Part 8 - Court #1 with Reactions

A year later, the Cullens were brought forward a court jugde, not knowing really why they were brought forward him. The jugde then said

" We as people against the whole Cullen Family except Rosalie and Emmett McCarthy, telling us they have no boundaries left to the Cullens who are left in the family have not left them before today. So Carlisle, Esme, Edward, Alice, you have been brought for breaking laws, such as breaking the restraining order that you were served a year ago after you had tried to come for Isabella and Michael's daugther's christening. Edward an extra crime for you is for breaking and entering Isabella's room as teenager without permission to sit and watch her sleep, is crime of itself. So what do you plead?"

Many in the room were in shock, as Edward was furious but shocked of that being brought, as they all said not guilty, as Bella who sat with her lawyers by her side, scoffed silently. As the jugde said

"So you say, then lets proceed with the crime photos, videos and also the statement of Isabella herself and her husbands read by his wife today. So Isabella, come to the stand."

The Cullens looked at her with shock, as she took the stand, and told the room of she would only speak the truth and truth alone, if found lying she would be sentenced with payment for her crimes, and she accepted that too. Then she sat down, as the judge then asked

"Isabella, you told me and the cops of the time, that Mr Edward Cullen had broken and entered your old bedroom in your father's house, without your knowlegde at first before you two started to date, that is when he came clean to you, is that true?"

"Yes, and I can say with truth at first I was acting like a love-sick fool and accepted the fact that he done so, but now as adult and mother myself, I know how disgusting that is, to sit night after night to watch someone to sleep in their beds, who does that even to this day? I felt it was time to tell the truth about Edward's behaviour and how much he needs help with it, as he seems to this day still act like spoilt child who won't grow up or move on with his life."

Many were shocked of her admission and story, Edward kept staring at her with anger in his eyes, his parents who didnt know any of this were in shocked anger, as their lawyer stood up and asked

"And Isabella, where do you have evidence of my client's deceit?" Bella just said;

"Well, Mr Weston, could you show the court room?" At that one of her two lawyers stood up and said

"May I, My honour, to show the evidence of said Edward Cullen's breaking and entering Isabella's room?"

"Yes, you may proceed with the evidence." So he did, and turn the screen so everyone could see the videos of him entering and take a seat in a rocking chair. Edward was watching it with fury and embarrassment. As the lawyer continued, said

"As you can see the dates were months before Mr Cullen asked Isabella of a date, which was in December, this is filmed back in August of the year 2007, the same year and month when she came to Forks, to stay with her father, the late Charlie Swan, himself a fellow cop. If her father had known this, then he would be the one here now and back then already in court to slap the wrist of Edward Cullen with handcuffs and sent to juvenile center where he would not only sit off his time of the crime of 3 years but also get Mental health help, as you can see he is quite disturb to still think it is still ok to do so, even with other girls that came forward with their own videos of his crimes toward them, to myself and my fellow lawyer, who also is Isabella and Michael's lawyer, Mr Sweeton."

Many were shocked of this, as Edward was gritting his teeth as his other crimes of being a stalker and watcher of other girls who reported him aswell.

"I clear as day want you, Jugde, to sentence Mr Edward Cullen to closed off Mental Facility, as he clearly has mental problems and needs help to be have more boundaries and know what is right from wrong, as his parents seems to failed that aspect with himself and few of his other siblings."

At that jugde clearly made that clear that he was going to the mental facility as his sentencing order, and Edward was furious as he was lead out of the room to the car awaiting to take him off to the mental hospital, that was a closed off facility so no visitors were allowed either.

Now the jugde said

"Now Isabella, I heard that Ms Alice Cullen, ex-wife of Jasper Whitlock, has done her fair share of abuse and forceful behaviour, could you elaborate this?"

"Yes, from the moment that I started to date her now declared mental disturbed brother, Edward, she too show signs of being disturb, as she clear as day has a very noticable shop-alcoholic disorder, as she doesnt know when to stop her overzealous shopping, and her behaviour towards me, was to force me to go and shop when I said no, that I dont shop at least not like she did which was to shop over-the-top clothes of expensive money that even her parents doesnt even have, despite of how rich they may seem to be. She also would tell me and manipulate me to buy these uncomfortable so-called sexy lingergie for her brother, who is still a very much a virgin and prude. She would force me to wear blue, if not that dresses and skirts, so I would most likely look like a slut who opens her legs for anyone. But that never happen to me, nor for years after Edward took his cowardice behind and left me in the woods behind my late father's house, to freeze for hours before a friend of mine, Sam Uley found me laying in the wet ground, wet and cold of the rain falling. By then I had been there for about 6 hours alone."

Many gasps of this, as his parents hung their heads, as Bella continued

"As his parents seems to listen on their spoilt son and prince, who could do no wrong, they also would listen on their spoilt princess and daugther, Alice on her so-called visions of seeing this and that of the future. To me now, it sounds like she has some kind of mental problems of seeing visions is no good for anyone, who can see she has clear as day some mental issues of her own, and her being spoiled has clearly made her see that she can do whatever she can or will do for none will ever say no to her. Well she met that person in me, when I could tell her no many times, and see her pout until either I left her there standing or give in for I didnt want hear her whining voice of why can't you let me do this for you and Edward, and I would tell her MANY times of what a warped head Edward had on views of sex before marriage is a sin and stuff, I mean does he live in the wrong century or is something really wrong with himself?"

His parents had still hung heads, and Alice was vibrating in her chair of fury aswell glaring at Bella, who didnt seem to take notice of this. The jugde nodded his head, as he then said

"Ms Alice Cullen, you will also go to a closed off Mental Hospital, not the same that your brother have been sent to, and will go through treatments for next 5 years, when time is up, they will evalute you and see if you can be released to the public again, but an extra sentence is that neither you or your brother when released are allow to contact Isabella ever again."

Alice went screaming in fury as she had to be carried out of there in cuffs and being held by 2 members of the Mental Hospital. Esme and Carlisle sat there subdued and angry too. But neither said anything really. Then the judge turned the two, said

"You two were supposed to be parents of your children weither they are adopted or blood, but it seems you failed on that, so the sentence I have for you, is that you are forever banned of ever adopting any more children or get pregnant for losing the children that was sent away, made us all see you are unfit parents therefore you are not allowed to have any children in your life. So mote it be."

The two were shocked, Esme was crying holding Carlisle's hand in fury too. Bella was pleased of it, as the two were lead out and in came the two Black's and Michael also was lead in, and Bella went to his side, and he held her hand and kissed her head gently. The two Black's were shocked of why they were even here.
