Rose, Rose was standing in his doorway. His erection throbbed painfully as he looked at her.
"Can I watch?" she asked as she fully walked into his office.
He nodded weakly. He didn't know if he could speak at this moment in time. She walked forward and climbed onto his desk so she could get a better view.
He kept his eyes on her face as she returned his hand to his cock. He went slowly, he wanted this to last as long as possible. He wanted to watch the desire that started to grow in her face. He found it hard to breathe as she licked her lips and her hands wandered down to her own pants. She unbuttoned her pants and pushed them low. He itched to touch her when he saw the first glimpse of those dark curls residing between her legs. He unconsciously increased his pace as he watched her hand start rubbing circles over her clit. She let out a small moan and he almost came right then and there.
She didn't know why she started touching herself. All she knew is that if she didn't touch herself, she would touch him, and she didn't know if she wanted to do that just yet. She enjoyed the view as he stroked himself. He was making small little noises and she didn't think he realized it. It made her almost insane with desire. She wanted him. There was no doubt in that anymore. He reached out a hand and rested it on her bare thigh. His touch sent shockwaves through her. It was so simple, yet she found herself coming shortly after.
Her orgasm was music to his ears. He didn't think he ever heard something the filled him with so much pleasure. It wasn't long after he finished that he was ridding out an orgasm of his own albeit it was so intense it was painful. He slumped back into his chair and closed his eyes. He didn't think he had ever been this satiated with a simple hand job.
"He gave you the code," he muttered with his eyes still closed.
"I wanted to talk to you."
"About what?" He should be angry with Kylo, but she was here and that was more than he could have hoped for.
"LN-287."
That made him open his eyes and look at her.
"The scene you witnessed was a test." She had debated on just how much truth to tell him. She knew she needed to trust him if he were to trust her. "We all saw that you had changed we just needed to know how much."
"Was LN in on it?"
"Yes, it had been my idea in the first place."
"Why was the test necessary?"
"We didn't think you'd offer the information we needed freely, so we had to force your hand. We needed a place to begin."
"To begin what?"
"To change the First Order. Unnecessary violence and death shouldn't be its creed anymore. Snoke is dead and of those who remain, none of us are Snoke nor are we puppets of his ideals."
He couldn't believe his ears. If all of this were true it took a lot of faith in him for her to say this. This information could easily destroy them if told to the wrong person. He was awed that they thought he wasn't the wrong person to tell.
"And I proved my interest in change with the test?" It was less of a question and more of a statement.
"Yes."
"Are you here to seduce me?" He didn't know where the question came from, but he needed to know if her interest was just apart of their plan.
"If I wasn't interested, I wouldn't be here."
He could hear the yes in her answer. He was wary of it. He could tell she desired him for her face was like a mirror. He could see his own desire in her eyes. He wasn't sure she would have acted on it if it hadn't been useful to do so. He needed to know how far that desire went.
"I feel like we got off on the wrong foot." That at least wasn't a lie.
"What do you intend to do about it?"
"I am not a bad cook. Would you allow me to cook you dinner?"
"Yes." It wasn't the plan of seduction that made her say so. She needed to know how far this desire went. She didn't know if it was just righteous lust or if it might have a basis in something more. Dinner with him would help her see that.
"I have to make a plan on what to eat and make sure I have all the required ingredients. Why don't we say I'll stop by your guest quarters in four days? I'll give you more details as we get closer."
"It sounds like a plan," she turned to leave but before she made it to the door, she turned back to Hux. "Talk to Kylo."
She left him there. He hadn't thought she would say yes. Dinner was a point further than seduction was. He wasn't sure how either of them were going to handle it. He didn't know how he was going to eat a meal with her without wanting to ravish her every single time he looked at her. He would hope that the night ended with passion, but he knew at this point not to expect it. Dinner would be whatever it happened to be. He looked forward to it no matter what.

Rose didn't know how she felt about the dinner that was ahead of her. She knew some part of her was excited. She knew another part of her head was wondering what the hell she was doing getting involved with Hux. She had vowed to hate him for the rest of her life for what he did. He would need to make up for that before she could really give herself to him. She didn't know if he could make up for it but she would let him try at least. She was able to give him that much. She had to give him that much. She didn't know why but she had to.
She worked her way back to her quarters. She was rather tired despite the fact that her day was barely three hours old. She wanted a nap, but she more just wanted to lay in bed and do nothing for the rest of the day. She didn't think that would be possible. There just was still too much to do. She knew Ben had been right in that she needed to train, and she wanted to. She just had a lot on her mind and all she wanted to do was think. Hux was a puzzle she wasn't sure she was going to solve but it was one she wanted to work on.

They trained that afternoon. Lain turned out to be a fierce opponent and was able to take on both Rey and Rose at the same time and win. It seemed they both had a lot to learn.
"If you've been training with her, how come you didn't beat me?" Rey asked as she tried to catch her breath.
"I was thinking about other things. I didn't want to just beat you, I wanted you to join me. I didn't want to harm you. I never wanted to harm you."
"You would have though, if it meant I were to stay with you."
"That was then months ago and as I see it you had no qualms about harming me."
Rey angled her head. "That was before I truly saw who you were." She walked up to him and kissed his scar.
"I'd like to think that I am a really good fighter, and, in some points, I am," Lain started, "but I have implants, sensors that relay directly to my brain about the things around me. I was trained specifically for training people."
Ben smiled at the looks on the women's faces. Rey saw his smile and gently pushed him. "You let us think it was a fair fight."
"Stormtroopers," he began, "those at least who mean you harm will not fight fair, and you shouldn't expect them to. Some have implants but not a lot only one person out of every fifty are compatible with the implants." He took Rey's staff from her loose grip and places the butt of it on her throat. "You have to be prepared for everything."
Rey stuck her tongue out at him and took back her staff. "Your point is made." She walked back into the training circle and lowered herself into a fighting stance. "Shall we?" She was ready for the impossible this time.

Rey laid her head on Ben's bare chest.
"You need to talk to him you know," she said.
"Who is he?" Ben knew she probably meant Hux be he wanted to be sure.
"Hux of course."
"And why is that my love?"
"You gave her the code. He'll be angry and for once you'll have to face his anger with respect."
"He got a lot out of it though," he said indignantly.
"It was still a line that was never crossed before. It doesn't matter that it wasn't you who walked into this office. It was still your choice to give her the code."
"I will talk to him tomorrow." He pulled her close. "But for now, I just want to be here with you. I'm grateful for every night we are in the same bed. At one point in time, I never thought it would happen."
Rey's response was to just snuggle closer to him and close her eyes. She enjoyed the simple silence that surrounded them.
