INTERLUDE
This is the part where I quickly address a few questions and concerns before moving on to the next arc of the story.
First, some friendly advice for any writers out there. If you're going to the trouble of writing substantial notes for your story, I'd suggest making sure you use 'em. Otherwise, you might do something incredibly dumb like introduce a character that's name was supposed to be Debauchery, Dark Saiyan of Lust as Depravity, Dark Saiyan of Lust. I have no excuse for this. I goofed, plain and simple. If you read the introduction now, it should introduce the character as Debauchery, because I went back and fixed it. I'll try to avoid these rookie mistakes in future, but I make no promises.
Now I'll address some FAQs, starting with the big one, what is happening with the princesses.
I made significant changes with regards to the Princesses of the Full Moon. Two of the most notable would be changing their father's name to Nion (a play on Onion) which you may have guessed as a move made to bring his name in line with Saiyan naming conventions (themed around a vegetable). This is also the reasoning for the second notable change. Queen Fiona is no longer a Saiyan, and as such the princesses are only half-Saiyan now.
You've probably also noticed a new surviving princess is in the story, that being Flora's polar opposite twin, Kayla. This has led to some asking me if all the other princesses are alive as well. Only way I can answer that simply is to say yes and no.
To provide a less confusing answer, none of the Princesses of the Full Moon are dead, however, ten of them no longer exist. I've cut the number back from 20 to 10 in the interest of both allowing me to better flesh out their characters without needing to kill most of them. That's not a typo, by the way. I said 10 and I mean ten. One of the two missing princesses you can guess. Shantella will indeed rejoin the story, as will Edward Elric and the other alchemists. That however, only brings us to nine. The final princess is Princess Karina. Slightly older then Valeria, she is the true tech master and tinkerer of the princesses. Valeria's love of tinkering will remain, but I'll be giving more focus on her gamer interest this time around. As for Karina's introduction, patience my friends. You won't have to wait long.
The other question to answer is that yes, Luto is still planned to appear in this story. I think that's relevant to book one at least, so I'm gonna get back to work on the next arc now.
