Bishop then says Nick we came to get you back. Nick then sits up against the wall and says well thank yous for coming. Gibbs then gets out of the back of the car and says Nick its good to see you. Nick then gets up and hugs Gibbs it's good to see you boss.
He then sees Shepard and says well it's good to see you alive Shepard its been a long time. Shepard then says same here Nick. He then sees Tony and McGee and hugs both of them. Nick then says so who brought the explosives.
Gibbs then says we dont have any Nick. Nick then says well were gonna have to use the car to bust open the gate. Nick then says Gibbs your gonna have to be on lookout using your sniper. Theres gonna be two teams Me and Bishop take one half of the building Shepard Tony McGee you take the other half. Everyone is shocked when Gibbs says ok good plan Nick. Tony then whispers to McGee did Gibbs just let Nick boss him.
Bishop then says are you sure your up to this. Nick then says sure I am I only have a broken Nose a bruised face a couple of broken Ribbs wounds on my body and a partially burnt back. Nick then chuckles and says dont worry I'm good. Everyone is taken back by what Nick has endured but they dont say anything. Nick then says where is Vance. Gibbs says hes talking to the local police for some assistance. Nick then laughs he will have a challenge.
Nick then says who was shooting. McGee then says it was an app on my phone which makes realistic shooting sounds it was used to distract the guards so we could get to the gate.
Torres then says I will drive the car and bust up the gate. All of them reluctantly agree. Torres Jumps in the car and reverses it. He then puts the pedal to metal and drives as fast as he can into the gate. The doors come flying open. Hes now in the compound and there is heavy gun fire towards the car.
He Jumps out of the car and is taking gun fire. He takes out his pistol and begins to return fire. He takes out a couple of the guards. Bishop then appears beside him and says Nick that was pretty stupid.
Nick then says I know but someone has gotta be the hero. He then begins to clutch his side. His injury are once again starting to catch up with him. He then says me and you better get to work. Him and Bishop take out some of the guards. McGee Tony and Shepard take out some then Gibbs takes out the rest with his sniper.
McGee and Bishop take there side of the building and McGee Tony and Shepard take theres. Bishop then says to Nick I read your letter. Nick then says well take about this after he then says Duck. She does and he shoots a guy behind her.
She then says you cant just say you love me then say we will take about it after. He then says well I'm not gonna talk about it now but I will do something else. He then pulls in Bishop for a kiss. They end up kissing for a few seconds then Nick says is that good enough. Bishop all flustered says yes. They carry down the hallway and take out any other guards that are in there way.
They then get to the office that Nick was in earlier when he was knocked out from behind. He goes to open the door but its barricaded. Nick then says your gonna help me open it I'm not strong enough to bust it open at the moment.
Nick and Bishop get ready and they kick open the door together. They then immediately jump towards the wall since there met by machine gun fire. Nick then shouts who's shooting at me currently. No one awnsers then a boy says I am your trying to hurt my family.
Nick then says oh no. Bishop then says Nick is a child shooting at us and how do you know him. Nick then says I will tell yous properly after but basically I was kept in this room and tortured when I wasnt been tortured this kid would come and speak to me. Bishop then says Nick how old does he look.
Nick then says I would guess hes nine or ten years old. Bishops face then goes white and she says Nick theres something I have to tell you. Nick then says what is it you aren't gonna go Trek wars on me and say this is my kid. Bishop then says did you just combine Star Trek and star wars together. She then says I only just found out a couple of days ago. She pauses and then she says Wheh you arrested Roxanne she was pregnant with your child. It was kept from you so that it wouldnt compromise anything. Nick's then shocked and he says I have a what.
Nick then says I'm gonna assume Mike and Shepard new and they kept it from me. Bishop nods. Nick then gets angry and says I had a son and he was kept from me. By the time there finished talking the gunfire has stopped.
Nick then shouts hey kid I'm not here to hurt your family. Look they've been naughty and they have to be put on a special time out. The kid then says I'm not stupid your gonna throw them in prison. Nick then shouts hey kid look you can trust me. Nick then says who's your Dad. The kid says I'm not sure he left us before I was born. Nick then shouts look kid I dont know how to tell you this but I'm your DAD.
The kid then shouts your lying your just trying to get me to put down the gun so you can then arrest my family. Nick then says look kid I'm gonna prove that you can trust me. Nick then says to Bishop throw our guns towards the kid. They go and they throw there guns. Nick then shouts is it ok if I stand up and come towards you so we can talk. The kid then says ok but dont try anything funny.
Nick slowly walks towards the kid with his hands up. Nick then says look kid my Name is Nick Torres. I'm a special agent for NCIS before I was a special agent I was an undercover agent. My first undercover involved your family since they were doing bad things. Essentially me and your mum liked eachother then we made you. Then me and your mum had a falling out and your mum started doing bad things.
So then for the bad things they did they went to prison. But apparently when your mum was pregnant before she went to prison. I only found out about you five minutes ago. Kid is it alright If you put down the gun so we can talk and discuss where your family are.
The kid then says ok I will put down my gun and please call me Miguel I hate being called kid. Nick then says is it alright if my freind comes out. Miguel nods and Bishop stands up and walks towards Nick.
Nick then says so Miguel wheres your mum and uncles we need to talk to them. Miguel then says I'm not sure. My mom locked me in here and said that she and my uncles had to go and deal with yous since yous were trying to split us apart again.
I was locked in here and my Mom said she would be back for me once it was safe to I found this gun and I thought I had to protect myself I'm sorry for shooting you. Nick then says is it alright if you go with my freind here. Here names Ellie and shes gonna take yous outside until its safe. Miguel says ok Bishop is reluctant to leave Nick but she says ok.
Before they go Bishop hugs Nick and whispers in his ear come back to me she also gives him a set of handcuffs. Nick nods and they go there separate ways.
Nick continues through the building when hes ambushed by Diego. Diego Punches Nick in the Stomach. Nick falls to the ground and is struggling to catch his breath. Diego then picks up Nick and throws him against the wall. He begins to smack Nick in the face opening up old wounds. Nick then headbutts Diego in the face.
He then Tackles Diego towards the wall and knees him in the stomach. Diego then kicks Nick in the nuts. Nick falls to the floor in pain. Nick crawls towards his gun he has it in his hand when Diego stands on his hand. Diego then says well Nick I've been given the order that I'm aloud to kill you so I'm gonna enjoy this.
He kicks the gun away from Nick. He then pulls out a Knife and stabs it in that hand. Nick is struggling to move at this point his injuries are really starting to affect him. Diego then goes to attack Nick but Nick manages to kick Diego in the knee. He then kicks him in the face. Both men are down on the ground. Nick then gets to his feet first. He grabs the gun and says Diego your under arrest. Nick then says ow my hand he then has to get the knife out of his hand.
He pulls the knife out and clutches is hand. He then puts the handcuffs on Diego. He then picks up Diego and says wheres your brother and sister. Diego does not say anything he just spits on the floor.
Nick then sees Some dead guards and some in handcuffs. He then sees Tony and McGee. Nick says to Mcgee are you able to take this dirt bag outside McGee nods. Tony then sees that Nick is even more beaten up than before.
Tony then says are you alright Nick. He then sees his hand and says Oh my god what happend to your hand. Nick then says Diego stabbed me in the hand. Tony then says have you been told. Nick says yes I know I have a son and dont worry I know you only just found out. Tony then says were still looking for Roxanne and Hugo. Nick then says wheres Shepard. Tony then says shes looking outside to see if theres any signs of escape.
Tony then says theres only one part we havent checked come on. Nick and Tony go to open the door when there met with a shotgun bullet through the door. Tony then says are we fighting the terminator what's he gonna say next asti lavista. Nick chuckles.
Nick then shouts who's shooting at us. A female voice says I am Nick. Nick then signals to Tony to send a message to Gibbs to be prepared with the sniper Tony does. Ncik then says so Roxanne I know we havent talked properly in along time but why didnt you tell me I had a son.
Roxanne then says hes not your son hes my son what have you ever done except put his mother in prison. Nick then says you put yourself in prison Roxanne. She then says Well Nick hows this gonna end because I'm not going back to prison. Nick then says Roxanne you will be going back to prison and I will be raising our son so he doesnt turn out like his uncles.
Tony then signals that Gibbs is in position all he needs Is th signal and he will wound Roxanne.
Roxanne then says I will never let you raise my son. I would rather kill you or die trying then letting you raise him. Nick then says you hate me but you wont kill me. Tony then says Nick aren't you a bit over confident.
Nick then throws his gun towards her. He then steps out from cover and says so are we gonna talk or are you gonna shoot me. Roxanne then says Nick I'm not the girl you once new so I'm gonna shoot you.
She shoots her shotgun and a bullet goes flying backwards. Gibbs then shoots Roxanne in the shoulder which drops her. Tony goes running towards Nick. He then says oh my god Nick are you DEAD. Nick then groans and says No I'm not dead I've just been shot in the shoulder. Nick then says you were right Tony I was over ambitious.
Nick then laughs I'm falling apart dude look at all the injuries I've sustained. Tony then says I'm gonna start calling you Nick the cat you must have nine laughs.
Tony then puts pressure on Nick's shoulder he then goes and puts Roxanne in handcuffs. Nick then clutches his shoulder putting pressure on it. Nick then stands up and says Tony go and take her outside and I'm gonna find Hugo. Tony then says Nick are you sure about this. Nick nods and says yes I'm sure.
Nick then grabs a piece of rope and ties the cloth to his shoulder so it stops the bleeding. Nick then checks his gun has bullets and he heads on his way. He also wraps a piece of cloth round his hand. He then laughs and says I really am a action hero.
He then gets to the end of the building the final room. by this point hes extremely fatigued from his injuries but he has one last burst of energy left in him.
He kicks open the door expecting Hugo to be there. Hugo is not there Nick then smashes his good hand on the wall. He then says dam hes escaped.
Nick then heads outside where he sees a bunch of the guards in handcuffs. He then sees Diego and Roxanne being put in a police car. He walks up to the car and speaks to Roxanne.
She then says Nick look after my she then stops halfway through and says look after our son. Nick nods she then asks if she can say goodbye. Nick agrees and gets Bishop to bring over Miguel.
She says Miguel mommy's just going on a vacation for a while because shes been naughty. Now your dad is going to be looking after you so be good for him. She kisses him on the head. She then signals for Nick to take him away so she does not get upset in front of him.
Miguel then hugs Torres which shocks him. Hes not use to being hugged by a kid like this. It makes him feel warm inside like a dad.
He then let's go of Miguel and goes down on one knee so he can talk to him. So Miguel how would you feel about living in Washington DC with me. Miguel then says I would like that Dad. Nick is taken back by being called Dad it makes him quite emotional. He hugs Miguel and says dont worry buddy I'm gonna look after you son.
He then stands up and says hey Buddy how would you feel about hanging out with Bishop whilst I speak to some of the guys. He walks up to Gibbs and hugs him he says boss it's good to have you back. Gibbs hugs him back and whispers in his ear it's all right Nick I'm back and dont worry your gonna be a great dad.
He then goes and speaks to Vance who says Nick im sorry for what happened I had no choice. He expects Nick to be frosty with him but Nick is not. He hugs Vance and says dont worry I would of done the same thing. He then whispers in Vances in ear if you want to repay me I only want one thing. Vance says anything Nick. Well I'm gonna need your help with the being a dad thing.
He then goes and speaks to Tony and McGee who are happy that they managed to Reacue Nick he also asks them for help.
He then goes and speaks to Shepard and he says it's good to see that your still living Shepard. Shepard then says same here Nick. He then says are you gonna be sticking around. Yes I am Nick I'm gonna try and fix things with Gibbs. She then wakes closer to him and says you and Bishop be careful.
He then walks up to Bishop and gives her a hug. He then whispers in her ear I love you Ellie and I'm no going anywhere. She then hugs him tightly and whispers back I love you more.
Nick is then taken to a Mexican hospital so he can be examined and patched up. All his injuries are treated in the proper way. His arms in a sling and hes lying in his hospital bed. Ellie walks in and she sits on the bed with Nick.
They end up cuddling and Nick kisses her on the head. She then says Nick dont ever risk your life like that again. I could of lost you and the cartel could of killed you. Nick then says it's alright Ellie I wont I cant anymore I have responsibilities I have Miguel and you. She then chuckles so are you and me a thing. He then says I suppose we are nerd. Ellie then laughs and says I'm not a nerd. Nick then lifts up Ellies head and they kiss.
