Hi everyone.

Now first off, I want to apologize for not making any updates sooner. I've been having so much on my mind lately, that I ended up getting sidetracked and nearly forgot about continuing this story. Especially since the pandemic has been easing up and businesses and schools are starting to reopen, I haven't had much time to write or even come up with ideas on how this story will continue. But now that I have this chapter finally done, let's see how things play out. Enjoy.

Back at the Neutron Satellite, Jimmy and the others were doing all they could to keep all the remaining heroes safe, but it wasn't easy.

"I don't know how much longer this satellite can hold," Jimmy said. "How's our defense?"

"Not look too good Jimmy," said Jenny. "The force fields are down, the weapons are out of ammo, and nearly half the planet's population has been villianified. I haven't even gotten any word from Brad or Tuck."

"Well we can't give up. We still need to find that gem. It's the only way to change everyone back to normal." Jimmy turns on the screen to get in contact with his colleagues. "SpongeBob! This is Jimmy Neutron! Come in!"

Just then, a sinister voice came in response. "I'm terribly sorry. The sponge you are calling can not come to the phone right now. But i'm sure he won't mind taking a message."

"Plankton! What have you done with my friend?!"

"Oh nothing. Just initiated him into our society." Plankton showed the new evil-Spongebob on screen. "You're welcome to join us."

"I'd rather inhale hydrogen gas." he shut off the screen and switched the channel. "Turner! Come in! Did you find the microchip?"

After some static, Timmy Turner finally appeared on screen. Only Timmy didn't look like himself. He now had darker hair and paler skin with red eyes, a black top hat in place of his pink hat, a dark violet cloak and two fangs where his buck teeth should be. "Oh I found something even better." with that said, he showed his former allies his now evilized fiance, Tootie. "A girlfriend." And the two started kissing on screen.

Obviously, that was enough to make Jimmy gag, and he shut it off.

Nearby, Cindy was comforting Poof, who was now more traumatized after seeing his godbrother turned evil.

Cindy tried her best to keep him calm. "There, there. It's okay little guy."

"I don't understand!" Jimmy thought to himself. "It shoulda been simple. I had the chip set right next to the Betty Quinlan photos."

Cindy, of course, was not amused to hear that. "WHAT?! I told you to throw those out!"

"I did! Just not all of them." That's when Jimmys watch started beeping. "Oh no! Goddard's system has been corrupted! The syndicate must have got him too!"

"We're running out of time!" Jenny exclaimed. "Jimmy, you're gonna have to finish those protection suits without the microchip!"

"Are you crazy? They won't be fully operational!"

Just then, one of the doors burst open, and in came the Cluster bots, now bigger and super-charged.

"Make it work!" Jenny ordered. "Cindy, you take Jimmy and Poof and head to the broom closet."

"But what about you?" Cindy asked.

"I'm going to give those Clusters a long overdue dismantling."

Cindy took Jimmy and Poof to the closet while Jenny made her way to the Clusters.

"So we meet again, XJ9," they said. "For the last time!"

"Not today, BugBots!"

With every new attack the Clusters threw at Jenny, she had done her best to dodge every single one. She even tried throwing some metal disks lying around like flying saucers.

But no matter what, all their new powers were becoming too much, and they finally grabbed hold of her and held her tight.

"Let go of me!" She protested. "Let me go!"

"Oh I'm afraid we can't do that, XJ9," one of the Clusters said. "You might as well stop struggling. Soon you'll be one of us."

"You'll never get away with this!"

"Oh we won't, will we?" The Cluster goes behind her and unscrews the back, finding something interesting. "Now what do we have here? A USB port. Tell me, are you vulnerable to an evil virus?"

Jenny saw the Cluster pull out a corrupted flash drive. "You wouldn't!!"

"How could I not? We are villains after all."

"You don't know what you're doing! This is wrong, even for you!"

"Oh, sweet naive XJ9. In a few seconds, you'll see things our way."

As the Cluster got closer and closer to the port with the flash drive, Jenny kept struggling to break free.

"Don't do this!"

But it was no use. The drive got closer.

"No!"

And closer.

"NO!"

Until finally……

"NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"

The virus had been plugged in.

Meanwhile, back in Royal Woods, Lincoln, his friends and sisters all came out of a secret hatch beneath the ground, and started on their way towards Sunset Canyon.

"Are we there yet?" Lana asked.

"Lana, we've only just started," Lisa clarified. "It'll take us some time."

"Well I can't help it if I have short legs and little patience."

"It doesn't matter how short your patience or your legs are," Snap groaned. "Time isn't exactly something we have a lot of."

"Well we have to try at least," Lincoln encouraged. "I mean, with almost all the citizens in Royal Woods turned evil, who knows what--Ooof!"

Lincoln and the gang immediately bumped into two familiar kids: an african-american boy with glasses and a latina girl with a ponytail. It didn't take long for Lincoln to recognize who it was.

"Clyde? Ronnie Anne?"

"Lincoln? Girls?"

"What are you doing here?" Lincoln asked.

Ronnie Anne scoffs. "What are we doing here? We should be asking you that! And what are your friends doing here?"

"It's a long story, and I'm a little out of breath to answer. I'm just glad you guys are safe."

"So it's just you two?" Asked Lynn.

"Not really." Ronnie Anne pulls up another girl that the kids bumped into. This one being a half Asian with long brunette hair. "Sid tagged along too."

"Hey Sid," Lincoln waves.

"Hi Lincoln." Then someone else who was with the Louds made her gasp with surprise. "Oh my GOSH!!!!! It's really you!!!"

Of course, the people she was referring to were Rudy and his friends, who all felt rather shocked of that outburst.

"Uh…….yeah?" Rudy answers uneasily. "But how do you know who we are?"

Sid was still exciting. "Are you kidding me? Ronnie Anne told me all about you! You're those guys who go around protecting creatures in need! And you even took down that giant game monster not too long ago!"

"Uhhhh…….Yep. That was us alright."

"Oh I'm a really big fan of yours! What's your name? No wait! Don't tell me! It's………….Ralph!"

"It's Rudy, actually."

"Right, Rudy. And you're Snap! Of course, what would a hero be without his comical sidekick?"

Snap took great offense to that. "Hey! Who are you calling a comical sidekick?!"

Ronnie Anne pulls her away. "Sorry about that. Sid tends to get excited around celebrities."

"Obviously," muttered Tuck.

"Anyway, you guys remember Rudy and the others, right?" Lincoln introduced.

"How could I forget?" Clyde remembered. "Last time they tagged along with us was pretty epic."

"Yeah, it was pretty intense," Ronnie Anne agrees. "Anyway, nice seeing you guys again. And of course, you've already met my friend, Sid."

Rudy rolls his eyes. "Yeah. Look, there's no time for smalltalk. We've gotta get out of here now. There's a bunch of bad creatures out there that want to catch us. They could be here in any minute."

"I wouldn't count on it, bucko," Snap warned. "Because they're already here!"

Indeed they were. The kids all looked up and saw a giant vortex opening up in the sky, releasing a swarm of evil anti-fairies.

"Give us the details later!" Ronnie Anne said. "We gotta hide!"

"Follow us!" Rudy led. "And whatever you do, DON'T let them touch you!"

"You literally don't have to tell us a second time," Lori reminded as they ran off.

Back at the Neutron Satellite, Jimmy was hiding in the closet with Cindy and Poof, working on the suits. Poof supervised while Cindy guarded the door, rather impatiently.

"Any chance you could finish this faster than your oral report, Professor Snail's Pace?" she asked rudely.

"Hey!" Jimmy barked back. "I'm doing the best I can! This wouldn't be easy to do even if i had that chip!"

"I see your lips moving, but all I hear is complete gibberish!"

"Well pardon me, Vortex, but accuracy and efficiency takes time and patience. Did people ask Walt Disney how long it would take him to to finish making The Jungle Book?"

"Neutron, Walt Disney died before finishing The Jungle Book."

"Okay so it wasn't the best example, but you get my point."

"Whatever."

Unfortunately for the trio, their troubles were far from over. The evil alter-egos were listening to the commotion and were preparing their subtle ambush.

Jimmy was putting on the finishing touches. "Okay, that should do it. It's not much, but it'll have to do."

"Well it's about time……" But just as Cindy turned around to face him, she was revealed to be a corrupted version of herself, complete with sleek black hair and vampire fangs. "FOR YOUR DEMISE!!!!!!!!"

"Pukin' Pluto!"

Jimmy tried to finish the suits, but Cindy grabbed his leg and pulled him away, transforming him in the process.

Poof hid in fear under a bucket.

"It's okay, little one! I'll think of something! If I can keep my genius in tact, everything should be--"

But by then, it was too late. Poof saw the boy genius getting pulled in and transforming.

Back on earth, the evil alter-egos were searching all over Royal Woods, from the schools, to the Burpin' Burger, to even Tall Timbers park.

At the final destination, the heroes were all hiding from behind the trees.

"Alright, coast is clear," Rudy signals.

And all the others came out of their hiding places.

"Phew!" Harvey sighed with relief. "That was close."

"Okay, what's going on here?" Ronnie Anne asked sternly.

"Yeah," Sid agrees. "What she said."

"Okay, listen," Rudy explains. "We don't have much time. Like I told the Louds, the evil syndicate has reawakened a pure evil inside of someone and she's trying to rid the planet of all goodness."

"That's another thing," Lana adds. "What's the big deal with this 'evil syndicate' you keep talking about?"

"They're a team of our greatest enemies," Brad further elaborated. "And they use their powers and skills to do bad things."

"We saw the whole thing," Harvey states. "They used Jimmy Neutron's invention and a crystal we were supposed to be protecting to turn someone into an evil mastermind."

"So how did you all get here?" Lincoln asked.

"It's kinda hard to make out," Ronnie Anne explains. "Me and Sid were just minding our own business when this giant vortex opened up in the sky. When we found everyone else, they were all somehow turned into evil monsters. My family, Sid's little sister, Adelaide, even Bobby."

Lori gasps with fear. "They got my Boo-Boo-Bear!?! Oh, they are going to pay!"

"The same thing happened to Liam, Zach, Stella and Rusty," Clyde continues.

"Sid and I managed to escape, and that's when we found Clyde on our way to your house," Ronnie Anne went on. "But it took us such a long time to get to Royal Woods that I was worried we might be too late. With everyone turning evil in the process, I thought they might have gotten you too."

"Well, the important thing is that we're all together now," Lincoln assures.

"Agreed," Rudy stated. "But that evil mistress is still out there searching for us."

"And if she catches us, all heroes will be no more!" Tuck cries.

"Oh, that's not good!" Clyde responds. "Looks like the whole universe is in trouble!"

"Which is exactly why we need to find this mystery hero," Penny exclaimed.

Everyone looked at the photo that Rudy held up.

Of course, Clyde, Sid and Ronnie Anne were shocked just as much as the Louds were.

"Who's that?" Clyde asked.

"And does anyone find it weird how much he looks just like Lincoln?" Sid wonders.

"Trust me," said Lola. "You're not alone, sister."

Ronnie Anne looks closer. "Wait a minute. That picture looks exactly like the one Tia Frida claims she took years ago."

"What do you mean?" Asked Lincoln.

"My abuela's told me tons of stories about her past. She said when she was in Royal Woods many years ago, she saw a giant robot attacking the city and that it was stopped by a boy with white hair."

Lola crosses her arms. "A boy with white hair? Really?"

"Well it could have been a really, really light blonde, but who am I to tell her she's lying?"

"That sounds like the exact same story that Jimmy told us!" Exclaimed Harvey.

Lisa gave it some thought. "But if what you're saying is true, then it could be possible that the hero your grandmother saw is the same hero these guys may be looking for. Of course I'm speaking hypothetically."

Rudy steps in. "Well, whether it's true or not, we don't have much of a choice. Whoever this hero is, he's the only one who can help us. That's why we need to find answers."

"Rudy's right!" Lincoln cheers. "Come on everyone! To Sunset Canyon!"

Just as everyone started to run off, Ronnie Anne halted them.

"Hold it, Lame-o. Is this another one of those action adventures?"

Lincoln didn't know how to respond exactly. "Uhhhhh…...maybe? Why?"

"I want in."

"So do I!" Clyde agreed.

"I can lend a hand or two too!" Exclaims Sid. "Sounds like a blast!"

"I don't know, Rudy," Snap responded skeptically. "We've already got enough reinforcements as it is."

"Come on, Snap," Rudy encourages. "What's a few more?"

"Besides, we need all the help we can get," Harvey adds. "It couldn't hurt."

Snap rolls his eyes. "Okay, but don't say I didn't warn you."

"Alright then," Lincoln declares. "Onward and forward!"

And so they went off.

Along the way, the heroes began explaining everything to the kids.

"So let me get this straight," Sid wonders. "You guys come from a secret organization that goes on missions to protect other places from any danger that threatens the multiverse?"

"That's about the size of it," Penny replies.

Sid became even more excited. "Omg! You guys are awesome!"

"And here I thought you were just a bunch of Lame-O kids," chuckles Ronnie Anne.

"We are," Tuck replies, rather annoyed. "Minus the lame-o part."

"How come you never said anything to me about this?" Lincoln asked.

"We weren't supposed to," Rudy answers. "We've been sworn to secrecy. If everyone knew we were the protectors of the multiverse, we risk putting our friends and families in danger."

"So I guess this is a big secret for you guys?" Clyde ponders.

"It is when you add up all the other secrets we try to keep," Snap responds. "Danny has his ghost powers, SpongeBob has that secret burger recipe, Jimmy has his lab, Timmy has those little floating people with the wands and the crowns with the wings."

Lola gasps. "You mean he has fairies!"

"They're more like computer programs made to appear as fairies," Penny said. "At least that's what he says."

Then it was Rudy's turn to confess something. "Even I have a secret too. I don't really want this going around but………..my job is to protect ChalkZone."

Everyone looks puzzled. "ChalkZone?"

"It's a secret place where chalk drawings go after they get erased," Penny clarifies.

"That's where Snap came from," Rudy points out.

"You better believe it," Snap brags.

"Wait!" Ronnie Anne halted. "You mean to say that blue thing is a chalk drawing?"

"I'm afraid so," Rudy admits. "I created Snap back when I was just eight years old." He then pulls out a piece of chalk from his pocket. "It was then when I found this piece of magic chalk and discovered ChalkZone."

"Oh so that's where those chalk drawings go after someone erases them," said Leni. "I wonder if the same thing happens with pencils."

Lincoln finally got the picture. "So you keep these secrets from everyone just to protect the ones you love? Even us?"

Rudy shook his head and sighs. "Apparently so. Sorry Lincoln. I wanted to tell you for so long, but Jimmy and the others made us swear under oath. If any of our secrets got out, they'd be used against us. And believe me, I've got enough enemies trying to expose ChalkZone as it is."

Lana scoffs. "You should be glad you don't have Princess Blabbermouth in your crew."

"I heard that, you twit!" Lola snapped.

"Well it looks like the cat's out of the bag now," Lynn points out. "So much for keeping your secrecies secret."

"None of that matters now," said Harvey. "Our homes are being destroyed, our friends want to corrupt us, and we're the only heroes left that can save everyone. If we ever want things to go back to normal again, then we have to persevere!"

"Harvey's right!" Brad states. "We've got to get to the retirement home."

"No need," Lisa replies. "It's right dead ahead."

All of them look towards the direction Lisa was pointing and saw that they all arrived at Sunset Canyon Retirement.

"How'd that get there?" Clyde asked.

"We've been heading towards it while you were chattering away," Lisa said.

"Well, as long as it works," Lincoln shrugs. "Come on!"

The kids went inside and saw the lobby room remained unwrecked.

"Hmm….seems normal," lincoln thought. "They must not have got here yet."

"Better hope that's the case, elder brother," Lisa answered. "We can't be too careful."

"You got that right," Harvey agreed.

Lincoln rang the bell at the reception desk. "Hello? Anyone here?"

Just then, footsteps are heard out of nowhere.

"Hello?"

Lincoln takes a few steps back until he bumps into someone behind him, making him yelp.

"Ahhhhh!!!!!!"

"Whoa there! Wheres the fire?"

Lincoln turns around and is delightfully surprised to see who it was. "Pop-Pop!"

"Hey kiddo. Long time, no see." Pop-Pop saw who else is with the Louds. "And I see you're not alone."

"Pop-Pop, these are our friends," Lincoln introduces. "This is my best friend, Clyde McBride, and my two friends from the city, Ronnie Anne Santiago and Sid Chang. These are our other friends, Rudy Tabootie, Snap White, Penny Sanchez, Brad and Tuck Carbuncle, and Harvey Beaks."

"Well, it's certainly nice to meet all of you," Pop-Pop greeted.

Harvey shook his hand. "The pleasure is all mine."

"The salutations can wait!" Lisa halts. "We have a crisis on our hands."

"Lisa's right. Pop-Pop, we need your help." Lincoln took out the old photo and handed it to his grandfather. "Can you tell us if this reminds you of anyone?"

Pop-Pop took a close look at the picture. "Hmmm……… sorry kiddo. Doesn't look familiar to me. Except he does look a lot like you."

"You mean you have no idea who it is?"

"Can't tell you. Of course, there's lots of people in the world who look similar. Heck, even my hair was white when I was your age."

Lola began to gripe. "So you're telling me that we ran all way over here and nearly got ourselves killed JUST FOR NOTHING!?!?"

"I can't believe it," Harvey slumps. "We came all this way to find answers, and we didn't even find anything."

"So much for finding out the mystery of the secret hero," Tuck complains.

"Now, now, don't give up hope," Pop-Pop consoles. "Who knows? Maybe the one you're looking for might be closer than you think."

And that's when it hit them like a dodgeball to the face.

"Say Ronnie Anne," Lana wonders. "Did your grandma ever mention the name of that secret hero?"

The young Latina thought. "Well, she did say Tío Carlos and Tia Frida were friends with a white haired boy that went to their school. Said his name was Albert."

"Albert!?!?"

"That's Pop-Pop's name!" Luna shouts.

"Hey, wait a minute!" Snap intervenes. "If the Louds' grandpa has the same name as the hero in that photo……"

"And both him and Lincoln have white hair at a young age," Brad continues.

"And both him and Lincoln look awfully similar," Sid concludes.

"Then that would mean………" but Penny didn't even need to finish.

Everyone gasped as the answer became clearly obvious.

"It's you!" Lincoln shouts. "You're the secret hero! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! I can't believe it! Our grandpa is really a secret hero!"

"Of course I am, Lincoln," Albert confirms. "Where do you think you got all of your skills?"

Lincoln chuckles and strokes behind his head. "Oh yeah. That explains a lot."

Then Lola stepped in. "Hold it, Buster! If you're really the secret hero, then how come mom never told us?"

"Simple," Albert explains. "I never told her."

"WHAT!?!?!" They all shouted. "Why not?"

"I didn't need to. You know how some incidents are. One day, it's all over the news, the next day, it fades out. That stuff all happened before Rita was even born, and by then, it just didn't seem to matter anymore. I didn't want her worrying about my wellbeing if she had found out the truth, and she wanted you kids to grow up safe and sound. It's a parent's job to worry about kids, not the other way around."

"But how come you never even told us about it?" asked Lynn. "That's amazing."

"Trust me. I've wanted to tell you for so long, but those days are long gone. What's important now is that you all focus on your own futures."

"I guess that makes sense," Lincoln replies. "It's kinda like when mom and dad swore never to tell my…….." then he immediately covered his own mouth as Clyde made a sliding motion across his neck. "Uhhh…...hehe…..nevermind."

"But who else is involved in this?" Harvey wonders. "The only other person who knew about this not-so-secret hero was that Professor Finbarr Calamitous."

That name rang a bell to Albert. "So, old Finbarr is behind this, Eh?"

"How do you know Calamitous?" Rudy asked.

"He and I were old schoolmates," Albert answers. "Old Finny may have been a young prodigy, but he always managed to get himself into a heap of trouble. He could never finish anything no matter how hard he tried. Of course, I was the only one who offered to help even when he didn't want it."

"You mean you actually offered to help him?" Lincoln asked, confused.

"Kiddo, part of being a good person means showing sympathy to others. Even to those who don't deserve it."

"Wait!" Rudy halted. "If Calamitous and you were classmates during childhood, then he must've been the one who built that giant robot!"

"That explains a lot," said Penny.

"Hold it!" Tuck intervenes. "What does any of this have to do with Dr Wrathful?"

"Yeah?" Ronnie Anne agrees.

"I do have a theory," Albert said. "If I had to guess, it's probably my old schoolteacher."

"Then why's she obsessed with turning everyone evil?"

"Including us?" Asked Sid.

Albert sighs. "She wasn't always like that. She used to be such a nice, kind-hearted woman. But once she got hit by that blast, she lost all faith in everything. She saw no goodness in anyone and vowed to rid the universe of goodness for good. That would've been the case, but once she was taken into custody, she immediately got a mind wipe, but the evil inside of her still lived."

"And apparently, it's been brought back," Brad states.

"But if everything you explained is true, then what can we do to stop it?" Lisa wonders.

"Well, whatever it is, we better think of it fast," Lana exclaimed. "The evil alter egos are on their way!"

"Oh man! We gotta hide!" Clyde panicked.

"This way everyone."

As the villains and evil alter-egos made their way to sunset canyon, Albert led the kids all the way upstairs to his room and quickly shut the door.

"Were trapped!" Tuck panicked. "They're gonna bust down the door any minute!"

"Got it covered, kiddo." Albert pressed the button next to the door. Afterwhich, multiple doors shut in front of it, ones made from iron, reinforced steel and titanium.

The others were impressed.

"Now that's an impressive door," exclaimed Sid.

"I didn't even know this place had those," Ronnie Anne admitted.

"I believe that's my doing," Lisa clarified. "It was either that or the natural disaster alarm clock."

"Okay, so we're safe," Lincoln said, feeling relieved. "But what are we gonna do about them?"

"Well the syndicate was never this much of a problem before they became supervillains," Rudy said. "If only we had something that could somehow reverse the effects."

Harvey thought of something. "Wait! I got it! Jimmy said he was working on a rehabilitation device. Couldn't we use that?"

"I suppose," Lisa stated. "But we'd need something to power it up."

"You know, I might have something that could help," said Albert.

"Well whatever it is, we sure could use it right about now!" Exclaimed Tuck.

So without a moment to spare, Albert looks under the bed for a loose floorboard. Out of there, he took out a briefcase and opened it. Inside it was something wrapped up in cloth. After unraveling the cloth, it was revealed to be a bright blue gem with soft edges.

"That's your solution?" Lynn gripes. "A lousy gem?"

"Not just any gem. The gem of heroism. The last one in existence."

"That must've been the other gem Jimmy was talking about!" Harvey exclaimed. "It was here the whole time! I never would've guessed!"

"And how exactly does this help us?" Snap asked.

"Calamitous might have been able to reawaken Dr Wrathful's evil using the crystal of corruption, but this marvel can bring out the goodness in anyone. It's power can only be unleashed by the true heart of a hero."

"Oh, now I get it," Sid exclaims. "So we can use the gem…….."

"To power the invention………." Rudy continues.

"And reverse the evil effects," Penny concludes.

"That's it!" Lincoln shouts. "But who has the heart of a hero?"

"Perhaps the same person who has the most heart out of all of you," Albert points out.

"Yeah," Lori agrees. "Someone who's dependable."

"And helpful," Lana adds.

"And caring," said Leni.

"And confident," said Lynn.

"And smart," Lisa explains.

"And very strategic," Luan finished.

Lincoln thought about all those things. "You know. That sounds very familiar. Almost like that person is………." then it hit him. "Me? You mean me? You think I could be the key to all this?"

"Why not?" Harvey explains. "You never give up, and you're always so helpful."

"Like when you saved us all from those panthers on that island!" Lana said.

"And when you helped us out with our wiffle ball game," Rudy listed.

"And the time you rescued us from space," Lucy includes.

"Guys…….that's very nice of you…….but, I don't know if I……."

"Lincoln, you're our only hope," Ronnie Anne encourages. "You know how you've always wanted to save the universe? Well this is your chance!"

"I say go for it!" Shouted Sid.

"You can do it, Lincoln!" Clyde cheers.

Lincoln saw everyone looking at him with encouragement, and that gave him the confidence boost he needed.

"Okay, I'll do it!"

Everyone begins to cheer.

"But I do have one condition……"

Then the cheering stopped.

"You guys in too?"

"You kidding?" Lana asked. "Heck yeah we are!"

"If this is what it takes to save everyone, we're with you all the way, little bro!" Cheers Lynn.

Snap shook his fists. "If those muskrats think they're turning me against my friends, they are sorely mistaken!"

"How can we help?" Harvey asked.

"What we need is a way to de-evilize Dr Wrathful," Lisa explains. "Something powerful enough to overshadow any evil. If we can neutralize her powers, that should reverse the process and cure everyone."

"Okay, you guys know Jimmy Neutron best," Lincoln mentions. "Does he have a hideaway, a cave of solitude, a fortress of some sort? Anything that might help us?"

"Well, there's the Neutron Satellite," Rudy answered. "Maybe we can find the rehabilitation device up there."

"How are we supposed to get there?" Tuck questions. "They deactivated our recallers and Jenny's probably evilized too."

Lincoln got an idea. "Hey Lis', do you still have that emergency space pod back at the house?"

Lisa scoffs. "Don't be preposterous."

Everyone sighs sadly.

"I also have one hidden underneath the driveway here."

Then that made them raise an eyebrow.

"What? We all need a place to get away from it all."

"Well, you kids better get moving," Albert encourages.

"Aren't you coming with us, Pop-Pop?" Lana asked.

"You handle the crazy stuff. I've got an appointment with an old colleague."

"Well……..okay. Whatever you say. Now let's go save our homes!"

"As Jimmy would say: gotta blast!" Harvey then gulped after saying that. "I hope he doesn't sue me."

"We can worry about that later," Ronnie Anne assures. "Right now, we've got work to do."

"Come on!" Lincoln declares. "Let's get going!"

And so, the kids all leaped out of the building through the window. Though luckily, a few soft (yet thorny) rose bushes broke their fall.

Albert watched as the heroes headed off.

"Good luck."

And that's all for now.

Now this is something I probably should have mentioned sooner, but I didn't want to spoil anything and I had a feeling that some of you might have figured it out already. You see, there's a specific reason why I chose to have the Louds' grandfather Pop-Pop/Albert be the secret hero. I had wanted to do this story as a tribute to his late voice actor Fred Willard, since he recently passed away just last year (May he Rest In Peace). Of course I am aware that Nickelodeon is probably currently looking for a replacement voice even as we speak, but I felt this would be a great way to honor the late actor. At least this way, it's like he still lives on. We will miss him so.

Anyway, thanks for reading. Now I can't say for sure how long the next update will take, as it will depend on how busy I am. But when the time comes, I can assure you, it'll be worth it.

Until then, see you next time.
