Alrain: Alright, there are some things that I need to fix on the previous chapters seeing that there are some mistakes that shouldn't be overlooked by myself, I have to fix some of them and make them last a little bit longer but 1st I need to update most of my stories and not keep any of you waiting any longer.
Sorry for not updating but I will inform you at the end of the story why I haven't been updating, so enjoy the story and read my problems at the end of the story if you want to, I recommend you do and some it may be bitching but you will know the reason why I haven't been updating for a while.
Chapter 8: Course of Action and some Rest.
Gold, one of the 2 resources in Theldesia and that is Gold, and Diamonds and Gold is the primary source of income that is used in Theldesia to buy equipment, food, items, and everything else Adventurer needs to advance and take quests to earn themselves fame and recognition. Right now there are 30.000 players and the amount of food for a day for a single person is only about 5 gold coins, a stay at a cheap in is about 10 gold and in the total amount only 38 cold coins is necessary to survive and it isn't hard as that amount can be easily earned through killing just 6 Goblins.
Diamonds, it is the 2nd source of income that one can earn and far more valuable than gold as it works like every standard game that allows one to buy standard gold coins to rare materials and items to craft new items or use them in a raid, and for some strange reason they can still be purchased but not with real money but rather Gold, but due to the exchange for a single Diamond is rather outrageous.
'It is the main reason why hardly anyone goes out there to adventure as most of the place has already been explored and with just 38 Gold to survive in this new world there's no motivation,' there is hardly anything to do in Theldesia besides fighting monsters and all of that is included in the game, even for the gamers who made a living of playing games or stayed up late at night needed a break from the game itself as addicting one can be it will wear off after some time. People at the same time are scared to go out there even with the truth of not dying some of them didn't go out there, and now with the Main Guilds having taken over most hunting grounds leaving the small guilds unable to do any hunting in the first place so nothing can be done.
That is until more players started to come to the Crescent Moon Alliance that worked day in and out and opened up twice after taking some hours of a break as being tired is still possible within the game, and while everyone is working hard so was a particular Half-Alv too who had planned out the strategy to take over Akihabara and that the meeting with the 3 Guilds that specialized in Trading and Crafting is about to commence in a few hours, it is a nasty plan and Shiroe didn't care knowing the characteristics of the Guildmasters and that they would benefit a lot more of the money they would earn once he explained it to them. So with that done he focused on other subjects and categorized them of their importance and place and which ones should be prioritized and that is Alv-Incident, which is the biggest priority that should be handled once Akihabara is fixed as he didn't want anyone to go rampaging so he may have to enforce a rule for the Half-Alvs in the town.
He had decided to use a weaker Staff in his possession as his strongest had destroyed a ruined bridge with ease and destroying that shouldn't be possible in the 1st place, it also brought a bit of problem as when they traveled back to Akihabara got a bit troublesome and forced the group to take another route. So he had equipped some far less strong equipment with his Guild being able to stop him in the 1st place as they are aware of how he's able to fight and that his body felt natural, not just the thought of performing those moves but rather that he didn't think that he can't perform them. His idea had been to use his...former equipment to show the Guildmasters that he isn't joking around with his offer to them all as ridiculous as it sounds, not about the idea as he knew some of them believed him capable of performing them as ridiculous as they sound but it is more about his...former equipment that he hasn't worn in years but still kept it clean occasionally.
No, the thing is that his former equipment had still been used on the occasion even after in the Tea Party there had been some requests for him to get in between Guilds to help them fix their problem, naturally, he's rewarded but they mostly did it because they feared him or that he wouldn't come at all and when he came it is in his attire as he hasn't gotten used to being outside of his attire, when he enters the room everyone quiets down and the Guild Masters would tell their problem and he would fix it for both sides.
Sometimes one of the sides didn't get everything they wanted but Shiroe's eyes told them that they at least get something out of it then nothing and kept it at that, nobody disrespected him as the Guild Masters can be sometimes a pain in the ass. To simplify things whenever he dons his former equipment nobody speaks out of turn or hardly made a dumb argument that would annoy him as Shiroe is just that dangerous and respected, they are after all in the same room with the most powerful Enchanter who participated in the World Tournament and landed on the 3rd Spot.
'And now I can't wear it because of the risk of me going berserk and the Royal Guard won't act up if Half-Alvs attack,' and aside from the fact that he might traumatize and prove everyone that he earned his spot and Rank of Elder Tales he knew one more thing would happen, Krusty and Soujirou definitely wanted to fight him in his attire and he and Soujirou have fought and practiced but that had been with his new equipment...and Krusty is just someone he preferred to avoid even if it comes with the promise of a good fight and the rumors stopping. A good fight did sound good in his ears and he genuinely wanted to know how it is to fight in real-time instead of playing on a PC, the actions his body performed certainly felt natural to him as his new body is designed to fight and be capable of the movements he made in Elder Tales.
'A fight is something I can think later off...hm, perhaps can add that to it here too,' thought Shiroe who got a new idea to add once Akihabara is in his control.
Meeting Place.
This isn't what Charasin expected when the Crescent Moon Alliance contacted him to have them have Shopping District 8 support them with ingredients for the food they made, obviously, he would be paid well if he accepted this but if there's anything his experience told him it was that he needed to be subtle and a bit more greedy and earn more with it. The food recipes are something he definitely wanted as it would make a lot of money for Shopping District 8 and while it may not be much as he couldn't get anything from the money, but he had a feeling that it extended further than just only food recipes and that there is something more the Crescent Moon Alliance is hiding away but who exactly did it?
The answer had come when Henrietta announced to him and his fellow Production Guild Masters Michitaka and Roderick who the mastermind behind the recipes are, shocking but also not at the same time to know that one behind all of this is THAT person who he kept a close eye on.
Shiroe the Archmage, the strongest Enchanter of the world and his other name as the Irregular Enchanter added the fact that he's one of the strongest players in the world and Ranked 3rd in the Global Tournament and that place had only the best of the best participating in it, a special invitation is sent to them and it is up to the player's choice if they want to participate or not and there had been a few rejections of entering it, obviously, kept secret who it is that refused the invitation to participate in the Global Tournament.
And Shiroe accepted otherwise he would've not ranked 3rd.
Where he's going with this is all about Shiroe as not only is the guy strong but he had an infamous reputation of being a Master Manipulator and various other false rumors, people on the sites of 4chan are just people with no lives and just aim their failings at the people who do have success in something even if it is a game. It is always the people who are on the top that get the brunt of it and the haters got 1st to Shiroe and many of them play Elder Tales and if they are here it won't end up well for them, probably most of them being arrogant enough and thinking they can beat him one on one or try to catch him off guard if he went outside of Akihabara.
To sum it all up Charasin knew that Shiroe is the most powerful one in both strength and strategy and that he just didn't bother with those haters and could've crushed them any time he wanted to, someone with both those skills is very dangerous to handle with and the offer he and his fellow Guild Masters were given is one that didn't lie. Although Shiroe may be manipulative Charasin had a feeling that his pockets wouldn't stay empty for a long time and would only be heavier once the true plan is given to them, after all, Shiroe might be seen as manipulative the guy isn't a bad one and will always placate both sides as that is just who he is.
"5 Million in gold...and not Diamonds," muttered Michitaka once Henrietta and Marielle had left the room the 3 of them stayed here to discuss as just having received those deserts didn't ease them up a lot, Shiroe's reputation is just that terrifying even if you know that you will get something out of it and the fact that it is strictly only gold as Diamonds can be somehow still used in the game and Roderick tried to investigate this but the Guild master didn't have time for that.
Managing a Production Guild is just as exhausting as having a Battle Guild like DDD and Black Knights so Roderick had no time and anyone else...well, there is no one else as they are too bothered with being here in Theldesia so they didn't bother to investigate.
"I don't think they could use Diamonds or that our amount could even compare to his...but still to refuse Diamonds," Diamonds are even more valuable than gold in both the game and in real life as they cost real money to get aside from very special Quests.
The system to buy gold and items with Diamonds
"That just proves again how terrifying he truly is..." commented Roderick not knowing how to think of this situation even as he can see through most things, that is another story with Shiroe and he hasn't experienced it once by himself personally but now he had and he didn't know how to start. "Still, we will get something out of it, even with those rumors about him they can't really make one about his mediator skills,"
Too much proof that he's skilled in it and there had been attempts to put him in a bad light but ended up backfiring to them instead as he ruined entire Guilds, made careful planning, and when that incident had taken place he's been exceptionally careful and wary of Guilds if they wanted to talk to him or hire him to dispute a rivalry or argument between 2 Guilds.
With or without a mask or the usual attire Shiroe wears the Villain in Glasses is not someone to trifle with, because too late they realized that once they accepted to support the Crescent Moon Alliance that Shiroe had them in his hands by playing in on their want of knowledge.
...
...
'I have free time to do whatever I want and that is to research,' if there is anything Shiroe is used to besides criticisms is that he can handle paperwork which is certainly handy for him since the paperwork required him to use his hands, not the keyboard of a computer or laptop which reduced his speed a little bit but he used to write a lot back in the real world and the function of his body is certainty handy.
Getting a few new blank papers he wrote down the event of the Half-Alvs and what he required to have to investigate it as this is the only trouble that he can't get rid of, without it the plan would be flawless but since it is here the plan might as well fail and he had to start with another plan which he had planned. He needed to know why the Half-Alvs got enraged all over the world and suddenly got boosts to overpower players or equal them, The Royal Guards didn't intervene and instead assisted the Half-Alvs with attacking and killing the other players but he did get a lot of information out of the event and some other subjects that pestered him for some time.
The 1st thing he noted is the races as there are various races one can choose from and each one of them with its own special effects that put a lot of influence on one's Class and Subclass, the Human Race is often chosen due to the balanced stats that it offered not leaning to one side, Elves are chosen for their elegance and beauty aside from the effects of greater affinity for Nature Magic that combines well with the Druid Class and such and the archery skills one can gain, Dwarfs leaning to the crafting side but also tough and sturdy with great magic resistance but in return little less power if they use magic, the Beastmen had various abilities and all of them seemed to be exclusively leaned towards combat-related skills, and finally the Half-Alvs that have high affinity with Magic which grants more MP and some other skills.
When the event happened there is something notable as only the Human, Elves, and Dwarf Races had been attacked and the rest of the races had been ignored and when Shiroe thought about it no answer came, he does remember that Naotsugu, Hibari, and Akatsuki are all human and made him wonder if the anger would've gone over to Chief Nyanta.
The Half-Alv Race is a bit special and sometimes even related to the Ancients due to them getting more Storylines than other races, it was a small thing about Theldesia that bothered him a bit when he had free time at his hands. Researching about the game and ended up by the Race Department and it piqued his interest with how the Alv-Race was never there, in games, there is always the Main Race and a Mixed Race and the Half-Race department is there always the Full-Race.
Perhaps it sounds insignificant but he needed every bit of information he could get about the Alv-Race, his gut told him that the answer lies within the storylines of the Alv-race and he reads them.
Stories about Epic Fights and side-stories about a great war and unbelievable technology that sounded similar to Modern Technology.
"I wish I did this earlier!" right now it is a lot of work as he needed more help with this but everyone he had to send out had very important things to do too, and their current task is very important and he just hopes not another burst of rage would flow into him and cause him to attack anyone of great importance in Elder Tales-!
"Shiroe? Are you here?" the door opened up and orange hair is the 1st thing Shiroe took in.
"Henrietta! What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be resting?!" getting off his desk he headed over to Henrietta and guided her to the couch.
"I'm okay, Shiroe," complained Henrietta annoyed as some members protested to her going outside to the office Shiroe's borrowing though finding his concern felt quite endearing.
"No, you're not! I don't know how you've gotten affected by this event!"
"...So Marielle did tell you," Henrietta sat down and sighed. "I don't remember anything happening of the time that I got...well, possessed,"
"You really don't remember anything...all the others do remember what they saw and even heard someone whom they never heard yet give them a feeling of familiarity," he had asked around by those who had the Half-Alv race what they experienced and it was like Marielle told him, some had different memories and he had been the same as he has been shown more images.
Noting down those individuals he wrote down what they say and the explanation and telling what they saw and he wrote it down and draw it down, the Calligraphy Skill of his allow him to draw very good pictures even including details he may not have seen to make it more clear to himself. After all, he had still skills of his previous Subclasses that he still possessed and still can use without switching through them, he had a feeling it wasn't by accident or some kind of glitch at all.
Sooner or later he would have to take the spotlight whether he liked it or not.
"Well, I definitely heard voices and those images fill me with fury...all I saw was darkness and for a moment I saw a beautiful palace," the last part is said with some fondness like Henrietta knew it her entire life and that she had visited it once...no, that look she had in her eyes reminded him more of a special home that contained a lot of good memories.
"A palace? How did it look like?"
"Hm, well, it is exactly what a palace would look like and more of a Celestial appearance with the white and blue and all those light colors you would see in those Fantasy games, yet some mixture of modern technology added to it although hard to notice and more recognizable by their functions rather than their outward appearance," described Henrietta mustering all she could remember and trying to keep the image in her head
A palace that looks like a mixture of a Celestial Design and Modern Architecture told him something about the past of the Alvs that they had been a very advanced race, not that the last piece of information was useful since he knew this through the Half-Alv Race that they are capable of building devices that are matching that of modern technology but even better. The Half-Alvs only know how to operate certain relics only by a bit and don't exactly know what the device was intended for or be able to build it, but with the human mind and real-life experience that won't be much of a hindrance once, Chief revealed it all to him.
'But I do get that it looked more like a palace and Henrietta was treated by the other Half-Alvs...was there a Monarchy with the Alvs...another loose end!' getting another loose end didn't really sit well with Shiroe who always sought for the truth and wanting to know if there is anything he could get from it, information why the Half-Alv race is raging around and only specifically attack humans, elves, and dwarves.
Why are the other races save from their wrath?
Why is the Alv-Race never in the game?
What would come to them?
What would become of this world?
And more importantly, what will it mean for those with the Alv-Race?
The last one he didn't even have to ask himself knowing how most of the players here would react and only a handful of understanding people wouldn't join them to outcasting them, yet strangely seeing himself being outcasted isn't bothering him a bit and he got used to that, no, it was a horrifying thing as he imagined the Tea Party and all his friends outcasting him and yet he didn't feel anything from it.
"What does this all mean!?" shouted Shiroe irritated at the problems that are assured to come and that he had pretty much added extra burden and worries to his shoulders! (A/N: Feeling ya buddy.)
"Shiroe, please, calm down," chided Henrietta gently touching his shoulder, and Shiroe almost completely relaxed at the touch. "That problem comes with geniuses like you that at one point that strong talent and intelligence of yours will come one day work against you,"
"Work against me? It is showing me all the problems that I will have to face one day and I don't want that!" punching the wall and making the wood crack Shiroe glared at his fist that had no bruises on them although Enchanters aren't that strong, but still strong than the average human or NPC in Elder Tales. "I just like everybody else didn't ask for this! If there had been a way out then I would accept it but with how things are now I can focus, and with all that rage that came out of nowhere..."
"Shiroe!" stepping forward Henrietta turned Shiroe around and pulled and held his face to hers very closely.
"Wha-!?"
"You're not alone in this...I'm also afraid of this rage incident just as much as you are...I may not have remembered it but I have heard what I've done," spoke Henrietta sharing her fears with Shiroe who just looked deeply in her eyes and not avoiding eye contact, he isn't used to being this close with a girl, and perhaps it is exaggerating it but he had never been good with girls at all and would stumble over his words. But none of that mattered right now as Henrietta showed something in her eyes that he never imagined having in them, fear, her eyes trembled slightly with fear, and the corners had tiny tears that didn't just irk her a bit but worried a lot about the things that would come if it happened again. "I'm afraid of attacking Marielle, afraid of attacking my guildmates, and any other innocent player or People of the Land...you're not the only one that faces this problem as it is shared among all of us,"
"...right," muttered Shiroe having heard it all yet not finding himself the reason to look away from Henrietta's eyes, his whole posture relaxed and his eyes just didn't focus on her eyes alone but her whole body, it wasn't about anything that Henrietta wears something revealing but rather that with her hair down and the less strict appearance made her in Shiroe's eyes one of the most beautiful women in the world.
"Shiroe..."
"Yes, Henrietta?"
"N-Nevermind," said Henrietta rather quickly as Shiroe didn't realize he had wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him, first it embarrassed her to no ends yet her body relaxed into his embrace like this had been done many times before. She wanted to point this out to Shiroe but not wanting the warm feeling to go yet she decided to say nothing and just enjoy it, leaning her head forward she closed her eyes and simply listens to the beating heart of Shiroe. "Stay like this for a while,"
Now noticing his position Shiroe barely managed to not unwrap his arms around Henrietta or more like his arms refused to do so, nor did he get the idea of trying or attempting having a feeling it would not end well so he just kept his grip even. "As long as you want,"
This was...odd for Shiroe as he felt too comfortable in this and he didn't have any experience with girls at all and is just reduced as a stuttering mess, he remembered too many times the pranks the Debauchery Tea Party pulled on him that involved with girls, topics of romance, and sometimes it involved some other things he didn't want to remember. He blamed Naotsugu for tricking Kanami into pulling pranks on him after discovering that he isn't a steel-faced person whose expression won't change, that it put even the likes of Kazuhiko to shame and all of it going wrong.
Marielle told him that she was guarded like she's royalty when she had been at the same state as him and he imagined her in a Princess or Queen Royal Attire and it suited her, and the wedding dress even more so as she now appears way beyond a Princess or a Queen, to him she appeared as a Goddess that he wanted to spend his life with.
...
...
Henrietta went back asleep and Shiroe being the gentleman he is placed her on his bed and left her there to rest while he continued with working with his documents, a specific document was placed away with all the questions he wanted to be answered knowing that he won't get it any time soon just by mulling over it.
He focused on his current target and that is making as much as money to reach the 5 Million Gold in record time and have his plan advance further, keeping it simple he wanted more livestock captured and possibly manufacture them if there is something as a Farmer Class and he wanted to hire a few People of the Land and try to see if they are capable of breeding monsters and raising them. To his surprise they can and as long as it depends on the Monster and the Farmer themselves as the High-Level ones can handle stronger monsters and know their behavior, still, he didn't really find any High-Level Farmers as every single one he has been reported have relatively a Low-Level, hardly anyone seemed to be able to go past the line of Level 36 and if they did they are quite old and not so much in their prime anymore.
'I can get a cut deal though,' he set aside the monsters that are used for the Chicken Food they sold and added some of the Monsters resembling bulls and set them aside too, he wanted to know if they can get milk of them if they get pregnant as it is found out that they don't respawn only but rather also breed too which explained the increase of monsters in the Forests.
He did mull a little bit about the fact that Crescent Moon doesn't have anyone with a Merchant Class but decided not to be sad over it, the prices are decent of the Farmers and he didn't really have the heart to rob the People of the Land with unfairness as they have no Subclass and are unfamiliar with most things of the adventurers.
And the increase of items and those with the Chef Subclass would later gain more work as he had planned the Economy that is very much required to encourage people to work, not only for food but also to buy things that they want as they contained effects that can't be found in the real world, making sure that places are not overhunted and while he doesn't know if that's possible it is still something to consider. And have storage of gold left for later purposes that require a lot of money so he would spare it in advance of what they earn, and while he loved to keep the Cooking Skill a secret he couldn't do that and simply use the excess amount of money and split it in half with his Guild and Crescent Moon.
His new plan to get the 5 Million gold to speed up a little is to have some more members of the Crescent Moon focus on helping Naotsugu, Hibari, Sylvia, and Pinata to capture more and more stock for them and increase production a bit more, while Chief certainly didn't complain his fellow chefs certainly did but all knew it was for a good cause and just kept going. This is something good as the members would feel more useful in this situation as big as this and they would gain levels overall for their Main Class and Subclass, Crescent Moon would become a bit stronger and at the same time, he would also be a bit more assured that his plan won't fail and that the rage won't act up at the meeting while wearing his old equipment.
And while there was hesitation on the part if he should wear his old gear knowing what impact it will have on the meeting he planned and the invitations he's going to send out to the Guild Masters, his old equipment alone told with no words that he takes this seriously as he hasn't worn it for a while and even so the Equipment wasn't one you can buy anywhere. His old Equipment is fully customized and it had taken him a very long, long time to create and gather all the materials and even more materials to ensure he had backup Material if his connections failed to make his equipment, he had been lucky enough to have it not failed and succeeded on 1st try and it just left him with a lot of Crafting Materials.
The effects are still great and it improved his overall weakness as an Enchanter and made him pretty much balanced.
Still, speaking about Crafting Items he did wonder what would happen with monsters that are not like animals like Goblins and what they can harvest from them though he immediately kicked the images that would come from harvesting a Goblin, so he switched to Golems and he could see that their bodies are made of tougher stone that can be used to repair houses and perhaps there is something of a magical core or can be switched to become a Familiar for those with the Tamer Class.
Even if it is a lot of work it interested him so much and he was having fun with it that he could actually see where this is going and what will happen if they do that, it had been all those tiny questions he had when he once compared the Real-World and Elder Tales together and loved the idea of going to a world where unreal things are, he had never felt uncomfortable being here aside from his rage predicament he found Elder Tales like a second home to him.
Aside from the rage part that made him go berserk for a minute Elder Tales had been far better.
In the real world, he never felt home his whole life with the lack of everything a normal child should have and he felt detached and never attached to almost anything except for Elder Tales, no parents to grow up with, not being able to make friends because the lack of common things he shared, no siblings to play with either, and being too smart and envied and hated for it. He wondered what he would do after he got all the answers and problems of Elder Tales fixed.
Perhaps continue adventuring or search for more mysteries or just settle down and enjoy the place itself, or take apprentices and teach them how to be strategists or what their positions are? Maybe try to find a new style for Classes and have them be tied to himself for inventing them, or make the unpopular forms popular and have them see the benefit from it that the unpopular form alone grants?
'Whatever it is this place puts me at ease,' smiling he continued working on his current objective of earning 5 Million Gold, for a moment he paused to look at Henrietta sleeping a bit more peacefully and made him smile even brighter.
DDD.
"A meeting between all these groups with the newly established Guild Log Horizon...is there anything else to know about?" asked Krusty very intrigued even if he didn't show it outwardly, when Misa and Rieze reported a meeting between those 5 groups it piqued his interest in an instant, as usual, knowing Shiroe's actions especially involving with big things tend to get interesting.
"Yes, he conversed with the 3 Biggest Production Guilds of the Yamato Server, unfortunately, using the spy items or the Assassins we were unable to get anything noteworthy information including the secret to making food with flavor," responded Rieze to his question.
At that reminder, Krusty did make an outward expression of being annoyed as his stomach rumbled a little bit knowing his new body that may look like his normal body but isn't, it is sturdier and stronger as it is built to fight monsters several times his size and be able to handle attacks that normally left wounds on a normal body. But it followed the rule of the game as he required food to function and his Class often required him to eat more food, is this perhaps because he moves around with his body so much that he needs to eat more?
Well, he would look into it but he knew that Shiroe can do better with such research and just waited for him to take action because something big is going to happen and he would enjoy it like everyone else and unable to predict how big it would be. And he didn't really have the time for it as his Guild Members wanted all their recruits to become stronger until they're sure that they aren't scared, and at the same time, it demanded a lot of his attention because the chat that he used to converse with all of them to plan Raids and get reports quickly about the storages and items and if there is anything up to date and for him to check on.
"Amuse me again, Shiroe, I want to see what you can do all about this," smirked Krusty amused.
"Master Krusty, with all due respect why haven't we bothered to try and recruit the Irregular Enchanter," asked Misa although the respect part was sarcastically meant even with her even tone Krusty can identify it with ease.
"It's simple, I don't want any spoilers," responded Krusty, and that earned him a notebook to the face but being a Guardian it hardly did anything to him.
It made both Rieze and Misa sigh in annoyance at how casual their Guild Leader took things but they expected this already from him despite him being the Guild Leader of one of the Biggest Guilds in Akihabara he had admitted one thing to the Higher-Ups of his Guild, and that is that he just wanted to find out how to manage a Guild more differently than how the usual Guilds are lead and that it worked.
And with the Internet gone and the chat unusable it left Misa, Rieze, and various Higher-up members of DDD with a lot of work to do but they had never expected to be sucked into the game.
Silver Sword.
'I'm not surprised to see that he's the one behind all of this,' thought William as one of his scouts heard his report out and underneath his stoic Elf Appearance excitement bubbled inside of him what would happen.
Shiroe, the strongest Enchanter of the whole world and the Number 3 of the world would soon enable a plan that only he's capable of performing, it was like back when he had been a noob and always enjoyed watching the expeditions and raids of the Debauchery Tea Party and how the comments made him laugh. There were toxic comments but most of them are good comments as the videos are seen overseas, tryhards berated them mainly because they refused or were either jealous of the group of how good they are despite being the smallest group that can do a raid.
And while they have disbanded William always wished that they might return or that Shiroe did cool things again and today the rumor of getting to see something done by him excited him.
"The raid we planned, delay it right now, I want to see what he's planning to do," ordered William and his subordinates obeyed.
West Wind Brigade.
Nazuna is snickering seeing the excited face of Soujirou who couldn't wait to see what Shiroe would do that would knock everyone out of their socks, she admitted it to herself she wanted to see Shiroe do it again of being his badass person instead of his fake persona of appearing and acting like a boring guy. Though the shy part wasn't fake as Shiroe truly isn't that good with women and that is honestly cute as Nazuna had seen plenty of fake ones, Shiroe's truly an innocent guy and perhaps he does hold hatred but certainly won't let it control him.
'You better catch him now, Hibari, because your battle is far from over or has started at all!' like with herself but if she had to look again she could only sigh and knew that Hibari at least made some progress.
Perhaps Shiroe can actually make a plan for her to win his heart?
Yes, she could try it out and have him plan it out, and even if he would feel offended and she wouldn't be sure of if he would ever consider doing something like that, Shiroe may not be as close to Soujiro like he's with Naotsugu or any of his trainees but he's close with him and Shiroe can be scary when it comes to people he cares about.
'Now that I think about it, Shiroe is quite close to Soujirou, and Soujirou in return himself looks up at him more than he looks up at Kazuhiko...should I perhaps regard him as a rival for Soujirou's affection?' thought Nazuna and grimaced at the thought of it but also got a bit excited at the thought of a boy to boy relationship, and somewhere else Shiroe stopped for a moment with his work as a chill ran up to his spine and made him wonder who was talking about him.
Everyone could be talking about him but this one especially felt a bit too chilling for him to ignore.
Honesty.
Eins had nothing to say about Shiroe's actions at all when his Guild Members reported it to him and simply stared out at the window wondering what he would get to see, his place was to observe, and right now he rather not take his chances with Shiroe not knowing how the Number 3 will react to it or consider him useful.
He just hopes he had at least some influence or usefulness towards him so he may have some power in his hands to use.
Black Sword Knights.
"Cancel the next raid," was the order of Isaac surprising some of his Strongest Guild members and some of them didn't get surprised at all knowing his history with Shiroe.
"B-But, Isaac, sir, we planned to have the raid on the-!"
"I am aware of what raid we planned to do next but this will be far more important to pay attention to, and the Dungeon won't get up and walk away...from what we know," he added the last part after a second of waiting as a lot of things happened in the big Guilds and it is mostly the ones with the Half-Alv Race, and they are essential but with how things lately have gone and happened it actually decreased their chances of winning the next Raid.
Most of them just didn't really talk to anyone anymore, some shrugged it off, and those who shut themselves down and there had been even some who left but that had been prevented with most of their friends stopping them from leaving as worry took over. The Guilds might be distrustful of each other but within there are groups of friends who genuinely cared for each other, and worry would arise in them at the thought of them leaving all by themselves and their class which wouldn't offer a lot of protection.
'Just because he could travel all by himself doesn't mean anyone can just follow his example,' thought Isaac remembering how hard it had been to track Shiroe and try to recruit him into the Black Sword Knights, he failed at recruiting him but he did get something out of it from having a few more strategists on his Guild and winning some Raids that his Guild struggled with. Although he may have failed at recruiting Shiroe he certainly got something a lot worth out of it and could never feel himself regret it, but maybe he would knowing whatever Guild that had the chance to grab a hold on him before he made his own Guild that their enemies can only pray for mercy.
"Show me what you've got planned, Irregular Enchanter,"
Alrain: Okay, perhaps I should be more specific about my search for SI Fics and while thankful for your suggestions I have to be clear that I'm going to be specific, I don't want any Naruto fics and perhaps I'm reading a few of them but at least they're good and not exaggerated compared to most of his stories.
I don't want those fics where the MC is dark and such things and sorry for that it is just not my cup of tea, I don't like Female SI/OC's and I repeat that I don't have anything against them but I don't like the Emotional Part of them and they are smarter and that's not me giving it to them but the truth. Most Male SI's tend to do major changes without any thought on the consequences, mainly those who do the SI for the 1st time and that's just my opinion.
Also, I have read great stories with SI's like Game of the Shadows of Adrian King, most of the DC SI's, most Pokemon SI's, and I want some new ones as the problem with finding them is because of the names of the Fics. I have to search very specifically to find a good fic so I can't rely on the words SI, Reincarnation, Reborn, and such words.
So sorry for not updating for a while and it is just a lot of shit is happening around my house, I'm planning to leave as there is just too much fire for me to handle there.
