Chapter: Eight

Part One: Invasion

Samus's craft

The master spy has all the pieces of the puzzle in place and had set a course for the location of a mysterious place called Spaceraker. Traveling to one place to another has not been easy, but he managed in his own shape and form.

First things first he had to prepare for a confrontation against the space pirates whom are at this location. He remembers from the last encounter months ago they are formable including the dragon Ridley.

James needed a plan a distraction, something to occupy the space pirates time so he can get in undetected. A situation is bound to pop up like always and he checked the monitor the craft is drawing close to the location of Spaceraker.

He choose to cloak the craft as it had come out of hyperspace. Rendering the craft invisible to all forms of radar detection. Guess Samus never had it when she went off to find Spaceraker. He started to do scans of the coordinates and whistles in amazement at what he found.

It basically looks like a dyson's sphere only smaller and a size of a small moon. Also it has an ancient like appearance and according to the scanners there is no planatary style defense. Power readings are coming from the middle of the sphere.

A more magnified scan shows a structure. Is there a way in or out. He had no idea, but it does have cloud formations so it could mean a breathable atmosphere. But still he needed a distraction.

"Incoming transmission from Commander Malovich" spoke the A.I

"Audio only" said Bond "Disguise voice."

"Samus you there." Said the Commander

"I'm here and I was just about to inform you I have found it and it's not an ordinary place."

"Well good" said the commander "I have a battalion of Federation troops ready to go."

"I can handle this myself." Bond "I don't need your help."

"Look Samus this time we are helping if you like it or not." Said the Commander "So give us what you have."

"Sending images now." Said Bond.

"Hmm, looks ancient." Said Commander "With a place like that it's not going to be easy. Best I have three battalions on the way."

"Fine." Said Bond "You can help, but don't get in my way as this is my mission alone."

"Copy that." Said the Commander

"Oh by the way" said Bond "I found the place so I want the rest of my pay deposited into my account."

"Samus" groaned the Commander "Consider it done."

"I'm going down there over and out." Said Bond.

The transmission ended which James headed into the cockpit of the craft and used stealth piloting skills to head down. Reaching the surface wasn't hard and it has a feel like landing on Earth or A Earth like world.

Spaceraker

James got into the armor and waited for the ramp to lower. He stepped out slowly and glared at his surroundings. No welcome party so far. He activated the armors cloak field.

"Ship stay on security mode." Said Bond

"Copy that." Spoke the A.I

Then he started to walk of what appears like ground, but it's artificial like ground. The visors scanner is at maximum looking for a way in or anyway in.

He will be doing a more respectful approach than just doing what Samus does. Going in there head on without a plan. The galactic Federation is sending three battalions to help. When they get there is unknown to him.

Hmm how to get in which he continued to move. Then all of a sudden the visor scanner of the helmet found a way in a airvent roughly the size of a volleyball. He figured he would be detected if he just got in.

Then the A.I of the craft informed him that a small fleet of Galactic Federation ships have arrived and are about to make their assault upon Spaceraker. Nice timing and so then he sighed.

Using the morph ball feature is not something he would like to do. However he will do it and so the armor morphed into a ball with him in it and rolled slowly into position to get hole. Finally hopping on in and rolling quickly to where he needed to be.

Spaceraker Control

Ridley the space dragon and commander of the space pirate forces is watching on the monitor being worn down slowly by the maze. He should of done this from the start and then did the experiment. Once she is worn out he can do just that.

Then the alarms go off which could mean trouble and the various of space pirates that are there did their jobs to investigate and of what they found which is reported to Ridley. How did the Galactic Federation find out about this place. It wasn't Samus.

"Scramble all of our forces." Said Ridley "And prepare for attack."

The space pirate did what their commander wanted them to do which to battle the GF troops which are supported by space fighter crafts lead by Armstrong Houston.

In space or in the sky or on the ground the battle had just began. Where was Samus in all of this? An interesting question.

Spaceraker Maze

Samus does have slot of endurance and stamina, but ever she began to tire. Her breathing his heavy and she is sweating a bit. This maze us not easy, one part of the maze leading to the next has gotten hard and she had used all her skills to move.

Her hair is messed up, her clothes are torn and her body is aching from doing this a number of continued number of times. She sighed to feel that she might now make it this time. If she is going down she is going down fighting.

A metroid like cyborg showed up which it's about 10 feet tall and then an explosion echoed into the background as if a explosion or explosion had occured. Then out of the wall which an object crashed outward and into the maze slammed into the metroid cyborg.

It did so in such high velocity it plowed through the cyborg and exploded. The object that hit the cyborg kept bouncing off the walls in the maze and crashed into a wall outside the maze.

Going over to the hole made by the object she heard metal footsteps then her eyes widen in shock and surprise her armor she had sent away to get James is here.

"About time you got here." said Samus

The back of the armor opened up and James quickly got out as he puked all over the floor nearby and came to his senses. That was not fun.

"Now I know how sonic feels." Muttered Bond.

"Are you alright." Asked Samus?

"I'm good." Said Bond "I can ask the same thing."

"Just escaped a few times" said Samus "Nothing that my blue suit you are wearing."

"Skin tight too." Said Bond "Now would you have the pleasure to cause some damage."

"You bet your ass I am." Said Samus "Ridley is going to pay."

"Didn't we kill him." Said Bond.

"Long story." Samus "James...I" she stopped at mid sentence.

They stared into each other's eyes without saying a word

"You don't need to say it." Said Bond "Talk later."

"Copy that." Said Samus "I take your not alone."

"You will find out shortly." Said Bond "The armor us yours with some new features.

Samus grinned which she finally got into her armor and noticed the new features.

"Let's go." Said Samus
