As the first matchup was going on, Akuno was talking with Nomusko. "We need a plan for how to use our quirks together." Akuno was talking, "If they have the weapons guarded, you'll probably be the one to get the weapon, since you can grab it at long range, but that means you'll have to go up against one. They're pretty strong, so I don't know if we should go 2 on 2, but if I can hold one of them off, and you can find the weapon, we could have a chance" Akuno drifted off, "Akuno?" "Oh, sorry, I kinda started talking to myself." "Alright, the villains will go into the building first to get everything set up, and in 5 minutes, the time will start and the heroes will go in." Water Jet let the villains in, and 5 minutes later, the heroes too. "You go up a level, and we can start searching for the weapon." Nomusko said, "Radio me if you find it." They were given earpieces to talk to each other. On the second level, Akuno found the weapon being guarded by both of the others. "Yeah, it's up here" He said through the earpiece, "Come up and our plan can start" Akuno jumped into the room, and ran at Kaerujes. She jumped out of the way, and Katasan sprayed a wall of hardened goo. Akuno punched through it with full force. It shattered to the ground. "Where's your partner?" Kaerujes said, "I know you wouldn't just barge in here for a 2 on 1. "You got me there," Akuno said. Nomusko jumped in and shot a cord at the weapon. Katasan created hardened goo on himself and jumped in front of it. "I figured you'd do that!" He shot a cord across the room at Kaerujes. She jumped out of the way but Nomusko kept shooting cords at her, and caught her. "Got you!" He said. He quickly brought her in, but she used her tongue to loosen herself out. Akuno took the opportunity, and attacked Katasan. He broke the goo, and threw him out of the room. He ran at him, but Katasan had already created a wall of goo. Akuno smashed through it, but Katasan was nowhere to be found. He started running with bulked legs to find him, But to no avail. Meanwhile, Nomusko was having trouble with Kaerujes blocking his attacks.
