[Third Person]

Morning rose placidly though it is still very early, Ruby made herself a very nice, cup of hot coffee while her sister Yang is snoring and the other two are sleeping soundlessly with no one to bother them. Ruby pulled a face when she took a sip from the mug. She is merely disappointed because Weiss used to make her coffee every morning but now it just changed. She is the one who wakes up early than the ice lady and she can't do anything not even altering the habit.

She just sighed heavily, sitting by the counter and sliding her index finger on the mug's rim. Today she never felt like doing anything with the thought if she ever finds a mission she is certain that there will be some runaways who are already on the case and that she is never needed. Like how many people are in the city who have jobs as they have? Her team is the team of huntresses and they should do some missions but they are always being superseded.

"GOOD MORNING! WAKE UP, SLEEPYHEADS! WE HAVE A MISSION TO DO!" Nora's voice blared through team RWBY's apartment room.

Weiss yelped in astonishment, making her get up from the mattress without even stretching. Blake started to rub her eyes that also have a few dark circles under them and lastly being Yang who just stopped from snoring and sat on the mattress. Ruby just felt her heart stopped from beating and that she has her hand holding her chest. She was gritting her teeth, looking staggeringly at Nora who has a wide smile on her face.

"Nora, please keep your voice down!" Weiss complained.

"What do you mean mission? It will be the second time someone has the case already," Blake mumbled.

"She has a point," Yang added as she yawned, stretching her arms upward the other one is artificial.

Ruby agreed with Blake and it just made her sad and annoyed at the same time. Well, it will also be the second time if ever she will meet Soukoku again. Whenever they cross her mind she just deems to slam her head against the wall or a table rather. One of them is fond to annoy and tease her and the other being mean to her when she doesn't even do anything wrong.

She leaped out of the chair and left the room for a while as she walked through Nora and Pyrrha's apartment room. She also didn't expect that they are all in the same apartment building and when the two just got here in the city, Team RWBY must have gone out somewhere that day.

When she came inside the room, Nora invited her to sit with them at a small table with some food. Ruby can smell it even if she is just standing by the front door and she bet that her sister and her two friends can have a sniff at it too. Pyrrha cooked for breakfast enough for Nora to eat all of it in one go. She even told the ginger that she has to share it with Ruby which she almost forgot though she was the one who let the red riding hood inside of their room.

"Is there really a mission today?" Ruby asked, trying to get hold of food with a chopstick.

"I just want to wake them up because they're such sleepyheads! Pyrrha just wants you to go with her to the agency headquarters so you can meet the members there," Nora explained though her mouth is being full of rice and omelet.

"Uh..." Ruby looked at Pyrrha who just smiled warmly at her. She blinked twice, thrice and her mind must have been picturing some things she rather forgets than reminisce. She just stopped chewing the food then put down the chopstick. She heard of it the second day she met Dazai and his partner who happened to be a poet, on the contrary, she also thought that Chuuya was Dazai's partner too. Now her mind is getting muddled up.

"Can we join you?" Yang chimed in. Weiss and Blake were peering beside the door and Ruby just turned to them with her mind still busy brainstorming by itself.

"Of course you can, only if Nora doesn't take all the breakfast away," Pyrrha kindly replied.

"You bet I won't!" Nora spoke as she chewed.

"So Pyrrha, how come you became close with the agency?" Ruby asked.

"I just came across with a man and he was the first to talk to me. He mentioned my name and I was surprised because I never even introduced myself. Aside from that, he knew I am a huntress and that I can control metal which is kind of weirded me out because we're new in this place and they are never familiar to us. Then he introduced me to the agency. To be more precise it's the president I got to talk with."

After Pyrrha looked at Ruby she turned to face the table and insisted to finish her meal instead. While Ruby tried to put everything into a clearer picture of what the redhead has said. Pyrrha never continued talking to Ruby especially about the man she just met when she first arrived in the city.

"It was awkward when the agency clerk knew my name," Blake uttered out of the blue.

All of them glanced at Blake. She is looking on the plate in front of her at the table and her emotion just remain steady. They took their time listening to her about how she was known as the shadow huntress and she is like some kind of an assassin. With that thought again, Blake couldn't help herself but let her face be heated in red as if she assumed that nom de plume didn't actually fit her.

"Well, what do you expect? They're the agency and they're experts to know everything," Nora retorted.

"I don't even know what I will feel if I meet them," Yang added.

"Or be excited," Weiss concluded.

"We are actually going there right now," Pyrrha announced.

I stared speechlessly at Pyrrha and the others happened to be in the same reaction as me. Our eyes are stuck at the smiling redhead though she never felt any excitement, not like Nora who can almost spit water from its glass if she ever takes a slurp from it. I didn't know how to react anymore but to be staggered and my body seemed frigid when I couldn't even move it properly while sitting on the floor.

We got to hurry up and I even asked Ruby for help with my artificial arm on how can I explain it when the agency will see it. I know it is juvenile to think about it but for me, I can feel embarrassed when I get there. I envy Blake on how she is taking this like it is not a big deal for her. Weiss kept on talking with Pyrrha which I didn't bother to know more about what they have been conversing about. Nora is the one who washed the dishes from breakfast.

When we are done tending for ourselves, I started to notice Ruby. After she had a talk with Pyrrha she stayed quiet now and didn't feel like she is hyped up for today. I always think that if Ruby is like that I just let her be because she must be going through some phase and she will get over it too. But I still am not sure, she wants to restart a new life just as much as I do so I should be there with her so that she can't be left behind. I suddenly feel like I am treating her as a little kid.

"Yang! We're leaving," I heard Blake's voice down the stairs.

"Are you okay?" Weiss held me by my shoulder.

Damn it, I was zoning out the whole time? Ruby is out of my sight probably she already got out of the apartment building while I am still here in front of the closed door, facing the stairs like a statue. I sighed heavily and went walking down the stairs with Weiss.

"Are you thinking about your mother?" Nora chimed in.

We set foot on the roadside. I sullenly glowered at Nora who has a questioning look on her face. I can't be annoyed by her question especially she is just calm and sincere when she talked to me. There is no hint of agility in Nora's voice when she asked me about my mother and I never answered her.

We got to the agency headquarters when Pyrrha pointed at the red building that we are already facing, our heads held high looking at it like it is some kind of modern art. My hands are on my hips while staring at the building. The first floor is a coffee shop at least, and there is a closer highway right across it. People walked by and as I glanced at the coffee shop which almost looked like a bar to me, there is not even a single soul staying inside but just a waitress in a black and white French maid uniform and a bartender.

"Wow, it's my first time here," Ruby murmured.

"We didn't even get past here since the first day," Blake added.

"We're too lost to find for an apartment anyway," Weiss stated.

"What are we waiting for just standing here 'til a vehicle kills us? Let's go inside!" Nora exclaimed.

We only stared at Nora who is happily marching towards the building. Pyrrha just shrugged and still her smile didn't seem to fade since we got here. She told us we have to get to the office where the agency is staying and that is what we are doing now. As we got into the building there is an elevator after the entrance, in front of the entrance is a front desk that says 'reception' and there is no one even there. We got to the elevator and Pyrrha pushed the button that will lead us to a certain floor. The elevator dinged as it stopped and already brought us to some floor. It could have been the second to the last one of the building still I can't seem to figure that out.

We walked to the hallway which there are doors that can lead us to empty rooms until we reached an infirmary, a small living room, and then surprise, I can quite see some people as we are reaching for the last opened door.

"They're here!" A female voice happily announced.

"Kenji, call the president," The man with the glasses said to the blonde boy. He looked at me as he walked past me with a warm smile on his face. I smiled back at him to elude being a snob while I rubbed the back of my head.

"It's a pleasure to meet you all, Huntresses. I'm Dr. Akiko Yosano, don't mind the doctor you can call me by my name,"

A woman just approached as she is about as tall as Pyrrha her hair being cut into bob and bangs with a butterfly clip on the side of her head. She laid her eyes on Blake who is stunned to see her just in front. The doctor lend her gloved hand to Blake and they both shook hands. The other girl approached too, and she is the one Blake has told me about and I also saw her with the little girl from Nora's opening of her flower shop. She is so happy to see Blake again and even telling the doctor that Blake is the one that she has been talking about as the Shadow Huntress.

While Weiss and I are quiet just looking at Blake who got entertained by two women at the same time. Akiko looked at Weiss and smiled at the ice lady. Weiss's lips pursed a bit but she still managed to creep a smile.

"Weiss Schnee, we heard a lot about you,"

"Well, yeah. It always happens. My family has once owned a big business."

Lastly, being Ruby quietly stood beside me and is looking right at Weiss and Akiko conversing. She is almost forgotten but then Naomi's attention got caught by her after talking with Blake who is actually just spitting one or two words as her reply. Nora and Pyrrha are both talking to the two guys over their office tables. I kept overhearing them especially Nora and it seemed like both of them are becoming closer with those two.

"You should meet my brother! He is a bit timid but you can get along with him!" Naomi is already dragging an orange-haired man with her who is a bit annoyed at her. I tried not to laugh from the awkwardness that is happening but I guess it can't be helped.

"You're Ruby Rose?" Naomi's brother asked.

Ruby is quite surprised by the mention of her full name. She looked at Naomi's brother named Junichirou just as he introduced himself to us.

"You know, Dazai has told a lot of things about you to us," Junichirou added.

"Uhh, wh-what?" Ruby stammered.

"Aw is my baby sister getting popular?" I happily teased.

"Ruby, the grim reaper. She is lucky to meet the Double Black," Akiko commented.

Ruby looked down and rubbed her arm in embarrassment as I deemed her to be, even her face is flushing in pink. Weiss is giggling softly at her while I just smiled beside my sister. Blake just got stuck with the little girl again however her amber eyes gazing around the office until our eyes meet again. She walked towards us the dark purple-haired girl following her.

"Don't forget about me! Kenji Miyazawa at your service!"

The blonde boy who is about fourteen years of age same as the girl beside Blake just came back to the office. He is grinning widely at us and started to introduce himself as well. The agency says that he has super strength as his ability almost closer to my semblance and Nora's strength too. Now I have known all about them especially the two remaining guys whom Pyrrha and Nora got closer with. I was quite the only one who didn't talk that much aside from Blake. Somehow, I can't piece all of this together my mind is muddled with a lot of things and trauma.

"Welcome to the Armed Detective Agency, Huntresses."

I staggered back when I heard a voice behind me. I stepped forward then turned to see a white-haired man in his yukata. Ruby and I glanced at each other for a moment then she made a gulp. An unexpected silence just filled the room when he entered it and all of our eyes are on him. He is looking right at us, at me, Ruby, and our other friends. He then put a smile on his face and cleared his throat, his hands on his back.

"I'm Yukichi Fukuzawa, the president of this organization. Please to meet you, Ruby Rose's team."
