Finding Our Future ch7
Well hopefully we will get to have more exciting conversations with each other, when we are working together," Grant spoke smiling softly at him.
"That would be nice," she replied politely not wanting to look rude.
"Good, it's a plan Miss James," he spoke before lifting a beer off the table and walking away.
As she watched walked away, she caught Nathan's eyes on her. All of sudden she felt guilty for having talked with Grant. She smiled softly at him, as he returned the gesture.

"Hales, come join me," Quinn shouted across to her.
Haley made her way through the crowd of guests and over to the sun lounges where Quinn was laying, talking with Clay and Nathan.
"Time to face the music, just act casually, it's okay no one knows about the kiss." She spoke to herself mentally preparing herself to be close to Nathan again.
"Good to see you Haley," Clay spoke to her.
"Nice to see you again," she replied sitting down on the sun lounger beside Quinn.
"Come on Hales, get that dress off and sunbathe with me. You're going to miss all the good sun and then you will be complaining about how pale you are,"
"Alright Quinn, relax" she glared taking off her jacket and slipping off her dress, revealing her bright blue bikini.
While she undressed she felt Nathan's eyes on her. It felt like his eyes were literally burning a hole in her skin.
"Relax you are confident and sexy" she spoke trying to reassure herself.
"Fuck, she is smoking hot!. I just want to lean out and touch her silky smooth skin."
"Where is the sun block?" She asked trying not to make eye contact with him.
"Here, and you look hot baby sis," Quinn commented while handing her the sun block.
"Thanks," she replied taking the sun block from her and seeing Nathan smirk out of the corner of her eye.
Knowing that he was watching she decided to flirt a little while applying her sun block. By the look on Nathan's face, she knew that she was having an effect on him.
"So Hales, what did Grant want?" He questioned to her.
"Oh nothing exciting just asking me out," she answered casually wanting to see what reaction he would give.
"Like fuck you want to date that asshole," Nathan thought to himself, while he tried to retain his composure.
"Well he is a good guy," he replied trying not to create any drama in front of his friends.
"Thanks. Quinn will you do my back?" She asked handing her the sun block.
"Hales, you know I hate the feel of this stuff," she complained to her.
"Yeah! Well you're the one wanting me to sunbathe and I can't do my back myself,"
"I'll do it, if that's okay," Nathan suggested to her.
"Great! There you go sis," Quinn spoke handing Nathan the sun block, while Haley glared at her.
Haley could feel her temperature now going through the roof, and it wasn't coming from the heat of the sun. She had to prepare herself for having Nathan's hands on her, while everyone was watching them.
"You ready for this?" he spoke moving to stand behind her.
"Yes," she answered softly.
Nathan put some of the sun block in his hands and rubbed it together, before applying it to her skin. It took everything in her not to moan in that moment from his touch.
First he did her shoulders before slowly moving down her back, making sure he covered every inch so she wouldn't get burned.
"Hales, do you want me to untie straps, so you don't get any sunburn there?" He asked nervously.
"Yeah," she answered as she felt him pulling the straps open before massaging the sunblock into her back more.
"Watch your tits don't fall out," Quinn spoke bringing the pair back to reality.
"Shut up Quinn," Haley fired back as she made sure she was holding them in place. Until she felt Nathan do it up again.

"So whose ready for a dip in the pool?" Quinn questioned them.
"I am," Clay spoke as he got up from his seat.
"I better let my sun block dry in a bit first,"
"Aww don't be a spoil sport Haley," Nathan commented to her.
"I'm just being safe," she commented to him.
"We will see about that," he mumbled lifting her up bridal style.
"Nathan No!" Haley shouted as she felt him scooping her up.
"Live a little Haley," he spoke before jumping in the deep with her in his arms.
"Nate, you're dead," she spoke after she had resurfaced from the water.
"Yeah! Only if you can catch me," he flirted back swimming away from her.
"It's so on," she spoke swimming after him and pushing down under the water.

Grant stood on the grass watching the pair in water, quickly noticing that their banter was definitely a lot more than just friendly.
"Looking good Miss James," he spoke watching to get a reaction from Nathan.
"Thanks; you should get in, the waters nice. She replied trying to sound casual and friendly.
At this point Nathan could literally feel his blood boiling from their interactions.
"You better do something quick, if you don't want to loose her sooner than you thought," Quinn spoke swimming up to Nathan.
"How about a game of Water basketball?" Grant suggested to the group.
"Sure," Nathan agreed wanting to win.
"Me, Haley and Quinn. Against you, Clay and Lucas," he spoke picking the teams.
"Those teams are hardly fair," Haley spoke looking around her.
"Aww come on Haley, it's just for fun," Quinn shouted before starting off with the ball.
Picking Haley for his team was one of the best decisions Grant had made all afternoon. He was able to help her shoot without anyone questioning it.
"You're not bad at this after all Haley," Grant spoke helping her as the ball was coming her way.
It wasn't till Nathan saw Grant's hands on her, that he swam over, lifting Haley right out of his grasp and stealing the ball.
At the point, Haley could clearly tell she had both guys fighting for her attention. She was becoming giddy yet overwhelmed, but still wanted to enjoy herself with her friends.
