At a diner, onlookers crowd a window.

Bruce was sitting at a table, but not the version we'd expect.

"Come on, I feel like I'm the only one eating here." He said, pushing a plate across the table.

"I'm so confused." Scott voiced out.

"These are confusing times." Bruce replied.

"Right. No, no that's not what I meant." Scott shook his head.

"No, I get it. I'm kidding! I know. It's crazy. I'm wearing shirts now." Bruce quickly drops his act.

"Yeah. What, how, why?" Scott questioned in agreement.

"Five years ago, we got our asses beaten. Expect it was worse for me. Because I lost twice. First Hulk lost, then Banner lost. Then, we all lost." He explained.

"No one blamed you, Bruce." Natasha said, attempting to cheer him up.

"I did. For years, I've been treating the Hulk like he's some kind of disease, something to get rid of. But then I started looking at him as the cure. Eighteen months in a gamma lab. I put the brains and the brawn together. And now look at me. Best of both worlds..." He added.

Three children then approach Bruce.

"Excuse me, Mr. Hulk?" A girl asked.

"Yes?" Hulk replied.

"Can we get a photo?" She asked.

"100%, little person. Come on, step up." He hands the phone over to Scott. "You mind?"

"Oh, yeah." Scott muttered, taking the phone.

"Thanks." Bruce then turned to the children.

"Say green." The kids and Bruce say it at the same time as Scott takes the picture.

"Did you get that?" He asks.

Scott leans forwards to return the phone.

"Don't you want to grab one with me? I'm Ant-Man."

"They're Hulk fans, they don't know Ant-Man. Nobody does." He said out loud, sadly.

"Wait, no, no, he feels bad. No, he wants you to...he wants to..." Bruce said to one of the boys.

The boy shook his head vigorously.

"Stranger danger." He commented.

"He's even saying no he doesn't. I get it. I don't want it either." Scott replied, still holding the phone.

"But, come on, the kid! But he...but you..." Bruce let out a nervous laugh.

"I don't want a picture with them." Scott said.

"He's gonna feel bad." Bruce told the children. He then faced Scott.

"Sorry. They said they'd do it." He told Scott.

"I don't want it anymore."

"No, no...you feel bad."

"Just take the goddamn phone." The children take the phone back.

"Thank you Mr. Hulk." The girls turn to him.

"No, it's great kids. Thank you very much." He spoke at the same time as them. "Hulk out!"

"Bruce." Steve called.

"Dab!" Bruce awkwardly dabs.

"Bruce." He repeated.

"Listen to your mom. She knows." Bruce turns back to the three.

"About what we were saying." Steve told him.

"Right. The whole time travel do-over? Guys, it's outside my area of expertise." Bruce admits.

"Well you pulled this off." Natasha shrugs. "I remember a time when that seemed pretty impossible as well."
