a bright smile before turning and walking in. Rollo and Ragnar were not far behind.

When Hermione walked in, Gyda and Björn attacked the witch. She was surprised by the strong hugs and noise of them talking over each other. Her surprise quickly turned into laughter as Lagertha shush her children. Floki was not far behind the children as he snatched her from them, swinging her around the room. "I knew the Gods had sent you!

Hermione had just started to feel sick when Floki finally put her down. She took a deep breath while rubbing her temples. "Let's sit so we can talk about this."

Lagertha went to get Athelstan and Havardr while the rest of their group, including Torstein, sat around the fire. Hermione, whose idea it was to sit, was pacing in front of the group waiting for the last of her friends to appear. When they finally arrived, Rollo thought Hermione looked like she was about to be sick.

He moved to get up and stop her pacing, but he was interrupted by Athelstan. "Is it true? Did you meet this' Athelstan paused, trying to form the question he didn't want an answer to, 'Freya?"

Rollo felt almost jealous at the soft, sad smile she gave the smaller man. "It's true. She took control of my spell when I lost control. She saved Havardr and I from losing limbs.' Hermione laughed weakly at the thought, while Havardr paled at the thought of hurting Hermione or himself. 'She brought us to Fólkvangr. She brought us to her home to explain that my time here is important. My time here will change many things. She told us of a story turned prophecy that she had created before I was born."

Hermione looked around the room. She was surprised at the amazement that all of them but Athelstan had on their faces. Athelstan looked like someone had just kicked his puppy. Hermione felt awful. She knew this would shake his faith in his God. Yet, Hermione wondered if He was real. If Freya and Odin exist, why couldn't God? Hermione forced herself to stop thinking about Gods and Goddesses. This wasn't the time to have a religious crisis.

As Hermione told her story in more detail than she explained to Ragnar and Rollo, those around her were wondering what this would mean for Kattegat. Ragnar wondered if this confirmed they were meant to go West. Maybe even further than they were going now.

Rollo wondered if Hermione was here for him. Partially to stop the incessant hatred that was growing towards his younger brother, but primarily to help him become a better man. Athelstan wondered if Hermione was here to change how his world looked at God and maybe even women.

Lagertha was curious about what the prophecy meant. What Kings? What Guardian? Lagertha had a bad feeling that this story would continue without her. She placed her hand on her abdomen. She knew she was with child but had yet to tell her husband. She worried about what this prophecy would mean for her family. Torstein and Floki's thoughts were in line. Neither knew it, but they were thinking of all the ways that Hermione could help Kattegat connect with the Gods and prepare for Valhalla.

Havardr was watching the woman in front of him become more and more agitated as the story went on. He could tell she felt defeated with the situation. The children noticed her distress but were too engrossed with her story to even think about comforting her. Rollo, who had finally come out of his thoughts, was quick to stand behind Hermione. He wrapped his body around hers. She blushed at the action but appreciated it, nonetheless.

Later that night when everyone was drinking and celebrating life. Lagertha turned to Ragnar in his chair next to hers. "I have something to tell you, my love."

Ragnar was intrigued. His wife wasn't one to speak about important things in front of others. Lagertha noticed the look and gave the man a blinding smile. "We are with child."

Ragnar was in shock. They had tried for so long after Gyda, who was now twelve. "Truly?"

Lagertha, with tears in her eyes, nodded at her husband. Ragnar was quick to slide from his chair and get on his knees before Lagertha. He kissed her abdomen. He knew this would be the beginning of his many sons. Those around them cheered as they realized what Ragnar was doing. Rollo and Hermione were the first to congratulate Ragnar and Lagertha.

"I am happy for you, brother. You will both finally get the sons you have been wanting.' Rollo gave his brother a huge smile while lightly squeezing Lagertha's shoulder. 'May your son be as wild as you."

Ragnar laughed at his brother. Hermione talked with Lagertha about some books she has on pregnancy and nutrient pills that she should take to keep the baby healthy. Lagertha was grateful for the younger woman's offer to help. "I will help you, however, I can. I honestly only had the books because Mrs. Weasley gave them to me after the war when she thought Ron and I would be together. What a mess that was."

While Lagertha didn't know Ron, she had heard enough stories from Hermione, that had her agreeing that Ron was not what Hermione needed. While someone drew Lagertha's attention away, Hermione stepped back, escaping behind one of the pillars. She was happy for her friends. Happy to see this happy moment though she couldn't help but wonder what Harry was doing. Did he get married? She wondered what Ron, Neville, or even Luna was doing with their lives. She couldn't believe so much has happened since she arrived that short time ago. Hermione couldn't believe that her life had changed so drastically. As much as she wanted to hate Freya, she found herself grateful for being able to know the people around her. She knew this time is going to be difficult. Hermione did not doubt that Ragnar would be going west again. She briefly wondered if she would be going. She had no doubt Rollo would be, and she knew she could never leave him. Rollo has been her rock. Hermione couldn't see that changing anytime soon.
