A/N: I'm about to bomb a theology quiz right now, but enjoy!
After he had finished work, Sirius had driven to the hospital and was now walking through the labour and delivery unit. He reached room three hundred and ninety-four before stepping inside, being met with Andromeda, Remus, and Dora. Dora was lying on the one hospital bed in the room, looking incredibly stoned.
"Hey Sirius," she said lazily.
"Hello," he said to her before turning to Remus, "is she alright?"
"She's pretty high on pain medication," Remus told Sirius, "it's really funny actually."
Sirius nodded and turned back to Dora, "how are you doing there, Tonksie?"
She slowly gave him a thumbs up, despite a few of her fingers getting caught up in the tubes of her IV, "I'm fine."
Sirius then turned to Andromeda, who was sitting in the corner, opposite of the bed, in a chair, "what about you, Grandma? How are you doing?"
"I am spectacular," she said with a wide grin. "I am a bit thirsty though, so I may slip down to the cafeteria to grab a drink."
"Don't worry about it," said Sirius, "I'll go down and get you one. Do you want to come, Moony?"
"I should probably stay-"
"I'll be fine, Remus," said Dora. "Go take a walk, you've been in here for hours."
"You sure," he asked her.
"Yes! Go!"
Still nodding, Remus was pulled from the room by Sirius, and they began walking down the hallways together. Sirius could tell that Remus was either excited, or possibly extremely nervous, by the way he was walking.
"Are you bouncing on the balls of you feet," Sirius asked with a laugh. "I don't think I've ever seen you walk like that."
Remus shrugged, "I'm just excited."
"Good to see you've gotten over your nerves then."
"Oh I'm still scared," admitted Remus, "but way more excited."
"See well you were just purely scared, so this is progress," laughed Sirius. Once the two of them had made it to the cafeteria, they purchased their things before going back upstairs to Dora's room. The room now had one more person in it, Marlene, who was in her scrubs as she had been working.
"You're done early," said Sirius.
"Lunch break," she told him, "I'm not done for another couple of hours, but I thought I would come up and say hello. I can only stay for another couple of minutes."
Remus walked back over to the chair, next to Dora's bed, that he had been sitting in when Sirius had arrived. He held her hand in his as she squeezed it tightly. Sirius walked over to Marlene and placed a kiss on her forehead, "hello to you too."

Harry walked into the The Burrow, the restaurant Ron's family owned. He had decided to get a job there after school during the offseason in order to make his own money. In the back kitchen, Harry clocked in and set his bag down before grabbing a notepad and pen, and then made his way towards the hostess stand in the front. Ginny was standing there, holding silverware in napkins that she needed to place on the tables.
"Hey," she greeted him.
"Hi," Harry replied, "I thought you weren't working today."
She rolled her eyes, "I'm not supposed to be, but Colin called out so here I am."
"Got it," said Harry with a nod.
She huffed, "yeah, I'm supposed to be hanging out with Dean.
"Oh," said Harry, silently thanking Colin for calling out. He did not understand why he was upset by the idea of Ginny and Dean spending time together, he just was. "What were you guys going to do?"
"Just hang out at his house," she told him. "Anyways, did you hear Hermione is going to start working here in a few weeks, after the play is over."
"Is she," asked Harry.
"Yep," said Ginny, "she said she needed to start helping her parents with her car insurance. Speaking of, have you driven with her yet?"
"Yeah," said Harry, "I've never seen someone follow speed limits so intently. On the other hand, Ron drove with me and your dad in the car once, and I thought he was going to kill us all."
Ginny rolled her eyes again, "I've driven with him a few times, and I've seen my life flash before my eyes."
Harry laughed, "yeah, well that's Ron for you I guess. I got to get to work, I'll talk to you later."
"Yeah," said Ginny with a small smile.
Harry walked to his first table to get their drink orders, his heart beating rapidly for reasons he could not understand.

James had to stay at the office a lot later than he had expected, and he had forgotten his phone at home that morning. He had been kicking himself over it all day but grew concerned after seeing the amount of missed calls and texts on it when he arrived home.
"Oh good you're home," Lily had said from behind him.
James turned around and faced her, "yeah sorry, I left my phone at home by mistake."
Lily let out a small laugh and shook her head, "you've missed a lot then."
"Yeah, I saw the missed calls and texts," said James. "What happened? I haven't gotten a chance to read anything." Suddenly, he grew panicked, "the kids are alright, right?"
"Oh yeah, they're fine," said Lily. "Dora went into labour earlier."
"She did," asked James excitedly.
"She did," confirmed Lily. "Sirius was over there earlier, but he left a little while ago."
"Should we go over," asked James.
Lily shook her head, "maybe tomorrow but visiting hours for people who won't be in the room during the birth are over."
James nodded before shaking his head with a laugh, "a mini Moony. We have Pronglets, a Padfoot pup, and now a mini Moony. You know, maybe it's a good thing we aren't friends with Peter anymore since I can't think of anything fun that we could call his kids."
Lily laughed, "Tiny tails?"
"Wriggly worms?"
"Tastefully...I don't know where I was going with that," laughed Lily.
James laughed as well, and then they heard both of their phones buzz. Lily picked hers up and looked at it, "speaking of mini Moony, he's on his way."

It was around nine o'clock when Sirius walked up to the Potter's house with a small case of beer. He rang the doorbell before Harry answered it, looking drained from his school day and work shift.
"Hi Uncle Sirius," he said as he stepped aside to allow Sirius to enter.
"Hi Harry," said Sirius, "how was work?"
"Alright," said Harry with a shrug. "Ron wasn't there, so I talked to Ginny for most the night."
"Oh," said Sirius, raising one eyebrow and smirking.
Harry rolled her eyes, "it's really nothing, she already has a boyfriend too."
"But if she didn't have a boyfriend," Sirius asked, giving him a look. Harry only glared at him. "I see you two at school all of the time, I can tell you have a small crush on her."
Harry's face went red. "No I don't," he mumbled.
"Whatever you say," said Sirius before walking to their basement where James was already sitting.
"Hey Pads," said James, "what brings you here?"
"Do you want me to leave," asked Sirius, pointing at the stairs he had just descended.
"No," said James, "come sit."
Sirius set the beer on the bar in their basement and grabbed one out of the pack before sitting in the recliner across from James, who was sitting on the couch. He opened the can as he sat down, "I figured we could wait for the news on our nephew together."
"You think he will arrive tonight," asked James.
"Duh," scoffed Sirius, "why don't you think he will?"
James shrugged, "Blacks are stubborn as hell."
Sirius flipped him off, "if anyone is stubborn, it's the Potters."
"What makes you say that," asked James.
"Uh, you went after the same girl for years until she agreed to go out with you. Not to mention, said girl told you, 'I wouldn't go out with you if it was a choice between you and a Mackerel Shark' during a biology lesson on them in our freshman year. Neither of you gave up on it, well until she agreed to marry you."
"Uh huh," said James in a monotone voice. "Meanwhile, you're the one who won't talk to your brother because both of you are too headstrong to admit either of you are wrong."
"Hey," said Sirius with a laugh, "I said sorry, he's the one who's stubborn now."
"Yeah, which proves my point, since he's a Black," said James. "Not to mention that year-long period where both you and your cousin convinced our dear friend Remus that he was being a dick by not dating said cousin."
"He was being a dick," defended Sirius.
"I never said he wasn't," laughed James. "The Blacks are also the family that disown their children for not following their wishes."
Sirius rolled his eyes, "fine. My family being insane proves your argument, congratulations."
"Thank you," said James with a pointed smirk. "Speaking of, what new insane things are going on in the Black family?"
"Andromeda started talking to Narcissa again, which is pretty cool since they were always really close when they were younger. Bellatrix is probably still insane, apparently she has a daughter too. She would probably be around Levi's age and since I just learned about this, it really shows how little I've spoken to any of them."
"Great," said James with an eye-roll, "just what the world needs, another Bellatrix Black."
"Lestrange now," said Sirius.
"Like that kid who was a few years ahead of us in high school," asked James.
"No that was Rabastan," said Sirius, "his older brother, Rodolphus."
"Okay what's with the weird ass names," asked James.
"I don't know," said Sirius. "Hell, I was given one and I still don't know."
"Did Remus tell you what they were naming mini Moony," asked James.
"No, they wanted to keep it a surprise," said Sirius. "Why?"
"I guess we have to hope that the weird names of the Black line end there," laughed James.
"No need to wish for it," said Lily as she walked down the stairs, "Edward Remus Lupin, a child with a pretty normal, was just born ten minutes ago."
O
Remus sat in the chair next to his wife's bed, where she watched him as he held their son. He did not do anything else but watch him as he slept, watching his eyelashes flutter in his sleep and the rise and fall of his small chest and he breathed. Remus was in absolute awe.
Andromeda had left a few minutes ago, she had stayed the whole day as she waited for her grandson. She cried when they had told her the name they had chosen after he was born. Eventually, she left them, so they could have their time as a family, and so she could sleep off the long day as well.
Remus looked back up to Dora and smiled, she smiled back at him, her eyes still glistening with tears. He then looked over to the whiteboard on the wall near the door which read,
Edward R. Lupin
Born April 14, 2016 at 10:18 pm
9lbs. 6oz. 20in.
He smiled at that too before looking back down at the sleeping baby in his arms. He realized Teddy was now awake, staring up at Remus with his light brown eyes, they both had the same ones. Remus felt that was all the baby possessed of him, but he did not care much about that at all.
"He looks just like you," said Remus as he looked back up at his wife.
"Are you kidding," she asked, "that kid is a carbon copy of you. Look at his eyes!"
"Look at his nose," Remus pointed out, "trust me, that's not mine."
Dora laughed, "guess you're right with that one."
"It's probably good for him though, I don't think my nose would look very good on a baby."
"I think your nose is cute," laughed Dora.
"Which makes one person in the universe," laughed Remus as he looked back down at Teddy, who was still staring up at Remus. "Now we just pray that the next one doesn't inherit my nose either."
"The next one," asked Dora in mocked exasperation. "What do you mean by next one?"
"I mean don't you think Teddy would like a sibling or two," asked Remus with a smirk.
Dora pondered for a moment, "I guess. Would you like for Teddy to have siblings?"
"Of course," said Remus, "you?"
"Yeah," she said, "just not now. You aren't coming near me for a little while."
Remus laughed, "that's alright, it's more time I have with him."
O
The next morning James, along with Lily, Sirius, and Marlene, made his way through the hospital until he reached room three hundred ninety-four and stepped inside. He was met with Andromeda standing in the room looking over to her daughter, who was holding a bundle of blankets in her arms. Next to her was Remus, watching the two of them, the biggest smile James had ever seen him wear was plastered on his face.
"There's the mini Moony," said Sirius, causing the other three to look up at the newcomers.
"Hey guys," said Remus, still smiling.
They all moved closer in order to get a better look at their new nephew. Lily gasped as he came into view, "Oh my goodness, he's so beautiful."
"He is pretty cute, isn't he," said Dora, looking back down at him.
"How do you feel," Marlene asked Dora.
"Sore, but otherwise fine," she replied.
"What about you, Moony," asked James. "How are you feeling?"
"Incredible," said Remus.
"Yeah you would, you didn't have to push him out of a hole that's way too small," said Dora with a sarcastic eye-roll. "Men."
"Tell me about," said Lily and Marlene together.
"What did we do," asked Sirius.
"It's more of what didn't you do," laughed Andromeda, causing Sirius to roll his eyes.
"Anyways," said Remus as he looked over to James and Lily, "we wanted to ask you two something. Will you be his godparents?"
"Us," asked Lily.
"Of course," said Remus, "so will you?"
Lily looked over to James before James answered, "Yeah, yeah we will."

Harry sat at his desk in his bedroom, scribbling down answers to his math homework. He was annoyed at what Sirius had said last night about him and Ginny. He did not like her like that. Sure, he supposed she was pretty, and funny, and smart, and witty, but that did not mean he liked her. He just thought she was cool as a friend. Besides, she already had a boyfriend and was Ron's little sister. Not that that mattered much, he did not like her like that at all. He could never like her like that with her gorgeous red hair, and freckles all over her beautiful pale face, and spectacular personality, and how amazing she was at volleyball and softball, and how her dazzling brown eyes sparkled when she laughed, and- oh my god he liked, no loved, Ginny Weasley.
Good news, I didn't fail my quiz! Anyways, none of you care about my problems. I hope you enjoyed and stay tuned for next chapter!
Also, rest in peace to Helen McCrory, she will be greatly missed by the fandom, along with many others. /*
