Part 7 - The Trial of Edward Cullen #2

Few moments later, the judge and others came back inside of the court room and looked slightly better now too, and all sat down again, and Edward was brought back into the room with his lawyer and police officer from the place he had been held until today's trial. He didnt look like he had any emotions except for some smiles and trying to wink over to Bella, who didnt even look over at him nor gave him any notion of her seeing it either.
The judge then said
"I call now up Isabella to the stand please." At that Bella stood up, when she did, the room saw her baby-bump and Edward glared at the sight of it, and tried to shout out his anger, but he was quickly subdued of the officer that was with him and his lawyer, as Bella was sworn in, and the lawyer of Edward said
"You dated my client, yes?" At that Bella said
"Yes, but now knowing what he is like, I deeply regret that I even fell for his charms back then, when he told how he got me to fall for him in first place. Something I regret that I even was that naive, sir."
At that Edward was shocked, hurt and angered of her words, as the lawyer asked on,
"What did you mean with your statement, Mrs Spears?"
"He for months before we even began dating, would sneak into my room, and sit in my old rocking chair that I used to have back then in my old room, and watch me sleep for hours, just sitting there to watch me sleep, how creepy isnt it now that I think back on it, and now know how naive and crazy he and I was back then, being only teenagers for God's sake."
"And when you two did start dating, how would you describe your relationship back then?" Bella sighed, as she said
"At first I can admit that I was acting like a love-sick fool and classic teenager who falls fast and hard for their so-called first love, but now that I looked back, there were so many signs of his mental illness was showing up early on in our relationship if you want to call it that even."
Edward sat in shocked anger, as he glared at her, while she didnt even look at him. His family was shocked of what she had said here, as the judge said
"Mind if I ask you a question, Mrs Spears (Bella shook her head, go ahead she said also, he smiled slightly) what kind of mental illness do you think now after what happened to your parents and yourself that night, he was suffering from?"
Bella said very honestly and openly;
"Frankly, I believe he is a very warped and sick human being if he is even a human, but also a sick stalker and needs clear help with his issues of viewing women, sex in general, as he was such a prude not that is wrong to be one, but he was overly top a prude and his parents and siblings werent even better on that area either, but that is not this is about either. I believe that Edward or Mr Cullen needs clear professional help while incarenated for what he put me through and what he did to my poor innocent parents and unborn sibling, yes, you bastard, when you killed my mother, you also killed her unborn baby fucking psycho, and you could have caused my twins' that I am carrying also their deaths, but luckily I was saved from that and being raped, bastard son of a bitch. No woman will ever love you as they will now know what kind of sick boy you are, as you are still just a boy, no man would do or try what you did to me, my paresnts and our lives."
Many were shocked of her words towards Edward who sat there in shock, as she said
"That you did it for I didnt want to leave Eddie, my loving, caring and more handsome husband, you did this to me and my parents, my parents who wont meet their grandchildren nor will I get to meet my sibling that my mother longed for years to have with Phil, how fucking sick are you?!"
She just shook her head, as she now wept openly in her hands, as Eddie stood after the judge let him go forward and help Bella of the stand and into his lap, while Michael and Patrick who sat on either side of him, placed a gentle hand on her back for now. Eddie just held his wife in his arms. Others were just sick or angry of what had been talked about, even his own lawyer was sick to his stomach of what he now learned about the said crimes.
As the judge asked for another break to let the jurors to decide what Edward's sentences would be, and they all left the room to go out and sit there drinking coffee or sodas for those who wanted that over coffee. Aswell a few sandwiches to eat. About an hour later, they all were called back inside, and everyone sat back in the room, as soon the judge and the criminal himself had also come in, the judge turned to the jurors-stand, and asked
"Have you come up with a resultat for the criminal?" At that the nearest one nodded his head, and gave a piece of paper to the guard who gave it to the judge, he took one look and nodded his head and it was given back to the same person, as he said
"And that was?" At that the man turned to the crowd and also to look at the jugde, as he said
"We all 12 of us were on same side, and we all say guilty of all charges what Mr Edward Cullen has done." Most gasped of what he said, as Edward looked frighten now, as the jugde said
"So it is decided, then I will give you, Mr Edward Cullen, Life without parole for 4 murders, 1 attempted murder and 1 count of rape, you will also be registered as Sex Offender and you will also during your time in jail, go through mental invalation and therapy, as you clear as day need it. So mote it be!"
He then slammed the hammar in the table, as he started to scream while his family especially Alice, Rosalie and his parents were in shocked anger, while Bella and her family and friends had all relief on theirs as they were then let go of the room, and everyone went different ways to the nature of how people on his side had reacted to the verdict. Bella was pleased and relived now. So was others in the room and town too.
