8. Hiatus Notice

Hey, everyone. I don't know if anyone actually reads this and enjoys this or cares about this, but I know I've been away for five months, and I'd like to say that I'm officially putting this fic on hiatus. However, that doesn't go to say that I'm abandoning it; I'm putting it on hiatus, not canceling it. I'll probably return sometime during the summer, and that's when I'm gonna try to start publishing more chapters of the story.

I've been working on parts of the story, but online school is a bitch to push through, and I'm gonna need to put more time into that instead of screwing off on the Internet. Writing this fic has been incredibly fun, although I haven't even scraped it off by a layer—and I do think that my writing skills have improved since I started it. However, I'm gonna need a bit of a break; the third quarter of school is ending in two weeks, and I have to turn all of my missing work in within nine days if I want to get good grades. The sucky part is that I'm failing some of my classes right now, but I have A's in the rest of them. Starting a fic at the beginning of the school year was not the best decision to make; I wish I knew that before I started it.

Anyway, July 1, 2021. Mark the date. I'll be damn sure to put in a chapter or two that day. But until then, I'm gonna be busy doing schoolwork.
