Time flies, as the duo survived for almost a week. However, they knew that they can't live in this island forever. 'Well, it's been a while since we "arrived" this island, but we will soon starve here,' said SMG4. 'So, what can we do?' Asked Mario.
After a while of discussing, they decided to build a raft. 'But how?' Mario asked again. 'Well, we can get some trees and branches which were struck down by the storm,' answered SMG4. Mario agreed and helped to get the materials.
They worked for the whole day, but something went wrong as the 'raft' they made sank into the sea. 'Well, your plan didn't really work,' said Mario.
SMG4 wanted to say 'You are the one who suggested that!' But this time he held back. 'So, how about we just swim through the sea?' Suggested Mario. 'I don't think so. We might die from exhaustion because of that…' answered SMG4, 'How about we build another raft instead?' 'Great idea!' Said Mario, as he went to get more materials.
Nighttime has came after the red plumber finished gathering the trunks and branches, so the duo decided to rest.
Finally, after another day of hard work, they finished the raft and it didn't sink this time as they tested it. SMG4 and Mario then set sail to get back home.
